非常棒,房主热情且贴心!设施新,且被子舒适｡
Jun 27, 2019Sam was a great host who was very informative of fun things to do around Hong Kong. He also gave awesome instruction on how to get to his Airbnb which made it very easy to find. The location of the Airbnb is almost perfect as well because it is pretty much right next to one of the major metro stations in Hong Kong. The room itself was very quaint and small but great for what I needed which was just a place to stay. The bathroom is Korean style where the shower is basically part of the bathroom as a whole and not separate but definitely worth while as it's your own private bathroom. Would definitely suggest is to anyone looking for a great cheap place to stay for the weekend and just exploring the city.

Jun 27, 2019Host was very friendly and helpful. The room listing was pretty accurate. Room was clean and just nice for budget travelers. Wifi went down for a few days and host was helpful enough to purchase a sim card for me to use the data on it. I will recommend them to whoever is looking for a nice and decent room to stay in Hong Kong on a budget which comes with good services.

Jun 27, 2019Sam is very hospitable and humane, kindly and attentive. The room looks the same as at pictures, it`s quite cozy and bright, very clean, neat, good either for one person or for a couple, that was a great fun to stay there, to wander around Hong Kong streets and sightseeings and to know that you have such a cozy and warm shelter in the citycenter. Bathroom was very tidy and all necessary you can find inside it. Accomodation is perfect, the metro station is from a minute of walk, a huge variety of cafe and 7eleven shop just downstairs with hot coffee, salads and all necessary stuff. 15-20 minutes to electronic markets on Mongkok, the same to Tsim Tsa Tsui station, where you can find Star Ferry, Harbour City and Kowloon Park nearby. I recommend it to anyone who wants to take a rest in HK or have a business trip. Very convenient, very cozy and price is good for all the stuff you receive from your journey.
Jul 27, 2019The check in was well communicated over (Hidden by Airbnb) and the room itself was clean. Rooms are small on HK and this one was no exception, but it was more than good enough for my one night in HK!

Jun 27, 2019The two guys are very nice, the room was on the 10 floor, it's not amazing but it's livable, it's a Korea style bathroom. Bad things, the wifi was the slowest I ever came acrossed, I tested it 0.33 mbits, the hot water only lasted a few minutes before it went to cold, the TV only worked on one channel, it said they made up the room everyday, but no one came, it's said they changed the towels every two days, but they were not changed even though they are soaking wet. I contacted them and they offered me a free night in another floor they told me they had recently refurbished, the give you a code for the door lock, I was surprised when iIfound its the same code as the week before, how safe could this be? Anyway they messaged me twice to ask if I'm coming, iItold them Yes, but I was outside with some customers, who were also attending the exhibition, eventually after a very long day I arrived at the room at 1am, code did not work cannot get in, tried to call and message them, no answer left and a few minutes later they send me another code, so return to the place, new code won't work either, so it's now 1:30 in the morning and I need to find a new hotel, cost 2000HKD, so I'm sorry even though the people seemed very nice, I would not recommend this place!

Jun 27, 2019一個人香港的微旅行,感謝阿鋒從訂房起一直提供訊息､保持聯繫,雖然住宿的環境小小的,但麻雀雖小五臟俱全~房間如照片所見,有對外窗､一張很夠一個人休息的舒適床,周邊環境更讓我喜愛,就住在彌敦道上,樓下就有小7,附近就有許多好吃､好逛的店,更重要的是走路至佐敦站僅1~2分鐘,真的是太太太方便了,大樓晩間總有親切的大哥和妳打招呼,感覺進出更安心了些,當天入住剛好遇到Sam在清理我住宿的房間,也及時的提供我轉換接頭,避免了無電可充的狀況,也感謝阿鋒提供住宿附近店家資訊,讓自己更快熟悉在香港的生活,能每天分享聊著在香港的一切,這是一次美好的住宿體驗,下回來香港我還是會選擇這的,相信我我一定很快又會來到香港的~~在這還是由衷的感謝阿鋒和sam~~謝謝你們給予我的一切幫助,來台灣記得留一些時間來找我玩呦~Good Living ~

Jun 27, 2019这里的交通实在是太太太便利啦!3分钟的地铁站,提前买了八达通,想 (Hidden by Airbnb) 都可以,最后离开去机场,也有小巴可以直达,而且价钱很便宜｡密码管理觉得很方便｡在入住的过程中见到了Anthony,非常热情的男生!Sam和Anthony都很热情帮我解答交通和美食的问题｡特别是这次是第一次一个人旅行,所以还有点不敢到处乱晃,不过他们积极的推荐和问候让我觉得很温暖,谢谢你们哦!推荐给其他人:)

