房间很干净,新装修,设施齐全,地理位置好｡
Jun 27, 2019This place is located in Jordan, convenient to the train and walkable to very good restaurants. The room is located on the 9th floor - for obvious reasons, you will get a lot of construction / traffic noise. To compensate, hospitality and response times to any inquiry is quick. The room is as pictured, small, but definitely kept up to standards.

Jun 27, 2019The room was just as described. Before this room I went to another Hotel at TST, but there I had a dust mite allergy. Here everything was really clean and non-humid and I slept really good, thank you!
Jun 27, 2019host is welcome. the building number is a bit small, but the direction from host is good. his phone number cannot be reach, no answer. The room is clean, small, minimalist design. So far it is quite, not noisy from the street. The bed is big single bed. not queen size. Toiletry is provided. Good location. mtr and airport bus A22 are very nearby ( in the front of the building)
Jun 27, 2019Great place. Super small, but very functional and everything seemed brand new and well maintained. The bathroom is the most fun part, it's tiny but all the fittings are brand new and the host water is great. Getting in and out was super easy, and the area is awesome
Jun 27, 2019Tungshing has been really helpful in providing us the information on how to get to his place from the airport. Going to his place is so easy and without much hassle. Once you reach the B1 exit of Jordan MTR station, the building is just 3 steps in front of you. A very convenient place to stay and get around. A number of attractions and good food around too.

Jun 27, 2019Even if the room was a little tight, we felt comfortable there. Everything was clean and working well. It was very central and literally next to the MTR, so we could get everywhere quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

Jun 27, 2019The building isn't much to look at from the outside, nor are the corridors leading to the room, but the room itself is very modern and clean. It is very small, with barely enough room to leave luggage on the floor next to the bed. However, the biggest selling point is the location. It is right beside Jordan MTR Station, making it very easy to get everywhere around Hong Kong. I enjoyed my stay here, and would recommend this room to any single travellers.

Jun 27, 2019Pros: 1) very very CONVENIENT LOCATION, few steps away from Jordan MTR station. Also has 7-11 and Circle K stores below the bldg. A22 bus stop was nearby so it was very convenient going to/from airport. It was also near Temple St, Australia Dairy Company, Mak's Noodle. 2) CLEAN. The room looks new. (Although the bldg itself looks old.) 3) has own bathroom, tv (no remote), hot shower, water heater, slippers, shampoo, body wash, dental kit, adaptor 4) AFFORDABLE 5) owner was quick to answer our queries through airbnb messenger Cons: 1) we experienced 1 day without toilet flush, the tank was not refilling water-- owner said it was bldg pipes problem. So we just put the shower head into the toilet tank to use the flush. It was back the next day. Minor comments: Really small space, although we knew that when we booked this place. Only 1 person can pass through the space beside the bed. Bathroom is tight too, shower is almost on top of the toilet. A little challenging turning around inside the bathroom. All in all, we liked our stay. :)

Jun 27, 2019This a nice place for an short stop! The house is really close to the metro. If you are hungry, you just walk down, and there are many restaurants and shopping mall nearby. However, there still is some problems. For example, The wall's sound insulation is not very good. And the cup and towel are not very clean. Anyway, it is still a nice house for visitors to live! It costs low!

Jun 27, 2019很喜欢这家!!!因为佐敦站B出口就马上到了,重点是离地铁口就1s的距离,特别方便,在香港,确实要住在地铁旁边就会很方便!!!然后是自助入住,这点我很喜欢!其实一开始最吸引我的是那个三星锁!这个锁我曾在《来自星星的你》里面的别墅就是使用这个锁,安全性高!所以就特别期待这家~结果很满意! 谢谢房东!下次我还会选择你们家!

Jun 27, 2019I was able to check in before the time stated. Managed to leave my luggage first so that was so convenient! Second time staying here in the exact same room. Love the distance between this house from the MTR Jordan station. The place is clean and descriptions stated by the host were accurate. However, was a bit disappointed with the price as it was peak period.
Jun 27, 2019Description of the unit itself is accurate, and it was clean and felt very secure. While space is tiny, I gather, all space is tight and expensive in Kowloon. We were happy to have workable accomodations at this price point! The building itself, however, is very dilapidated (elevators to 9th floor slow and at times not in service) and unclean. Reminded me of my teenage years of near poverty in Manhatten in the late 60s--grateful for a safe place to sleep the night! Wonderful, exciting neighborhoods and the amazing and beautiful Kowloon Park very nearby!

