Come and stay in wonderful Petersham! This amazing and large terrace house is located only minutes from the train and buses that will have you in the heart of the city within 15 minutes. The room is a large and sunny double room, located on the first floor of a renovated terrace overlooking the garden. You will have a private and relaxed stay. The room is perfect for a couple or single and is easily accessible to the shared bathroom. We are very close to public transport (and even a pub next door) but it is quiet and relaxed so no need to worry about noisy trains waking you up at night!). We are a short walk away from Leichhardt which is Sydney's amazing Italian dinning and entertainment precinct. On the other side of the railway line is Petersham's famous Portuguese dining strip. Glebe, Balmain and Rozelle markets are a short bus trip away. This is a lovely and safe area to walk around at any time of day or night. After 10 days in such a fantastic terrace, I can say that Natasa is simply the perfect host, and even better person! Friendly, funny and flexible, she is always ready to help, to have a conversation and she makes you feel like at home as you enter the house. The house is clean and tidy, and the kitchen and living room are spacious and with all you may need. The room itself, with double bed, is a perfect and very comfortable place to relax as at home. The house is perfectly located 1 minute (or even less) form Petersham train station, from where you get to the city in a 10 minutes ride. There is also a supermarket and shops nearby, which make it easy to get provisions. Of course, the house has Wifi connection, which is fast and reliable. This has been the first time I book a room through Airbnb and it has been such a fantastic experience that I will definitely consider Airbnb for further stays, and if in Sydney, at Natasa’s place for sure!
Jun 27, 2019Natasa is an incredibly lovely person and an amazing host! She was so friendly and helpful, always up for a chat or willing to help us with directions. The house is in an unbeatable location, right near Petersham station! It is a super short walk to the station, and just a few stops into the city center. Even though the station is so close, you can't hear the trains from the room, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The room itself is very big and gorgeous! Natasa really has an eye for decorating and designed the room to be not only beautiful but very functional! There is tons of storage space, including two locking bedside cabinets. The kitchen is also wonderful and Natasa was kind enough to let us use a shelf in the pantry and another in the fridge. We loved staying here so much and were so sad to leave! Natasa, thank you again for all of your kindness and generosity - you're the best!

Jun 27, 2019Natasa was a friendly and communicative host. She was always very busy but took her time to provide us with useful information about places to go, things to see and how to get there. We had chosen her place to organize the further months of our stay in Sydney and booked the accommodation before our arrival in Australia. The house is located in a side road to Petersham rail station - a perfect location to get into the heard of Sydney quick and easy. The room, bathroom and kitchen were equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed stayting at Natasas home!
Jun 27, 2019Had been a great time! I love the room and the possibility to use the free wi-fi in that room. The train station is so near, you can spit to it. Natasa had been very friendly and helpfully ... even when I get a 'flu she surprised me with some medicals to get better. Sydney in spring is a good place ... Petersham with Natasas room in Sydney in spring close to perfection.
Jun 27, 2019Natasa is a very amazing and lovely host. She was very warmful and helpful, always up for giving advice or to chat. The house is very well located : close to Petersham station so very easy to go to the center (but without any noise from the room). The room is spacious and nice! And the kitchen (we enjoyed the terrace ;-) and the bathroom are very well furnished and you have enough space to put all your personal stuff. We had a very great stay so thank you again Natasa !!!
Jun 27, 2019No other place to feel like you're at home : comfy, clean, with all that you may need in your bedroom (from the adptators to the tissues), the bathroom, in the kitchendo or to your laundry, watch TV or relax in the beautiful cozy garden. As for the host, Natasa is an amazing woman. If you like your independance, no problem either; But you'll miss something by not having a nice and funny chat with your hostess, a multi-talented woman with a viral happinness ;) As mentionned before, don't miss a slice of Natasa's exquisite pizzas or fresh salad. This all could sound as an ad, yet it's all the result of a so very nice stay in this inner west terrace of Sydney. More than highly recommended !
Jun 27, 2019Had a brilliant stay with Natasa. A beautiful person and SO easy to get along with. Has made my 1 month stay absolutely memorable and always had time to help out with even the smallest things and kick back and have a laugh over wine. The house location is easily commutable to the CBD and grocery stores are within 5-10 minute walk. Highly recommend staying with Natasa, she will make you feel right at home.
Jun 27, 2019Location, room, security, comfort etc are all great. Natasa as a host is what makes this more that a place to just crash. She is a very sweet woman who gave us some great insights into the city. She even showed us the best (and secret) place to get front row for the NYE fireworks overlooking the bridge and harbour. With this being the first Air bnb experience for us we were a little anxious, but as soon as we arrived, we were sure we had made the best decision. Travellers may want to consider a rail card if choosing this location as it saves lots of money for those staying a few days or more.

