This combination is amazing since you will be staying next to one of NYC's oldest brick oven pizzeria, Patsy's, and one of NYC's best Italian restaurants RAO's, plus a plethora of LatinAmerican and Mexican restaurants at walking distance.

the 6 train is 4 avenues away, 10 min away from upper east side and 20 min from midtown. 1 block away from the FRD (highway) which allows for a fast ride downtown if taking a cab or an uber. M15 express bus on 2nd avenue is very convenient for getting downtown as well. Walking distance from M60 bus to La Guardia airport.

Jun 27, 2019Vict's apartment is very nice and the supermarket just next to it! It is very convenient for us to buy anything that we need. The only problem is the apartment is little far from midtown, so if we take Uber to go home, it usually costs a lot.

Jun 27, 2019Vick was very friendly, flexible and welcoming. The apartment has very good connection to the city center (bus, subway) and a shopping mall is in close neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay in NY!
Jun 27, 2019Vick was a great host very understanding and helpful. The place certainly took some getting used as it is quite narrow but the space was big enough for 9 of us. The place had a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, a mac and a tv with apple tv. The neighborhood was good it was a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station and a short walk to central park.

He was also very flexible with our last minute changes. He was kind to check-in with us throughout our visit. His house is great for large groups with good service and affordable price in NYC. Overall, he made our first Airbnb experience great. I'd love to stay again.

His apartment looks exactly how it does in pictures but even nicer in person. He was also very flexible with check-in and check-out times. I would definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019Vick's place was just as described in the pictures. We were so happy that the space was clean and in a decent neighborhood. I traveled with three other guest and we all had plenty of room to sretch out. The two living areas were used as additional sleeping place which we ended up using. Rooms in the house were on separate ends making for more privacy. My flight had been delayed multiple times, Vick was nice enough to allow my guest to check in without me. He and his sister, Maria were very fast in responding to our needs and even checking on us to make sure we were okay. Due to late flight departure, both Vick and Maria allowed later check out times to accommodate us. I would recommend this spot for small groups and I would love to stay here again! Thanks so much! Trip successful!
Jun 27, 2019Great Location with supermarkets close by and only 5-10 minutes walk to the subway station. Two bedrooms with comfy beds and towels. Good shower and a living room. Old building with little light but that was no problem for us. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Jun 27, 2019We loved this place! Very clean and slept 3 very comfortably. There’s a shopping center across the street with a Costco, Marshall’s, Old Navy which was great. Will definitely try to stay again next time I’m in the area.
Jun 27, 2019整体来说一般,地段位置还算不错,距离市中心和景点二十多分钟车程｡房子本身感觉不好,房屋格局就像走廊一样的,长条形,只有两端两个房间有门,私密性一般｡只有一个很小的浴室,非常不方便,不适合大家庭入住｡床单和毛巾显得老旧,而且房屋没有洗衣机,对于多日入住的旅客,毛巾不能换洗很麻烦｡我们住的房间床单有黄色痕迹｡房东还算不错吧｡价格并不便宜,性价比很低,个人觉得酒店会好很多｡要求不高的可以尝试｡

Jun 27, 2019On the first day we got lost and arrived at the apartment pretty late. However, the host was really nice that he waited for us until we finally got there!!! The house was also very good and the heaters worked quite well! The kitchens basically had everything we need and the wifi was also very fast!
