Ali's place is easily accessible. From this place you can visit most monuments in the European side of Istanbul with the least complications (bus stop 1 min away and it serves Sishane metro in 10 min). If you take the bus to Sishane you can have 1 hour walk to most historical places in the European part. Next to his place there is a big market (both sides of a long street) with lots of local Turkish food. Just before his place, you can identify a small restaurant and a small grocery store. Ali is such a great host with distinguished Turkish hospitality. He helped me several times to locate appropriate places for buying gifts. We had interesting discussions and his excellent English helped us had rich cultural exchanges. I'd recommend this place if you want to get a great value of your money and enjoy a true Turkish life experience (neighborhood and hosting).

Jun 27, 2019It was such a pleasure to live at Ali’s place. My flight was very late at night and I arrived around 1.00 am but He made sure that I checked in without any problem. He gave me many usefull tips about the city, talked with my taxi drivers, ordered food for me and replay to all my messages fast. The turkish coffe He made was really god :) Ali just makes you feel at home, He is easy going, nice to chat with and full og joy. His lovely cat is just aswome Thank you for a great experience amd see you next time!
Jun 27, 2019Ali is hospitable, he met me in the car. A cheerful and playful cat lives in the house. The house is located next to the shop, cafe and bus stop. Quiet area, across the road school, hear the children :) To the center to go by bus about 15 minutes. Thx, Ali! )
Jun 27, 2019Ali was such a welcoming host when I initially just arrived. His hospitality attest to the warm and friendliness of the Turkish people. Though I only spent a few time and night interacting with him, I know that he could assist me with any way he can if I needed help. He has such a cute cat who loves to play with his host! Perks if you love furry animals. In terms of location wise, Ali's apartment is located very near to the bus stop. There is one metro station that you can take that leads you to different and touristy parts of Istanbul.

Jun 27, 2019Ali is very kind & helpful. Though the bed is a sofa bed its shockingly comfortable; perfect combination of firmness & softness. If you don't like energetic cats, I recommend not staying here.

He was always ready to help me with everything and answer my questions about turkish culture. We had a lot of really great conversations. And his home... oh, it’s sooo admiring. There are many things which are made by Ali. So you can’t leave his home without a portion of inspiration! By the way for every guest he has an gorgeous surprise :) If you want to meet a friend, not just a host, don’t doubt - come to Ali’s home!
Jun 27, 2019У Али я прожил неделю.мне все понравилось.Месторасположение жилье очень удобное. Рядом автобусная остановка. С транспортом проблем нет. К выходным в их районе огромный рынок открывается .рядом есть магазины продуктовые что удобно.в шаговой доступности минут 20 водный транспорт. Хозяин очень вежлив в совершенстве владеет английским. Всегда все объяснит и расскажет или посоветует как лучше. Смело бронируйте.рядом школа утром немного шумно но мне это не мешало. Тем более я рано вставал .находясь в Стамбуле хочется все увидеть.с удовольствием остановлюсь у Али в следующий раз.
Jun 27, 2019Ali is very accomdating and very quick at responding messages. He gave me some good tips and showed me to a very cool local dive bar on Saturday night! The place is just as picture, convenient with bus to tourist places in less than 30min.

Jun 27, 2019Ali was as warm as Künefe on a hot summers day! His hospitality was exceptional, from showing me his local tea house, to ordering in takeaway for me. His flat is well located close to the city centre, but quiet enough to relax, the room and sofa bed were great! Would especially recommend this for a solo traveller such as myself. 5 stars!

The flat is quite and has fast WiFi. 24/7 shop around the corner. Easy to get to Taksim by bus or foot. All the best to u my friend, and thanks !
