Jun 27, 2019That Place is awesome, the rooftop!!!! Thats one of our favorite things, you have such a nice view, so many space.... its huge! Besides that Gabriela is an excellent host, who takes care all the time. Our flight was late so Gabriela have to wait for us, but she managed that very sweet to. All is in perfect condition inside, it looks even more beautiful with your own eyes!!! So don't wait book your flights to bcn, and try to stay in that amazing apartment!!! BCN is always right!!!

Jun 27, 2019Gabriela has a great apartment. Everything is very new and super clean and it looks exactly as on the pictures. The rooftop is awesome! The area might not be too interesting, but you´ll find everything you need (supermarket, bakery...) around the block and the subway is right on the corner. Gabriela is a nice host. Communiation was very easy, and she made sure that even the little extras we asked for are all taken care of. If we ever get back to Barcelona we will try to stay here!
Jun 27, 2019Lille men hyggelig lejlighed der ligger tæt på mindre ikke central metro. Vi var 5 personer, men der var kun 3 glas, 1 lille gryde og 1 lille stegepande i køkkenet. Der er senge til 3 og så en gammel dårlig sovesofa til 2 personer (måtte ligge 5 cm tyk og dårlig madras på gulvet) Ligger på toppen af lejlighedskompleks med stor terrasse med fin udsigt. Dog er der ikke nogen havemøbler, men vi fandt dog 3 gamle plaststole i et vaskeskur. Virker lidt som en hurtig indtægtskilde, dog med fin service når man henvender sig ( bl.a. med en defekt aircondition der lækker vand på hele gulvet. Tydeligt en gammel skade med gamle skjolde på væg). Udlejer kendte ikke til P-huse og priser i nærheden. Der ligger dog et ca. 30 meter rundt om hjørnet, der for øvrigt er til at forhandle pris med. Vil klart anbefale at man er max 3 personer i denne lejlighed !
Jun 27, 2019We slept 3 nights in this flat and we a really nice time ! It is just similar to the pictures, the terrace is amazing, the flat is well furnished, the beds are comfortable. The area is great, you can find a supermarket a few meters away and the metro is almost down the building. We would definitely go there again.
Jun 27, 2019We were welcomed by Miguel. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, and well located. Miguel was always ready to suggest things to do in the city. Gabriela always gave us timely responses to our requests. Excellent experience and excellent option for your stay in Barcelona!

Jun 27, 2019This apartment was super! Clean, compact, safe location. Steps away from the metro which gets you to anywhere in the city. Quite neighborhood and building which is really nice for active travelers who need to rejuvenate after long days and nights of sightseeing. The kitchen had the basics for quick meal prep if you eat in a couple of times. Clean new bathroom with a large shower. Great large patio which does get hot during the day. Gabriela and Miquel were accommodating and get back to you very quickly with answers to any questions you may have. I was new to the airbnb experience and it could not have gone better being quests of these two hosts. Our family of four did well in the bed situation. One double bed in a small bedroom, a twin in a smaller bedroom and a double pull out couch. Internet was strange a couple of times but it could just have needed a siesta! If we every have an opportunity to come back to Barcelona, I will be contacting Gabriela and Miquel!

