Im perfectly satisfied with this room. Room is very clean and service is nice. Also this place is very near from MTR station. So it is very convenient to go around. Sam is best host i have ever met before.

Jul 27, 2019就在地铁站附近,交通还是很方便的｡房间比较小,整体很干净,床也比较舒服,就是没有备拖鞋,洗澡不太方便｡建议后面的房客如果方便的话自备拖鞋和大浴巾｡整体性价比还是挺高的｡下次还会考虑入住｡

Jun 27, 2019Sam was really welcoming even before my arrival, making sure that I was okay with everything. The room is located conveniently, just a block (or two I forget...) away from the Jordan station, clean and had all you need. Tiny but well designed, it was really cozy and functional at the same time. Thank you Sam for your wonderful hospitality, and I would love to stay again for sure!
Jun 27, 2019I loved how modern all the fixtures were. The location was central to shopping, public transport, great food and everything else one could possibly need. Sam helped me with everything, even things I didn't know I need help with! I'm a single girl and this was my first time to Aisia, I felt safe, welcome and was very happy with everything! All because of Sam and his partner, whom were very professional and courteous. I sincerely hope I'll get the opportunity to go back soon.
Jun 27, 2019I normally don't review out of laziness, but my stay with Sam was awesome. He went above and beyond in making sure I knew where I was heading days before I even arrived in Hong Kong. He gave me advice on which bus to take from the airport, gave me screenshots of maps, and even gave me advice on SIM cards. He offered an early check in and late check out, which I am sure is not the norm, but as the situation allowed, he was very gracious. As for the room itself, it was very clean and cleaned everyday by a cleaning service. Although it was a bit small, it had everything I needed and was just big enough for one person. It was right next to a 7-11 and it was a minute walk from the Jordan MTR station. It was easy to get around without knowing a lick of Chinese. If I go back to Hong Kong, I will definitely be staying with Sam.

Jun 27, 2019Sam是一个很赞的房东,房子位于佐敦地铁口步行两分钟,非常便利｡入住前和Sam加了 (Hidden by Airbnb) ,给了我详细的地址,地图,入住密码门的使用视频等,非常详细｡可能小间是新装修的,我比较敏感,感到一点点味道,不过开窗透气后好很多｡还给了我很多附近餐厅的推荐,特别nice的房东,超赞,很推荐｡

You can just go out and 1min walk, you can take all kinds of transportation. Moreover the host "sam" he is such a great host. Trying to help me for travelling in HongKong all the time.

Just give it a shot, the location is great, the room despite not being the biggest, but then again it's HongKong, got everything you need and Sam himself is delivering a superb service. He will take care of all your questions and make sure you are days before prepared to arrive at the apartment. Like most people, who stayed with Sam, I will definitely choose Sam as my host again.
Jun 27, 2019A modern room close to the subway. The area is pretty busy and 1 or 2 stops away from the big market street. Lots of food and other shops around too. Check in was very easy- just receive the code which is sent by the host beforehand, and use that to unlock the doors. Host is good at responding to messages and answering questions. Can fit one person, maybe 2 if you don't mind sleeping close. Cleaned daily by housekeeping. Good wifi.

