We stayed for about a week in Karen's apartment and had a wonderful time. The place was bigger than anticipated and very clean which we highly valued. Karen and her husband were very helpful and easy to communicate with, both prior to our arrival and when we arrived. The apartment is located in a really nice place with shopping and dining oppurtunites close by and easy access to the metro. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place on the Upper West Side.
Jun 27, 2019My stay in Karen's studio was wonderful. The place was exactly as it appeared on photos. It was clean, well arranged and very quit. All what you need is available and is completely private. The Area outside is very quit and people are friendly. Restaurants, coffees, Cleaners, ATMs are on the Broadway that takes only 2 minutes walking to get there. Subway station is on 5 minutes walking distance that takes you everywhere you want. Ofer (Karen husband) was so kind cooperative and helpful and directly respond to my questions and inquiries. I had very beutiful stay in Karen studio and would definitely recommed it for you.
Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful 2 months! stay at Keren and Ofer's apartment. It's in a fantastic location in a really nice neighbourhood right next to the riverside park and very short walk from central park. Subway is 3 min walk as well as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, coffee shops and every thing else you can think about. The apt. is very comfortable, spacious and clean, it is exactly as described, and everything worked extremely well during the entire stay. It feels like home right away.The apartment's kitchen is very well equipped and you can make your own meals if you want easily. The street is very nice and quite all day long. Keren and her husband Ofer were great hosts! they are always easily contactable either by phone or face to face. They helped us a lot with all we needed and make our stay just perfect! Would definitely recommend the apartment as well as Keren and Ofer as great hosts. :) It has been a real pleasure! Thanks Rani Dalit Tal and Yuval

Jun 27, 2019We had a great time at Karen and Ofer's appartment. (it is on the firts floor, so it's ot an attic.) Ofer was a very friendly and helpfull host. Because they have an appartment of their own we had the place to ourselves. We loved the neighbourhood, it is quiet and at the same time near Broadway and the subway. Everything we needed was there: clean towels, a nice bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Thanks!
Jul 27, 2019Christina and I stayed in the apartment for all of April 2014. It is very quiet, the neighbourhood very respectable with everything you need within 3 minutes walk. We spent a lot of time at the Met Museum of Art. The bus that goes there is 3 minutes walk away. The subway is about the same; very convenient. The natural history museum is 10 minutes walk. There is also the best cinema in town 6 minutes away. We live in a rural town; a big superduper cinema is great. The apartment is clean and light; plenty of cable TV; very usable kitchen. The bed is just fine. We would stay again.
Jun 27, 2019Perfect stay. Keren and Ofer were super helpful in accommodating my schedule to pick up the keys (as well as returning the keys after I accidentally took of with one set). Their place was clean and exactly what I was hoping for. As an Airbnb host it was great to see some of the things they do that I could do to make my home more comfortable in the future. In addition, it turns out Keren is a real estate broker and I was looking for an apartment. Keren ended up helping me look for a place to stay so I got to know her even more. I would certainly recommend staying at their place.

The apartment was well equipped for this cold winter, but I imagine its natural light in Spring must be sublime. I really appreciated Karen's hospitality and the included amenities.

Jun 27, 2019Apartment and service were great. I stayed here from Aug 15 - Sep 19, while I was waiting for my permanent place I was moving into to be ready, and then when it got delayed, Karen and Ofer were extremely helpful and able to extend my stay from Sep 19 to Oct 6. I am moving to the UES, so while in transition I decided to give the UWS side a try. The apartment is on 89th between West End and Riverside, quiet and beautiful street, right down the block from Riverside Park and the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial. Dog park and jogging path along the water right down the stairs. 86 Street 1 train is just a few blocks away, and plenty of good eating right down the block (Carmine's, Vino e Cibo, Little Mermaid). Love the neighborhood, and after staying here I wish I had considered an apartment in this neighborhood... Karen and Ofer were extremely responsive on AirBNB and text. The studio faces the back courtyard of the building (no direct access) so it is very quiet, though a little shady during the day (not dark, but you can't quite tell if it is cloudy or not). Despite being a studio, it is spacious, and is furnished with plenty of cooking tools, dishes, etc if you are cooking. Overall highly recommend, whether you are looking for temporary housing like I needed, or just visiting the City for a vacation, and want to check out the Upper West Side this is a great place / location / hosts.
Jun 27, 2019Karen was a great host! Check-in was convenient and she worked with my schedule which I appreciated. The studio is so spacious, I was very comfortable for the month I was there. Everything was as described except it was larger than it looked in the pictures, a very nice surprise! There was plenty of room to spread out, have meals, enjoy the TV, lounge and the bathroom was very nice. There was a great closet with plenty of towels and linens. Everything about the studio was clean and in good repair. The studio is located in a wonderful walking neighborhood. I was travelling at night to and from school and felt very secure coming and going. There are also many great restaurants in the area that deliver! I highly recommend Karen as a host and the studio as a great place to stay.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is just like the pictures. Very spacious and has everything we needed for our 1 month stay. We felt home. Tv and wifi works perfectly. Location couldn't be better. I would say that this is the best neighborhood in Manhattan. And the apartment is in the best block. It is a family neighborhood I would say. Very quiet and super safe, even at night. Central park was a short walk and riverside park was just one block away. I didn't met Karen, but we had a person to walk us in and Ofer, her husband came when we had to leave. He was super nice. And they even helped us with our luggage since we had a flight later on the same day. It helped a lot, so we didn't have to carry those heavy luggages through the city. It was great. I definitely recommend it.
