The apartment and sets of keys should be handed back in the same conditions as that of the arrival date - The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to not cause excessive noise at any time of day. The failure to complete with the above conditions may result in immediate eviction from the Terrallar S.L. property without receiving any refund. - The client assumes the responsibility of the apartment as well as the furniture and utensils, having to leave it in the same conditions as on arrival, the day of departure. We were 4 people on business travel and the place was absolutely perfect! Clean, quiet (nothing if you want to party), central and a fantastic view and surrounding.
Jun 27, 2019Very bright and clean apartment in front of the Fira Center and next to the Crown Plaza it can't be more convenient for a business trip. The view is very nice and all rooms and bedrooms are very practical.
Jun 27, 2019Hola, El apartamento está en general muy bien. En nuestra opinión se nota que es una empresa de apartamentos y no una casa de un particular. Muy mal que para un apartamentos de 6 personas sólo den un juego de llaves! Estaría bien que hubieran dejado los mínimo: Papel higiénico suficiente, agua, café.
Jun 27, 2019Great apartment set in the heart of Barcelona and just a stone's throw from Espana Plaza. Apartment is spacious with everything we needed. Clean, great views of the city and close to transport links. Host was fantastic at allowing us to extend our stay by a day and have lots of great tips on how to explore the city. Barcelona was amazing and will definitely come back - would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Jun 27, 2019L'appartement est très bien situé, bien desservi par les transports en commun. Il est bien entretenu, et propre.Il offre une belle vue à toutes les fenêtres ( fontaines de Montjuic, centre de Barcelone). L'ascenceur est pratique pour l'appartement qui est au 6ème étage. Il y a tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité. Par contre, l'isolation par les fenêtres et à revoir car on entend beaucoup les bruits de circulation de la rue qui est passagère y compris la nuit. On ne peut pas remonter les volets jusqu'en haut sinon, ils se coincent. Dans une des salles de bains, il y a toujours une odeur d'égout.
Jun 27, 2019всем привет) отличное месторасположение!заселили раньше чем указано,не пришлось где то сидеть и ждать с чемоданами-спасибо!))) кому нужен тихий сон,данный вариант не подойдёт! остекление очень тонкое, окна на проезжую часть,ночью шумно от машин!будет проблема,если вы приедите , как мы большой компанией 5 человек, установлен маленький бойлер для воды, приходилось ждать , когда вода нагреется! хороший сигнал интернета! прекрасные живописные виды из окон! 10-15 минут пешком до старого города! в общем данный вариант оставил положительное впечатление! спасибо))))
Jun 27, 2019This apartment and the surrounding area were great and very comfortable. We were greeted well when we arrived and the host is very professional. Also, the area was easy to make daily excursions around Barcelona from. I was surprised to find that the kitchen didn't have an oven though.
Jun 27, 2019Firstly the accomadation is in a really fantastic location with special views of the city - if you dont mind being a little bit out of the downtown. Easy walk to metro in 5mins. The instructions on how to get to accomodation and the process is super clear and professional. Call as soon as you land as taxi only takes max 20 mins. Appeared that host is not the actual home owner but rather part of a management company - not relevant for appartment. Kitchen had all utensils required but no basics such as sugar,salt etc. Good space in the appartment for a group and a great sitting room. Take note of late arrival charges - they are communicated in listing. Panorama view of Tibidabo hill is fantastic and location again great if you dont need to be ultra central.
Jun 27, 2019Excellent communication and very easy to find. Clean and spacious apartment with great views. Maybe one or two chairs and one sharp knife would be nice but everything else is OK and we would definitely come here again.

Jun 27, 2019Not much contact with the host, but when needed was eay to get hold of. The Neighbor hood is very nice, with a few Supermarkets & Cafe's around. Relatively easy to get a Taxi as they wait beside the hotel down the road. Place was clean and tidy and I would definitely recommend.
Jun 27, 2019We were phones on the day we we travelling to confirm our arrival time. We were met at the door as we turned up. The flat was ready and we were quickly checked. Efficient, proactive and friendly service - I couldn't fault it

Jun 27, 2019This is a great apartment in an amazing location. The stay is overall very comfortable and I would stay there again. Having said that, there were a few things to note for improvement, but not deal breakers for me: 1. we stayed a week and ran out of toilet paper on day 3. we were informed that we need to supply our toilet paper. not an expensive buy, but the inconvenience of having to worry about that was not pleasant. 2. the smell of cigarette smoking from other apartments in the building kept coming in through the heating vents, i had to open the windows to air the rooms every few hours. This was certainly unpleasant, but i guess it could happen anywhere. 3. as others mentioned, sometimes smells were noticed in the bathrooms - it happened randomly through the day. i guess the building;s vent systems are not great. again, these were minor things. we felt very comfortable otherwise. we also really appreciated the view and the location. the beds were comfortable too.