Jun 27, 2019Tenía que acudir a un evento científico en el Hospital Clinic de Barcelona. Me alojé en el apartamento de Gabriela pues queda muy cerca del mismo (5-7 minutos paseando). ¿Cómo son las habitaciones?: La habitación principal da a un patio interior de la comunidad, es muy tranquila, se oye un poco la maquinaria del ascensor por el día porque está cerca, pero por la noche es silenciosa ya que el edificio es de ambiente familiar, acogedor y se respeta el descanso nocturno. De cualquier modo la zona es tranquila, y de noche mucho más. No hay ruido de tráfico ni nada por el estilo. Yo descansé muy bien. La habitación pequeña en realidad es un espacio semiabierto que se comunica con el salón. Y da a la terraza principal. Suuuuper tranquila. Positivos: - El apartamento es un sobreático así que no hay vecinos en esa planta, sólo tú. La terraza es increíble, vistas maravillosas sobre los tejados y colinas al atardecer. En mi caso era casi octubre y ya refrescaba por la noche pero me imaginé que en verano se estaría muy bien cenando allí mismo. - El Aire Acondicionado funciona perfectamente, de maravilla. Y lo hay en todas las estancias. ¡De lujo! - WIFI disponible. - El piso está nuevo y muy limpio. Las fotos se corresponden con la realidad. No hay sorpresas. Decorado sin artificios. Básico pero funcional. - Farmacia y supermercado en la misma calle, así como papelería y varios bares y cafeterías. - Boca de metro a escasos metros. Posibles Negativos (según necesidades del viajero): - El agua caliente de la ducha se agota de allí a un tiempo (calentador) y hay que esperar a que el tanque esté nuevamente caliente. Para mi que viajaba sola, era más que suficiente para una agradable y larga ducha. Para más personas supongo habría que tenerlo en cuenta y programarse. O ser breve (ecofriendly!) De cualquier modo es un aspecto menor. - El ascensor llega hasta el ático. Para llegar al sobreático hay que subir un pequeño tramo de escaleras. Para mi no supuso ningún problema, ni lo supondrá para cualquier viajero joven y en forma. Pero está bien saberlo en caso de personas con problemas de movilidad o para quienes lleven equipajes muy pesados. Realmente no son aspectos negativos sino simplemente a tener en cuenta! Mi estancia fue muy agradable y sin incidencias con una perfecta comunicación con mi anfitrión. Así que recomiendo este apartamento sin dudarlo. Gracias Gabriela!
Jun 27, 2019We arrived very late in the evening and miguel was so nice and waited for us in the appartment. The appartment looks like the same as it is shown on the pictures. It was very clean and tidy. We loved the view on the terace! I would definitely recommend this appartment and I'm sure that I will come again ;-) Cheers Hale
Jun 27, 2019My husband and I had a fantastic stay in Barcelona. The apartment went a long way in making our visit so successful. Miguel met us on arrival. He was very welcoming and immediately began to assist us with our luggage etc. The apartment looks just like the photos. It was very clean, comfortable and the terrace was awesome. We spent several nights overlooking the city while we enjoyed wine and cava! The metro was about 2 minutes away making travel around the city easy. We used the local supermarket and fresh fruit stands for some basic supplies. We ate at a local restaurant and shared a pitcher of sangria. The waitress went out of her way to help us! Everything was really nice. Prior to our trip, Gabriela answered all my emails very promptly. I would definitely rent this apartment again!

Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passe un agréable séjour à Barcelone dans l appart de Gabriela et Miguel L appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier tranquille et très proche ( 1 minute à pied) d une station de métro ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer sans difficulté! Des notre arrivée nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Miguel qui nous a fait visiter l'appartement . L appartement est confortable, bien équipé, et en plus bénéficie d une vue panoramique de Barcelone grâce à la spacieuse terrasse!!!! En résumé nous avons été entièrement satisfait de notre séjour!

Jun 27, 2019Appartement très propre, confortable et conforme aux photos. Situé dans un quartier calme et proche de la station de métro. L'hôte Miguel a été très accueillant à notre arrivée. Grande terrasse et bon wi-fi. Petits bémols concernant : le canapé lit qui n'était pas très confortable, le bruit de l'ascenseur, et l'eau chaude qui manquait parfois. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous recommandons cet appartement. Merci Gabriela et Miguel !