Jun 27, 2019I recommend staying with Sam because his guesthouse is clean, comfortable, modern, and well-located and he is committed to providing a smooth experience for his guests. Sam got in touch with me several days before my reservation to provide detailed instructions for reaching the guesthouse from the airport, including photographs and a video of how to operate the keypad entry system for self-check-in. Very helpful! Unfortunately, there was a rather serious hiccup, beyond Sam's control, the morning I was scheduled to arrive. Sam messaged me to say there was a problem with the plumbing in my room and while I would could drop my bags off, he would need a few extra hours to bring in the right technicians to fix the situation. Although I was disappointed that I couldn't use the room right away, Sam remained in constant communication throughout the repair process and guaranteed me I would have a place to sleep that night. Ultimately, Sam was not able to get the plumbing fixed that day, but he arranged for me to stay in a different, bigger room, and all was well. I understand these things happen, and Sam handled the situation as well as one could be expected to. Again, I recommend staying with Sam for the reasons given above, but I do want to note that the room, and the bathroom in particular, is strikingly small. I expected that in Hong Kong for this price, and it wasn't a problem, but don't expect otherwise. That said, the modern design make the room comfortable and functional, and the location in the heart of the action just off Nathan Road in Kowloon cannot be beat.
Jun 27, 2019I would definitely recommend staying at Sam's listing. The location seriously can't be beat - the subway is right around the corner and so is the bus that you catch to and from the airport. A number of the top recommended attractions are within walking distance, and there's a seven eleven basically right next to the building. The room is small, but I was travelling by myself, so it was perfect for me. There was hot water every day, the door lock is digital so you don't have to carry keys around or stress about losing them (the digital door lock has an additional manual lock on the inside), and I can't stress how great it was to come home to a functioning AC after a long day of sightseeing - Hong Kong is HUMID. On top of all the aforementioned, Sam is an awesome host. He's one of the most helpful and thorough hosts I've had so far. He contacted me a couple of days before my trip with very detailed instructions on how to get to the listing and operate the digital door lock - he even included several pictures and a video. On my second day there, I dropped my phone out on Lantau Island and completely trashed the screen. When I got back to the room, I contacted Sam and he gave me detailed instructions on where to get it fixed. He even made sure to tell me to visit several shops before committing to a price - which because of the set-up of the location, proved to be indispensable advice. As a female travelling alone, I couldn’t have had a better host. Definitely staying there again when I go back.

Jun 27, 2019Great location and close to the Jordan MTR (train station). Location is in Kowloon and the train station is only a few mins away. HK subway system is amazing and efficient so larger luggage can be brought with ease. The building where this room is located has an elevator so no worries about bringing your bags up flights of stairs. Room was small but clean. Shower didn't really have any hot water. Overall it was a good place to stay for less than 24 hours or if you're in town for some quick business. Sam was also great and very detailed with his directions on how to get to and get in to the room! He included suggestions on best transportation methods to get from airport to the airbnb building in Kowloon. If you arrice after midnight, you'll have to take overnight buses. For MTR routing apps, download "Moovit". SAM communicates very well and I recommend to stay here if his room is ever available.

The apartment is very conveniently located next to the Jordan MTR station which gives you easy access to anywhere that you want to go in Hong Kong. Sam even went through the trouble of showing me step by step (with pictures) how to get from the airport to the airbnb. He was very helpful and checked in every once in awhile to make sure I was doing ok.

He was super helpful with everything before I arrived- showing me exactly where it was located on the map, how to get there from the airport, how to find the building and get into the room. He was available on (Hidden by Airbnb) to answer any of my questions related to the airbnb itself or just generation questions about HK. Although the room is tiny, it was perfect for what I needed. Room was very clean and there was a housekeeping service that came every day to keep it nice for your return at the end of the day. For an affordable spot in a great location, you can't go wrong with Sam's place.
Jun 27, 2019Sam's place is perfect for a single traveler. The room was tiny, but it is acceptable considering this is Hong Kong, and had everything I needed. Sam was very nice and gave clear instructions as to how to get to the place from the airport and everything. The only thing that comes to my mind that was disappointing about this place is that it had no fridge. But overall it was a very satisfactory stay!

Jun 27, 2019What a lovely and quaint place! The room has a very cosy and relaxing vibe to it- lot's of personality. The toilet is a little too tiny but it that dosn't bother you then this room is perfect! It was easy getting to the location with the help of Sam's instructions. The helper comes in and cleans the place so it's alwayw clean. Sam's place is in the heart of Jordan and walking distance to some of the best food in HK and really central to most places by MTR. What a great host too, always checking in if I've got everything. Thank you Sam, will definitely stay here again if I come back!

Jun 27, 2019I super love how detailed Sam was in making sure I knew exactly how to get to his building and into my room with the least hassle. And coming to think of it, it's the most relaxing, stress-free commute I've ever experienced in all my stays in Hong Kong. The location is fabulous, truly a minute's walk to Jordan MTR and 4 minutes to the free airport express shuttle. I basically MTR-ed everywhere from there :) Sam's photo instructions via (Hidden by Airbnb) was clear, concise and made it really easy. There was a 7-11, banks and everything was close by. Perfect place to explore the city from. The room was clean and digital locks meant no key hassles, water was nice and hot, I even got a personalised welcome note with clear communication and wifi instructions. My only regret was I didn't have much time to get to know Sam & Andy, but I'll be back next trip! Oh and I was traveling alone, so it's a pretty safe area too :) highly recommended - just nice for one pax - thanks Sam & Andy!

