L'accès au logement est pratique. Il y a un parking à 10 mètres (20€ par jour). La résidence est bien tenue. Deux ascenseurs pour accéder au 6ème étage. L'appartement est parfaitement silencieux, pas de bruit sur la rue. Le logement est idéal pour les groupes, il est propre, en très bon état. Deux jeux de clés sont à disposition. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Pour se rendre en ville, il est situé à 15 minutes de sites à voir, les taxis passent dans la rue, tout est pratique. Enfin la terrasse est superbe, avec vue sur la tour AGBAR. Merci pour votre accueil, on revient bientôt!

Jun 27, 2019Everything was fine. Apartment was clean. A couple useful items weren't available, like a trash can or a drying rack fro the dishes. But obviously thats an easy thing to buy. Overall a nice place. Nothing to do with the host, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear what the neighbours are doing on every side of the flat.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment and the location is good, but the service is not as good as expect. I have booked a pick-up service from the householder, but there are some problems happened about the plane causing the flight delayed. I have informed the householder at once. When we arrived at the airport, we could not find the driver waiting for us at the arrival with our name. Then, I tried to ask for the help from the householder to meet the driver at the airport. After almost one-hour waiting, we are refused by the driver to meet at the airport and He asked us to find his car at the park. How ridiculous! This service costs 20 euro each person but we cannot even have the right to be picked up. We were so angry and chose to take the taxi. At the same time, I texted the householder that we were tired of waiting for the driver and we were on the way to ur apartment by taxi. The householder didn't tell me that I should phone another guy to tell him that we were on the way to the apartment until We arrived. What all she talked about were the money of the pick-up service. We spent another 45 minutes to wait for the guy to send the key. Again, when he came, he talked about the money. We asked for the service, but u did not provide it with us. How dare u to ask for the payment? Besides, do u know what? We are totally seven people, so this service should cost 140 euro totally. But two taxis only cost us 70 euro. The driver knows the guy and the householder. I doubt that they are on the business to play trick with me. Barcelona is a really nice city to travel, but this experience does make a bad impression on me.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment has a good location convenient to metro and walking distance to Sagrada Familia and many good eating options. Spacious with a nice balcony. Air conditioning units are in the main hallway and the dining/living room, but the rooms are hard to cool down (it was hot when we were there).

Jun 27, 2019What an amazing place to stay! It is a very roomy and comfortable place, that is in a great location. The deck area is amazing and we spent most of our time there just hanging out taking in the views. Reginan had great communication and made it very simple for us to arrive. If i ever go back to Barcelona, i would 100% stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019Tutto andava molto bene ,l'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alle foto del sito. Le stanze ed i bagni erano puliti , come pure la cucina. La terrazza era molto bella e la vista era apprezzabile. Oltre ai vari letti vi era anche la possibilità di dormire su un divano letto particolarmente comodo. L'aria condizionata funzionava e rinfrescava bene tutto l'appartamento. L'unico problemino c'è stato con la porta del bagno che è stato facile chiudere, ma non più riaprire, ma c'è stato subito un pronto intervento da parte dei responsabili dell'appartamento, che hanno aiutato ad uscire la persona che era rimasta chiusa all'interno. Salvo questo però Il quartiere era tranquillo , c'erano vari baretti attorno e anche dei piccoli centri commerciali ( di tipo alimentare ). Era in oltre possibile raggiungere a piedi vari bar dove potersi divertire. I taxi per arrivare nel centro della movida variano con i prezzi dai 5 ai 7 euro a corsa. La fermata della metro era a 5 min a piedi dall'appartamento. Dal centro partiva una navetta che portava direttamente all'aeroporto per soli 4 euro e 90.
Jun 27, 2019Regina is a really nice host and the apartment is perfect for big group due to its perfect location, 5 min drive or 15 min walk for the beach and near the perfect tourist places ! I recommend 100% this clean and well decorated apartment !
Jun 27, 2019Regina was a great host- first she replied very quickly to my booking inquiry, and was always very responsive with queries/ messages. The flat is HUGE and very well located, very modern and nicely decorated. Regina had organised someone to meet us on arrival so check in was easy. Check out was easy llew as we just had to leave the flat at the agreed time. I would only say that the check out time of 11am is a bit early, especially for a city when you can have dinner quite late... although upon our request, Regina allowed us nicely to stay until 12pm. They were two sets of keys which was very convenient for a big group. I have suggested to regina that it would be great to have a few more amenities provided such as toilet paper and coffee/tea for example, but overall we were very pleased with our stay at Regina's place. Thank you Regina!

Jun 27, 2019Very good location. Really close to all major attractions. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. ( BTW you can go to the sushi bar - 5 minutes walk - Kyoka II, with unlimited food. Menu in Spanish only :) ) Apartments are comfortable and clean. I think it should be really good for a family vacations. IMHO some minimal improvements must be made (broken shower hose support, etc) but it's truly minor. Overall - pleasant experience.
Jun 27, 2019Regina's apartment was as listed on her profile - there was sufficient space for all 8 of us, and had all of the amenities listed on the page. It was a very good area. I would recommend anyone in a bigger group looking to stay in a central location.

Queda cerca de todo y se puede ir caminando a diferentes puntos de interes como la sagrada familia y la marina o para los que prefieren el metro tiene cerca varias paradas de metro lo que resulta muy conveniente. Lo recomendamos cien por ciento. Si volvemos a Barcelona definitivamente nos quedariamos nuevamente aqui.

The apartment is exactly what the pictures showed and Regina and Juan were great hosts. Location is a little bit out of the way if you want to be central but proximity to la Sagrada Familia was nice!
Jun 27, 2019my family took a good holiday in Barcelona and took a rest at her house. the location is good for almost famous place and can easily take a bus and taxi, too. it is convenient to use transportation. the house is large and comfortable for my family, 8 people. 4 rooms and two toilet and bathroom. It was really good time for my family.