Jun 27, 2019L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme, tout près du métro. L'appartement correspond bien à la description. Il est assez grand et lumineux ; les lits sont confortables. La salle de bain est assez petite, mais la douche est grande et agréable. Le wifi marche très bien. Seul petit bémol, on entend le bruit du mécanisme de l'ascenseur quand il est utilisé. Mais sinon l'appartement est très calme et on n'entend ni les voisins ni la rue. La terrasse est très grande avec une très belle vue sur la ville et il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis direct. Nous vous conseillons donc vivement cet appartement. Si vous voulez aller grignoter en arrivant le 1er soir, nous vous conseillons d'aller au "mercado provenzal",) à l'angle de la rue de Rocafort et de l'avenue de Rome (2 min de l'appart) : c'est simple, bon et pas cher.
Jun 27, 2019Great apartment! Clean, cosy. Full of sun, but with good air condition. Very close to center, Sants and Placa de Espanya. Top of the world with a great view! I've been in this appartment twice and would be glad to stay here again. Gabriela and Muigel are very easygoing and good hosts. I definitely reccomend to spend several days (weeks...) in this apartment!

Jun 27, 2019This apartment was amazing and even better than expected. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is a 2 minute walk from a metro station, where you can quickly and easily get downtown. Having two separate bedrooms was awesome for our group and we really liked the renovated kitchen, bathroom, private laundry, and living space. The private rooftop patio was a pleasant surprise and was one of the highlights of our trip to Europe. Both Miguel and Gabriela were super friendly and accommodating to our needs. I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Jun 27, 2019We had an absolutely lovely stay in Gabriela and Manuel's apartment. The location was great in terms of amenities, access to metro and ability to walk to a number of tourist attractions. The terrace is a great place to spend time. I will happily book this apartment the next time I travel to Barcelona. The only drawback is there are no loungers on the terrace, we bought cheap yoga mats at a shop around the corner though and these were a fair substitute.

Jun 27, 2019Gabriela and her husband Miguel were fantastic hosts. The apartment was very clean and newly renovated. This was my parents first experience with airbnb and we were all a little nervous but between the apartment and the hosts everything went really well and they're now very excited by the airbnb idea and wish we'd used it more during our trip. Gabriela and Miguel were very helpful with everything and even brought us a kettle when we requested one. Highly recommend them to anyone who's staying in Barcelona.

The apartment itself is amazing just as it looks in the photos, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe to walk around at night.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is even better in person. I was in contact more with Gabriela´s husband Miguel. He was such great help and accomodating as we had issues meeting our friends in Barcelona. The location is perfect,it is close to a metro and its minutes from Las Ramblas via walking or by bus but it is not crowded. there are a lot of little cafes and close to a supermarket. There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable in the space. Highly recommended and I will definitely book this apartment again when I return to Barcelona. GRACIAS!!!
Jun 27, 2019Appartement conforme aux descriptions. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Au septième, le ciel n'est pas loin (sobre atico). Accueil parfait avant pendant le séjour. Quartier calme et reposant. Métro commerces très proche et pratique pour une famille avec enfants.

I absolutely recommend this airbnb rental to anyone visiting Barcelona who wants to feel like they are just at home in the city. Really fabulous stay! Just a perfect and easy experience.
Jun 27, 2019This apartment is just perfect for a stay in Barcelona, no matter if it is just for a couple of days or the whole holiday. Gabriela and Miguel are great hosts and everything from booking the apartment via the check-in, the stay to the check-out went absolutely uncomplicated. Even though my plane was delayed and I was more than one hour late, Miguel came to the apartment to hand over the keys. The flat itself is very clean and lovely furnished and it has all the comforts you need for your stay. The roof terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast or to relax in the evening and you have all the possibilities to access the public transportation via Sants Est. or Entenca. WiFi-Code and towels are provided as well. Although located in a central and busy area of the city you don't hear much of the noise of the streets and the neighbors are also quiet and friendly. Several supermarkets are just around the corner (both the small ones and bigger ones like a Mercadona and a Bonpreu). And if you prefer to go out for your meals, there are some nice cafés and restaurants in the area. In summary: If you are looking for a nice and spacious accomodation for your stay in BCN, this is probably a very good choice!
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was perfect for our stay in Barcelona. Its location is quite central, the next metro station just 50m away. Everything was as described, the interior nicely modern and we (young couple) had more than enough space in the apartment (living room, two bedrooms, kitchen/dining room). But the best was probably the great roof terrace, from where you have a great view over the city. The hosts, Gabriela and her husband Miguel, are really nice and open to any questions. We can only recommend this apartment and would always go there again.

