We are walking distance to harbour beaches. And Manly is 5 min away driving and 30 min walk along the beautiful Spit-Manly foreshore walk. You can also take a swim at local harbourside beaches, walk thru the neighbourhood to some of the most scenic spots in Sydney. A Coles grocery store is walking distance as are other local shops (I have a map in the room with details).

OPAL cards are available for adults and children. I try to make sure the correct number are in the room, but if they are not, just ask. As summer has arrived and doors and windows are open you may hear voices in the morning from us and the neighbours. Mainly In the evenings around dinner time and in the mornings as the family is getting ready for work and school you can hear sounds.

Direct buses into Sydney CBD and Direct buses into Manly are a 4 min walk. G@@gle Maps is a great option for finding your way around on public transport. Sundays are $2.50 AU for the entire day of travel if you use OPAL cards. Please let us know how and when you intend to arrive here. We may be able to help you in some way. Particularly if you arrive to Manly by ferry.

There is a private, external entrance to your room. And there are stairs leading to the entrance. PARKING: Is on the street and there is always plenty available, so it is free. There are no parking restrictions on our street. GARDEN: We have beautiful outlooks and garden areas. We expect you to make use of them. Most guests eat breakfast outside on our balcony if weather permits. And some will work on laptops during the day. Others enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. If you would like to use the BBQ please inquire, we are happy to oblige--just be sure to wash up. Note: we do charge $2.00 per use for gas.
