The location is 2 minutes to Q33 bus stop, 5 minutes to 7 train station ( which directly takes you to Times Square in 35-40 minutes ). The bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, a mini fridge, outlets, USB ports, wifi, and AC. Kitchen is not provided to use. Guest have access to the bedroom and bathroom only. This apartment has my husband and me. This place also has a chinchilla and a French Bulldog. We are living in this apartment in a living area. And we are offering an actual room for your privacy. I would be very happy to welcome all dog lovers because our frenchie loves to interact with people. The room is as advertised, cleaned. The dog is really amazing and if you're a dog lover then it's the best place to stay at this price. I highly recommend this place.

Jun 27, 2019When I reached Cheer was there to attend me and the place was clean and ready for me to stay. They provided everything they claimed and also more. Pudit was also very helpful.The puppy is really sweet. I'm not a dog person but it didn't bother me.Its really well trained for guests. Usually you won't even notice its in the house. I had to extend my stay but the place was already booked after me. Cheer helped me to find a nearby Airbnb proactively.Also Pudit offered his cart to carry my guitars. It was really sweet of them. They are really approachable people. Thanks for making my stay comfortable guys!

Jun 27, 2019Cheer was very accommodating and her puppy was adorable. The room was very clean, especially the towels and bed sheets. It was nice to have an air conditioner in the room, although I didn't need it. I was worried about the location at first but it was great and safe to roam around even at night. Lots of fruit stands around during the day! There was a train station close by so I was able to go to Manhattan easily.
Jun 27, 2019Cheer is so so helpful with what to do in the neighbor! She is also such a nice person. I very much enjoyed talking to her. I didn't want to leave just because I want to talk to her more! Her husband is also a great guy, who helped out when I got some blisters in my feet. The neighbor is very good. 37th Ave is great. You can take long walk to either direction and end up at either Corona Park or Diversity Plaza. A very cultural distinctive place.

Jun 27, 2019Cheer's place was great! I like the room - simple, comfy, and clean. It's like your old room back in the city that you just want to retire after a very exhausting day. =) Mostly my fault that I didn't get to interact as much with Cheer and her housemates during my stay (coz US Open), but they were wonderful and easy to get along. Sorry that I wasn't able to personally say goodbye coz of my super early flight. But until next time! =)

They value your privacy and they don't restrict you when it comes to time in coming home... And Nathan the cute french bull dog is the bonus mascot in the house!!! I highly recommend cheer's place if you want value for your money, good location and tidiness!!!

Jun 27, 2019Cheer was a perfect host! I arrived later than we had originally planned, but she was completely understanding and was there to welcome me in. The room has everything to make you feel at home : a closet equipped with hangers, umbrella, and iron; television, books, tissues, towels; even a mini-fridge with water and some snacks. The apartment itself is impeccably clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. Safe area. Bonus: cute puppy and chinchillas.

Jun 27, 2019Great place to come and stay. Close to 82nd street station which takes you to 74th, and from there you can get anywhere in NYC. Loads of shops near to the apartment as well and Cheer keeps the place immaculate. She is also very responsive, which was much appreciated. Will consider giving her a shout if I'm back in NYC in the near future!
Jun 27, 2019Cheer was an absolutely wonderful host! Her apartment is easy to locate and very close to a subway stop, which made transit into Manhattan and to the airport very easy for me. Her place is very clean and cozy! I absolutely loved the bedroom, the bed was very comfortable. Cheer was nice enough to let me drop off my bags earlier than check-in time so that I could go into the city for the day and was not bothered by me coming in and out late or early. She had everything I needed in the room including clean towels, cold water, a fan, books, and anything else I might need. The best part about her apartment was Mason the pup, he's VERY sweet! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you Cheer!

It's close to interesting areas in Queens, there are many ethnic neighbourhoods around this area with very good, cheap restaurants. I wasn't very social as most of the times I was either away or sleeping but Cheer and her husband helped me whenever I had a question.

The private room has a cozy bed, soft and natural lighting, a mini fridge with water and coca-cola, a full-length mirror, and a closet space to hang clothing so as to settle in a little more throughout the stay. Cheer was flexible in accommodating my check-in time, and very kind when I arrived. Cheer's dog was absolutely adorable. Above all, I appreciated the privacy I was able to have coupled with the hospitality. If you're looking for a spot close to Manhattan, Cheer's place is a good choice. Cheer's spot is close to various subway and bus stops, making trips into the city very easy. There are also a variety of good restaurants in the area, as well as delicious street food. I would definitely recommend Cheer's place!