Jun 27, 2019Sam was a great host. He messaged me a couple of days before I arrived to give me the entire rundown of how to get to the Airbnb from the airport and everything. Even though I did not see him during the stay, he was a very accommodating host. He provided information on nearby restaurants and was overall a friendly guy. I would definitely recommend Sam to any of my friends if they are going to Hong Kong and need an affordable, yet cozy place to stay. He also offered to let me keep my luggage in the area past my checkout time, which was very convenient for me as my flight was later on at night.
Jun 27, 2019The neighborhood is very close to Tsim Sha Tsui so you don't need to go to many other places. It's also right off the b1 exit of Jordan station so you won't have a hard time finding it. Like most HK apartments, its quite small but the natural lighting is quite comforting and I stayed in my room half the time, just relaxing. Sam was very receptive to communication and flexible with my situation. I'd recommend this place!
Jun 27, 2019Sam的旅舍地理位置很方便!衛生也很乾淨!但是最令人喜歡的是Sam把房間的細節做得好好!沐浴露系列用的是MUJI的,衛浴用品也看得出是嚴選的大品牌!最難忘的是洗被子Sam還精心挑選了高級香氣的清洗用品!很多人去租這個價位的旅舍就只是晚上睡覺用的,頗亂老舊的房間真的很不堪,但是往往就是這些小細節一對比,就可以看出Sam在旅舍為了讓旅客有愉悅的入住環境花了很多背後看不到的心思!
Jun 27, 2019很棒的体验! 房间位置很好,位于弥敦道上 佐敦地铁口出来就是,机场A22巴士第三站志和街下来就是 房间整洁干净装修简约清新风 虽小但五脏俱全 有沐浴露电吹风 十分便利 适合独行者落脚 周边有很多好吃的 比如澳洲牛奶公司 麦文记 翠华 庙街等等,楼下就是7-11,sasa卓悦也很方便,总之就是交通便利的闹市区 房东Sam非常热心周到,提前告知了非常详细的交通和入住信息,入住过程中也随时跟进,相信有这么好的服务,品牌一定能够经营得越来越好!

Chatting with me via (Hidden by Airbnb) a week before I arrived he provided advice and instructions on how to find the room from the airport (including photos and videos of the entry points). The room itself is small with the en-suite sharing the overall floorspace but that is to be expected in mainland HK.

Jun 27, 2019位置就在佐敦站旁边,楼下10米有711,从机场到房间只要一趟超便宜的巴士(如果想坐地铁也很方便,就是贵一点),下车之后100米便到公寓,房间很干净,有独卫,空调､吹风机､热水壶,浴巾､洗发液､沐浴乳､衣架等;房东人很好,特别热情,入住前给足了图文信息,路线､路标很清楚,全程快速响应｡赞!

And every day the room would be cleaned with new towels just like a hotel. Slept very comfortably. Definitely will return the next time I am in Hong Kong. Jun 27, 2019The room is small but comfortable. Pretty close to a subway station and bus stop (including airport-bus). The host is friendly and supportive, answered messages immediately, send me all the instructions how to get to the room and gave some cool advices to make the stay better. Sam even let me stay 5 hours more for free because it was too early to go to the airport at check-out time. The one disadvantage was a toilet pipe, which clogged at the 2nd day of my stay but I guess that will be solved.
Jun 27, 2019Sam is an amazing five stars host. He is really nice, sweet and on top of everything. He texted me a few days before my check in and walked me through step by step from public transportation (how to get to the airbnb from airport) to self checked in. Sam was very patient to answer every single question. When I arrived Hong Kong, he even texted me and make sure I got to the place ok. The room was slightly smaller than I thought, however, it's perfectly for one. And come on, it is Hong Kong, everywhere is tiny in there. The room has everything I needed including comfy bed, blackout curtains, ac, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, adapters, etc. I have requested for extra pillow and Sam has delivered. Room is very clean and there is a housekeeper to clean each room everyday. As a clean freak, his room is totally meet my standard with thumbs up. The only thing I wish about hot water situation could last more than 5mins. Every night I have to rush trough during shower because of hot water doesn't last. It could be the weather has dropped while I was visiting HK and I'm sure it's perfectly fine from spring to fall. Location is safe, only couple mins walk from mtr (subway). It takes you anywhere you need to go in HK. 7-11 is right next to the building. Jordan area is extremely convenient and has so much good food around. I would definitely return on my next visit. Thank you so much Sam!! Keep up all the amazing work!! =)

The directions were well explained making it easy to get to, and the A22 bus stop was conveniently located to Sam's place. The Temple Street Market and Jordan MTR station are extremely close by, making this an ideal location to explore the city.

