Notes
All linen and towels are included in the apartment. After one week stay (stays up to 7 nights), changing of linen/towels and general cleaning of the apartment, free of charge. The apartment includes a bath towel and a hand towel for each guest. Extra linen and towels possible (charged).
Transit
If you come from the airport, you only need to take the metro from the airport to the city centre (Trindade). To explore the city centre, you don't need car or any public transport. You can always go everywhere by foot.

Good place, well situated and well equiped. The place is brand new and Tomas is a good host. I recommand the place, very good value! Bon appartement bien situé et bien équipé. Le logement est neuf et Tomas vous accueillera très bien. Je recommande l'endroit qui a un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Jun 27, 2019My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights in Tomas' apartment. It is a very fine apartment, well renovated and well situated in the historical center of Porto. Everything worked fine, including the wifi, and the place was very clean. Tomas was very helpful and gave us some useful tips about the city, where to go and where to eat etc. If I go to Porto again, I will certainly chose the same apartment to stay! Highly recommended!!!

The apartment was recently renovated and it is in perfect condition. It is fully outfitted with everything you might need during your stay. The location is excellent. The host, Tomás, is attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Jun 27, 2019Lovely, clean and fully furnished studio at an excellent location in porto. City centre, bars and restaurants are all at walking distance. We even walked to the beach twice, but that will take you about an hour along the river douro. Tomas and his friend Marta were very friendly and helped us around when needed. The only negative point, as mentioned by others, is some rumour at night. But we slept like a baby with earplugs!
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is perfect ! Very beautiful and located in a wonderful and charming area of Porto, quite close to the river Duro (10 min walking). Very good welcome, with a list of all the good places to visit in Porto, to eat or to have a drink. The only (small) problem is that as it is quite noisy at night. But however, I really think that I would rent it again if I come back to Porto. Thank you tomas !
Jun 27, 2019thanks to tomas again! i had a great stay in porto. the studio is in a nice neighbourhood and it really looks like on the pictures. the studio is light and sunny also on rainy days ;) so, when you like to visit porto then is this studio your best choice! oh, also thanks to marta for give me so many good ideas to enjoy the city!

Jun 27, 2019Even though there were some problems during my stays, Tomas helped me a lot to fix any problems caused immediately. And, his advice and note for tip was very useful. Although I had only a few chance to see a room being filled with sunshine due to the weather, it made me feel that I made a good decision to stay here. 3 Words of cozy, clean, comfortable describes this place well.

Tomás is a very kind person, willing to explain everything about Porto and places to visit. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend this place to stay for two persons.

We would certainly recommend this appartment to others. The only thing that irritated us a bit was the noise in the street during the nights.

Fue una pena no poder conocerlo en persona, aunque nos recibió un amigo suyo, que nos explicó todo lo relacionado con la ciudad. Si volvemos a Oporto, este será nuestro apartamento!
Jun 27, 2019Tomas' appartement is very-well located in a dynamic area of Porto which is called Cedofeita. Plenty of shops, restaurants and scenic attractions at walking distance. The appartement is well-furnished, no nonsense. Be prepared for some earplugs if you happen to be there during any festivity, such as we had with the end of the university season. However, we would choose the same place if we come again.

Jun 27, 2019Tomás' flat is as stylish and comfortable as it looks in the pictures and is an ideal location from which to explore Porto. I would agree with the other reviews about noise from the street, so if you're a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. Tomás' friend Angelo met us when we arrived and was very helpful, showing us around and giving us tips on where to go for dinner. Tomás also called in the next day to make sure we'd settled in ok. He was really helpful and friendly too.

The appartement was perfectly clean and just as it looks on the pictures, very well located, closed to the center and to wathever you will need during your stay.

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und hat alles , was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Liegt zentral in einer Fußgängerzone, allerdings ist es auch abends/nachts besonders am Wochenende laut. Es ist viel los in der Gegend ( Ohrstöpsel helfen enorm ). Empfangen wurden wir von Marta, die uns sehr engagiert mit allen möglichen Informationen / Kartenmaterial aufs freundlichste versorgt hat. Terminabsprache funktionierte über Handy / SMS bestens. Tip: nicht mit dem Auto kommen. Parkplätze sind rar und nicht sicher, Parkhäuser teuer. Porto hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Man kann es gut zu Fuß bzw. mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erkunden.