Jun 27, 2019Мне и моим 2 друзьям понравились и апартаменты и их расположение. Недалеко от автовокзала (10-15) мин на такси, близко и до метро, и до площади Испании. ДА и сам район хороший. В квартире чисто, уютно, красиво и комфортно, приятный дизайн, огромня терраса на крыше. Очень удобные кровати. Квартира соответсвует фотографиям на сайте, разве что спальня на фото казалась просторнее. На кухне оказались в наличии сахар, мука, подсолнечное масло, специи... Хозяева (нас встречал и провожал муж Габриелы) оказались приветливы и гостеприимны. Рекоммендуем эти апартаменты другим.
Jun 27, 2019Wir waren sechs Tage in Barcelona und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Miguel hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, nur den Aufzug hört man, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Gabriela and Miguel were so very accomodating again this time with everything, so I'd love to stay in their apartment again, when I come to BCN next time. Thanks for the good time to both of you!
Jun 27, 2019Même si nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer Gabriela et Miguel, ils ont été très arrangeant notamment par rapport à nos horaires d'arrivée / départ un peu décalées. L'appartement est propre, rénové récemment et correspond bien aux photos. Il est confortable (literie ok) et pratique. C'est un "atico", c'est à dire un appartement "posé" au 7ème et dernier étage de l'immeuble. La terrasse est très grande, il y a une petite table et des chaises à disposition, c'est véritablement LA valeur ajoutée du lieu. A noter : la petite chambre avec le lit une place est située au niveau du salon (isolée par une porte coulissante). Il y a une clim / chauffage par pièce, ce qui nous a bien servi pendant le séjour, même si elles peuvent s'avérer légèrement bruyante. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons probablement à l'avenir lors de nos prochaines visites de Barcelone !

Jun 27, 2019This was my first time staying at an air bnb rental. The place could not be more perfect. We loved having the kitchen to use for our breakfast each morning. The patio was just a dream to see the lights of the city. It just seemed close to everything as well. Just a perfect experience.
Jun 27, 2019Appartement tout à fait conforme au descriptif, propre et agréable à vivre. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec notre fille de 4 ans et notre bébé de 4,5 mois. Idéal pour une famille car très proche du métro et calme malgré le mécanisme de l ascenseur. Nous avons rejoint très facilement les différents sites que nous souhaitions visiter. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

The hosts are nice , efficient and respond promptly to any queries. The location is great in a quiet region with nearby subway and close to the center. We had an excellent stay and will recommend to our friends!