Jun 27, 2019Had a lovely time at Cheer's place. Didn't have much contact with Cheer herself but she was available when I needed her and the room was comfortable. I quite enjoyed the area, never felt unsafe. Plus I came here straight from Argentina and it almost felt like I never left which was a plus for me. Also the French bulldog in the apartment is the best possible roommate one could ask for. My only complaint is that I didn't get to hang out with him more.

I would recommend you to start from this place, not only close to all kind of transportations and groceries. Jun 27, 2019This is my first time visiting NYC and as a solo traveler, Cheer's place was just what I needed! The room was spacious for one and well equipped with hotel-like amenities. Everything from personal toiletries to extra umbrella made the stay felt like home. The train station was a five minute walk from the building and I was able to venture off to all of Manhattan/Brooklyn. LaGuardia was easily accessible with the Q70 bus even with rush hour traffic. Mason was an awesome roommate and I miss him already! I recommend staying here if you love exploring diverse communities.

Shared bathroom was also clean. Check-in was very easy. Location and building are both quiet and safe, 15 minutes from LGA and walking distance to the subway (15-30 minutes to Manhattan). Cheer was very nice, accommodating and knowleageable about neighborhood. She kindly told me some good restaurants when I asked her. The room was clean and tidy. I spent time as I stay at home. Highly recommended!

I was happy to be a little bit outside of the center of the city, so that I could go home and relax in the evening - the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for the city. The apartment is well connected to transit for going into Manhattan too, so I never had difficulty getting where I needed to go. Her dog was also really great and would often greet me at the door when I got home.

Er is een waterkoker voor thee en koffie, een airco voor de warme New Yorkse zomernachten, maar ook ligt er een schaal vol lekkere snoepjes voor je klaar wat een leuke verrassing is. Cheer zorgt dat het je aan niets ontbreekt! De badkamer is altijd schoon en als je iets nodig hebt wil Cheer altijd helpen.
Jun 27, 2019The room was even better than described. The mini fridge really came in handy and the bed was super comfortable. Cheer was incredibly helpful with the checking in process. If you are a dog lover you will love Mason the french bulldog. He is super friendly and very well behaved. The location is perfect if you fly in and out of LGA. I highly recommend it if it is your first time visiting NYC. I would definitely book her place again for my next visit to NYC.

The closest subway stations are Jackson Heights and 84 Street, which bring you to Manhattan in approx 30 mins. The room amenities are thoughtfully arranged with USB charging station, Mini Fridge( with ice cube tray), Candies, soft and clean hand and bath towels

Jun 27, 2019Cheer's place was a wonderful place to stay at for my visit to NYC! The room was exactly as described in the pictures. The place was very clean and Cheer provided many extra amenities in the room such as a small fridge, a water boiler, TV with cable/Netflix, candies and much more! The French bulldog is also very cute, well-behaved and quiet. It is only an easy couple blocks walk to the 7 subway train and there are also a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Cheer's place the next time I am in NYC, it really has everything you need. Thanks Cheer!

Jun 27, 2019Todo estuvo perfecto. El lugar es tal como ves en las fotos. Es un lugar muy limpio y acogedor. Cheer toma muy en cuenta cada detalle y esta muy atenta de que la estadía sea un éxito. Fue mi primera vez usando Airbnb, tenía un poco de duda pero debo decir que todo resultó perfecto. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación del metro y de buses. Además de buenos restaurantes. Caminé de noche en los alrededores y fue muy seguro. Recomiendo 100% a Cheer, ella sabe como hacer que tu estadía sea un éxito. Sin duda alguna yo volvería.
Jun 27, 2019The place was just as advertised, getting into manhattan was a breeze using the subway, the subway is really close (line 7). Cheer was a great host, the room was perfect for a solo traveler. Even in Queens there were plenty of restaurants and everything else conveniently nearby walking distance.

