Jun 27, 2019My boyfriend and I stayed at Binho's place and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment is small but comfortable. It is clean, modern and up to date. It is close to EVERYTHING. There are bars, bakeries, restaurants and pharmacies at your doorstep. Binho was an incredible host. Upon arriving, he gave us suggestions and tips about things to do throughout our stay. I can't thank them enough for having made our stay unforgettable. Thank you!
Jun 27, 2019Fabio was a good host, he gave us very useful recommendations for our trip. The apartment was exactly as seen in the photos. Very close to the beach and very easy to get to all the tourist sites. At night it was noisy, a lot of load music from the place across the street. We had no internet in the apartment but Fabio was solving the issue. We had a very god time.

Jun 27, 2019I had the most amazing time in rio (Website hidden by Airbnb) apartments were fantastic,they were exactly the right spot close to everything and just a small walk to the beach were FIFA fan fest was which was great.fabio and his support crew were there in a blink of eye if I needed them and it surely made my stay that little bit easier.the neighbour hood was great safe and vibrant with the World Cup on the Brazilian people sure know how to put a party on.lots of fun and an experience I will never forget.thankyou Fabio from Ben de Marco .

Jun 27, 2019Let me start by saying that I loved the apartment. The place is cozy and immaculate. Other than the bed being a bit stiff, I loved being in the apartment. The water was hot, the wi-fi worked perfectly. The only negative that I had about the room was the noise. The unit is situated on the 2nd floor of the building right outside a busy street. Every night around midnight, two bars would open up across the and start blaring music. The music would not stop until 8am the next morning. I ended up having to buy a white noise machine just to last through the night. The only other feedback I had was around Fabio, the host. All of the reviews mentioned how responsive and helpful he was. However that was not the case for me. The day I booked, I couldn't get him to respond to the booking. I even had to have AirBnB call him. And then I asked him about touring the city. Instead of offering, he pointed me to a few self serve options. When I asked again, he said he would plan a trip then never responded. When I responded to him, he said he was too busy and my trip was over. Fabio being my tour guide is not a huge requirement, but I had thought he would be more willing (or suggest someone), given the feedback people had for him o this site. All in all, great place if you don't mind the noise and don't need a helpful host.

Jun 27, 2019Fabio is a lovely host and helped point out all the best things to see and do in Rio. This apartment was great, I stayed their on my own and felt very safe. Literally 2 minutes for Copacabana beach. Great flat. A little noisy outside but a very vibrant area.

Jun 27, 2019Fabio war wirklich ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, den man schon im Vorfeld mit allen Fragen zur Wohnung behelligen konnte. Auch einen kostengünstigen Taxi Transfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung hatte er organisiert. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr zentral in einem sicheren Haus, dessen einem top Zustand, und mitten an der Copacabana gelegen. Für eine Erkundungstour von Rio wirklich eine top Lage. die Wohnung entspricht exakt dem was an Fotos und Beschreibung angegeben wurde. Einziger kleiner kritischer Einwand ist, dass gegenüber der Wohnung eine Disco ist, in der zumindest am Wochenende die ganze Nacht Betrieb ist, was man in der Wohnung doch sehr hört: Alles in allem aber eine top Unterkunft, und uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen!

Jun 27, 2019O Fábio é show. Ótima recepção. O apartamento é ótimo. O prédio é antigo, mas o apartamento é novo, bem decorado, cama ótima, dois televisores com tv a cabo, e banheiro muito bom. O apartamento é nota dez! Bem localizado, pra que vai andar e conhecer Copacabana e o Leme, é tudo perto e bem localizado. O único problema é um bar que fica em frente a janela do quarto. Tem dias, não todo dia, principalmente fim de semana, que tem barulho e música a noite toda. Mas, creio que no futuro, se for possível colocar uma janela acústica ali, o problema fica resolvido. O apartamento que já é ótimo, ficará excelente. Obrigado, por tudo Fábio. Foi top. Abraços.
Jun 27, 2019El departamento es divino! Todo nuevo, muy bien ambientado, cómodo y súper equipado. De verdad lo disfrutamos. La ubicación es muy buena, a 1 cuadra de la playa de Copacabana. Estar cerca el día de año nuevo donde hay tanta gente en copacaba fue importante! La atención de Fabio es súper buena, nos ayudo en todo! Muchas gracias