Jun 27, 2019Marta and Tomas were great! They did everything to make us feel welcome and went out of their way to let us store our luggage after we checked out. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. It was really centrally located and easy to get to by public transport. There was some noise from the street at night time but the double shutters helped to keep it to a minimum. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here.

Jun 27, 2019Tomas gave us a friendly welcome. The information to get to the apartment from the airport was very useful and the guest book offers nice information about the city. The apartment was very clean and has a good atmosphere. It's located in the middle of the city. This is very convenient but also means you will hear quite some nightlife noise: so bring earplugs for good sleep! We had a great weekend in Porto.
Jun 27, 2019Tomas was zelf niet in de gelegenheid om on te verwelkomen, maar een vriendin van hem had ons opgevangen en de sleutel overhandigd. Ze hadden een gastenboek klaarliggen waar allemaal tips in stonden waar je zoal heen kon. Daarnaast had die vriendin zelf ook nog veel eigen tips waar we wat aan hadden. Het appartement was netjes en schoon. Het appartement ligt erg centraal waardoor je makkelijk overal heen kan. Ik zou zeker nog een keer gebruik willen maken van dit appartement als ik nog eens Porto zou bezoeken.
Jun 27, 2019We have just had a fantastic week in the apartment. The apartment is immaculately presented as depicted in the pictures/ description. The size is nicely bigger than the pictures suggest; with plenty of space in the bedroom area and the living area. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by Marta and were provided with some excellent advise on places to eat, drink and see across the city. The apartment is very centrally located with cafes, bars and bakeries all within 1-2 minutes walk. The apartment does face onto a main pedestrian way and can get loud in the evening/ night; but this is a fair compromise for the fantastic internal quality, central location and price of the apartment.

Jun 27, 2019Sehr schönes Apartment mitten in einem belebten Einkaufssträßchen mitten in Porto mit allem, was man braucht. Zur Partymeile sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, auch in den historischen Teil der Stadt ist es nicht weit. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen, haben zahlreiche tolle Tipps erhalten und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko: Die Straße, an der das Apartment liegt, ist kopfsteingepflastert. Wenn nachts Autos durchfahren, ist das durchaus etwas laut.

The location is perfect for tourists, right in the city-centre, the main tourist spots are situated within 5-10min walk as well as plenty of nice bars, cafés and restaurants! The apartment was clean, equipped with everything you need, perfect for two: cosy and peaceful. The hosts gave us a lot of useful insider tipps and provided city maps.
Jun 27, 2019Heerlijke uitvalsbasis in Porto. Het appartement is gunstig gelegen, schoon, gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne tips in het boekje dat klaar lag én van Marta, die ons welkom heette en haar hotspots met ons deelde. Het appartment ligt in een leuke buurt met kroegjes en restaurantjes, op ongeveer 15 minuten loopafstand van de rivier. De dunne muren en vloeren maken het pand wel enigszins gehorig. Tijdens ons verblijf viel de overlast reuze mee en hebben we Porto goed uitgerust kunnen verkennen.

Jun 27, 2019My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights at Tomás´s apartment and absolutely loved it! We would definitely come back. He sent us a package with detailed instructions for how to find the place, and his friend Marta let us in since he was out of town. Marta spent a while going over a map and their welcome guide, she was so friendly and helpful! The apartment looked exactly like the photos. The location was perfect and close to everything. Marta did warn us that the street is quite noisy at night, and since we stayed on a Saturday night it was very loud, lots of people singing and walking by all night. However, we knew this ahead of time and it did not bother us. It was very quiet on Sunday night. The internet connection was a bit slow but not slower than anywhere else in Porto and we did not need it much because of the map and welcome book Marta left us. Overall, we could not have asked for a better apartment! Wish we had stayed longer.
Jun 27, 2019Tomas was a delightful host. Prior to arriving I communicated with Tomas via Viber on a number of occasions. Tomas always responded quickly. When we arrived in Porto Tomas was waiting for us at the apartment. He is very organised. There was a complete guide ready for us on where to eat and what to do in Porto; important numbers were listed as well. The apartment itself is clean and tidy and very functional. It is located above a shop on a pedestrian street that leads into a square. We walked everywhere from the apartment. If I am truthful the only downside of such a prime location was the noise late at night and early in the morning from people walking to and from bars; was not a significant issue. There are also plenty of restaurants/cafes within close proximity of the apartment. I would recommend Tomas' apartment if you wish to explore Porto and the surrounds.