Natasa is such an amazing person, so friendly, easy-going, helpful, open-minded and funny. It is so easy to talk to Natasa. She gave us a lot of advices and very good ideas during our stay in Sydney. The location is great if you want to explore Sydney. The train station is very close and it makes it so easy to reach all the places. Natasa's home is very clean and so cozy. Our room was fantastic and very comfortable. We felt like home at Natasa's place and we would stay there again. We highly recommend this place!
Jun 27, 2019I have so many great things to say about my 4 week stay with Natasa that I don't know where to start! Natasa is very welcoming, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I got there. She is generous and flexible--and one of the happiest people to be around. Natasa always had the perfect suggestion of where to go, what to do or the best way to get there. She knows the city really well, and is always happy to give suggestions (or show you herself!). Natasa will talk with you as much or as little as you want, but we had a great time hanging out downstairs--I never felt like I needed to be in my room. She even invited me to her famous pizza night with her friends--yum! As for the house/room--it was great. The location is amazing--so close to both the Petersham train station and a short walk to all of the Parramatta Rd buses. Everything you need will be close by or short walk away. The house is great--clean, homely and has everything you need! The green room was perfect--great hard wood floors, comfortable bed, plenty of space for my things--as advertised. Even with 3 or 4 of us in the house, I never had to wait for the bathroom--everyone had such different schedules that it always seemed to work out. I did laundry quite a few times while I was there, which was no problem at all--there is a dryer or clothes line. I would not hesitate for a second to book this house again! It made my time working away from home so much better by being around lovely people in a very nice home. I loved it and I hope I get the chance to visit Natasa in Petersham again soon!

Jun 27, 2019Our stay with Natasa has been great! She goes out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We have shared many lovely meals together (including her famous pizza!). Her house is clean, cosy and has everything we could possibly need. Natasa has been extremely accommodating and friendly. Would recommend everyone to stay here. Fantastic friendship! The location is great too! Very handy to catch the train or bus (412) to the city or (444/445) to Balmain East Wharf. The local towns Petersham and Leichhardt have everything you need, shopping, restaurants, ATM etc. all less than 5 minute walk away.

Jun 27, 2019I really loved to stay in Natasa's house. I arrived after 24 hour travel and she huged me very nice. The room is so beautiful. It loos like at the pictures. The house is great I love her furniture and it's just next to a train station. The bed is so comfy I loved it. She gave me very exactly descreption of how to get there. On christmas eve we went out in a restaurant and she gave me some sweet so I really felt like home. If you want to somewhere really good, go to her house. It was very clean and everything was just great.

Jun 27, 2019I had a lovely 4 weeks in Natasa's place. She's super helpful and knowledgeable about the area and shows you everything you need. She even took me to the shops on day one! The house is fabulously close to the station.. about 2 minutes and well looked after. The room was bright, spacious and exactly what I was after. The kitchen is tidy and super well equipped. Even though we had a full house at times, I never had any issues getting access to the bathroom or washing machines. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Natasa and can only highly recommend her place if you are looking for that balance between having your independence ( I was working so many night were spend on marking..) and socialising; we had some pleasant evenings catching up with all house mates and a beautiful glass of wine! Thanks Natasa for making me feel so welcome and being such a great host... I'll be back that's for sure!
Jun 27, 2019Natasa was a fantastic host who was both kind, friendly and made me feel very welcomed on my return back to Sydney. As this was my first time using airbnb, I had my apprehensions.. However, it immediately disappeared upon meeting her and the other housemates. I would highly recommend staying here if you find yourself needing a place to stay here in Sydney. It cannot get any better!

Jun 27, 2019I headed directly here from the Airport by train, and it was very easy to find! It's literally beside the Petersham train station. When I got to the home, it was nice and quiet in the surroundings and I liked that very much. The room is as in photos, the bed was comfortable, there's a writing table which was helpful for me. Natasa was really really nice and whipped up dinner for me when I was starving the first night. You'll enjoy your stay here! :)
Jun 27, 2019I stayed with Natasa for around four months starting when I moved over from the UK in April. I was looking for somewhere chilled out to stay while I settled into my new job and Natasa's was perfect. Natasa is s great host, she is welcoming and friendly but at the same time gives you privacy. She knows so much about Sydney and will give lots of advice from anything from restaurants to transportation. I really enjoyed my time staying at Natasa's and definitely recommend for a great base for exploring Sydney.
Jun 27, 2019My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Natasa´s house very much. Everything was like in the description. The house was very charming and the central of the City as well as the Airport was easily to reach by train, which stopped just around the Corner. Besides that we had good luck that Natasa was at home. So we could talk with her several times, which was just so nice and much fun. She also gave us helpful ideas about restaurants or where to spend New Year´s Eve and so on. We would like to stay there again any time.
Jun 27, 2019I booked the room from my account for one of my friends and this is his view: Actually, I was lucky that I spent my first days in Sydney in Natasa' lovely house. I spent more than two weeks there. As other people here mentioned, you feel that you are in your own house and have freedom for yourself. Alot of movies are provided in living room that you can select among them and watch. Also you can enjoy the lovely kitchen and the terrace. Being completely close to trian station, it is perfect for new arrivals like me. Also, the area is completely close to city center. When Natasa is at home you can enjoy talking with her. Unfortunately, we could not see each other so much since most of that time she was on a business trip. However among afew talks that we had, I enjoyed her manner and kindness. Beside your room, there are two other bedrooms in the first floor that you should share bathroom with them. It was ok and we had no problem. Also because the weather at most time was mild, the lack of airconditioning did not cause a problem. Finally, thanks again Natasa