Jun 27, 2019Sam was a friendly and supportive host that provided me everything I needed for a comfortable stay in his sweet and centrally located guest house. Everything just worked, from check-in to wif, to checking out. Sam followed to ensure I had everything I needed for my trip, which was very thoughtful. The Pros: * Super economical * Central location to public transport and local markets * Working wifi * Quiet, considering how much activity is in the center of town (Recommendation: Bring ear plugs in any case. I regularly use them in my travels and they have served me well.) * Self-service: You can arrive anytime at the place as Sam has electronic door locks that allow you to let yourself in with the code he provides. Cons: * There's nothing negative to report about Sam's place. It's an awesome clean and well-appointed place that I hope to use again the next time I visit HK.

Jun 27, 2019Sam's guest house offers small rooms with bathrooms for solo travelers. The location is perfect, right off Jordan Station and minutes away from main areas. Communication with Sam was easy and he was always on top of everything. Note that despite of the rooms being on the small side, there should be enough space for someone looking to explore the city, and they're freshened up daily. Would definitely recommend to others.
Jun 27, 2019这里位置超级好,离地铁站只有100米左右,到香港各个地方都很近｡晚上12点之后附近还有佐敦夜市,累了饿了还能吃顿夜宵｡虽然是单人房间,但Sam还有其他的房间在同一个位置,所以跟朋友出来也可以有私人空间｡重点是Sam人很热情,会很及时的告诉你重要信息! Sam's apartment is at a good location in Hong Kong and very nearby Jordan Station. You can go everywhere just less 25mins. After a long day, You also could go to Jordan night fair to eat seafood and local dessert. There are 5 single rooms to book, so Your friend and You could live here in a private way. The most important thing is Sam is the best host who I never met before!

Jun 27, 2019재작년 홍콩여행 때 친구랑 더블룸 예약했었는데 위치, 시설, 호스트 다 마음에 들어서 이번에 또 예약했어요. 혼자 간거라 싱글룸 예약했고 호스트인 Sam과 (Hidden by Airbnb) 으로 연락 주고 받았습니다. 공항에서 A22 타고 40~45분 가면 건물 근처 정류장에서 도보 2분 걸리는 것 같아요. 침사추이역에서도 도보 10~15분이면 가능하고 센트럴에서도 이동 가능한 버스 노선이 많습니다. 몽콕역까지도 걸어갈 수 있어서 위치는 정말 좋아요. 여자 혼자 지내도 가는 길 외지지 않고, 바로 옆 건물 1층에 세븐일레븐 있어서 편합니다. 그 A22 내리는 정거장에 스타벅스도 있고 동네 서점도 있어요. 재작년 더블룸 썼을 때는 방은 뭐 홍콩 건물 특성상 좁긴해도 화장실이 넓었는데 싱글룸은 화장실이 정말 좁았어요. 그래도 큰 문제는 없었고 수건 매일 갈아줍니다. 기준 체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착했는데 도착하자마자 체크인 할 수 있게 도와주었고, 출국 비행기가 다음 날 새벽이어서 짐 보관 여부를 물었더니 어차피 다음 날 게스트 없다고 늦게 체크아웃해도 된다고 배려해주어서 정말 고마웠어요. 헤어드라이기는 따로 요청하면 빌려주고, 포트는 있어요. 방 소음 생각보다 크지 않고 안전하게 지내다 왔어요. 추천합니다~

Jun 27, 2019此次到港入住非常愉快,房源就在佐敦地铁站附近,出入便捷,到尖沙咀,油麻地,九龙此次都选择了步行,几分钟路程｡由于是单间,面积不大但足够一个人住,装修风格是偏宜家muji风,简约清爽｡最让我感到愉悦的是,房东Sam的热情,会事无巨细的和你讲解路线,推荐去处｡总之,此行感受体验很好,是很好的选择｡

Jun 27, 2019强烈安利!!!!!!!!!真的是来香港住的最方便的地方!!!!!每天逛到累成狗的时候,下了地铁走2分钟就到了!!!!!走路到尖沙咀或旺角只需要十分钟!!!!周围还有庙街!澳洲牛奶公司!翠华!楼下就是7-11!!真的超级方便!!!只要找到弥顿道就绝对不会迷路!! 最主要房间特别干净整洁!!!我住的是单人间,大小刚刚好!本以为住在闹市区会很吵,但是关上窗真的就像是与外面的车水马龙隔绝了一样!我睡觉超级轻,但是去住的第一个晚上竟然一觉睡到了10点多 总之吃我这一剂安利!!!绝对不会让你失望!!!

