Jun 27, 2019Nuria was a nice host, she is very easygoing and kind. The apartment is very close to the metro and center. The area is quite lively and there are many restaurants and services (via Verdi), at the same time very quiet and we slept really well. One thing which could be improved is the cleaning, as I found the room quite dusty. I had a baby with me and so it was a bit inconvenient. The toilet on the contrary was very clean, but to my perception, the whole apartment needs better maintenance.

Jun 27, 2019Nuria was very kind and accommodating. The room was comfortable for the three of us, and it was very good to be able to enjoy the terrace. The house is a bit cluttered, though. And we could not shower after 10 pm, which was an inconvenience on the day of our arrival. Apart from that, the place is very well located, on a lively neighbourhood, with plenty of access to buses and subway.
Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed a two-night stay with Nuria in Barcelona. Her listing is very accurate and we found everything as advertised. Her apartment is in a good location, only a 10-minute walk from Lesseps Metro Station. The Gaudi Guell Park is an uphill walk of about 900 meters. Our room and bathroom were clean and the beds comfortable for our family of three. The internet worked well and her rooftop terrace was pleasant for afternoon tea and breakfast. In fact, Nuria offered us tea on the roof upon our arrival. We enjoyed having use of the kitchen during our stay. The elevator in her building was nice for carrying luggage up and down. Our Spanish and Nuria’s English were minimal, but we were able to communicate. This is certainly not a luxurious place, but good for those traveling within a budget.

Jun 27, 2019We was live in Nuria's place for 9 days ! The location and room was good for short days to stay . But! !if you want live more longer like us , you should think about this , because when we live there , the first day , she can speak a little bit English to us . But the rest 8 days , she only spoke Spanish to us .When we couldn't understand what she talk about, and she will spoke more louder voice in Spanish , look like she's angry , let us feel uncomfortable . And the wash machine not for free , need pay 4euro for once !
Jun 27, 2019Nuria was great! The space she had was spacious (even though 3 people were staying in it) and she was kind enough to help us with anything we needed! I loved staying with her and would stay if I ever come back to visit :) The location is great too!

Jun 27, 2019Nuria collected my parents and I from Barcelona airport for 25€. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 10pm, but I was able to notify her through (Hidden by Airbnb) just before we took off and she was fine about it. She has a small VW Pollo which we just managed to fit all 3 of our big bags in to, plus us 3 and Nuria! She pointed out the closest metro station (Lesseps) on the way to her house and made us tea on the Terrace upon arrival to her home. She doesn't speak English so we communicated in Spanish. The room was fine for us, a very narrow apartment, as are most apartments in Barcelona. A small lift was good to take our luggage up as the apartment is the top of 6 or so levels. We had a fan in our room and a big open window which was great as it was hot! Shower is either hot or cold and bathroom shared with another guest room. Towels provided. Showers between 7:00 and 22:00 as bathroom is inbetween the 2 guest rooms and that rule is to help keep noise levels to a minimum for any guests who might prefer to sleep from 10pm. Approx 15 mins walk to Park Guell which was great! And about 25 mins walk to La Sagrada Familia. A really great fruit/vegetable/organic produce with the best of everything just a few streets away. Access to fridge available on request. Access to cutlery, crockery and microwave (not oven or stove). Great strong wifi connection. A few barking dogs in the neighborhood, but otherwise quiet. Nuria kindly offered for us to leave our luggage for the day as we were checking out, but we didn't need to. Nuria seemed to do a bit of work from home, she kept out of our way, but was around if we had needed to ask her anything. Over all our stay was good. Muchas Gracias Nuria!

La habitacion era comoda y Nuria nos lo puso todo bastante fácil. Me hubiese gustado saber con antelación que tendría que pagar un extra "turistico" y creo que eso deberia ir incluido en el precio total... pero bueno. fue un placer hospedarnos en su casa.
Jun 27, 2019Todo fue muy bien. Llegamos tarde asi que espero para poder entregarnos la llave. Habitacion comoda, tranquila, todo muy limpio. Cerca a la estacion de metro y un buen barrio. No tuve mucha interaccion con Nuria dado que saliamos temprano y llegabamos tarde. Solo me queda la duda del impuesto de 1€por pax por dia de estadia, no tenia ningun inconveniente en pagarlo pero no aun sigo sin entender el porque.