Jun 27, 2019Natasa was a perfect host! From the moment I arrived at the airport she gave me clear instructions as to how to locate her place via the train. The room was amazing - spacious and clean. The location was great too as I was commuting each day and would only have to leave 5 minutes before to catch the train into the city which would only take 15 minutes. Natasa was always willing to offer advice on places to go and eat too and made me feel really welcome. I would fully recommend staying at Natasa's place and cannot wait to stay again next time I visit Sydney!!! Thanks again for everything :)
Jun 27, 2019Wonderful host! Natasa was warm and welcoming and kindly organised Uber transport to get us to a show on time within half an hour of arrival!! Perfect location for inner city venues. The room was excellent- clean, comfortable and with lovely homely touches. Highly recommended stay. We will be back when back in Sydney.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay with Natasa was really wonderful. She welcomed us with such warmth and made us feel at home. She would readily help you with all your queries and also offers great tips about the local sightseeing. The room was as good as depicted in the pictures and you can use all the amenities right from the kitchen to laundry. The bathroom was also clean with good standards of hygiene. The house is really close to petersham metro station and has easy accessibility from the airport. It's also not too far from the city that saves a lot of commuting time. There are a lot of breakfast options available and you can also cook food if you like. It was a pleasure meeting Natasa. Cheerful and kind hearted that she is she made our stay really worthwhile.
Jun 27, 2019I didn't meet Natasa but she sent me comprehensive messages about her house & how to access it, my room and the other guests. As a result my stay went smoothly and comfortably. The guest room in which I stayed was large & comfortable, with a large window that made the room bright & airy. There was some aircraft noise but not sufficient to disturb me. The other rooms of the house that I used, the bathroom & kitchen, were also comfortable with appliances working smoothly. The house is conveniently located close to the railway station, with a pub opposite & a good cafe 5 minutes walk around the block. I would heartily recommend Natasa's house.

Jun 27, 2019Totally unsuitable for older people, dingy, messy garden, description does not say there were 5 people sharing one bathroom - the other shower is downstairs and reached by going outside! There is a cat not mentioned in description. Natasha gave someone our beer which she replaced. it may be cheap to Sydney and convenient for the station but it was very disappointing. Had it not been convenient for our family nearby we would have left on day one. towels not changed on a 10 day visit and we had to request bedding change. It was very hot despite a fan in the room. security is poor with only one locked gate protecting us and no locks on bedroom doors. Not recommended even for backpackers.

Jun 27, 2019Quite enjoyed my stay at Nataša's. The room was nice, the bathroom large and well stocked, and the overall hospitality was excellent. The house happens to be a short walk from a strip of great brunch and coffee places. The closest establishment, West Village -a gastropub, for a lack of a better term- is 100 metres away from the house. (It's great for lunch and I instantly fell in love with it for its aesthetic, food offerings, and tap list.) Nataša was a helpful and fun host. We ended up running into each other at pizzeria (Gigi) one evening and enjoying schooners at a brewery (Batch) on another evening. Our casual chats were delightful and full of insight. Not a single complaint.

The house is close to transport, both bus and train are a very short walk. It is a very nice walk to explore the length of Norton St Leichhardt. I would be happy to stay again and recommend the place to anyone.
Jun 27, 2019Fiquei hospedada nessa casa por 14 dias juntamente com minha mãe e tudo foi muito bom! Casa limpa, toalhas e lençóis limpos e à disposição. Quando tivemos alga dúvida ou problema foi logo resolvido pela querida Natasa! Localização excelente perto da estação de metrô e a uma caminhada não muito longa dos ônibus e supermercados. Indico essa casa para quem quiser ficar em Sydney por um valor bom e localização boa.

Very handy to transport, both trains and bus and conveniently between Petersham's Portuguese and Leichhardt's Italian restaurants. Fabulous place to stay!