We arrived much earlier than the check in time so Fabio let us leave our luggage at his home and then brought our bags to the apartment for us when it was ready. He was incredibly helpful and gave us lots of great suggestions about what to do during our stay in Rio. If we had any queries during our stay Fabio was easily contactable. The apartment itself was fantastic. It is bright and modern and has everything you need. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Would highly recommend!

Jun 27, 2019El departamento es tal cual la publicación, muy hermoso y en perfectas condiciones! Fabio nos esperó en la puerta y fue muy amable con nosotros. Nos explicó todo lo que podíamos hacer y como movernos por la cuidad. La ubicacion es buena por tener la playa a una cuadra pero tiene dos bares justo enfrente que no son nada lindos y no cerraban hasta las 11 am . El resto todo bien!
Jul 27, 2019Fabio was an amazing host and I would definitely recommend him. After meeting me at the property, he made sure to answer all of my questions and gave me some tailored suggestions for the rest of my trip. He was very informative and all of his suggestions were great. After learning that my flight was late after checkout, he even offered to let me leave my luggage at his office until my flight! The apartment was absolutely perfect; extremely clean, well kept (new everything), cold air conditioner, well stocked, and just as nice as in the pictures. It was actually well beyond my expectations. One thing to note is that there will be a bit of noise, but if you are looking to stay right in the heart of Copacabana this close to the beach, I'm sure this shouldn't be a surprise as this is the most active part of the city. Also, my stay was right around Carnaval so this might not always be the case.

Jun 27, 2019We had a very nice stay in Rio with Fabio. The apartment looks the same as on the pictures, modern and nice, with all the things that we need, even with a washing machine and a dryer. It is a bit noisy, because there are 2 after-party places opposite to the windows, but I could sleep easily. The ocean is just a block from the apartment, where you can enjoy the Copacabana beach. There are a lot of restaurants and bars close to the apartment, you can trust in Fabio's recommendation, we liked all the places that he recommended us! Fabio is a great host, he arranged us not only private taxis from and to the airport, but also helped us with answering many questions that we had, and find a dentist when we had a tootache issue! Thank you very much Fabio, and we recommend to everybody to stay in his apartment!

Jun 27, 2019Nossa estadia no Rio foi muito boa. O apartamento é super bem decorado o banheiro é muito bom e tivemos uma ótima experiência. É bem localizado e super perto da praia com uma boa segurança. A limpeza foi exemplar e o Fábio foi super simpático e atencioso deu muitas dicas boas sobre o RJ e a comunicação foi ótima recomendo e ficaria de novo se voltar ao Rio.
Jun 27, 2019El departamento es espectacular. Muy bien equipado. Cama y sillón muy cómodos. Buena ducha. Buena ubicación cerca del metro y la playa. Lo único para mencionar es que había un bar en frente con música un poco alta, mas que nada porque tengo una bebé. Pero Fabio 10 puntos, predispuesto para ayudar, recomendar lugares, trajo mapas y nos mencionó todo lo que hay que hacer en Río. Qué vale la pena y que no. Super recomendable!
Jun 27, 2019Fabio is super nice and helpful host. He spent too much time for us to explore the city and gave very nice tips. The place is so clean, very stylish, safe and practical. You have all you need. Like as written, very charming. The location is just perfect, literally close to everything. The only comment about the neighborhood is, there are two bars which are open from midnight to morning, very close to the house. All the voices from the bars are in the house until the morning. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again Fabio!
Jun 27, 2019Esta fue nuestra primera experiencia en Airbnb, y estamos muy satisfechos!! la atención de los anfitriones (Marta en representación de Fabio) fue EXCELENTE!!! muy predispuesta y atenta, nos orientó acerca de como movernos en Río y que cosas hacer, respondiendo a nuestras inquietudes. El departamento es tal como en las fotos, agradable, cómodo y muy bien equipado, lo encontramos limpio y en perfecto orden. La ubicación es excelente! Próximo a supermercados, micros y subte a 5 cuadras. El único pequeño inconveniente son los bares de esa calle, ruidosos por la madrugada. Pero sin duda, lo recomendamos!!!

