good place,room very new and clean,The building really out of Exit B1 Jordan mtr station,near temple street Night Market just 5min ,and then Tung Shing very helpful,i will share the place with our friend,and will come back.
Jun 27, 2019In contrary to its location in a charming old building, the room is quite modern and clean. The room is relatively small and cosy but sufficient for 2 guests as we were out most of the time. Strong Wi-Fi. Love that there are many power points to charge our gadgets. Well air-conditioned. Basic bath amenities are provided but towels are not quite absorbent. Water heater works well. Could do with a floor mat outside the bathroom, and a few clothes hooks/hangers and a full length mirror mounted on the room wall. There was also slight flooding in the toilet after a bath but didn't take too long for the water to drain. Doors are secured by digital locks so it saves the hassle of carrying keys around. Bed is quite hard and the pillows too soft but not too much of a problem. There were stains on the bedsheet though. Location wise, very convenient. Just directly above Jordan MTR exit B1. Airport bus A22 is just a few minutes walk away. There are Circle K and 7-11 downstairs. Tungshing was generally helpful with our queries and gave clear instructions for the passwords and how to get to the apartment. He was easily contactable and replied very promptly via Airbnb messenger and (Hidden by Airbnb) . Appreciated his flexibility in extending an early check-in and late check-out as we had an early flight in and late flight out. All in all, value for money and would definitely recommend!

Jun 27, 2019Tungshing responded quickly to questions and was as accommodating as was reasonable about check-in/out times. The room is very conveniently located near Jordan MTR, as well as the airport bus A22. There is also a supermarket across the road, if needed. All in all, the basics were all provided for (lots of outlets, good a/c, hot water, etc.), the room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. As is typical with Hong Kong spaces, the bathroom is quite small, so if you're on the tall/big side, this may prove to be a bit of a challenge. Also, if you're a light sleeper, you'll want to note that this room is by the main door, so you will hear other guests entering and leaving. If this doesn't bother you, then you'll be fine. All in, Tungshing is a helpful host who is easy to work with.

Jun 27, 2019I loved how everything was automated with numbered key locks. All the details were given before hand after booking. It was easy figuring out. All I needed was a bed, AC and shower with hot water. And it was delivered. And the next thing you hope for is that the place is clean, (bed, floor, bathroom/shower) and it was! The room is small, but that is normal for Hong Kong. Other nice things was that the room was quiet. Couldn't really hear the neighbors and the room had a window to allow sun to come in.

Jun 27, 2019Pros: This is a great location and easy to find. The price is great. This rooms is a little spacious compared to other places. The bed is comfortable and the AC is excellent and new. Cons: The whole apartment smells like mold or mildew. There is mold growing in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet is so close to the wall, that I had to sit on the toilet sideways. A bath mat would be a great improvement, as the toilet and shower are in the same tiny space. The bed is not long. If you are 5'10, maybe you can't stretch out all the way. The lock to your apartment is just a passcode that is laughably insecure. I'll put it this way- if you know the password to your room, you can deduce the passcode to all the other rooms. Overall- if the passwords were more secure, the mildew smell cleaned, and the toilet seat was fixed, then I'd stay here again because it's a nice location and a nice room. But, in its current condition, I wouldn't stay again.

Jun 27, 2019The room was exactly as shown on the pictures - very clean, modern. It's extremely comfortable to reach by MTR and the way description of Tungshing was 1A. Also the electronic door lock is easy to use. There were also towels for shower, which is very appreciating. Execpt of construction noise somewhere in the building (Sunday morning too!) which was very disgusting, the stay was very pleasant and we would come back again! We highly recommend this room to following guests.