Natasa is a very good host, full of energy and always ready for a good laugh. The house is very conveniently located as it is only 5 minutes walking from Petersham train station. Jun 27, 2019Natasa was absolutely lovely. She described how to get to her place in great detail and even helped me put with my Uber on the last day. Her place was cosy and she even took me out around Sydney! Her place is literally next to the train station which works great if you don't drive in Sydney. She had a dozen types of teas for me to select from and also gave me recommendations for things to visit. I felt very welcomed and at home - as though I had been living there for months! Would definitely stay there again and hang out with Natasa. :)

Although I didn't meet tge host There was very good communication sbout getting into the premises and other facilities. I had a very comfortable night's sleep. My room was very large and the shared facilities were fine. Close to Petersham eailway station which is a plus.
Jun 27, 2019From the moment I arrived at Natasa's I felt at home. She insisted on carrying my massive suitcase up the stairs for me, while explaining the layout of her home. She even suggested a wonderful spot for brunch for my friend and I. (I should actually say even before I arrived since she was extremely flexible and allowed me to alter my stay to a couple days later). My entire stay was extremely comfortable. Natasa gives the perfect balance of privacy and companionship to her guests. She never once disturbed me, but was always willing to have a chat on the rare occasion that we crossed paths (we both were in and out of the house quite often). Any time I was unsure of something she was available by text and always had a quick response. The location is also extremely convenient as it is only about a block from the Petersham station where I was able to catch either the bus or train to wherever I needed to go. You can take the bus to a grocery store, but Norton Plaza has 2 grocers as well as other little shops, and is only about a 10min walk. My only regret is that I did not book Natasa's place for my entire trip! If I return to Sydney I will definitely be booking her home again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient location, hosted by an extremely friendly and hospitable individual.

Jun 27, 2019Natasa's place is conveniently located a minute away from Petersham station which makes it super easy to get around Sydney. Her house is quite cosy although it can be a bit cold during winter, but the blankets in the room are definitely enough to keep you warm at night. I only met Natasa on the last day of my trip as she was away but she was lovely, as were her housemates. Would definitely recommend!

Jun 27, 2019Natasa's place is PERFECT! Pictures are accurate and the place is super clean! She also offerred great range of coffee and tea which make my morning freshened. Just 1 min walk from station but never felt noisy. Homie and comfort stay:)

Jun 27, 2019We love Natasa’s place. It felt like home away from home. It has all the amenities and very close to train station for transport. Cafes and pub nearby. Natasa is very accommodating host, always up for a chat and easy to live with. Would stay again :)
Jun 27, 2019Conveniently located - Train station just around the corner + the airport within 25 mins by taxi/ car. Clean and cosy room + necessary amenities in the house available. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Jun 27, 2019We had a very good stay at Natasa's home. Her house is lovely, the bedroom is spacious and very clean. Natasa is a perfect host, she welcomed us very well and she is very generous. The house is very well located, next to public transport, we were 20 minutes from the city centre. So, it's a perfect location to stay in Sydney, thanks again !
Jun 27, 2019Great and accurate communication, friendly host, good sized room and comfortable bed. The location is amazing, right next to Petersham train station, and an easy walk to Leichhardt's Norton Street.

Jun 27, 2019Olá! Quero começar falando da facilidade de comunicação com Natasa. Sempre que precisei ela foi rápida em responder e esclareceu todas as dúvidas. Localização: A casa fica ao lado da estação de Trem, literalmente, o que facilita muito os deslocamentos. Fica também relativamente próxima ao aeroporto, inclusive vale a pena usar o Uber se estiver com malas maiores ou em mais de uma pessoa, porque o Trem partindo do Aeroporto tem uma preço diferenciado e pode acabar não valendo a pena. Quarto: Amplo, limpo, tem ar-condicionado, guarda roupas, cômoda, além disso colchão e roupa de cama são bons! Banheiro: Grande, chuveiro bom. É compartilhado com mais dois quartos (que quando fui estavam ocupados) mas não tivemos problemas. Sempre limpo nos dias que estive aqui. Cozinha: Bem equipada e pode ser usada sempre que necessário. Anfitriã: Natasa foi uma excelente anfitriã! Atenciosa, comunicativa, sempre disposta a ajudar no que for necessário. Faz você se sentir em casa! Sem dúvidas ficaria hospedado novamente e recomendo para quem procura um lugar para passar alguns dias em Sydney.

Jun 27, 2019Natasa was nice and she responded message quickly! Her place was cute and cozy! Sometimes it’s a bit hot during the daytime in summer. But she gave us a really nice fan! You could find almost any kitchenware you want in the kitchen and made yourself a nice dinner! The location was good as well since it was located just 3-5mins walk to Petersham train station!