Jul 27, 2019Cheer and her boyfriend are fantastic hosts! You will have 100% privacy when you stay with them and I was glad that I was able to use their kitchen. They also went above and beyond for their guests. On the day I was leaving, I locked myself out of the door when my luggage was still in the living room. Cheer ran back from work to unlock the door for me so I could get my luggage. I highly recommend this place to everybody!

Jun 27, 2019Cheer and Pudit and their super cute canine were wonderful. This was my first time using an Airbnb and I had some technical issues booking it last minute. But Cheer was very helpful and accepted me as a guest. If you choose to stay with them, you are looking at a cozy bedroom well-stocked with basics like an electric kettle, a tiny fridge, water, tea bags, instant coffee sachets, creamer and sugar. So, there was no need to intrude their kitchen. Once you step out, you are welcomed to a melting pot of cultures. There are many inexpensive but good restaurants. The room was well-lit and comfortable. They really respect your privacy as well. I would definitely recommend you to stay with thffem.

Jun 27, 2019Everything went so smoothly with checkin/out! Mason the Frenchie is probably the friendliest pup in the world. Cheer’s place is within 5min to 7 train, spotless, and also tres chic! Would definitely recommend/stay here again:)

Jun 27, 2019Really nice place to stay, Cheer & Pudit make you feel you're at home as they are welcoming but discreet! Their cute dog add a nice touch to the apartment :) 5min from 7 train.

Jun 27, 2019Cheer is very helpful and nice, everything ran very smoothly. Her apartment is in a very vibrant mostly South American neighborhood and very close to the subway bringing you to Manhattan in roughly 20 minutes. It is a very convenient place to stay to visit NYC for a couple days.

Jun 27, 2019숙소가 지하철역이랑 가까워요 그러니까 q33버스 타지 마시고 걸어가시는게 나아요 짐이있으면 조금 힘들겠지만 어차피 버스 내려서 다시 걸어와야해요 집에 퍼그가 있는데 너무 귀여워요 이름을 못들어서 아쉬웠지만 동네도 조용하고 혼자 지내기 편합니다

Jun 27, 2019The neighbor is nice and quiet. The water of shower room is awesome. I love it. 5 mins walk from 82nd 7 train. Very convenient.
Jun 27, 2019Cheer’s place is clean and cozy. It’s located not too far from town. If you’re a solo traveler, you might look for this. The owner is lovely and generous. She’s willing to help you. But, be beware of an adorable french bulldog named ‘Mason’ bc you will easily fall in love with him!<3

Jun 27, 2019This is an excellent option if you are planning to go to New York. In my case, I went specifically for the US Open and in less than half an hour I was in Flushing Meadows. The location is great and the amenities are in perfect conditions and you feel the privacy which for me was very important. You find excellent touch in the details like coffee, tea, snacks, little fridge and most important for me was how clean it was. Definitely, I recommend this place!!!

Jun 27, 2019This is a great place to stay at if you are travelling to NYC - very close to the subway station which will take you to Manhattan in about 30-45 minutes depending on where you are going. The room was very clean and Cheer puts extra little touches (tea, snacks, charger cables etc) to make it very welcoming. Quiet area and family - plus their french bulldog is adorable!! The only thing I wish I had was a private lock on my room door - but other than that my time at Cheer's place was amazing!

Jun 27, 2019I was happy to stay at Cheer's house! I was comfortable with all the things I needed, and it was convenient to have many shops and the subway station around the place. I really want to suggest this place.
Jun 27, 2019The stay at Cheers place was as fab as it sounds. The room was really quiet and comfy and the appartment was really clean. Even her pets were the loveliest ones. The only objection I can think of is that the central heating was really hot and sometimes it was a bit uncomfortable to be in the room, specially at nights. All the rest, excellent.
Jul 27, 2019Hosts were nice. Room was clean, good enough for solo travellers. Has easy access to subway station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Had a quiet and comfortable stay at their apartment. :)
Jun 27, 2019The room was so clean and comfortable with many amenities such as coffee, electric kettle, sweets, hairdryer etc...And her dog Mason was so cute and smart! Cheer and her husband always protect my privacy, and helped me kindly whenever I got trouble.
Jun 27, 2019Cheer and Pudit are amazing hosts . they were very helpful from tips around the city to help me with some inconveniences I had . I highly recommend them. the place was also very nice, it had every I needed and enough space to rest well.