Jun 27, 2019El apartamento es perfecto para conocer Porto. Está situado en una zona muy céntrica a unos 5 minutos a pie de la Torre de Clérigos. La zona está llena de bares y tiendas y es bastante animada. El apartamento es exactamente como se ve en las fotos: luminoso, moderno, limpio, muy bien equipado y muy confortable. Tomás no estaba cuando llegamos pero ha hecho los arreglos necesarios para que tuviéramos las llaves y pudiéramos instalarnos. Un rato después ha venido a saludarnos y a darnos indicaciones sobre el apartamento. Tomás me ha parecido muy amable y simpático, la comunicación con él ha sido muy fluída desde los primeros contactos y ha hecho que todo fuera muy fácil. Creo que es uno de los anfitriones más fiables que he conocido y se ha tomado un rato para marcarnos los principales monumentos y sitios de Porto en un mapa que tenía preparado para nosotros así como algunos restaurantes muy buenos, incluído el que prepara su francesinha favorita ;-)

Nos recibió Martha y fue sensacional, nos explicó todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía en Oporto, hasta tiene un librito con todos los tips como restaurantes, puntos de interés, mapas, etc. Definitivamente, un lugar que recomiendo.

The location of the appartement is perfect for a citytrip in Porto. Restaurants, shops, sightseeing, bakery all close by. Next trip to Porto preferably at Tomas' place again.
Jun 27, 2019Tomás and his friend Marta where great hosts. The had prepared for out visit with activities and nice things to see in Porto. The place is just as it looks like in the pictures and is very central. We walked all over the city and the street just outside have bars and cafés all over.
Jun 27, 2019La casa es estupenda y Tomás es el mejor anfitrion que he tenido nunca probabblemente! La casa es exactamente igual que en las fotos o incluso mejor. Por ejemplo la tele es una de las nuevas plana y mucho más grande y no la que aparece en la foto (incluso tiene puerto USB y puedes ver pelis desde un pendrive!). La localización es inmejorable, al lado de todo y con mucha vida por la zona, desde restaurantes a sitios de copas y por supuesto está a tiro de piedra de todo lo que hay que ver y hacer en Oporto. Es verdad que la casa está en una zona muy animada en fin de semana y puede haber ruidos por la noche, pero vamos es totalmente soportable. Aunque la casa no tiene calefaccion y eso puede echar para atrás, no es un problema, Tomás nos proporcionó dos estufas estupendas y hay mantas más que de sobra. El sofá cama es super cómodo (yo fui la que dormí allí) y ninguna queja. Lo demás de la casa una monada, el baño y la cocina son justo lo que necesitas para unos días en Oporto. Por supuesto la Wifi que es imprescindible! Funciona a la perfección. De hecho hay un aparato en la misma casas así que no hay ningun problema de red. Como anfitrion Tomás estuvo todo el tiempo pendiente, incluso desde que hicimos la reserva. Para quedar a la llegada fue super flexible y atento. Tomás también tiene otras casas por si teneis otras necesidades. Desde luego cada vez que vuelva a Oporto repetiré con él sin duda y se lo voy a recomendar a todo el mundo.

Jul 27, 2019Muito bom, limpo e confortável o apartamento O'Porto Studio e Tomás nos recebeu de forma simpática e com muitas informações interessantes a respeito da cidade. Para aqueles de sono muito leve vale a ressalva de que, por tratar-se de um Centro Histórico com muitas opções de café e de bares, há movimento de pessoas dialogando com a madrugada fria. Mas somente para os de sono muito leve.