Jun 27, 2019Let me start with commending the host. He was very helpful, friendly, and easy to reach. The self check in process was so convenient; not having to carry keys was too. The place is located not too far from the famous night market in Kowloon. There are also rooftop bars in hotels near the place where you could sip a drink and take in the HK view. There's a 7-eleven downstairs which is nice. Not to forget to mention that Jordan station is so close and so is the stop for the airport bus. The size is expected for the price I paid. I didn't like was how the blanket felt my first night. I communicated it with the host and he looked into it. Not sure if it changed but I was tired the second night anyway. Also, the sink was insanely small. Even smaller than other small hotels I've stayed in before. Nonetheless, the place is pretty new and conveniently located. Would recommend.

Location was perfect, just around the corner from Jordan MTR and within walking distance to many good restaurants. The room was small, but as expected and comfortable enough since I was traveling solo.
Jun 27, 2019Sam是个非常热心细致的人,及时提前联系告诉我路线和乘坐交通须知｡白天坐A22路,晚上红眼航班坐N11,N21到佐敦就可以了｡周边吃饭的地方非常多,10m处有711,距离地铁站100m,去尖沙咀,中环,旺角都是超级便利的｡我不太主动联系Sam,但Sam总是热情地告知我房间动态事宜,非常贴心,而且还给我建议旺角买鞋的｡个人旅游我非常推荐住在这个地方｡

Sam est très sympa et facile à joindre I spent a great time in Sam's house. The room is clear, enough for one person and near public transports and restaurants. Sam is really nice, it was easy to communicate with him.

Jun 27, 2019I would highly recommend this room for a single traveler, especially because Sam is very responsive & accommodating. I looked at a lot of Airbnbs online and I also saw two others that my friends stayed at. I made the right choice :) This is a good room and Sam is a great host. Sam was easy to get in touch with and went the extra mile to make sure check-in was straightforward and simple. He stayed in touch to make sure everything was good, and he was responsive to messages and requests to get a towel, leave my luggage in the room after check-in, and answer questions about bus routes. The room itself is as small as the picture suggests, but it is well-lit during the day, all the furniture is nice, the room is well decorated, and because it's on the 10th floor, it's relatively quiet (for Hong Kong). It is on a main road, but the window faces a quieter street. You will, however, hear your neighbors come and go (but this is probably unavoidable at this budget). The cleaners come in the afternoons. The bed is comfortable and the A/C is adjustable and quiet as well. If you are travelling with others, perhaps request multiple rooms on this floor, if possible. From the elevator, there is a hall with a door that leads to a small "lobby", which acts as a hall to about four or five other similar rooms. My friends stayed at Airbnbs that were very close and had a little more square footage, but they didn't have the nice atmosphere that this room had. The Muji decor is a nice touch. Also, there is Starbucks, Saint's Ape (boba shop), and 7-Eleven all on the same block. Great local food within blocks. And the A22 bus (to and from the airport) is also very convenient.

It's extremely close to Jordan Station for public transport, Temple Street Market, great restaurants, ATMs, a 24 hour 7-11 and a lot more. The host Sam was very helpful and communicative. The room is small but that didn't matter much to me as I only used it to rest. Would definitely recommend

I didn't meet Sam during my stay, but he was always available for questions, and checked in regularly to see how I was doing. The room is small, but really clean and cozy. I would definitely return for a short stay!

Jun 27, 2019I never got to meet Sam but his communication was excellent. Super nice guy. The room was small but perfect as a solo traveler. Very close to public transit and Temple st night market. Door locks were digital, so no need to worry about the keys. I'd stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019체크인 하기 며칠 전 Sam이 먼저 연락 와서 자세하게 위치를 알려주었다. 조던역에서 걸어서 2분이면 충분했다 방은 깔끔했고, 매일 수건도 갈아주고 간단하게 이불 정리도 해주었다. 에어컨이 있어서 전혀 문제 없었다. 신발 신고 방에 들어가는 거기 때문에 슬리퍼는 챙겨가시길. 나는 쇼핑하고 받은 비닐봉지들을 바닥에 깔아서 디딤돌처럼 밟고 다녔음 화장실은 딱 볼 일 보고 샤워할 공간만 있었다.(온수도 잘 나옴) 세면대가 너무 작아서 양치하는 데도 좀 힘들었다. 홍콩 화장실이 대부분 작다고 하는데 조금 고생했음. 방에 있는 도중에 Sam에게 급하게 연락 할 일이 있어 밤 늦게 했는데ㅠ 고맙게도 금방 답장을 해주었고 일을 해결했다. 다음에도 충분히 올 생각이 있음