I'm familiar with Rio but he sent me to a couple of places I had never been before and they were excellent!.. the apartment is great but if you are a light sleeper it might not be for you, but who sleeps in Rio?!...I really enjoyed my stay.. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca a todo en Copacabana, y es fácil encontrar el metro o un bus para ir a otros lugares de la ciudad. Gave us a proper introduction not only to the apartment, but took the time to explain and give us tips how to get around and what are the must sees in the city. The apartment was far nicer then the pictures lead on, excellent location & neighborhood which is only a 3-4 minute walk from the beach.
Jun 27, 2019O apartamento é muito legal. Super moderno, limpo e muito bem localizado. Fica apenas 1,5 quarteirões da praia de Copacabana. O Fábio foi extremamente atencioso conosco e nos atendeu prontamente todas as vezes. O único ponto negativo é o barulho que uns barzinhos fazem na rua, mas segundo o proprietário ele já providenciou janelas anti ruídos para eliminar os barulhos noturnos. De qualquer forma eu recomendo!!!

He recommended a number of restaurants and things for us to do! He even organised a Favela tour. The apartment is beautiful and in great location! Would definitely go back again
Jun 27, 2019Fabio's apartment was great. Very clean, modern and in an excellent location. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minutes to the Subway to get to Centro. Fabio was very helpful with giving us tips about the city and promptly responded to our questions. We will definitely be recommending this place to any of our friends who travel to Rio.
Jun 27, 2019Fabio's apartment is as beautiful and clean as you can see on the pictures. We had a great time there! The location really close to the Copacabana beach and not far from a metro station was very convenient too. We did not get to meet Fabio as he was abroad when we got to Rio but we have been welcomed by a very nice and helpful lady who spoke French very well and gave us great tips about the city.

Fabio met us when we arrived and gave us lots of good advice about what to see and when to go to attractions. The apartment itself was very nice, spotless and fully equipped with all you could need.

Jul 27, 2019Fabio was a great host, he responded to any questions we had promptly. His apartment was in a great neighborhood close to everything you could want. Bakery open 24/7 down the street with delicious goodies. The apartment itself was very modern and perfect for what we needed to use it for the week. Doormen that manages the flow of people coming in and out of the place so we felt very safe. Would love to stay here again if we come back to rio!

