Neighborhood Overview
We are unique in the fact we are across the road from Narrabeen Lake with a beautiful 8.2km walking track. This time of year you will be able to see a large number of black swans on the lake or take a kayak or stand-up paddle board to take a closer look. There are coffee shops on the beach side of the lake where there are plenty of restaurants and the bus stop to the city. You have a selection of beaches that at very close by that are all patrolled

Transit
We are a 5-10 minute walk to the main bus line on Pittwater Rd. From there it is 20 minutes by bus to Manly. From Manly wharf you can take a stunning ferry ride to Sydney city or you can bus into the city from Narrabeen which will take you about 40 minutes. Alternatively, head 20 mins north to Newport, Avalon or Palm Beach, a favourite spot where 'Home and Away’ is filmed. Sydney Airport to Narrabeen by car is around 45 minutes (in good traffic - allow longer in peak times, for convenience there are shuttles or taxis and plenty of Uber’s available.

So perfect for people who want to chill out and relax. We also made a new friend with her Hungarian Vizsla dog. Thank you for having us.
Jun 27, 2019This is a fantastic situation. Located right across the street from the lake. Tracy offered us bicycles to use on the lake path. The apartment has everything you need and is very spacious. Short drive to the ocean beach for surfing and swimming. Kitchen well equipped. Tracy was very informative and engaging. We really enjoyed our stay!
Jun 27, 2019This was my first time staying in an AirBnB, and it couldn't have been better. Lovely, clean and quiet accommodation, welcoming host and many little things that made the experience enjoyable. As an AirBnB newbie, I wasn't really sure on the protocols for communicating etc. However, Tracy made me feel relaxed and at home. She has a gorgeous, friendly dog and the place is immaculate - she had also left some fresh fruit, juice and water which was super-welcome after arriving on a fairly late flight. All the linens, towels etc were of high quality, and the shower is fantastic! No air-con, but it's a shady spot and the fan was fine, even on two warm summer evenings. If you are in Narrabeen to stay for any length of time, I can highly recommend this as your perfect home away from home.

Jun 27, 2019This was my first AirBnB experience and I am glad it was a good one. I couldn't have picked a better host and apartment. Tracy and her family are great hosts. The space was as described - the bed was comfy and the pool area was very relaxing. Could have stayed by the pool all day! There was a lovely selection of teas and some Orange Juice and fruit. While I didn't use much of the kitchen utensils - looked like there was everything you needed to make a nice meal if you were staying longer or wanted to cook. The location is beautiful - easy to walk by Narrabeen lake. Tracy was very flexible and welcoming and easy to communicate with. A very easy experience overall.
Jun 27, 2019Perfect studio for a beachy getaway. Went away with the girlfriend and was well suited for a couple. The studio had everything you could need. Had foxtel with IQ which was was a supprise. Was close enough to walk to the beach or pub. Quick to respond to questions. Nothing to fault!

The apartment is neat, clean and well appointed . We especially enjoyed eating our breakfast on the balcony while enjoying views of the lake and the beautiful tropical garden. A great stay, thank you

Jun 27, 2019Really enjoyed our stay- the place was lovely and close to the lake, which we went for a walk around following the track-8k walk in total.Couple of restaurants and cafes near by. We had a hire car so ideal Location for us to explore all the northern beaches and near by Dee why. Tracey was friendly and thoughtful sending through a wonderful recommendation to a place in Newport for dinner/drinks when we were passing through the area! Great trip

We stayed here while moving out of our nearby apartment and it was perfect. had everything you would need for a fantastic holiday stay just footsteps from the lake. Quiet spot and very private and inside was clean modern and well equipped. Tracy was really easy to communicate with and a great host :) we would definitely stay again.

There is a lovely path through the forest along the lake to the Sydney Academy of Sport where I attended a few days of training as part of an aikido winter school. Tracy made us (including wife and three-year-old daughter) feel right at home. She was also kind enough to lend me one of her bicycles for the time we spent there.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Tracy's studio in Narabeen was a delight. We were very comfortable and everything we needed was there. The balcony was a great place to sit and read and listen to the birds. Sari (the dog) was an added bonus. She is such a well behaved dog and I loved it when she appeared to say hello. All amenities are close by. Walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. On my next visit to Sydney I hope Tracy's studio will be available. Tracy is a great host and very accommodating. We felt very "at home" staying there. Louise and Patrick (Perth)

Tracy is a very friendly and helpful host and, if you're a dog owner like me, the gorgeous (and very sweet) Sari was a bonus to have around while I was away from home.

We enjoyed walking and riding around to explore the lake, coffee shops and speciality stores. If you're around on a Friday pop over to the markets - you won't be disappointed.

Jun 27, 2019A lovely quiet/tranquil location, close to the lagoon/lake, sea, cafes, Narrabeen Lagoon park and walks. Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious with every amenity needed. Lots of extras added to make your stay easy. Milk in the fridge, pantry items, umbrellas, torches, high quality toiletries, Foxtel, wifi etc. Beautiful flowers and plants to make the area brighter, surrounded by greenery to make your stay feel private and like a retreat. Lovely artwork and beach themed decor to make the place feel like home at the beach. Lots of off road parking and a very safe area to go for walks and enjoy the lake. Highly recommend.

Jun 27, 2019Tracy’s place had everything we could ever need for a little getaway from the city. It’s surrounded by a beautiful lagoon and is literally 7 minutes away from the beach (by foot). The place is sparkling clean, cozy, and very private. The kitchen is so well equipped! We loved having Sari pop by (the lovely vizsla) from time to time. Tracy is such a great host. She is always willing to help out or let you know what’s happening in the area. It was so convenient to borrow the bikes and ride to the rock pool or any of the beaches along the coast. Tracy’s place is a gem. We will definitely come back some time.