Jun 27, 2019Una simpatica signora ci ha accompagnato nell'appartamento dandoci spiegazioni sul funzionamento dell'aria condizionata e altri elettrodomestici e descrivendoci i vari spazi. L'appartamento era come l'avevo visto dalle foto, pulito e servito anche con caffè, condimenti. Sulla terrazza in ambiente chiuso c'era la lavatrice; la terrazza con vista spettacolare con visuale quasi a 360°. Indirizzo già registrato in agenda per ripetere la bella esperienza.
Jun 27, 2019Yövyimme Miguel ja Gabrielan asunnossa kesä-heinäkuun vaihteessa mieheni ja 1-vuotiaan poikani kanssa 8 yötä. Asunto oli loistava pienelle perheelle ja tarvittaessa siellä olisi mahtunut yöpymään useampikin. Asunto vastasi täysin kuvausta, tai oli jopa parempi! Kuvat eivät anna oikeutta asunnolle. Asunto on hiljattain remontoitu, todella siisti ja erityismaininta jokaisessa huoneessa erikseen olleesta ilmastointilaitteesta. Tullessamme, asunto oli siivottu todella siistiksi ja tuoksui raikkaalta -melkein kuin olisi tullut hotelliin! Asunto oli myös hyvin rauhallinen, naapureista ei kuulunut mitään ääniä. Myös Miguel ja Gabriella toimivat loistavia isäntinä: heidät sai hyvin kiinni ennen matkaa, aiemman check-in ajan sopiminen onnistui ongelmitta, asunnolla oltiin vastaanottamassa meitä hyvissä ajoin, Miguel auttoi meitä kantamaan matkatavaramme asuntoon, ongelmatilanteissa saimme apua muutaman tunnin sisällä ja he jopa lähettivät asunnolle unohtuneet matkatavarat postilla peräämme! Asunnon läheisyydestä löytyi metroasema, pieniä kauppoja ja edullisia paikallisten suosimia ravintoloita, joskin niissä ymmärrettiin melko heikosti englantia :). Asunnolta oli jonkin verran matkaa esim. Tripadvisorin suosittelemiin ravintoloihin eixamplessa, mutta metrolla pääsi kulkemaan suht vaivattomasti myös lapsen kanssa. Asunto ja isännät olivat siis huippuja! Enempää emme olisi voineet toivoa asunnolta tässä hintaluokassa. Yksi asia, mikä kannattaa kuitenkin huomioida tämän asunnon kohdalla on se, ettei hissillä pääse suoraan asunnon kerrokseen vaan hissiltä tarvitsee nousta vielä yksi kerros ylöspäin portaita pitkin. Jun 27, 2019Fabulous, clean and modern apartment with big roof terrace within walking distance to the city and sights and very close to the metro. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and quick to respond to queries. It was ideal for our few days exploring Barcelona and would recommend it.

Jun 27, 2019Pour une première expérience avec Airbnb, je me considérait chanceux d'avoir loué l'apt ce couple fort sympathique, Miguel ey Gabriela. En un mot, mon expérience a été très agréable. Tel que décrit dans le profil, l'apt est joli, propre, spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est situé dans un quartier très tranquille, très proche d'une station de métro. Le bâtiment est bien entretenu et les voisins sont sympas. Il y a tout ce dont j'avais besoin dans l'apt pour la durée de mon séjour.
Jun 27, 2019L'appartement est conforme à la description. Très agréable, proche du centre. Petits désagréments dus au mécanisme de l'ascenseur mais cela reste léger et peu dérangeant. Nous avions choisi ce logement pour la grande terrasse. Elle est effectivement très grande mais pourrait être encore plus agréable avec des chaises longues. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup
Jun 27, 2019Tout d'abord, j'aimerai remercier Miguel et Gabriella pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance. Ils nous ont permis de prendre possession de l'appartement avant l'heure officielle et nous ont également permis de rester plus longtemps le jour où nous partions car ils n'avaient pas d'autres voyageurs avant le surlendemain et ils ont répondu à nos problèmes au plus vite. L'appartement est agréable et bien agencé, comme décrit sur les photos. La terrasse est ce qui nous a le plus plu pour y prendre le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner et une séance bronzette. Les voisins sont très calmes. Le quartier est sympa, avec des supermarchés pas loin et des restaus pas cher. Le métro est juste à côté ainsi que l'arrêt du bus 41 direct jusqu'à la Place de Catalunya. Je recommande sincèrement cet appartement.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in a good location and was clean and as described. We were given a comprehensive tour showing us all we needed to know for our 4 night stay. Gabriela arranged a cot for our youngest boy and overall the apartment was comfortable. Having the top floor terrace was a bonus for sitting outside and drying clothes. Upon departure I left an electronic device in the room and Gabriela was kind enough to arrange it's safe return. We had a good experience here and would recommend both Gabriela as a host and the apartment.
Jun 27, 2019La communication a été tout à fait facile avec l'hôte. Préférer tout de même le taxi depuis l'aéroport (20 minutes) plutôt que le train+métro comme elle me l'a conseillé (Une heure et demi !!!). L'appartement ressemble aux photos, clair, propre. La grande terrasse est très agréable, on y a fait du yoga. La cuisine est petite mais il y a de tout pour cuisiner. Bémol : le bruit. Le jour de notre arrivée, il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble, nous n'avons pas pu rester la journée. Ensuite, depuis la chambre parents, on entend l'ascenseur ! et tout ce qui se passe dans l'escalier. Appartement sobre.
Jun 27, 2019Our flights were delayed and Gabrielas husband waited for us over an hour to arrive. Great apartment, great neighborhood, just a couple of minutes away from Barcelona Sants. Amazing roof top terrace with great view over Barcelona. We stayed just for 2 nights (4 adults, 2 babies), so it was perfect for us. Might've a little small for 4 adults and longer stay. Sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, but ok for 2 nights. The single bed and double bed were really good.
Jun 27, 2019Great apartment! Miguel met us and explained everything also leaving us a contact number (which we never needed as all worked without fail.) The terrace was wonderful. We did purchase a small lawn chair from a shop across the street to lounge in the sun and left it for future guests to enjoy. Laundry set up is great. Washer is in a small room on the terrace which is also where you hang the clothes for drying. That little hotbox gets the clothes dry in a hurry. Neighborhood was exactly what we wanted. Good bars, restaurants and markets in the area, so good neighborhood feel away from main tourist streets and crowds. Walk a few blocks to The Bar on Calabria. Outstanding small restaurant with friendly owner and great food well priced. You could walk everywhere (we did!), but better to get a metro pass (as we also did) which will get you everywhere. A stop (Entenca) is less than half a block away. We got a ten trip pass which lasted a week. Also, nothing quite like crowding onto a sweaty subway in July to get to know the locals.... We highly recommend this apartment as the perfect way to enjoy a stay in Barcelona!