Jun 27, 2019Avenida pra do júnior is a really interesting street! During a week there was live samba and then a small orchestra playing right outside our window. Very close to several supermarkets, bars and restaurants, bus stops and of course Copacabana beach. The apartment was very clean (if a little dark because there's only one window) the mattress was really comfortable, air conditioning worked really well. Fabio was a helpful host with giving suggestions about where to go all around Rio on a map.
Jun 27, 2019Unfortunately we were a little late meeting up with Fabio due to the fact that we asked the information desk at the airport how to find the airport shuttle bus and they dircected us to "a blue bus service" (which turned out to be the local bus and took about 2 and a half hours to get to Copacabana Beach in the traffic). Fabio was understanding about our delay but we were a bit embarassed that we had kept him waiting. The apartment was centrally located (within walking distance to the beach), clean, modern, and compact with 24 hour security. We don't speak any Portugese but Fabio was able to communicate with us in English and was extremely helpful in providing all relavant information including a map. He suggested restaurants, how to purchase tickets for tourist attractions and marked most things out on the map. He also suggested visiting the hippy markets that are open on Sundays - which we really enjoyed. Fabio was a wonderful, helpful host and it was obvious he wanted us to enjoy his apartment and our trip to Rio. Only bug bear was spare towels (ie none are provided). Our bath towels got wet after the 1st day and although we hung them out to dry on the balcony - they didn't really get dry. I think the problem was a little to do with us - we had just finished a cruise and linen was plentiful so we became a little spoilt - anyway we adjusted our routine (used the hand towels) so it wasn't a major problem. Rio was fantastic, a really interesting place to visit. I am sure anyone wishing to go to the Olympics stay at Fabio's - he is very helpful. Jun 27, 2019Barbaridade, o apartamento é tao lindo quanto esta nas fotos . Chega a ser muito mais aconchegante do que imaginávamos. Tudo novinho.Localização perfeita. Tudo pertinho. Tem 5 supermercados pertos, e eu digo só atravessar uma rua tu esta em qualquer um dos 5. Farmácias do lado. Padaria. O fabio foi extremamente atencioso. Ficou 1:30 conversando e nos explicando as melhores coisas do rio de (Website hidden by Airbnb) a maior paciência. e nem é obrigação, mas ele é guia e aproveitou para fazer esta gentileza. Nota 1000!!
Jun 27, 2019My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this cute apartment! She slept on a bed, I slept on a sofa bed in the living room very comfortably. Good shower, I made coffee in some mornings (machine and ground coffee provided), there are 2 water jugs in the fridge which made it easy for us to hydrate everyday in hot summer. I would point out that there is only 1 toilet paper provided- we had to go get some, a drugstore is half a block away on the same side of the street. And as some people have already mentioned there are 2 sets of towels (bath & face) for 2 people, no extras. But there is a washer/ dryer in the kitchen if you need to fresh them up, no problem. Fabio was very nice and helpful person. Location was safe and convenient, I would stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights over in NYE and loved it. Awesome location a block and a half from Copacabana beach, within walking distance to Galeto Sats (order the garlic bread!) and Cervantes which we ate at a couple of times and highly recommend. Felt safe in this area, the apartment is hated up with a doorman present at all times. The apartment itself is bigger than what the pictures depict. Nice bathroom, spacious shower area with large rainshower, great water pressure, lots of hot water. Lots of plates, cutlery, glasses etc (we ate a lot of takeaway in the apartment). The 2-in-1 washer/dryer was a blessing as we has tons of washing to do after traveling the rest of South America. two TVs with cable channels in English. Finally, Fabio is reliable and super helpful. He orientated us well into the apartment and Rio, drawing points of interests on a map for us which was our bible in Rio. Highly recommended apartment and highly recommended landlord/agent to deal with.

Option prise en charge a l'aéroport pour le logement super et résonable ainsi que le retour. Petite critique prévoir de plat style saladier.

Tudo muito perto, praia, farmácia, mercado, metrô, aeroporto, restaurantes, bares, pão de açúcar, van para o cristo, etc. O apartamento é completíssimo, com direito a dois condicionadores de ar, máquina de lavar e secar roupa, TV a cabo, ducha a gás. É realmente o que é apresentado nas fotos. O apartamento é muito silencioso, há isolação acústica nas janelas. O Fábio foi muito atencioso e pontual na nossa chegada. Mostrou todo apartamento e indicou os pontos turísticos mais interessantes. A estadia foi muito agradável.

The flat itself was really good, the pictures show it perfectly, as it looks the same and was well equipped as well. fabio was a really nice host. He arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport and when we arrived at the flat, he was already waiting for us and gave us an introduction about do's and don'ts in rio. Even afterwards we could always text him and he replied nearly always immediately. We totally recommend this flat.