Prior to my stay in HK, I had a few last minute changes in my trip plan that came up while I was in another country in South East Asia without much means for communication. Sam was so flexible, accommodating, and timely in responses that he took the stress out of everything! The room is lovely--perfect for a solo traveler who doesn't need much more than a clean and comfortable bed, a warm shower, and wifi. I was a fan of the self-check-in using door codes and found that to be extremely convenient.

Jun 27, 2019入住:大厦地址很好找｡房门都是密码锁,check in很方便 房间:和图片一致!有张单人铺,一张桌子,椅子｡值得一提的是房间内备有转换插头,很赞!非常适合一个人住｡ 地点:离地铁站很近,附近也有很多巴士站可以去到很多地方｡ 楼下就是便利店｡大厦在主街道旁侧所以算是一个闹中取静的好地方｡ 是独自旅行的绝佳选择｡ Everything is good except the bathroom is not big enough for a big person;-)

Jun 27, 2019特别特别满意!一,安全,不像其他大厦人员混杂,电梯等半天｡美明大厦比较小,上下只有一部电梯,住的这几天,每次都是我一人上下,所在楼层就两户,隔壁是一个牙医馆｡二,方便,出门走一分钟就是佐敦B1出口｡佐敦是个很好的区域,不像尖沙咀和铜锣湾那么吵那么游客,但周边又有很多超好吃的餐厅,包括有名的澳洲牛奶公司就在对面｡三,干净!特别干净!屋内从被套床垫到洗漱用品应该都是无印良品的,每天都会有人来打扫,隔音也挺好,我都没听到什么噪音｡房间虽小,却有一面墙的窗户,光线通透｡四,Sam人很热情,细致,周全,沟通全程靠 (Hidden by Airbnb) ,有什么问题都是及时回复的｡我觉得今后来港就锁定这里了

Jun 27, 2019저도 다른 한국분들 후기 보고 처음 에어비앤비를 통해 숙소를 예약하고 가게 되었습니다 일단 숙소는 혼자지내기 적당한 크기(홍콩의 사정을 고려하면) 입니다. 청소상태는 보통이고 수건과 타월을 매일 하나씩 교체해주어서 매우 좋았습니다. 위치는 어딜가나 가까운 편이라 생각되구요 조단역과 가까워 편리합니다. 특히나 호스트인 샘이 (Hidden by Airbnb) 으로 차편이라던지 세세한 정보들을 친절하게 알려주어서 매우 좋았습니다. 혼자 여행하시는 분들께 추천드립니다 : )

Jun 27, 2019Pros The best thing is that You don't have to wait someone or make appointment with the host. You can just check-in anytime you want. Sam was so nice. I found that I booked the wrong date just five days before I check-in and he approved to change the date without any penalty. And he could speak English so communication was really easy. Very clean!! And also interior was tidy
Jun 27, 2019第一次用Airbnb预订酒店,没想到房东Sam非常热情､细心指导路线,门锁都是密码锁,很安全!房间里面明亮干净､很舒适的枕头和床垫,空调､热水､及其他设施都很好!晚上也很安静,因为没有房了,就只住了两晚,本来还希望能多住几天｡非常感谢房东Sam和做清洁的Anthony!下次有机会还会选择入住哦!thank you for everything!

The bus stop from the airport is right down the road, the train going to Central or anywhere in HK is right down the road. Sam was helpful and precise in our communication, the self check-in and check-out absolutely worked for me. Everything was exactly as described in the ad. Thanks again!
Jun 27, 2019평소에 다른 어플로 숙소를많이 잡았는데요 처음으로 후기만보고 에어앤비에서 잡은것인데 만족합니다 지하철역과 버스정류장이랑 가깝고 침사추이랑 가까워서 저는 걸어다녔습니다 템플스트리도가깝고 저는 몽콕까지걸어갔어요 뚜버기분들에게는 매력적인거리 아래 편의점이있어서 좋았어요 따로슬리퍼 치약.칫솔은 가져가셔야되고요 냉장고있고 전자레인지없습니다 주인이 매우친절했어요 방도 깨끗하고요 에어컨이좀더러워서 ㅠ저는좀신경이많이쓰였습니다 한가지아쉬운점은 무인시스템이라 여분의수건이라던지 다른점을요구하려면 따로 사람이없어서 그게한가지아쉬운점이었어요 저는 묵을동안 너무조용하고 편하게지내서 다음에도 가라면 갈것같아요 개인욕실화장실 이라 정말편했습니다