Tomás is a very kind host that gave us a lot of good recommendations about restaurants places to visit etc, and he welcomed us with a bottle of wine, cheese and Belen's pastries! really delicious! I fully recommend this apartment if you are going to visit Porto and of course I will book again this flat in my future visits to Porto!

The neighbourhood is great : it's really situated in the historic center : you can go everywhere by foot and even come back to the house for a little nap, there are lots of shops, bars, restaurants... We definitely recommend this flat and would love to come back there. Tomas was very kind and he will do anything to make you have a wonderful stay !

Jun 27, 2019Tomás stuurde ons voor het vertrek een zeer uitgebreide routebeschrijving. Marta, de vriendin van Tomás verwelkomde ons hartelijk in de studio, die volledig aan de beschrijving voldeed. Ze gaf ons tientallen tips gedocumenteerd met plannetjes en uitleg aangaande restaurantjes en bezienswaardigheden. Het appartement is zeer centraal gelegen in een prachtige buurt van het oude stadscentrum, en is zeer comfortabel ingericht. Wij hadden een prachtweekend, en indien de kans zich voordoet zouden we zeker naar het zelfde adres terug keren. Een aanrader!

Marta spent a good amount of time to present all the information related to the apartment, the places of interest in the city, and sound recommendations for restaurants, bakeries etc. Your studio is very well located. I would not hesitate to highly recommend it to any traveler to visit Porto. Thanks for everything and kind regards for Marta. She is a very nice person and agreable.
Jun 27, 2019Tomas gave us good advice about restaurants and locations to visit. The flat was as described that is to say very nice and really tidy. We were just surprised by the noise at night :mainly drunk students singing or yelling in the street until 6 am.
Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Tomás apartment for one week around Easter and had a great stay. Even though we arrived at midnight and Tomás couldn't be there he arranged for a friend/colleague of his to give us the keys. She was very nice as well and gave us very valuable tips for our holiday even at this late hour. The apartment is very new, well equipped and clean and conveniently located right in the centre of the old town. The only very minor downside was that at weekends the party crowd makes its way through the pedestrian zone right in front of the apartment so that it can get a bit noisy. But we knew that from previous comments and it was ok for us. We would definitely stay in this apartment again. Thanks for everything!

Jun 27, 2019Tomas and his friend Marta made Lucy and I very welcome. They were both very easy to get hold of and arrange a check in time. The apartment comes with a handy guide to local restaurants, night life and sights and Marta was more than happy to answer our questions about the city and give us great tips on where to eat, even giving us lovely vegetarian options for Lucy. The description of the flat was very accurate. The small apartment is bright and surprisingly spacious and we couldn't ask for a better location, walking distance from bars, shops and some amazing architecture. At night the area really came to life and although at times our sleep was disrupted by the buzzing streets outside we were more than happy with the area. We had an amazing time in Porto and would definitely stay at Tomas’s again.
Jun 27, 2019Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Porto und das Apartment von Thomás war einwandfrei. Allem voran war die Lage hervorragend - in Laufdistanz zu allen wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es war sauber und für zwei Personen absolut groß genug. Thomás selbst war zwar nicht da, aber eine Freundin von ihm hat uns empfangen und uns tolle Tipps gegeben, wo wir etwas essen können und was wir uns ansehen müssen. Im Apartment liegt auch eine kleine Mappe mit weiteren Tipps bereit. Es ist zwar tatsächlich nachts etwas laut, aber für uns war es auch ohne Ohropax durchaus möglich, zu schlafen. Alles in allem kann ich das Apartment ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen!
Jun 27, 2019Tomas was out of town but we were met by Marta who was a delight. She spent an hour explaining where, why and how, as a local. She also came back with linen for the sofa bed. With her help we found and saw the sights that are worth seeing with food and local bar recommendations. The studio was as described, clean, fresh, fully equipped, even washing machine and very tasteful. Even towel warmers, great heater and kitchen basics eg, olive oil etc..... The location is brilliant, close to everything at the top of porto. Short (5-10) walk up the hill from Sao Bento train station. If arriving at Campanhã train station, swap to take train to São Bento at no extra cost! Real world Porto in the mornings with street cleaners, pedestrians etc, but a great locale. Would definately stay again. Thank you!!