Une petite suggestion serait peut-être de changer la table et les chaises. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter! J en garde un excellent souvenir.

Jun 27, 2019The main asset of this appartment is the location: metro and bus stops around the corner, the same goes for groceries and restaurants etc. It is a pleasant, quiet and safe residential neighbourhood, just a couple of metro stops from the city centre. The appartment is nice and cosy and provided everything we needed for 3 people (additional sofa bed available). Communication with host was smooth and prompt, we appreciated the possibility of late check-out. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the appartment to families and to those who like to return to a quiet neighborhood after hustle and bustle of the city.

Jun 27, 2019Wonderful terrace flat comfortably furnished with views over Barcelona. Quiet neighbourhood with local shops, bars and eating places. (Note on eating places avoid the Raco De Rossello (we all had very dodgy constitutions after a tapas there).) Very close to L5 metro and no 41 bus goes to Plaça de Catalunya. For three people taxis are a good and economic way of getting around especially after a long day walking around. Flat has effective A/C and is quiet apart from lift motor noise. If there any negatives then new fatter pillows would be good and a plug for the bathroom sink would be great but apart from those minor quibbles the flat is perfect.

The apartment is great, very very clean, equipped with everything you need, the terrace is lovely and location perfect, only 150m from the metro and 150m from supermarket. Gabriela is the best host, she helped us a lot, waited for us because we checked in late and on departure day we could leave our suitcases until late afternoon. We'll definitely cone again, we enjoyed it a lot. Thank you very much Gabriela for everything! And see you next time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jun 27, 2019Schoon, mooi appartement, overal airco. Zit hoog maar is met klein liftje te bereiken, laatste verdieping gaat met trap. Dichtbij metro, slechts paar haltes om overal te komen. Bakker aan de overkant, supermarkt om de hoek. Contact met Gabriela/Miguel verliep ook prima, snel antwoord op al je vragen. Was voor ons de ideale plek voor een paar dagen Barcelona. Kan het iedereen aanbevelen
Jun 27, 2019Apartment is exactly as described. Clean, and you find everything you need. There's the occasional elevator noise, but overall it is very quiet. We wish we had more time to make use of the big roof terrace. Supermarket and bakeries are nearby. Metro station is conveniently located at the end of the block. Miguel was able to arrange a (very) early check-in, which was highly appreciated. We would definitely consider staying there again when visiting Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019소개에 나와 있는 것처럼 숙소의 위치는 지하철과 아주 가까워 바르셀로나 내 여러 곳으로 이동시 편리했고, 숙소의 편의 시설도 사진과 같았습니다. 다만, 숙소가 맨 위층인데 옥상에서 공사가 진행 중이어서 숙소까지 가는 계단에 여러가지 공사 도구들이 있어 이동이 불편했고 공기도 조금 탁한 느낌입니다. 또, 침실 옆이 옥상인데 바람 소리 등 소음이 조금 있는 편이었습니다.