Sam sent me video instructions on how to check in, gave me advice on the best way to get to the guest house as I arrived past midnight. He thoughtfully checks to see if all is well during my stay. The room is very close MTR and good food, clean and accurate to the picture. Highly recommended host!

Jun 27, 2019공항버스 A22랑 엄청 가깝습니다. 금방 도착하고 조던역 근처라 교통이 편리합니다. 걷는거 좋아하시는 분은 센트럴 갈 때 빼고 대중교통 이용할 일 거의 없으실거예요! 몽콕야시장이랑 침사추이쪽도 다 걸어다님 ㅇㅇ 또 편의점이 바로 아래라 좋았습니다. 제 숙소는 10층이엿는데 건물 주인 (?)아져씨가 1층에서 지키고 계시고 10층올라오면 문을 열고 또 한번 열어야되서 굉장히 안전한 느낌이였습니다. 그리고 메인스트리트에서 얼마 들어가지 않은 곳에 있기때문에 혼자 여행하는 여자 분이시면 굉장히 좋을 것 같습니다 . 숙소도 깔끔하고 와이파이, 에어컨 잘되고 수압도 좋았습니다. 근데 뼌끼수압은뼐로에오 똥싸따까 막힐까빠 꺽쩡했음. 나머지는 최고입니다. 청소도 매일 해주시구요..! 그리고 무엇보다도 호스트가 친절합니다. 물어보면 바로바로 답장해주세요!!!!!
Jun 27, 2019Sam was very responsive and had given very easy to follow instructions on how to find the place and accessing the room! Only a 3-5 min walk from the MTR making it very convenient to explore other nearby areas! Although there isn't much in the area, Jordan is located on the red line of the MTR, only 10 mins away from Lan Kwai Fong :) This was my first solo trip and I did not feel unsafe walking to and from the location, even late at night. Thanks Sam! :)

Jun 27, 2019Everything's great! :D 1. Instructions were clearly given on how to locate the area. 2. Limited food choices for the picky ones but overall the location is spot on as it is near MTR station and Bus station. There are also shops nearby in which you can find almost all basic things that you might need. 3. Very easy and hassle free self check in/out . 4. Sam was really accommodating and even let me leave my things before and after check in/out. 5. Square area of the room is just right for a solo traveler. 6. The room was also clean (Kudos to the lady cleaner). 7. Bed was really comfortable, I don't usually sleep with one pillow but well I had a really comfortable sleep! 8. Safety? No questions. Guarded with cctv cameras and pin-locked doors. 9. Towels, water heater, hair dryers, shampoo and body wash are all provided and of course I wouldn't miss to mention the the fast wifi connection! 10. Lastly, overall stay was really good value for money!

Jun 27, 2019I had a great stay at the guesthouse. Sam is very friendly and responds very quickly. The location is great in a busy area with many options to eat and other essential shops. It is 1 min away from the Jordan station which is very centrally located. The room is a bit small (like everywhere in HK) but has everything you need for a single traveler. There was an area I could conveniently put my suitcase and clothes. The room is also very clean and every day the cleaning lady comes by with clean towels. Overall great stay.

The room is a little bit small, but wonderfully comfortable. I really enjoyed a good night. Highly recommend this room.

Jun 27, 2019호스트가 친절해서 좋았어요 숙소 위치도 괜찮았어요 주위에 편의점도 많고 맥도날드도 있었어요 나름 번화가인거 같더라고여 침사추이랑 한정거장 되는 거리라 여기저기 다니기 편했어요 물론 숙소위치가 침사추이에 있었으면 더 편했겠지만! 숙소는 좁지만 아늑했고 안에 화장실이 딸려있어서 편했어요 가격이 싼편은 아니라고 생각하지만 홍콩 물가 생각해서 이만하면 괜찮은거같아요 제가 한국인인걸 알고있어서 그런지 한국 어댑터까지 끼워놓으셨더라구요! 근데 마지막날 쑤껀을 안쭈쎴어여..끄럐써 머리 말린다고 꼬썡햿어여... 하지만 숙소에 드라이기가 있어서 그걸로 말렸어여...! 혼자 여행오시는 분들께 정말 괜찮은 숙소인거 같아요! 홍콩에 다시 오게된다면 또 여기에서 자도 괜찮을거 같아요 Thank you Sam