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado y con una buena atención en la entrada del edificio. Jun 27, 2019Very nice apartment. The Jacuzzi door keeps the apartment insulated from any noise. The digital lock is good to secure valuables although a bit small to fit a laptop, however security was never a concern at the apartment. Fabio was gracious enough to move me to another location on the day of checkout as i had a late flight back to NY and needed a few extra hours to keep my luggage before going to the airport.

Nos reservo un taxi de regreso al aeropuerto, la verdad sin palabras! MUCHAS GRACIAS!! El depto es hermoso esta ubicado muy cerca de todo y muy cerca de los medios de transporte. Volveremos a Rio es una hermosa ciudad, y Fabio hizo que sea mas confortable nuestra estadia!

Jun 27, 2019Nice location, a few blocks from the beach. It's a nice, homey neighborhood with several grocery stores, cafes and enough restaurants that I could always find something interesting for a quick bite. The place itself is really clean, well maintained and very safe with 24hr security at the front gate. The description of features is quite accurate. Fabio was very gracious, giving a good introduction to the place and to the city and gave me some excellent ideas of places to see.

Jun 27, 2019We loved this apartment! It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was fantastic. The location was great, about two blocks away from the beach. The area is safe and has a lot of restaurants and bars around it. Thanks Fabio for making our stay in Rio an unforgettable one!
Jun 27, 2019Fabio's apartment was lovely. Very well presented in a great location. We spent 5 nights there and had such a great experience. Definitely more then big enough for 2 guests to live comfortably. Only a block back from Copacabana beach, with good Metro access. We even walked to Sugarloaf from the apartment (20-30minute easy walk). It's also a block away from the mini-van to Christ Redeemer - such an easy way to visit, and able to go at 8am before the crowds and the heat. Would recommend to our friends and family and would definitely stay again if we're ever back in Rio.

Jun 27, 2019Très bon accueil de l'hôte ; appartement correspondant parfaitement à la description et aux photographies; Emplacement intéressant proche de la plage et de certain sites à pied (Pain de sucre, morro de Leme) ; d'une station de métro (propre) d'où l'on accède rapidement aux quartiers centraux; situé dans un quartier animé et populaire à la circulation intense. Attention aux zoreilles certain soir le klaxon est d'un usage coutumier.
Jun 27, 2019Nuestra experiencia ha sido altamente satisfactoria. El departamento es bellisimo, tal cual lo publicado. La ubicacion muy buena, a metros del mar. Fabio nos ayudo muchisimo con la llegada, puesto que era de noche. Todas las consultas que le hicimos las respondio con muy buena disposicion e informacion. Limpieza , comodidad, buen gusto, todo lo esperado !!!!!!Gracias Fabio !!!!!
Jun 27, 2019We stayed in Fabio's apartment for 19 nights during the Olympics. The location was excellent and only maybe 200 metres from the beachfront. The windows were double glazed which helped the noise levels however you could still hear the street noise to some extent however it didn't distrupt our sleep at all. The only real problem we had was no gas for the first 6 days due to a fault out on the street. This affected our entire building and this was was out of Fabio's control. He kept in touch with us during this period to let us know what was happening. We also requested a partial refund for which he was more than happy to provide. Fabio always communicated extremely well right from the time of our initial booking. I would recommend this apartment.
Jun 27, 2019A estadia foi ótima. O apartamento foi todo reformado, do jeito como está nas fotos. Chuveiro excelente, cozinha bem equipada e roupa de cama e banho limpa e de boa qualidade. O anfitrião Fábio foi prestativo e respondeu as questões com rapidez. Localizado perto da praia, de mercados, farmácias e restaurantes. O único ponto negativo para mim foi ser andar baixo. Mesmo assim, o som da rua não atrapalha pois o Fábio colocou uma porta de vidro antes da janela que isola o som totalmente.