It was super easy to coordinate key pick up and Tomas went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment is located very close to most touristic attraction but just a bit noisy as it faces a fairly busy street.

Jun 27, 2019Tómas was very helpful and flexible as our arrival time changed a couple times. His friend Marta welcomed us and had lots of good tips to explore the city. The apartment is bright and clean and in a great location near the sights, restaurants and a park. Would definitely recommend the place!
Jun 27, 2019Tomas was really easy to deal with during the booking process and answering any questions we had. He was out of town when during our visit but Marta and Sofia made us really welcome. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, it's absolutely lovely. It's also in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and bars and very central. It's a lively area so can get a little bit noisy at night but Tomas told us about this before we came so we were prepared! A pair of earplugs did the trick. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Jun 27, 2019Tomas jest bardzo miłym gospodarzem, jednak nie do końca fajnym było, że na spotkanie z nami spóźnił się prawie godzinę. Ponadto pomimo tego, iż nasz pobyt w Porto trwał jedynie dwa dni ciągle pisał do nas wypytujac o wszystko, przez co mieliśmy wrażenie, że nas sprawdza i martwi się o swój- wcale nie taki super- apartament, w którym było bardzo głośno.
Jun 27, 2019Tomas sent us several email messages. He was proactive in making sure we got the key to the apartment and his telephone number. There was a book he had made with listings of useful information like restaurants, bakeries, etc. There were also maps of the city, etc. The location was great! The small street is pedestrian only which we found charming. We were able to walk to everything, no car needed. The Apartment was just as described. We really liked it and always felt comfortable, it is sunny and light. The kitchen was fully stocked. We just made coffee and got great bread from the bakery less than a block away. The only downside was the party noise each night. There were people in the street singing and having lots of fun all night up to 4 and even 5 am.

Jun 27, 2019L'appartement est idéalement situé, c'est un plus incontestable. Il est joliment aménagé. En revanche, le quartier (et l'appartement juste au-dessus) sont un peu bruyants. Nous avons commencé le séjour par une expérience malheureuse : Tomas n'était pas là pour nous accueillir à cause d'un vol tardif ; la porte d'entrée ne s'est pas ouverte comme prévu et les clés de l'appartement, que nous devions trouver sur le palier, n'étaient pas non plus là. Evidemment, attendre une petite heure à minuit passée que tout cela se règle était un peu frustrant mais, sinon, rien à redire.
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons voyagé en couple et cette réservation correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. En effet le studio est fonctionel, bien situé, tres bien équipé, et décorré avec beaucoup de goût. En se qui concerne le bruit, mentionné dans les autres commentaires, celà ne nous a pas du tout dérangé. En effet la nuit il y a du passage ce qui est normal vu qu'il s'agit du centre et que la ville bouge beaucoup la nuit, néanmoin il est situé dans une rue piétonne donc pas de bruit de voiture seulement des gens qui passent. La collaboratrice de Tomás qui nous a accueillit était souriante et tres sympatique. Elle nous a indiqué les bons endroits pour manger, se ballader, sortir et ses conseil nous ont permis d'apprécier notre séjour ...
Jun 27, 2019Julio 2015. Apartamento en perfecto estado, limpio, bien ubicado (céntrico), perfecto para 2 personas, baño y cocina impecables, toallas y sábanas también. Colchón cómodo. Es exactamente como en las fotografías. Anfitrión muy atento, amable y agradable, ofrece soluciones para todo. Balcón* con vistas a la calle y mucha luz. *Viernes/Sábado noche tened en cuenta que hay un bar en la esquina muy animado, no es el mejor día para acostarse pronto! Volvería a este mismo apartamento sin dudarlo.
Jun 27, 2019Notre séjour chez Tomas à été vraiment sympa ! L'appartement est tres bien situé pour rayonner tout autour. La ville est tres belle et est très agréable . L'appartement est super mignon et plein de charme et lumineux. Il est très fonctionnel , nous nous y sommes sentis vraiment très bien ! Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer Tomas mais il a mis tout en oeuvre pour répondre à nos questions , de plus un livret d'informations et de bons plans avec plein des suggestions est à disposition dans l'appartement , cela nous a été bien utile! Le quartier est passagé la nuit , donc un peu bruyant...seul petit bémol.