Jun 27, 20191.位置很好,佐敦地铁站口大厦里(类似TVB常见的那种居民大厦),非常容易找到,入住方便,附近吃的多; 2.一个人旅行比较合适入住,性价比还是可以的,不过进去后放行李箱很困难,两个人真的太太太挤了; 3.床品干净程度不是很理想,但也无妨我住了两天,但是如果对干净程度真的要求比较高,就不推荐了; 4.冬天来建议自己带个大外套,冷的时候可以加在被子上,因为被子只有一条,出门在外,保暖很重要; 5.所有日用品建议自带,毕竟不是酒店,可以理解｡

Jun 27, 2019I have stayed with Tungshing before and my overnight was typical of my stays here. Location is great as it is right at the entrance of the MTR exit and the rooms are clean. So long as your expectations for Hong Kong are at the right level, the space and the other guests won't bother you. Keep in mind noise can be a concern as guests are returning at all hours of the night and if I were planning for more than an overnight I would consider an alternate location.

Jun 27, 2019The photos are very representative of the size of the room and it was very clean. The shower however is in the same space as the toilet bowl which can get some using to at first. When getting there don't be fooled or discouraged by the look of the lobby or of the building, it's almost as if the room belongs in a different building since it's pretty much newer looking and way cleaner. The building is located right in front of a train station which is practical to get around and there's even some things to see in the area (Kowloon park, the markets, etc.), so all in all I had a great stay!!!

It closes by itself unless I hold it, so it would be perfect if it gets fixed :) Other than that everything was awesome and am pretty sure I'll be staying here again !! Jul 27, 2019Всё нормально. Но есть два момента, которые стоит на мой взгляд знать путешественнику, который никогда не был в Гонконге. Первое - комната расположена в Гонконгском жилом небоскрёбе, рядом с метро в оживлённом районе города. Это значит - найти легко, добраться отсюда можно легко и удобно в любую точку города, но подъезд и само здание будут грязные, днём запахи китайской еды из окна и под вашей комнатой будут вечно шататься какие-то типы. В комнате и холле чисто, есть чайник, полотенца, фен, тапочки. Душевой шланг висит в туалете. Фото соответствует действительности. В общем неплохо. Для очень бюджетных путешественников.
Jun 27, 2019I have stayed in other similar establishments in Hong Kong before like Sincere House in Mong Kok and this was by far a terrible stay. The apartment itself was accurately described. However, the power went out in the apartment for a few hours during 1 of my days. I noticed a note left by the utility company saying that the tenant was late on a bill and they had cut off power. It took me about 1-2 hours before host showed up to address the problem. He said it was a mistake of the utility company but I saw him take a screw driver to the electrical meter in the stairwell. Speaking of the stairwell, you'll have to use it to get up and down the building otherwise you'll wait 10-15 minutes to use the elevator as there are tons of people waiting to use the single elevator for the building. On more than one occasion, I saw rats and roaches running freely and people smoking cigarettes in the stairwells. When I showed up the apartment, I ran into a guy who stayed in the room/apartment the day before I arrived. He was just loitering in the hallway of the apartment and he told he was flying out of HK tomorrow. He ended up staying the entire night in the hallway on the floor using the apartment Wifi. The guy has the code to the room, which was unsettling. Last thing, the electronic door lock to my room was broken. My room was never locked as a result. Good luck.

Jun 27, 2019住了两个晚上 地理位置超级便利 入住全程自助 房东回复速度很快,由于个人原因不得不调整住宿日期,房东积极配合并尽力满足我们的要求,非常感谢｡ 房间虽小但很干净无异味,有风筒､转换插头､沐浴露和洗发水,可惜没有热水壶｡ 隔音就比较差,左右隔壁房间出入､开关灯都会听到,刚好都是在半夜或大早上,所以印象深刻｡好在我们睡眠质量都可以｡ 总体感觉还不错 下次有机会再入住｡

Feel comfortable (Website hidden by Airbnb) not think outside and about the building. For 30euros is really 5 stars place compare for 50 in others who are really disgusting. Unluckily it was full and could get only one night

Jun 27, 2019Good points : access to the flat from the airport is really simple (just have to take one single bus) Great location: easy to go to the metro station. Shops are very close so it's easy to find places to eat and have breakfast. The owner provides good services (tooth paste, hairdryer, and the international adaptor), the the instructions are very detailed. Bad points: The building is very old (but the room is very new). It is dirty, especially the stairs that you have to use all the time because there are always a lot of people waiting for the elevator.

