This is a great place to stay, we really liked the condo and the property, particularly the ability to walk out onto the beach. Very quiet, just a few folks strolling the beaches, nice change from Kaanapali. The room is very private, with only palms and ocean outside the windows. The small park area next door is nice as well. The condo is comfortable with everything you need. Will be hoping to come back in the future.

Jun 27, 2019The description of this condo was exactly what we found when we arrived. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. It's located in a central location. It's in an area that isn't overly crowded with businesses or hotels yet not a far drive from restaurants, shopping, other beaches etc. The lanai felt very private and peaceful as we watched the waves crash along the shoreline. We really enjoyed the use of the boogie boards that were in our condo as well as the coffee & donuts on Friday morning provided by the condo complex! Would definitely go back!
Jun 27, 2019This was our first time in Hawaii. We were told tha the location we chose was not near anything. This location was BEAUTIFUL and absolutely perfect. It was quiet and the beach was always empty. A short drive from restaurants and a shirt beaxh walk from the best little bakery. The condo was everyrhing we needed. The beds were comfy and it was clean. Loved that we didnt have to worry about keys. There were beach chairs, noodles, and boogy boards available for use. We had an amazing trip. Cant wait to go again! The location was perfect for us. Absolutely perfect!
Jun 27, 2019Absolutely a wonderful place to stay when wanting beautiful scenery and super great access to the coolest part of this island! The condo had everything we needed and the snorkeling equip and beach chairs were used everyday. It felt like the honeymoon my husband and I never took! Thank you gage and Andrew. We WILL be back!
Jun 27, 2019The condo was just as described and wonderful! Lovely views from the lanai and common area room. My Wife and I just visited for our honeymoon and had a great time exploring Maui and relaxing on the Beach. The location is a very quiet and peaceful area of the beach but still close to everything. We were able to see many sights and surrounding towns, yet get in beautiful beach time. The building and condo is well maintained, and the grounds are landscaped very nicely. The sound of the ocean and the palm trees at night in the bedroom made for a relaxing way to fall asleep. There are all the needed beach necessities and the kitchen is well appointed. We also enjoyed listening to the Hawaiian Cd's that were available in the apartment. It was a good introduction to the Slack Key style and added to the ambiance. Don't forget to take a walk to the farmer's market and Sugar Beach Bake shop. It was our favorite way to start the morning. There are several supermarkets / drug stores within a 10 minute drive or less should you need anything. We hope to visit again someday soon!
Jun 27, 2019The check in process was easy. The condo was well equipped with beach supplies beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, snorkeling gear and towels. The location was perfect on the beach and easy to get to stores. It was a perfect condo for my family. We had an amazing time. I would highly recommend this place.

Central to where we want to visit. Walk down and you're on the beach. The place was perfect and we made the right choice! Thank you Gage!
Jun 27, 2019We stayed 3 nights at the condo, first pitsop of our Maui tour. With teenage boys this was a perfect location with pool, grass area and beach. We visited the big beach (20-30min drive) but otherwise enjoyed the beach right in front of the condo. And the view from the balcony, it was perfect! The condo was comfy and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended!

Jun 27, 2019We stayed here on our first trip to Maui and this location was fabulous! Beautiful beach walks and so much to do nearby. Sugar Beach is lovely and the view from the balcony is amazing! The condo was clean, quiet and cool. The condo was well stocked with all we needed.(cooler, beach towels, dishes, etc.) Condo is centrally located and close to grocery stores and great restaurants! (Paia fish market, Kihei cafe, Nalu's, and pizza madness)
Jun 27, 2019Great location, very close to all the restaurants and other beaches in Kehei. The property itself is right in-front of Sugar beach which is a beautiful beach, very walkable. We enjoyed our early morning walks on Sugar beach. The condo is comfortable with a washer-dryer, a fully equipped kitchen in-case you get tired of eating outside and want to make your own meal. Safe and family-friendly property.

Jun 27, 2019This rental is a great value! Loved the location, so convenient to all parts of the island. Gage was quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo management were very nice and everyone staying there was very friendly. Grounds are well kept. My daughter loved playing in the pool with other children. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit. During the day when we were there, we just left windows and door open because the cross breeze was so nice. Many others did the same. The ocean waters on this side of the island are calm, especially in the morning. So we enjoyed swimming and riding the waves during the day. We loved morning walks along the beach and watching the sunset. The beach was not crowded and we really appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels provided by owners. We also appreciated the designated parking space. Condo had everything we needed for a wonderful Maui vacation. We highly recommend this budget friendly rental. I would rather stay here than a high priced hotel condo.
Jun 27, 2019Awesome place - great view, great location, very clean, strong A/C, free parking spot. It gets better: the apt has snorkeling/beach/surfing equipment , and its own beach is 1 min walk away. We loved this place and wanna come back!
Jun 27, 2019Excellent location for exploring Maui. Gage provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, & everything one would need for checking out all the great beaches Maui has to offer. Kihei is a super chill area with quiet beaches, great food, and friendly people.
Jun 27, 2019Cute, clean, awesome view, saw whales every time I looked at the water. We came home to watch the sunset from the balcony everynight. Good location. I would reccomend to everyone.