Jun 27, 2019El piso es tal como se ve en las fotos, muy bonito y acogedor. Nos recibió Sofía, una amiga de Tomás, y nos indicó con un mapa todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad. También tienen preparada una guía de la ciudad con todos los sitios donde comer, visitar, etc. Es muy céntrico y está en una calle tranquila. Totalmente recomendable.
Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und toll gelegen. Wir haben uns hier drei Tage lang sehr wohlgefühlt. Tomas war außerdem gut zu erreichen auch mitten in der Nacht als es mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel nicht ganz so geklappt hat, wie vereinbart. Danke dafür!

Jun 27, 2019La casa está es una de las mejores zonas posibles del centro de Oporto; puedes ir andando a casi todos los sitios que una estancia breve en la ciudad puede permitir. Tal cual en las fotos, muy bien cuidada, limpia y cómoda. El único aviso es si estás durante el fin de semana, que cierres la ventana por los posibles ruidos de la calle durante la madrugada. Tomás es un anfitrión muy agradable, lo deja todo muy bien explicado y si necesitas algo antes o durante el viaje, está pendiente. Sin duda alguna, cuando vuelva a Oporto contactaré con Tomás.
Jun 27, 2019We spent three nights at Tomás' apartment and really enjoyed our stay there. The location is great - it's at the beginning of a shopping street, very central to explore the city and also close to the station Sao Bento or the metro. The apartment looks exactly like on the photos, really comfy, stylish and perfect for a couple. Tomás wasn't there when we arrived but he provided us with all information and indications we needed, including a welcome book at the apartment with everything you need to know and see in Porto. The communication was always easy, fast and helpful. We would highly recommend Tomás' apartment for a stay in Porto!

Jun 27, 2019We had a lovely stay at Tomas' apartment. It was very clean upon arrival, had everything we needed and was in a great location. - within walking distance to everything we needed. Tomas was also very helpful during our stay! The only downside was it did get a little noisy at night time but we otherwise had a great stay :)

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Porto, dans une rue piétonne charmante et très vivante, mais malheureusement très bruyante la nuit, surtout le samedi !
Jun 27, 2019El apartamento esta como en las fotos e impecable. La tv es de plasma, cosa que no aparece en las (Website hidden by Airbnb) ubicación perfecta a 10' caminando del centro. Tal vez es un poco ruidoso en fin de semana pues esta en una calle peatonal y se oyen las voces si la gente habla un poco alto. Tomas facilito nuestra llegada aunque hubo un malentendido con las llaves y eso demoro nuestra entrada al apartamento, pero las señoras de la tienda de abajo lo solucionaron lo mejor que pudieron a pesar de su bajo nivel de ingles.Lo recomendaría sin ninguna duda!
Jun 27, 2019Unfortunately Tomas was not in Porto during our visit but his communication with us was excellent and we had no trouble locating the apartment and letting ourselves in. He has an excellent visitors folder with heaps of great advice on getting the best out of a stay in Porto. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent being within easy walking distance of all major attractions. It is situated on an interesting,mostly pedestrian mall, which unfortunately was noisy at night. We were there for the start of the University year and much of the frivolity at night may have been attributed to students enjoying themselves.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment looks the same as on the pictures, very nice! When we arrived a girl gave us some information about the city and the things we have to do and see. There was also an information book on the table that was made by Tomas I think. This was very nice and handy. The equipment of the apartment is basic but I think there is everything that you need. There was almost no basic food. There was no coffee (now there is, because we bought it :) ), no thee. Just some olive oil and basic herbs. There was no little welcome drink in the fridge. Not that we need it but our previous air bnb owners did it. You can see the place is not a personal space. There is no personal stuff. It's only used for rental. You even have to pay if you break a glass. Or bring your own garbage away. In the day the apartment is very nice with the large windows. But at night it's really very very noisy. A lot of students are screaming and singing at night. Not only in the weekend but really each night. We couldn’t sleep and it was very annoying. There is also much noise in the late evening because of traffic. I think for the delivery at the shops.
Jun 27, 2019The days in Porto were perfect. We found in the studio everything we needed for us and our baby. The location is very central. The neighboorhoud is lively with a lot of cute shops and bars. At night it isn't extremely noisy. If you are used to live in a city centre, it's normal. We loved to stay there and would come back every time. Thanks to Thomás and Sofia for everything!