Jun 27, 2019After traveling 24 hours, it was a relief to have my own private space to wash up and organize my stuff. This place is exactly that on top of being clean, neat and with everything you need. Its a simple space but its very functional including lots of shelf space and outlets, hangers and hooks, kettle, and big windows that let in a lot of light. It's in a central location with the Temple Night market being a block away and makes for great people watching. The bathroom is a bit tight and the shower is an open layout, so everything gets wet. Otherwise it's fine and has hot water, though i would recommend bringing flip flops. Sam was amazing and super communicative. I was busy up until my trip and didn't have much time to plan for it. So a few days before leaving I bombarded Sam with questions about everything. He was very kind and patient and answered every question in a timely manner. Thanks Sam for being such a great host. Australia dairy company was a great suggestion and the eggs were so good!

Jun 27, 2019Sam is very warm and helpful host! Although I did not have chance to see him i person but he was always very supportive through messenger. He even called a store that I wanted to go and checked their business time so that I won't waste my time. His guest room is not just a airbnb room but also a cetified guesthouse so I felt it very secure and clean. The room is very sunny. The location is perfect. Very close from both of airport bus and subway, easy to access both of Kowloon and Hongkong island. Only 15 min walk from China ferry terminal that you can go to Macau. Definitely to book again!

Jun 27, 2019Stay was perfect. It's right around the corner from MRT station. The room is small, clean, and has been modernized. I really loved the bed, super comfortable. Great pressure and hot water for the shower. Quiet. All good. Exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend. Communication with Sam and check-in/check-out were super easy. He touches base before the trip and provides clear instructions, the lock operates by code so there is no need to meet to key swap, Sam responds to texts immediately. Suggested a great cafe for coffee and breakfast. Note: There is a switch to turn on the hot water (don't forget), and the toilet and shower are in the same "shower/toilet room" -- I think this is a typical arrangement but this was my first time in HK and I hadn't seen this kind of setup before.

Jun 27, 2019Sam’s place was amazing. I needed a place for the night and it was just perfect for a single traveller like myself. The space was small, as expected for Hong Kong standards, but extremely cosy and sufficient. There was just enough room for my wheeled baggage on the floor and a little more room at the foot of my bed for an additional duffel and shopping. Personally, clean en-suite toilets are my priority when looking for accommodation and Sam has made sure of that. Just one tip to my fellow travellers, make sure you put away the toilet roll and bin before you take a shower! When I arrived earlier than check-in time, Sam readily offered me an area for my bags so I didn’t have to worry about lugging them around. He also suggested I store my bags at the guesthouse if I was staying around after checking out. Sam is uber responsive and ensures you have all the information necessary for a wonderful stay. Jun 27, 2019一人で旅行して部屋は寝るだけという方に､最適だと思います｡写真でみるより狭いですが､必要なものはそろっています(記載の通りに冷蔵庫はありません)｡ﾊﾞｽと地下鉄の駅が近く｡ﾛｹｰｼｮﾝは問題ないです｡ただ､ﾄｲﾚとｼｬﾜｰが同じ場所で､ｼｬﾜｰを使うとﾄｲﾚがﾋﾞｼｮﾋﾞｼｮになります｡気になる方は気になると思います｡私は特に気になりませんでした｡ This accommodation is very functional for sole trip. Good location, enough environment for sleep. If you just need the shower and bed, this place is very matched.

Jun 27, 2019수건이 두장뿐이라 오래 머무는 분들은 불편할 수도 있지만 말려서 쓰면 괜찮아요ㅎㅎ 위치는 근처에 버스정류장도 있고 편의점도 있어서 좋아요! 조던역이랑 2분거리라서 편하기도 했어요. 방음이 잘 안되기는 하지만 대체로 괜찮았답니다~

Jun 27, 2019I had stayed in Sam's places,located TST,for several times. This is my first time to stay in Jordan's. Everything is like as TST's one. Cozy and well located. Subway and restaurant are just around the corner. However,the wifi was unavailable sometimes,especially in the morning. Except that,everything is fine. Recommend it!