Jun 27, 2019홍콩의 모든 집들이 그렇듯 공간 자체는 협소했지만 편하게 잘 지낼 수 있었어요. 숙박하기 며칠 전부터 샘이 친절하게 정보도 알려주고 연락도 바로바로 되서 편리했어요. 방에서 지낼 때 따로 슬리퍼가 없기에 챙겨가면 좋아요. 전체적으로 청결한 편이지만 슬리퍼 챙겨가는 것을 추천합니다:) 세면대가 좁아서 조금 불편했지만 이건 공간 구조의 특성이라 ㅎㅎ 아무튼 위치도 좋고 해서 편하게 잘 여행한 것 같아요

Jun 27, 2019Esta fue mi primera visita a Hong Kong, así como también la primera vez que utilizaba Airbnb, y debo decir que por lo mismo estaba un poco nervioso de cómo resultaría la experiencia. Sin embargo, desde el primer momento que contacté a Sam para solventar unas dudas antes de reservar, la atención fue de primer nivel. Las respuestas llegaban rápido y con toda la información necesaria. Luego después de reservar, Sam estuvo en constante comunicación conmigo, dándome indicaciones muy útiles sobre cómo llegar al alojamiento y cómo hospedarme, así como también recomendaciones sobre la ciudad. La habitación, es lo típico en espacio que uno podría esperar en Hong Kong, área sumamente reducida, sin embargo todo está muy bien distribuido y limpio. Sam también te provee de adaptadores para conectar tus aparatos eléctricos, y lo que muestran las fotografías de la habitación es exacto lo que encontrarás en ellas. La veracidad es altamente apreciada. La ubicación del alojamiento también es excelente, puesto que está en el centro de Kowloon, a pocos pasos de estaciones de metro y varias rutas de autobús. También se puede llegar caminando a los muelles. Para aquellos quienes vayan a hospedarse por primera vez, les aconsejo que no se dejen intimidar por el exterior del edificio, cuya fachada no es la más "elegante", ya que adentro de las habitaciones el ambiente es mucho mejor.

Jun 27, 2019房東非常貼心,雖然沒見到面,但一直都會有訊息的來往,關心住房的舒適度與旅遊資訊的分享｡房間非常乾淨,在地方這麼小的香港,雖然房間不大但非常舒適,大樓進出的人也不複雜,很適合自己去香港旅行的女孩,而且離地鐵站很近,到機場的交通也非常方便,大約三分鐘的路程就有直達機場的巴士站點,很好的一次住宿!感謝

Jun 27, 2019This place would be great if you are a solo traveler like me ! It was budget friendly, yet had the minimal necessities I needed. This place was also very conveniently located near Jordan station and you can get to almost anywhere in Hong Kong through the MTR. Even Though I did not meet him in person, I would also like to add that Sam is very good at communicating with you through (Hidden by Airbnb) . He provided very detailed instructions before you arrive and from the time you leave. He even offered to store my luggage before my flight left ! Always a positive :)

Jun 27, 2019I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this very clean and cosy Airbnb room. The location was perfect, so good for exploring Kowloon and markets, especially Temple street markets. Right near Jordan MTR station which made getting around to all of Hong Kong so easy (once you figure out the train system!). The room is part of 4 other rooms on the same floor and feels very secure with keypad lock entry into both the floor and each individual room which feels very safe! Sam is the perfect host, definitely one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had! I stayed here for 10 nights and loved it! Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

Jun 27, 2019홍콩 두번째 여행입니다. 이번엔 숙소만 3번 바꾸며 여행했어요~ 침사추이, 몽콕, 조던 이렇게 세 곳을 이용했는데 침사추이는 이것저것 가까운데에서 지내기에 좋은 곳이고, 조던은 조용한 지역에 모든 곳이 가까워서 이동하기 편리했습니다. 몽콕은 유동인구가 넘 많아 지하철 역부터 정신없어서 조금 짜증났어요... ㅋㅋ 제가 머문 이틀 동안 너무 쾌적하고 방이 예뻐서 기분 좋게 만들어주었답니다. 홍콩 가시는 분들은 꼭 이 숙소로 초이스 하세여 !!!!

Jun 27, 2019I had a wonderful stay at Sams place he responds very fast and gives excellent detail. He also accommodated a late check out and saved me so much stress. The place was exactly as pictured and he made use of the space very well. I would definitely reccomend his place to anyone.