Jun 27, 2019We travelled to Barcelona for work and stayed at Nuria's for two nights. Even if we arrived very late, Nuria received us, showed us our room and shared good info about a local restaurant. The room was clean and tidy, same as bathroom. Location was perfect for us as it is close to the subway (5 min walk) and was very quite. I would definitely recommend Nuria as host if you are in Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019Hola, pues yo y mis amigas pasamos en casa de Nuria 4 noches. El piso es igual como en las fotos y la localidad es perfecta. Nuria es muy amabe y no tuvimos ningunos problemas. Hay que tener en cuenta que en piso no se puede utilizar la cocina pero los invitantes tienen la nevera propia y un pequeňo microondas, si se puede llamar así. El resto es muy cómodo, nos lo pasamos muy bien, gracias Nuria :)
Jul 27, 2019I stayed in the double room for two days and one night with two friends. The lodging was as described and we had a room with three beds inside. We chose this place for its price and location. It was pretty close to a metro station and walking distance to quite a few shops. Would recommend if you're passing through the city and need a place to stay overnight.
Jun 27, 2019La habitación y el baño son como se ven en las fotos. Bien situado, al lado del metro. Casa pintoresca con pasillos un poco estrechos. Hacía frío, sobre todo por la noche, pero nos proporcionó una estufa. Nuria muy agradable, aunque no hablamos mucho con ella.

Muy comodo para los 3, el baño muy grande y calentito. Incluso nos ha dejado 3 tazas para tomar el te;) Muchas gracias Nuria.

Jun 27, 2019Really friendly and awesome host and the location was great! Right next to the Lesseps Metro station that is only a few stops away from all the major plazas and hot spots of Barcelona. The apartment itself is also awesome with a really great view and lots of space in the room for a group of friends to split to save costs. Definitely recommend!

Jun 27, 2019The room for two or three people is cosy and suitable for travelers of short duration. There's a microwave and a fridge, but no table or anyhting similar in the room and no cleaning products for the kitchen utensils. A part from that everything is clean, the bathroom flawless and Nuria is very friendly. To be recommended :-)

Jun 27, 2019Communication was good and Nuria worked around our lack of a mobile phone to email us information. Be careful getting directions as the exact address Nuria sent us took us 9.4km away to a crematorium (using a 2015 Renault factory GPS)?? The location of the apartment is very good and the precinct is fun and lively at night. Nuria's place is a bit more like a hostel than a home, with multiple guests sharing a hallway and bathroom and lot of rules about what can and can't be done or used. The apartment is very cluttered but our room was adequate for our family of 3 and the price was reasonable. Parking outside is near impossible and using the bathroom vanity to get water for coffee and to wash up isn't ideal. The lift to the top attic level is a great addition to the quirky building and we enjoyed seeing a little of Barcelona from this location.
Jun 27, 2019Nuria was very nice when welcoming us and told us everything we needed to know about staying there. The room was comfortable, well lit, and stayed cool at night. The room was separate from the rest of the rooms in the house, which was good for privacy as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Jun 27, 2019Núria was very kind from start to finish. We had trouble finding where she was picking us up but still greeted us with a smile and pointed out helpful particulars (like the metro stop) along the way back to the apartment. We found plenty of places in the neighborhood just walking to our destinations, although you might want to search online beforehand so you know where you're going exactly, especially at night. Pleasant walks to Park Güell and Sagrada Familia. We got to the Cathedral via metro no problem, and my friend and I are no experts at public transportation. If we can figure it out, anyone can. The wifi didn't work for us but we didn't really need it for such a short stay and it was no problem, we didn't even mention it (we think it might have been our phones). We stayed for 2 whole days and 3 nights, and we saw everything we wanted to see. Would recommend for a short trip where you don't mind feeling like you're at sleep away camp with your bunkmates. Núria also gave us a ride to and from the airport and that was a good experience as well.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet, good restaurants nearby, metro 5 minutes walk, and it is very easy to walk to guel park (free from 9:30 pm). Nuria thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

It was a little inconvenient to schedule showers in the given time but nothing that was too troublesome or unexpected. Staying here made our trip to Barcelona great and enjoyable!

She provided utensils and dishes and the room itself was exactly what we expected. the apartment is nearby the metro station so the connection to the centre is very good. Although we didn't obey the house rules (showering hours 7-22) as we came and left the apartment almost in the middle of the night due to our flights, we didn't hear any complaints. Thank you Nuria!