Jun 27, 2019We booked to stay in this apartment, (room one) for eight days and seven nights, but after staying there I don't think I would go again. The checkin time was 4pm and if you're early it's possible to message Tungshing to be able to leave your luggage in the corridor outside the room, it's not watched but it's behind the first of two passcode locked doors so any of the inhabitants of the other four or five apartments could access it. I left my luggage from about 11am until about 4.20 and then I returned to check in. When I opened the door the room was still I cleaned from the previous occupants. I messaged him to check and he said he was on the way and asked me to leave and then come back again after 20 minutes. I thought it was a bit weird that I, as the customer had to let him know that it needed cleaning. The toilet is a little bit odd because it's only possible to sit on it sideways. There were two towels, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom which is good. There was only one partial roll of toilet paper for two people for a seven night stay - we ended up buying more after a day or two. The room is definitely a good size for Hong Kong, (in that it's large enough to stand up and stretch your arms out which is almost a luxury), and it matched the photo in the add - however there weren't any chairs to sit on or hooks to hang up coats which seemed a bit strange given that there would have been space for some. The photo of the room online had a photo of a hairdryer but when I arrived there wasn't one. One of us has long hair so that was kind of a bummer. This is kind of normal for Hong Kong, but the bed is small, a 'Hong Kong Queen', which is small even for us (and we're both female). The duvet is likewise a Hong Kong Queen sized one so whenever one of turned over in the night, the other was left uncovered. The bed size is kind of standard for this type of place, but it's also normal for this size bed to be paired with a slightly bigger duvet so that both sleepers can move around a little. Again, this is another common complaint for Hong Kong, but the walls are incredibly thin. We were lucky enough to have quiet neighbours for most nights but there was a noisy couple in there for two or three nights. It would be better to bring earplugs if you find it hard to sleep with noise, (this would also help block out the sound of the other doors and the street noises coming through the thin windows). Jun 27, 2019I would recommend this place to other tourist out there because this place is accessible to MTR, just after you exit E1 its already in front of you. The only problem that we got is that the lock broke and we have to transfer to a different room and the linen of our bed & pillow to our new room smell like an old linen but they immediately replace it with new linen. overall its a good place to stay and what you see in the picture is what you get.

Hairdyer, cups, charger and an individual bathroom...the place is very newand clean, the only bad thing is that the room is not quite soundproof and wifi is weak inside the room. I would definately consider coming back the next time

Jun 27, 2019大楼出口正对着地铁门,佐敦距离各大商圈也十分近｡门是密码锁,所以全程都没有见到房东｡每天12点退房……对于香港而言大概是非常早的时间了吧,而且没有前台不能寄存行李,来香港买买买的朋友们最后一天还是早点走吧……香港也不像内地,在车站有无数个寄存行李的地方可以解放最后一天的手,所以如果只准备待两天一夜,还是慎重考虑吧｡另外,其实房间不大,但也不挤,不过只有一张很小的桌子用来放东西,留下了很多空间没有用,所以还是建议房东买个小沙发或是大点的桌子｡下次来还会再考虑的!

Jun 27, 2019Room is as pictured, very clean, only downside was the toilet seat was broken so a lot of trying not to fall in the toilet and sink was leaky. But ideal location as station is right infront, markets and shops close by, and host replies quickly so overall not bad. Note: If taller than 5"10, not recommended as it is a wall-to-wall bed and toilet is about 5inches from the wall, for me it was ok (only 5"4).

However, the room is clean and the place is just in front of the B1 exit of the MTR Jordan Station which is accessible to stores and restaurants. Moreover, we just crossed the street and waited in the station where the bus is passing by, going directly to the airport.

Jun 27, 2019这次专程去看MAMA颁奖典礼,在香港住上这样的房间价格还如此便宜真的太棒了,主要是觉得防盗设施不错都是密码锁安全度很好｡另外热水也很好用,就是洗手间太太小,哈哈不过还是足够洗澡的｡床很大很软舒适度超级好,但是床单有点泛黄 希望及时清洁哦｡总体来讲还是很不错的,下次去香港应该还是会入住这里,笔芯!!~

Jun 27, 2019Bathroom had a sewage smell. Shower is not enclosed in a tub or separate door, instead it's right next to the toilet. When you shower, everything in the bathroom gets wet. No bath rug, which we had to purchase on our own to prevent the place from getting wet. Bed sheets smelled like they haven't been washed. Windows not sealed so we could smell cigarette smoke and food from the outside. The elevator button to get up to the room was broken. The locals who live in the same building are not friendly. A older Chinese grandpa guarding the elevator cursed at my boyfriend for trying to fix the elevator button. I would not recommend this place.
Jun 27, 2019Conveniently located right next to the MTR station and near the temple street night market. Very lively and a bunch of great places to eat! The place is very small, but it gets the job done. Only thing is that hot water can run out or not exist when others on the floor are using it. We used the provided kettle to heat water for our showers.