Jun 27, 2019位置特别好找,一出地铁口就找到,很方便,附近好多可以逛,吃的都很方便,房间很干净,吹风筒电视热水应有尽有,特别强调一下床跟枕头太舒服了,目测应该是乳胶枕头和乳胶床垫,真的很舒服,每天去逛街逛累了回来一躺床上很快就睡着了,这是我睡过的床最好之一,这一点房东想的很周到很贴心,谢谢房东,房间是有点小,不过真的很干净｡瘦的妹子可以住两人,太胖就会有点挤,反正我们去香港一般白天都是逛逛逛买买买｡只有晚上才会呆在房间,所以对房间的大小没什么要求,只要能住就行了,所以住这个房间最合适,在香港在这么旺的地理位置这个价钱能住到这个房间已经很好了,干净又实惠,下次来港还会再来住
Jun 27, 2019Tungshing is a great host. The room is self check-in and does not have much room for luggage. But most rooms are small in HK. The building is located right by the enterance/exit in Jordan MTR. It’s a nice place. The bathroom is small so bigger person might have an issue with that. For the price and the location, it’s a great deal. It’s close to shopping places, food restaurants, and the Temple street night market.

Jun 27, 2019第一,地理位置真的好找,地铁也很近,周边也有一些美食店,床也软硬适中,非常舒服,但是整个房间的设计太差了,连个吃东西的地方都没,还有卫生间靠近床,异味感真的太重了,毛巾黄黄的,卫生间超级超级小,除了一个马桶,只能容得下一个瘦的人在里面了,怎么洗澡,真是奇葩,还有建议大家订酒店的时候要多了解一下退订首则,跟房东态度很好的提前两天做了沟通,死活不同意退房,只愿意退百分之五十的费用,真是呵呵了,总结建议,国内同胞建议住贵多一点的,环境好点的,不然真的酒店住宿就影响心情了,对了,酒店只能放得下小的20寸行李箱,大的放不下,太小了
Jun 27, 2019很可爱的小房间,一进门就看到装修风格非常干净!位置极佳,出地铁站真的五米就是大厦入口,而且私密性很好,两道门也十分安全,下次来一定还会住!

Jun 27, 2019The description of the room was spot on. The location of the building (related to MTR - Jordan) was excellent. Literally 2 sec from MTR exit to the building. Great place to stay overnight for a quick visit to HK.

Jun 27, 2019Great communication with the seller and really good location, right in front of Jordan Station. Room is quite small and can get a little claustrophobic when you're with 2, but we knew this beforehand so nothing bad to say about that. Regardless, very pleasant stay and definitely good value for the price! The owner allowed us to check the place out before we booked it, which was also very pleasant as we stayed in a different hostel the day before that was very dirty and we wanted to make sure. Definitely recommended for a short trip to Hong Kong!
Jun 27, 2019The room is suitable for single traveller with light luggage. Although the building is right next to busy street, you can't really hear the noise from the street. Can't have a good night sleep on the first night due to the noise created by the next door's guests. They talked loudly and smoked at the corridor right outside/near my door. The host is very responsive, like on service 24/7. A small hiccup is that one of the power points is not working, so have to make do with the remaining one. I only realized the TV remote control is missing on my last night stay but I don't think you really need one if you already so tired after a long day visiting/shopping : )

Jun 27, 2019In a fantastic location for the airport, shops, restaurants and general wandering. Only thing is that the place is incredibly small. As long as you are only there to sleep it's fine.

Jun 27, 2019Host did nothing to change entrance passcode when another guests walked in to our room at the middle of the night and scared us in our sleep, they were also scared by our screaming in a weird language Lol, But slow responses and never-present host was the worst. Value for money and good location, avoid if possible