Jun 27, 2019Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem weiter empfehlen! Das Zimmer entspricht genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung auf der Website. Núria hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, als der Kühlschrank vor dem Zimmer kaputt ging, wurde er sofort am nächsten Tag ersetzt und zwischendurch hat sie unser Essen mit Kühlakkus kühl gehalten. Auch dass wir später abends ankamen war kein Problem. Am Abfahrtstag sind wir erst mittags gefahren und durften wir unser Gepäck im Gang stehen lassen. Und zu guter letzt: die Lage ist super!

Jun 27, 2019Très bon séjour à Barcelone, chez Nuria. L’appartement est très bien situé, proche du métro mais sans aucun bruit de circulation. Nous avons aussi apprécié pouvoir nous rendre au parc Guell à pied en moins de 10min ! Nous avons peu vu notre hôte, mais elle était très accueillante et serviable! Le logement était conforme à l'annonce. Juste à noter que la porte de la chambre était impossible à fermer.
Jun 27, 2019The location was really strategic. About a 10 mins walk from the Lesseps metro station which connect to all the other touristy places ie. Passeig Da Gracia and La Rambla. And Nuria was really friendly as well.
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons été bien accueillis pas Nuria. L'appartement est très bien situé et pratique d'accès. La chambre de 3 personnes était un peu petite pour nous qui sommes de grands gabarits ... Nous avions la salle de bains pour nous seuls. Pour prendre le petit déjeuner sur place, ce n'est pas très pratique.
Jun 27, 2019Notre séjour chez Nuria s'est bien passé. Recherchant une chambre toute simple (puisque très peu dedans sinon pour y dormir), bon marché et située dans un quartier sympa, cela convenait tout à fait. Draps et serviettes de bain fournis. Salle de bain correcte. Lieu calme la nuit. Pas évident de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place (ce que nous ne recherchions pas de toutes façons puisque voulant profiter au maximum de la ville !). La chambre se trouve à 1/4 h à pied du Park Guell et on est rapidement sur l'une des nombreuses petites places agréables du quartier populaire de Gracia pour profiter de quelques tapas ou d'un café matinal. Le métro de Lesseps (ligne verte) se trouve à moins de 10 min. à pied. Adresse très pratique donc !

Jun 27, 2019Nuria was a very nice and welcoming host and the room was clean. There are two issues, 1) you can't lock the room, there is no locker or safe and besides Nuria there is another room that is also rented to up to three people. So if you want to leave your valuables you not only have to trust Nuria (which I would) but also all the other guests. You also share the bathroom with the other room, (so up to six people). And there is no kitchen. Just a mini fridge and a microwave (that doesn't work very well in the hall) the location was good and the other guests and Nuria were very nice, we actually stayed an extra night. But don't expect luxury. I feel bad leaving a mediocre review because Nuria was very friendly but the room was bare minimum for us. Ideal for students who just want to come to barcelona and have a cheap place to crash.

Jun 27, 2019Très bon accueil. La taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain sont très appréciables. La rue est très calme et le quartier très bien placé par rapport au centre. Plusieurs places typiques avec bar à tapas tout prêt. Jardin juste à côté pour les enfants. Parfait! Je recommande!
Jun 27, 2019The room and the bathroom were well prepared, clean and we had everything we needed. The apartment was close to the metro L3 going to the center. We had a very good stay. Sorry again for coming late due to our delayed flight. I used Airbnb many times for my trips but it was new for my partners so I apologize if there was anything annoying you.
Jun 27, 2019Núria was very welcoming and helpful, despite being limited in her English. There is not much to do around the location, but it is very close to the metro L3 so it evens out. I would recommend staying here if you want to be out of the touristy areas. It was a very pleasant stay.

Jun 27, 2019Estuvimos en casa de Nuria del 1 al 4 de junio. La descripción de la casa es tal cual se ve en la publicación. Nuria fue muy amable al recibirnos y siempre se mostró dispuesta a ayudarnos. El barrio está muy bien conectado con medios de transporte (a unas cuadras está el L1 y el L4), cerca de Parc Güell y a solo 25 minutos de caminata de Plaza Catalunya.