Jun 27, 2019Regina's apartment is ideal for up to 7 people, it has 4 separate bedrooms, a common place with a big dining table so that everyone can sit around, a small living room and terrace, which is again very nice to sit outside. Please note that one of the double beds is smaller than usual, so only recommended for one single person or a couple very much in love! The bathrooms were not very well equipped, there was no soap and only few toalet paper, but upon request Regina's staff brought us some. We did not use the kitchen that much. As we were a group of friends we did not like that all beds had double sheets. Unfortunately at checking in we had to wait approximately 1 hour for the lady with the keys, which was not a very good beginning. The location of the apartment is not very central, we did not use public transportation, so it is a 35 minutes walk from the center. The closest metro station we have used once is also 10 minutes walk away. But it was ok for us.

Jun 27, 2019Really nice Appartement ! The terrace is amazing and everything looks like on the pictures. Communication was no problem, check in on time & quick. The flat has everything you need (even a hairdryer, ironing board and so on). We were a group of friends with enough space and would come back anytime.

Also, the apartment basically have everything you needed! Me and my family enjoyed our stay!

Jun 27, 2019The host had excellent communication with us and accommodated our early arrival. Very organized method of check in. The place was big and very clean. It. was accurate to the ad. Good Wi-Fi, ac, and water pressure in the apartment. The apartment is on the 6th floor of an apartment building and has a nice view from the balcony. The unit is not central to many tourist sights but it's about a mile from the beach and a 15 min walk to a nearby park that has some sights. While we were there, there was a chemical leak scare that the fire department showed up for and evacuated the building for a few hours. The host failed to reply when we contacted them about it. Nonethelss, we were allowed back in after a few hours and ended up enjoying the rest of our stay.

There's a huge dining room connected to a nice balcony with a beautiful view on the Agbar Tower 10 min walk to the Sagrada Familia, and 5 min to the Diagonal. Ideally located in city centre, and close to transportation. Regina pays attention to potential remarks to improve her guests' experience and solve any issue they may encounter. I recommand this flat and Regina without any reservation !

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was really nice for a group of seven - two families with teenagers. Location is perfect, not far from the Metro, right around Sagrada Familia. Overall a good place to stay, bathrooms and sleeping rooms are fine, living room as well, kitchen equipment is a little "tired". But in the end we did not come to Barcelona to cook. We enjoyed our stay.

Air con and hot water worked with no problems and the flat was as clean as you could expect it to be. Hosts were lovely and quick to respond to everything. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the location, easy to walk or ride to restaurants, other neighborhoods, and attractions but (Email hidden by Airbnb) munication with hosts was quick and helpful. Plenty of space for the seven adults in our group. Favorite thing was the balcony adjacent to the living room. Lots of light and air and such a fantastic place to hang out together in the morning and evening. Would definitely recommend this place.
Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed staying at Alexandra's flat! It was so spacious and it fit 10 people. We were welcomed by Anastasia who patiently waited for us to check in at 1am due to flight delay. Communicating with Alexandra was great. She replied fast when I was updating her about the delay of our flight to BCN. She also helped me to book our taxi to the airport. Thanks for having us Alexandra! I would definitely recommend this place and would book her other properties next time we visit Barcelona. :)
Jun 27, 2019We were two families of 4 traveling to Barcelona. The apartment is great. It is very clean, with two full bathrooms and a great balcony. It is located in a safe area, a bit remote from the action (beach, gothic, etc). Living room was a bit small for a group of 8, but on the other hand, we had both the dining room and the balcony beside it, so it was fine. Overall a great experience.

Jun 27, 2019Nous étions un groupe d'amies venues à Barcelone pour un week-end. L'appartement est vraiment agréable pour un grand groupe, il y a assez de places pour tout le monde. Et les 2 salles de bain sont vraiment utiles pour un groupe de 8 filles. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse. L'appartement était conforme à ce que nous attentions, nous ne sommes pas déçues du voyage. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.
Jun 27, 2019Appartement extrêmement bien placé, correspond entièrement à la description, la wifi et la climatisation marchent à merveille (pas de climatisation direct dans les chambres, mais facile à aérer à partir des couloirs et pièces communes qui sont bien climatisées). Propre et sécurisé.

Jun 27, 2019The house is good and in a good position, I saw a great availability from ours host. Near there were many supermarkets and two important underground stations (of L1 and L2 lines). Another aspect is the general kindness of the people of the area.
Jun 27, 2019This appartment is very nice. It has the dish-washing maschine and the dryer,which reduces much burden of housework. The traffic condition is very convenient. You can even walk to Sagrada Familia within 20 mins. The host is very kind. She can always reply your message very fast. We spent a good time here in Barcelona.

Seul bémol le lave vaisselle de marchait pas et étant 7 dans l'appartement c'était un peu pénalisant pour manger sur place. sinon parfait
Jun 27, 2019Ubcación fácil de aceder(5min de Estación de Nord) y cerca de la Sagrada Famila, un piso muy ampilo y con buena vista a Torre Glóries desde la terraza. 일단 주변부에 적절한 위치에 지하철역들이 있구요. 북역이랑 걸어서 5분 거리예요. 아파트는 굉장히 넓은 편이고 베란다에서 영광의 탑이 바로 보여서 전망도 좋습니다!
Jun 27, 2019Alexandra’s apartment was lovely and clean, with enough space for the 8 of us to cook and eat. It’s a 20min walk from La Sagrada Família and close to a few metro stations. Would possibly recommend staying closer to the centre but the metro was extremely easy to use! Thank you!