Jun 27, 2019Perfect communication, perfect location as your close to everything! Shower is above the toilet so everything gets wet when taking a shower. And sometimes bad smell comes out of the water from toiletwater. There is a little hole in the bathroom floor and sometimes water comes out of there, no idea why. Maybe this causes the bad smell. But its nice to have your private little bathroom. As there are other people in the apartment- even though you have your very private space - you can sometimes hear them talking in the evening. Make sure to bring earplugs and a sleeping mask if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise good place to stay for a few days. The location is great!

Jun 27, 2019Sam's place is super close to the MTR station and bus stop from the airport. Amenities such as towel, kettle, and hair dryer are provided. Sam is very quick to respond to message. He provides very clear instruction on how to get from the airport to his place and how to check in. The whole process was super quick and easy.

Jun 27, 2019Great centrally located spot (basically right on top of Jordan MTR) for the solo traveler that plans to be out exploring. The space is a licensed guest house, so don't expect this to be a spare bedroom in someone's flat. That being said, you can expect it to be clean, with all of your needs taken care of, and it's super easy to access. Private shower is great! Overall I enjoyed this spot and recommend for solo travelers.
Jun 27, 2019혼자 숙박했는데 좋았어요!!!!! 사실 다른곳을 안가봐서 가성비가 좋은지 비교할 수는 없지만!!! 땅값 비싼 홍콩에서 혼자 여행하시는 분에게 딱일것 같아요:-) 밑에 화장실 수압이 약하다는 댓글이 있어서 걱정했는데 문제 없었습니다! 다만 뜨건무리 나오다 옴총빨뤼 나오디안슴 니당 히히 못씨슬정도노노 Sam도 매우매우 친절하시고 (Hidden by Airbnb) 으로 답장도 빨리 해주세요!!!!! 옆방 소리가 들리긴 했는데 운이 좋았던 건지 잠 못잘 정도로 크지 않았어요! 체크인아웃 전후로 짐도 맡겨주십니다! 침사추이랑 몽콕 사이에 있어서 걸어다니기도 편해요! 숙소 주변 큰 길로 해서 맞은편에 '타이거슈가' 라고 흑설탕밀크티? 파는곳 있는데 단 거 좋아하시면 꼭 드세요ㅠㅠㅠ 존맛탱!!!!! 다들 즐거운 여행 되세요~~~:-)
Jun 27, 2019真的真的是非常好的体验!在Jordanstation旁边走路只需2分钟! 两道门也让人感觉非常安全! 最重要的是我有次出门忘记关门了结果清理人员还留纸条提醒我门没有关! 真的是非常贴心的服务! 房间干净整洁一个人完全不会挤! 下次去香港还是会订这家的呢! Sam也是非常热情的人呢!

Jun 27, 2019Sam非常热情周到｡地点特别好,去任何地方都十分方便｡唯一不便的是洗手间有些小,淋浴没有隔开,不是特别舒服｡其他服务都不错,性价比很高｡一个人旅行香港可以订房间~ 不必担心安全问题｡
Jun 27, 2019位置很好很方便,从地铁出口出来后离大厦入口只有几十米的距离,楼下就有家7-11便利店,离弥敦道非常近,但是关上窗户后非常安静,完全听不到路上车辆的引擎声｡只是浴室有点小,热水器的存水量有些少,但是烧水的速度非常快｡总之是一间很不错的房间,非常感谢Sam,希望以后能再次入住!
Jun 27, 2019非常好的体验!房间一进来布置地很整洁 房东很热情好客 入住前退房前都会友善提醒 就是位置稍稍有点偏 出去玩不是很方便 但如果你是一个人来玩的话 是很好的选择

Jun 27, 2019Nice location. Room was small but enough for a solo traveler. Sam was very hospitable. The toilet flush was broken on the third day so it did hamper the whole experience.
Jun 27, 2019位置很好,从深圳宝安机场坐大巴100元直接在佐敦下,下车后转弯就是南京街,过街不远就是庙街,离油麻地和尖沙咀都很近,出门就是地铁站,交通非常便利!房间有点小但是非常干净,唯一不足就是要提前按热水开关烧热水,洗澡必须要非常快,其它各方面都很好!不错的房东非常热情!