Fue agradable quedarnos en el barrio de Gracia, el transporte público está a proximidad y cerca de varias atracciones turísticas como el Parc Güell y la Sagrada Familia. Jun 27, 2019El cuarto queda en un lugar muy céntrico y como a 10 minutos caminando de la estación de metro Lesseps, Nuria fue una excelente anfitriona, tiene muy en cuenta las necesidades del viajero, además es sumamente amable y simpática. Éramos 3 chicos de Costa Rica que visitamos Barcelona en Julio 2016. Yo recomiendo muchísimo hospedarse en este lugar.
Jun 27, 2019С хозяйкой общались очень мало, район в котором находится комната недалеко от метро и парка, комната больше похожа на хостел пригодна только для ночлега на короткое время, ужасно маленькие неудобные подушки, чайника нет воду для чая и кофе можно греть только в микроволновке. Вообщем очень не уютное жилье для такой цены. Я бы свои знакомым не порекомендовала его.

Jun 27, 2019Hostitelka vždy ráda poradila, nebyly žádné problémy s komunikací. Okolí je krásné a blízko Parku Gűel, do centra se za 40 minut dá dojít pěšky. Rozhodně doporučuji sejít do jedné z vedlejších uliček, Carrer di Verdi. Učinily jsme tak na radu naší domácí a objevily nepřeberné množství restaurací, kaváren a barů s překrásnou atmosférou typickou pro Barcelonu. Že byla k pokoji k dispozici také lednička a rychlovarná konvice jsme velmi ocenily.
Jun 27, 2019We found the accommodations to be a minimal standard. There was no place for us to put away our clothes away because the closets were full of her items. We had to share a tiny and not very cold frig with others guests so there was very little room for cold food. The narrow hall was cluttered and dusty. Electric outlets didn't work and there were bizarre decorations that felt creepy. Nuria was very nice to us and picked us up at the airport, on the way back to the airport a taxi cost less than what her fee was. The towels and sheets were old and smelled musty. The location was wonderful for our purposes but I would definitely not recommend staying at her place.

Jun 27, 2019Alles war soweit in Ordnung. Alles nötige vorhanden: Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Geschirr im Flur für beide Parteien. Das Bad wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe. Es war nachts sehr ruhig da. Nuria war sehr nett, aber man musste Spanisch mit ihr sprechen. Sie ließ uns all unsere Extrawünache Gewehren! Das viertel war sehr angesagt und cool. Ea gab viele Ess- und Shoppinggelegenheiten. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden.
Jun 27, 2019Nos dió mucha autonomía. Al llegar ella estaba ocupada, pero nos dío las llaves, la contraseña de wifi, me enseñó a cerrar bien la puerta y nos dejó que nos instalemos tranquilas. El barrio lindo para pasear por la noche, muy típico. Para ir a la playa hay que tomar el metro.

Her place is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and bars. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. There is no access to the kitchen but she provides a mini refrigerator, microwave, kettle and utensils. I don't have any complaints and I would definitely stay there again.

Jun 27, 2019개인적으로 쓸 수 있는 이불 베개 시트를 줘서 깔끔했어요. 하지만 집이 매우 춥고 우풍이 불어서 힘들었답니다. 구엘공원과는 가까운 위치지만 그외에 까탈루나 광장과는 택시로 15~20분정도 걸리는 먼거리였어요. 커피포트도 청소가 안되어있어서 위생적이진 않았네요. Terrible cordination, dirty stuff, lift didn't work for 3days. But host said just don't know. It's very bad. No safety lock in the room so scared. I don't recommand this place.

Jun 27, 2019Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, la habitación es tal cual se ve en las fotos del anuncio, solo que el frigorífico y el microondas no están dentro de la habitación si no que está en medio del pasillo, y la puerta de la habitación no tenia llave, por todo lo demás muy bien, Núria nos daba toallas limpias a menudo y el cuarto de baño siempre estaba limpio y ordenado.
Jun 27, 2019Nuria est une hôtesse très agréable, elle est disponible et très discrète. L'appartement est parfaitement situé à 3 minutes à pied d'une ligne de métro importante. Il y a plusieurs commerces très proches de l'appartement et le quartier est très agréable. En revanche, il est impossible de cuisiner dans l'appartement et le fait de partager la salle de bain peut entraîner quelques désagréments au niveau de la propreté. Nous avons un bon séjour dans l'appartement de Nuria.
Jun 27, 2019Le logement est proche de toutes commodités, juste à côté du Park Guëll. Endroit très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Par contre le réfrigérateur pour une capacité de 5 locataires au total (2 chambres) est bien trop petit. Il n est pas facile de se faire à manger sur place. Le changement de locataires airbnb quotidiens dans la seconde chambre en est gênant. Le partage de la salle de bain aussi mais c est indiqué dans le descriptif. Un simple ventilateur ne fait que brasser de l air chaud. La chambre notamment à 3 lits est difficilement supportable de part la chaleur. Encore une fois le ventilateur est indiqué dans le descriptif donc on sait à quoi s en tenir. Nous n avons aperçu Núria que 3 fois en 7 jours. Endroit néanmoins très calme. Bien lire les conditions car n ayant pas tput lu j ai été surprise de devoir en plus 21€ à la fin du séjour (taxe de séjour 1€/jour/personne même pour les enfants) et de surcroît en espèces. L ayant appris que la veille de partir le soir en soirée, j ai dû trouver un distributeur.