The location was fantastic and as the apartment was exactly described as in the listing. When we come back to Porto, we will definitely book with Tomás again!

The studio is clean, spacious and just like in the pictures. The location is very close to torre dos clerigos and the lillo bookshop. Nearby the studio there are small streets with bars and restaurants.
Jun 27, 2019La experiencia en casa de Tomás fue genial. La casa era exactamente como aparece en las fotos, superacogedora. La ubicación, mejor imposible. Es muy céntrica y desde allí se puede ir andando a todos lados. La zona es muy agradable. Aunque desafortunadamente no pudimos conocer a Tomás porque no se encontraba ese fin de semana en Oporto, en todas las comunicaciones con él (previas al viaje y durante nuestra estancia) fue rápido, amable y detallista. No tuvimos ningún problema. Sin duda, repetiríamos en su casa y ya lo hemos recomendado a nuestros amigos.

A little bit up the street was a grocerystore and there were bakery shops at every corner. A very nice extra was the little welcomebook on the kitchentable. It had al the info we needed, places to see, places to eat... It was wonderful!

Jun 27, 2019Tomás' studio is perfectly located in the historical city centre of Porto: practically all sights are at walking distance and the apartment is only a stone's throw away of the vibrant Rua Galeria de Paris. The studio apartment is tastefully decorated and quite spacious. Tomás left us a guest book in which he has written down all his favourite places for sightseeing, eating and drinking. We ended up having a superb Francesinha at Café Santiago, many thanks! Our stay at Tomás' place made our weekend in Porto truly unforgettable.

Jun 27, 2019Piso precioso, Tomás no ha podido estar cuando llegamos pero su amiga ha sido muy muy amable y nos ha recomendado muchos sitios muy chulos! El piso es muy limpio y tiene todo lo que hace falta! Además, está en pleno centro de Oporto en una calle peatonal con tiendas, restaurantes, cafeterías , etc. Muy recomendable!

It's close to public transit, within walking distance to all your needed shops and restaurants, and he was even kind enough to let us extend our check out time several hours. The flat is on a pretty active street so it's not for the noise sensitive, but if you don't mind- it's a great stay.

The appartment is located on a very lovely street with a lot of restaurants, bars and shopping. So, it was expected to hear some noise coming from people on the street until late in the night. Jun 27, 2019Tomás was a great host; he kept in good contact before our stay and when coordinating our arrival. He gave us fantastic tips for socialising (Aduela, up the road, very nice) and eating (Dom Peixe in Matosinhos). We had an especially early check out, and Tomás recommended the Goin' Porto shuttle, which saved us a few euros. The apartment is on the first floor, immaculately clean, and has plenty of amenities (flat screen tv, washing machine, kitchen). It's located a very short walk from the Clerigos Tower and university, so you are very well located if you chose to stay here. My only advice is that this apartment is on a pedestrian street, and the partying can continue until the early morning in Porto! So if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs :) All in all, this is a great apartment and Tomás was a great host.
Jun 27, 2019Très sympa et l'appartement propre. notre venue était très bien organisée. Tomas était disponible. Le chauffe eaux pour l'eau de la douche n'est pas adapté pour plus de 2 personnes, nous nous sommes douchées à l'eau froide tout le week end. La rue est très calme la journée mais la nuit assez bruyante. l'appartement est très très bien placé! Ce qui est un peu dommage c'est que ce ne soit pas chez un particulier mais une agence.