Jun 27, 2019Sam is such an amazing host, super helpful and extremely nice. The room is nothing less than what I had expected, very clean and newly furnished. The place is well located, within the walkable distance to multiple metro stations. Definitely recommend!

Jun 27, 2019要打100颗星 真的超级无敌推荐 Sam人真的好好 提前抵达香港 还托收拾的阿姨帮忙提前收拾好房间 让我提前入住 信息都会非常及时的回复｡房间位置很好 机场巴士直达 离地铁1分钟的路程 就在主街道旁 哪怕一个女孩子半夜回来也会灯火通明 完全不用担心害怕 房间的一影设施都很全 临走还可以暂时寄存行李｡给我的感觉不是民宿 而有家的温暖 真的好喜欢好喜欢 下次再来香港也一定要住在这里 临走真的很不舍 再次感谢Sam 还有每天帮忙收拾房间的阿姨 感恩

Jul 27, 2019petite chambre fonctionnelle, bien décorée et vraiment très bien située ! Sam est très réactif sur (Hidden by Airbnb) à la moindre question. rien à redire, c'était un séjour parfait.
Jun 27, 2019This is one room in a boarding house. Note that there is no kitchen and the shower sits above the toilet in the bathroom. The location is perfect if you just need a bed to sleep on but the entire room is less than 100sq ft. Sam is a great communicator and easy to reach.

Jun 27, 2019A great little place in an absolutely excellent location, one street from the MTR (underground), near more restaurants than I'd thought possible, clean, simple and well priced. I was there for more than three weeks with work and would definitely stay again!

Jun 27, 2019非常好的房源~房主sam很热情,在 (Hidden by Airbnb) 上问问题会很及时回复｡房子虽然不大,但是在香港这个寸土寸金的地方给一个人住还是很满足的｡房子靠近佐敦站,步行1分钟以内就可以到,楼下就是711,十分方便｡

As it was my first time travelling alone, Sam’s instructions for getting there and checking in were very clear and easy to follow. He was very responsive which made the experience less stressful. I definitely recommend choosing Sam as your host.

Jun 27, 2019一个人来香港住到这么好的民宿真是超级赚啦!首先位置很好离尖沙咀就一个地铁站,离旺角也是,没事可以走路就去逛逛啦｡还有离庙街夜市也超级近,美食完全不用担心｡房间内部也很整洁,虽然不是那么大,但是很干净,睡着很舒服｡唯一一点可能会有点吵,但是带上耳塞就好了｡虽然没有见到Sam,一直通过邮箱 (Hidden by Airbnb) 也在聊,很耐心很热情,问得问题都及时回答｡总体来说超级满意,个人旅行强烈推荐这里啦!!
Jun 27, 2019首先房东Sam非常热心,会很细致地介绍如何入住,并且对于其他问题也会快速解答｡房间虽然不大但是一个人住的话也足够舒心了｡交通出行非常便利,附近吃的东西也很多｡总之是一次比较愉快舒适的入住体验｡
Jun 27, 2019조던역 근처로 교통이 아주편리했고, 호스트 샘은 정말 친절하고 쉽게 설명해주었다. 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었고, 화장실이 작았지만 내가 사용하기에 불편함은 없었다. 밤늦게까지 차량 소리가 나지만 번화가라 어쩔수 없는것 같다.
Jun 27, 2019후기들이 전부 좋았고 사진상 룸의 깔끔함을 전적으로 봤으나 체크인 당일 화장실 변기에는 내려가지 않은 휴지가 그대로 있었으며 화장실 에 전체적으로 곰팡이가 심했고 세면대 아래는 특히 심해서 세수를 하기에 거북했다 누워서 쉬는 침대 옆과 아래 벽지가 깨끗하지 못하며 청결함을 기대하고 갔지만 더 이상 그곳에서 머물서 없어 남은 1박을 환불 요청하고 다른 숙소를 급하게 구했다 환불에 대한 피드백과 체크인 전 안내는 너무 친절했으나 다음 머물 숙소자를 위해 룸의 청결까지 더욱 신경써주셨으면 한다.
Jun 27, 2019位置很好,地方也很好找,房间确实略小,厕所也略小,但是毕竟单人间够用了,28寸的箱子放着就只能上床啦~楼下公交站 有点吵,戴副耳塞比较好,房间装修挺新,也很干净,比同伴的民宿好很多了,谢谢Sam!

Jun 27, 2019地理位置方便,距离佐敦地铁B口步行不到5分钟,周边公交很多,步行去海港城也很近,房间很迷你,卫生间非常小,但一个人短期入住也是可以的,卫生很干净,通风也好,房东很热心,可以中文沟通,答复迅速和详细,香港之行很满意!