Jun 27, 2019Le logement est très bien situé. Nuria est discrète, nous nous sentons chez nous. Il n'y a pas de place pour cuisiner mais un petit réfrigérateur pour mettre de petites choses. La salle de bain commune pour les deux chambres et tenue propre chaque jour c'est agréable. La chambre n'est pas spacieuse mais suffisante pour dormir. Pour mon amie qui est allergique, beaucoup d'acariens... sûrement dans les couvertures qui étaient rangées et qui n'avaient pas du servir depuis un moment. La qualité est bien pour le prix.

Jun 27, 2019Nuria war sehr gastfreundlich, hat unsere Ankunft und die Abfahrt gut organisiert und ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns bei ihr wohl gefühlt! Ein Problem mit einer Glühbirne hat sie sofort gelöst. Wir waren 4 Tage dort und sie hat nach 2 Tagen die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Lage ist gut, der Stadtteil Gracia angenehm wenig touristisch und mit der Metro gut zu erreichen. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Danke Nuria!

She didn't even made beds.she mentioned that I don't do that. bed sheets were like a rag comfortes were also smelling bed.she had a tiny fridge n microwave in the hallway which you share with others.if you use any utensils you wash them in the bathroom sink (which was really disgusting). She has high rules and extra charge like occupancy tax but in return no facility.

Nuria nos explicó que ya había avisado pero que no vinieron a arreglarla a tiempo. Lo solucionamos poniendo unas toallas en los cristales la segunda noche. Nuria es muy amable y destacar que nos esperó hasta altísimas horas la primera noche. Eso no lo hace todo el mundo. Agradecerle de nuevo su hospitalidad y dedicación. Se nota su toque personal en el alojamiento y que lo hace con ganas. Los cambios de toallas en el servicio y limpieza en el baño son muy destacable y se nota esa dedicación que lo e Nuria. Desde luego que repetiría.

Jun 27, 2019This airbnb is totally recommendable. It's close to the buses and the metro station which helped us a lot. The thing we liked the most is that it is not in the city center, so you stay away from big crowds. At the same time the area is lively and you can always find a place to eat and hang out. The triple room is very cozy with love to the detail. Be careful to make sure that you have enough (small) water bottles on hot days because the room can get very hot without air-conditioning. The fan is often not enough and the fridge is quite small. Although the friendliness and hospitality of Nuria made us connive the small downsides. She was always available per message and ready to help.

The location in a peaceful neighborhood very close to the metro is also an easy walking distance to Parc Güel and during the month of August (when I went) was conveniently near the street parties throughout Gracia. Nuria herself was very friendly and asked several times if there was anything we needed.

It’s pretty dusty (if you have some kind of allergy of dust, be careful), and we also had problems with little bugs in one bed at the first day. The room is hot and the fan is really old and noisy, almost impossible to keep it on at night. They have a microwave and mini freeze, but this comum area is set on a really small corredor, right outside the room’s door, and not comfortable to use. Good thing: The bathroom is big and clean.

Jun 27, 2019Núria is so sweet! She responded to our request quickly. We were able to meet up easily to get the key and all the info about the room (speaking in Spanish). Our stay in this location was primarily due to a family visit, but it is in a nice location. And a perfect place for sleeping (there are no common areas except the shared bathroom). FYI, there are quiet hours, and during our stay you couldn’t shower after 10pm or before 7am, (so plan accordingly!). It suited our needs and budget. And we would definitely stay here again!

Another good thing is that the host was very responsive. On the downside, even with a heater the place was very cold. Also, the place is shared, that was something we found out until we got to the place. Oh and there is an additional tax fee that is not included in the price.