Jun 27, 2019房源没毛病,所见即所得,绝对的高性价比!有两点要注意,一是楼比较破旧和安静,来来往往什么人都有(我是说长相),还有搭讪吹口哨的印度人,我个人比较害怕,总躲在同行人的背后,但其实回想起来并没有对我造成威胁,房源倒是刚装修的,独行的女生要注意这一点,因为害怕的时候真的很害怕啊｡第二点是房东的回答很简洁,有什么不是关于房子的疑问就自己在网上找吧,关于房子的问题回答得很清楚,自助指南也很清楚

Jun 27, 2019位置就在佐敦地铁站B1出口距离两米的大厦,特别近｡佐敦离尖沙咀就一站,出行很方便,性价比不错｡房间和图片上一样,入住也很方便｡就是我们入住的时候还没有打扫,后来看着打扫卫生的人用同一块抹布擦完桌子和马桶｡女生注意了,洗澡的水不是很大,但总的来说,住的还不错啦｡谢谢房东｡

Jun 27, 2019地理位置非常好,楼下就是地铁口,交通非常方便,房东也非常好沟通,有问题能及时回应｡就是一进房间有股下水道的味道,可能卫生间在门口旁边的原因吧｡第一个房间,靠大门很近,别人进进出出开大门锁的时候,有种开自家房间门的感觉｡床品舒适度蛮舒适,清洁度还可以｡在香港地区这样的房间算很不错的了｡

Jun 27, 2019가격대비 짱 좋습니다 내가 이돈주고 여러군데에서 자봤지만 이렇게 공간 넉넉하고 깔끔한데가 없었습니다요 방음이 잘 안돼서 옆집 들어가는 소리가 마치 우리 방문을 여는거 같았지만 뭐 참을만 했습니다. 침대는 좀 짧아서170인 나는 발이 벽에 닿고 187인 남편은 쭈구려 잤습니다. 하지만 가격대비 좋습니다

Jun 27, 2019位置就在地铁口,真的非常方便,也干净卫生｡有不好的就是马桶盖松动,洗手盆排水有点塞,晚上回去的时候密码锁输入密码并且显示开锁之后还是开不了门,试了好几次才行｡我们住的是1号房,比较靠近防烟门,有时候别的住客出入可能会有点吵闹｡不过总体感觉还是很不错的｡值得入住｡

The bedroom and restroom are stylishly renovated with modern touch, very nice, and clean, in contrast to the building. I was under the weather when I arrived, looking to make hot water. There it was. The water boiler was right there, just as I needed. Hairdryer, toothpaste, towels, blanket were all available.
Jun 27, 2019Pros: - Good location - Easy check in - Modern - Clean Cons: - A few maintenance issues This room was perfect for my stay in Hong Kong. I was traveling alone so wanted to book something simple and easy for a week. The room is in a building right next to an exit of Jordan station, so you can be out and on the MTR within a few minutes, other areas such as Temple Street, Kowloon Park, Yau Ma Tei and Tsim Sha Tsui are within close walking distance. the building itself is scruffy but once you get into the apartment hallway area everything is clean and modern. the room is small but fine for 1 person, or 2 if you don't mind being close. I am 5'11" and my feet were touching the wall at the end of the bed, I just slept diagonally but this is something to consider if there are two of you. The passcode door locks worked fine, with one code for the hallway and one for the room, I heard a lot of people getting confused and trying to use their room code on the outer door though so this could be made clearer in the check in info. The bathroom is a wet room with the shower in the middle, this worked fine for me but using a pair of flip flops was needed so I didn't get the apartment wet. There was a bit of an ant issue, there would be a few in and around the sink every day, also the shampoo dispenser was dripping so I had to put a mug under it. As mentioned in other reviews the toilet seat is broken, this is a quick fix that should be done, also the sink tap had no hot water hooked up to it so I had to use the shower for that. Overall a good value room for a central location, if the maintenance issues were taken care of I would give it a 5 out of 5.

Jun 27, 2019조던역 B1출구에서 바로 앞 건물이어서 찾기 쉬우나 건물이 진짜 옛날 건물이어서 다소 위험해보이고, 청결하지 않아요. 가격이 싸니까 그정도는 만족했는데 솔직히 수건이 너무너무너무 부족해요.. 2박인데 수건 1개.. (보통 4개라고 생각) 한국인들은 그냥 돈 좀 더 주고 좋은 곳으로 가세요.. 매우 불편합니다. 침대도 지나치게 작아요ㅠ (165정도가 딱 맞을듯) 장점 : 초역세권 단점 : 건물 지저분함 / 욕실 청소상태 불량 / 수건 부족 / 주변의 소음 / 침대 작음