Jun 27, 2019Ne cherchez pas le 1 de la rue, c'est au 1 bis. retard de l'hôte et accueil assez glacial. Il ne répond aux appels que par textos. Assez bruyant et des améliorations sont à apporter dans l'ensemble. Odeurs désagréables dans les salles de bain. Cependant, l'appartement est bien situé et nous a permis de passer un séjour agréable. Idéal pour un très court séjour. A recommander pour le feu d'artifice du 31 décembre, vous y avez accès depuis les chambres comme s'il était tiré spécialement pour vous.

Jun 27, 2019Great apartment, excellent location near Plaça Espanya, just a few steps from the Magic Fountains and the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya. Everything was as expected, very clean, very comfortable, nice view from the kitchen window. Check-in process was fast and smooth. It is located on a SIXTH floor, but the building has an elevator for 3 people. Shower cabin in one of the bathrooms is very small, if you are a medium sized man, you will have some troubles. But anyway, this is one of the few things you have to live with when you travel. If I return to Barcelona, I would definitely consider this apartment again.
Jun 27, 2019This is not someone's home, it is run by a company and found that on checking in I had signed a contract, which I feel uncomfortable about. However, it is a spacious apartment in a convenient area a few metro/bus stops from the centre of Barcelona. It is also very close to the 'Magic fountains' of Montjuic. The air conditioning is also very welcome. There is nothing provided in the kitchen. So you need to buy/ bring with you salt, pepper, oil, T towels, toilet paper etc.
Jun 27, 2019Clean place but a/c keeps the place too cold at night. Nice location - near touristy sites and taxi stand is downstairs. Wifi is super slow - cannot stream video. Costs about the same as hotel after you add wifi and tourist tax on arrival.

Jun 27, 2019Het appartement heeft nog enkel glas waardoor er zeer veel lawaai is 's nachts van de drukke baan . Voor de rest is het een aangenaam appartement met genoeg voorzieningen .
Jun 27, 2019The location is very good, 5 minutes by foot to reach plaza de Espanya, with metro and autobus for the city center and the airport. The apartment is quite big and very clean, bathrooms included. The oven is just a small microwave, but the rest of the equipment in the kitchen is ok. We had to set the heating quite high to have a comfort heating but after that the apartment was comfortable enough. The host is very professional and comunication has been good when necessary, with prompt response.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is located very conveniently close to Plaza Espana and walking distance from several bars, supermarkets and attractions. The rooms in the apartment are clean and tidy, the views are great and our host was there to welcome us at the agreed time and provided us with good recommendations about Barcelona. The apartment is a professionally run place, not a private apartment which was apparent from the lack of personal items and few stuff in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil and other basic cooking ingredients we had to get ourself). Having said that, we had a great time and I can recommend the place for anyone looking for a place to stay for a long weekend with 6 people together.
Jun 27, 2019Check in and communication was very good. The apartment is perfectly for families or groups up to 6 people. It's got 4 bedrooms ( 2 double and 2 single). It is on the 6th floor and there is beautiful view over Barcelona. It is very well located, just a few minutes walk to Plaza España and public transport there. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would recommend the apartment.

Jun 27, 2019Nice spaceuous appartment, kinda noisy but great. The kitchen is complete and the bathrooms are clean and splendid. The location is kinda out of the centre, but with cabs / uber it is easy to go to the centre.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is 5minutes distance to the green line and so very advantage in a easy part of the city. Clean, graceful and very clean. there is an exclusive living room to stay all together also because the apartment is very big, there are 4 bedroom for 6 beds. all was ok.

Jun 27, 2019This is a nice apartment located very close to the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc which has an cool evening light show. Air conditioner couldn't keep up with the heat Barcelona was having that week (but in all fairness, it was a record breaking heat wave Barcelona was experiencing.). Apartment managed by a corporate property management company.

Jun 27, 2019the elevator m8 be not working. wich will suck if you stay at the upper floors. the bathrooms and rooms dont have locks. house is clean. no extra sheets or pillows. taxi stand is very close. close by small supermarkets and restaurants. wifi is not very strong and in some rooms doest work at all.

Jun 27, 2019Nos hicieron un gran favor, ya que mi grupo llego a las 11 y nos permitieron dejar las maletas mientras hacían la limpieza e hicimos el check in en ese momento, por lo que estuvimos libres todo el día. El lugar estaba realmente limpio y aunque teníamos 2 personas que suelen sufrir de alergia severa, pudieron disfrutar la estancia sin ninguna incidencia. Toda la estancia ha sido perfecta y no puedo destacar nada negativo~ además siempre resolvieron nuestras dudas al instante, aún cuando hemos contactado con ellos bastante tarde. Esperamos poder repetir~
Jun 27, 2019L’appartamento è molto carino e pulitissimo. Situato a dieci minuti a piedi da piazza d’España gode di una bellissima vista sulla città. I letti sono molto confortevoli. Il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check in stato gentilissimo, simpatico e molto preciso nelle istruzioni. Ottimo appartamento.