He gave me a tour of the facilities and left valuable information for things to do in Copacabana and Rio in general. The apartment is extremely clean, safe, and within a great location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay at this apartment on my next trip to Rio.
Jun 27, 2019Mi primera vez utilizando Airbnb. Muy buena experiencia. El lugar tal como las fotos. Ubicado en un segundo piso con un poco de ruido de la calle pero leve. Me recibió Anderson, un asociado de Fabio, muy amable y hospitalario. Hubo algunos detalles que Fabio se encargó prontamente, con excepción de un problema con el aire acondicionado del living comedor pero que no me afectó la estadía. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme en otra oportunidad.
Jun 27, 2019Fuimos recibidos por Isabel, quien nos dió información detallada sobre las actividades que podiamos realizar, restaurants, entre otras cosas.Fue muy amable y estuvo siempre atenta a los mensajes que le envié.Recomiendo sin dudas el departamento , ya que es tal cual se ve en las fotos, nuevo y bien ubicado.

Fábio é um ótimo anfitrião, sempre disponível, nos concedeu muitas dicas de como aproveitar a cidade e se mostrou totalmente pró-ativo em diversas situações. Voltarei mais vezes ao Rio e ficarei hospedado nos aptos do Fabio. Obrigado!

The building is safe as there is a concierge at the gate. You can reach all the attractions easily from the apartment and Fabio provides precious recommandations.
Jun 27, 2019Excelente departamento ubicado en un lugar privilegiado: a una cuadra de la playa de Copacabana, a cinco cuadras del metro, con casa de cambios abajo; farmacia al lado y muy central para ir a Ipanema, Centro, Pan de Azúcar, Urca, etc. Todo impecable, con sábanas y toallas blancas. Como si fuera un muy buen hotel. Ojo con las opciones para comer cerca: Lanches Hiper Mate (al frente) para desayunos con jugos y sándwich misto quente; Churrasqueria Palace a cinco cuadras; Cervantes, un clásico, para sándwiches de cerdo y piña; y el mejor dato de todos: GALETO SAT'S a solo dos cuadras, excelente precio/calidad, pollo a la brasa (galeto) insuperable y picanha espectacular. Muy barato, abre todos los días hasta las 5 am. Sin duda volveré.
Jun 27, 2019El departamento de Fabio esta muy bien ubicado en uno de los mejores sectores de Copacabana. El departamento es exactamente como muestras las fotos y está muy bien equipado. La comunicación con Fabio fue muy rápida y nos dio muchos datos para salir en Rio.
Jun 27, 2019Apartamento muito bem localizado, somente a uma quadra de distância da praia. O entorno do apartamento possui uma excelente estrutura para o viajante (farmácias, supermercado, restaurantes no quarteirão do imóvel). O apartamento é muito bem estruturado no que tange a cozinha, banheiro, armários, tv e internet. Possui lavanderia bem montada para o viajante (máquina de lavar e secar, ferro de passar roupas). O prioritário, Fábio, foi extremamente atencioso conosco. Desde a reserva sempre nos respondeu muito rapidamente as mensagens. Nós recebeu pessoalmente no check in. Nos deu dicas de turismo na cidade e orientações sobre a infraestrutura do bairro. Certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar no local.

Justo al lado de la playa y cerca de gran cantidad de servicios como restaurantes, tiendas etc... Todo fue ideal y Fabio siempre estuvo a nuestra disposicion para cualquier duda. Jun 27, 2019Nice apartment as shown in the picture, although on a busy road it is a surprisingly quiet apartment. Great location 1 block back from Copacabana beach. Bars, restaurants, shops all very near by. Next door neighbour was really nice and gave us tips when we chatted to him. Large fridge and washing machine which was very useful. Would stay at this apartment again.

The host, whom we have not met personally, was always available on the airbnb platform. All in all, a great place to stay in Rio de Janeiro.

Fabio es muy profesional y estuvo siempre en contacto atendiendo cada consulta que le realizamos, aun cuando no eran vinculadas al alojamiento. Es muy recomendable
