Very comfortable, well located (in the safest neighborhood), 2 bedroom (1 double bed; 2 single beds) and sofa bed in the living. Extra matress avaliable. 2 bathrooms, wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, remodeled with lot of style. The gourmet kitchen is modern and very well equiped! A spacious balcony is a plus in this great place to stay! Very clean, comfortable and well decorated 2 bedrooms. very nice (high quality) beds, matresses and pillows. Living and dinning room. Very spacious balcony (table with 4 chairs, hammock and Pedra da Gavea view). Very beautiful and charming condo with pool (Christ view), sauna and gym. Restaurants, bars, Botanical Garden and the charming neighboorhood Jardim Botanico.. Air cond, wifi, tv, fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Doorman 24/7. Very safe. The guest can enjoy the entire apartment and the sauna, gym and swiming pool in the condo. Free pass to enjoy the Botanical Garden (1 person) everyday.     Nice apartment! We needed an apartment during carnival and this was perfect. Good bed, bedroom had good AC. Two bathrooms. Big kitchen with huge fridge. Very big balcony. Nice common swimming pool. The neighborhood was even nicer than expected. Right next to the Jardim Botanico, many restaurants in this street and in the Rua Pacheco Leao. The Zona Sul, an upmarket supermarket indeed around the corner (corner Rua Jardim Botanico and Rua Pacheco Leao). We very much liked La Biciclette for breakfast, it is a French bakery on the corner of Rua Pacheco Leao and Rua Von Martius. Also we liked the restaurant SOBE in the Rua Pacheco Leao. Good starters, great view on the Christ as it is partly an open-air restaurant. Roberta and her sister were very nice for us.

    Apto super bem localizado em um dos meus pontos preferidos do Rio. Bairro super seguro com acesso a mercados e comércio em geral. Do lado do Jd Botânico, perto da Lagoa e Vista Chinesa. Fácil acesso aos outros pontos da cidade. Da lavanderia vc tem vista ao Cristo Redentor, uma inspiração. O ap é grande e arejado. Cozinha equipada com vários utensílios. Gostei mto e recomendo.

    Cantinho super agradável e fofo no Jardim Botânico! Localização muito segura e de fácil locomoção, além de vários bares e restaurantes descolados no entorno. Anfitriã muito hospitaleira e prestativa. Foi nossa primeira experiência com o Airbnb e adoramos a diferença entre hotel e uma casinha!!! =)

    We enjoyed our 4-day stay at this apartment, while we were moving house in Rio. The apartment is cute and stocked with everything you need to actually live in it, which I appreciated - good kitchen. Roberta was responsive and accessible. If you're visiting Rio, it's a great base, in a lovely neighbourhood. Two things to keep in mind - it's really quite a small space (standard for Rio, but perhaps a surprise for guests who arrive from outside Brazil) and you hear a lot of street noise, so it's perhaps not ideal for light sleepers. We would stay here again!

    O apartamento entrega tudo aquilo que promete embora seja um pouco barulhento por conta do ônibus que passa na porta. Mas esse é o preço pela localização maravilhosa.O playground é ótimo , com direito a piscina.