Jun 27, 2019Have stayed in Gabies apartment a few times now. Terrace is brilliant. Location is great. If the wifi is slow a reset of the router sorts it out. MigueI and Gabie are very easy to deal with, great communication with check in and check out. I recommend staying here.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is no less than perfect. Location is excellent in the Eixample, between 2 metro stations and lots of cool restaurants and cafes. But the terrace, oh the terrace! That was such an upgrade to visiting Barcelona, with sun bath and chill. For me there’s no other place in Barcelona. Thank you Gabriela and Miguel!

Jun 27, 2019We have met "Miguel" Gabriela's husband in the apartment and he was such a friendly and welcoming person helping us with our luggage to the inside of the apartment . I even contacted him beforey arrival to Barcelona thorugh the (Hidden by Airbnb) and he repsonded immediately. He showed us every detail in the apartment with a smiley face and very good hosting . The apartment is very spacious, very clean and has all the amenities . Wifi was with a very good speed , kitchen had everything needed during the whole stay , all the apartment was air conditioned, the very big terrace is a real asset to this apartment and it is also private so you can enjoy your breakfast or noon tea in it , the building has an elevator not that big but it was enough for the 4 of us . The location of the apartment is more than perfect, you have everything around you , less than 50 meters to the metro station of "Entenca" and another one also . All stores are in a very small walking distance from the building like : Supermarkets , cafes , money transfer , Bakery stores , korean restaurants, massage and spa , souvenirs...Etc . I strongly recommend Gabriela's apartment to anyone who is planning to roam Barcelona and to have a good and clean place to stay in . Last thing is the very quiet and safe area/neighborhood.
Jun 27, 2019a fantastic apartment; we had a really great time here and would happily come back again. 5 minutes walk from Entenca metro - made travelling around the city so accessible and easy - la sagrada familia is only about 4 stops away. the apartment had everything you could possibly need for your stay - washing machine, hair dryer, cooking equipment, fridge freezer, you name it - we were never caught short. Miguel came to meet us and was a lovely guy, a great host - friendly and very helpful. communication was always fast and very accommodating. we loved our stay and have recommended to all of our friends and family.

Jun 27, 2019Pasamos unos días hermosos en Barcelona y en el departamento de Gabie y Miguel. Es tal cual en la foto. Si van en primavera o verano no desaprovechen la terraza que es enorme y con una vista privilegiada al Montjuïc. En cuanto a la ubicación es ideal, a 100 mts de la Estación Entença de la L5 y a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Tren Sants que permite conocer los alrededores de La Ciudad y visitar otras playas. Definitivamente, volveremos y los súper recomendamos.
Jun 27, 2019Gabriela’s flat is spacious and agreeable: a master bedroom and another small bedroom plus a comfy living, a kitchen well equipped, and a big terrace. We spent 10 days and had a wonderful time. The place is very well located in the district of Eixample one block from Entenca metro station and 4 blocks from Barcelo Sants the main railway station. Plenty of bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc around.. Gabriela was very accommodating. We got there too early because of the flights from the US and she had no problem sending someone to meet us with the key. She was always available and willing to go the extra mile for us to feel at home. We loved the place and would go back if time permits.