Cet appartement est très confortable, fonctionnel et très cosy, situé idéalement par rapport aux différents centres d' intérêts de Porto dans un quartier très animé. During the weekend it could be a bit noisy at night, but nothing some earplugs won't fix. We didn't get to meet Tomás, but he was very helpful in providing us with all the information we needed.
Jun 27, 2019Erg mooi en schoon appartement op de 1e verdieping, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand, we hebben geen gebruik hoeven maken van een metro of tram. Wel ligt het appartement aan een (autovrije) straat waar 's avonds en 's nachts redelijk wat mensen voorbij komen. Het contact met Tomás voorafgaande ons bezoek verliep erg plezierig. Bij aankomst kon Tomás ons niet verwelkomen, maar met duidelijke instructies konden wij onszelf binnen laten in het appartement. De volgende dag werden wij alsnog welkom geheten en heeft Tomás ons de bijzondere plekjes en leuke restaurantjes gewezen. Kortom een prima appartement voor een weekendje Porto.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment was great, it's exactly how it is shown in the photos. The location of the apartment is on a side street with lots of lovely shops, cafés and there's a restaurant/bar a minutes walk away which had a live show and lots of dancing in the evening. You're also within a few minutes walk of more great restaurants and a bar. Tomás was very helpful throughout our stay, he replied quickly and with all of the information we needed. We realised we didn't have an iron and he brought one over to us, they go out of their way to help, himself and Sofia were both very accommodating. The amenities and WiFi are all excellent, everything is clean and well decorated. Other guests mentioned that the noise from the street below can be a bit much, but we didn't really get much noise at all. However, other people who were staying in the apartment building, on leaving, would slam the downstairs door which would rattle ours. Which wasn't a problem as you don't notice the first time, but as a reoccurring thing it can take its toll. That was our only negative comment about the apartment. Other than one negative point, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again

Jun 27, 2019We were welcomed at the apartment despite being a little late. It was as described and very centrally located. Restaurants, bars and shops were all within close proximity as was the port and local attractions as well as the railway station. We found the unit very clean,neatly set out and modern and containing all that we required for a stay in Porto including washing machine. The apartment block is very quiet however there is late night street noise which while not unexpected, went into the early hours of the morning despite our stay being during the week. Tomas was extremely helpful to deal with.

L'emplacement est pratique pour la visite de la ville et bien desservi par les transports en commun. Le quartier est très animé et pour les personnes au sommeil léger, prévoir des boules Quiès.

Jun 27, 2019Tomás is very friendly and helpful. He provided directions and gave us tips on what to visit. We were travelling with a baby and baby chair and bed were nicely provided. The apartment is neat, nicely decorated and clean and has all basics. However, the kitchen is a bit small if you want to cook and also the bath room is small. The location is very central, which is great. However, the apartment is also very noisy, you can hear the other people in the building and we were troubled by partying people in the street at night. Also during a sunny day the apartment can become quite warm.
Jun 27, 2019Le studio proposé par Tomás est complètement conforme à la description. Très bien situé dans le centre de Porto, très propre et beaucoup de charme. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit, le seul bémol est le bruit dans la rue mais c'est le prix à payer pour la situation du studio.

Jun 27, 2019Tomás' apartment is lovely inside - all up to date with almost everything you could need. The bathroom and kitchen are both spacious enough for a city apartment. He left towels out, and was really good at responding to any questions we had. You're about in the heart of Porto, from which you can get to just about anywhere with an easy connection. It's a short walk into the centre to see the charming old part of town, or if you walk a bit further, you get to the pubs and bars. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and pizza/doner kebab takeaway places nearby. All in all, we had a great time staying here.

The location is fantastic and ideal for exploring the old town, with tons of good cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with Tomás was easy and quick both before and throughout the trip (including when we had to change meeting plans at the last minute due to our flight being delayed). He met us in person, made us feel really welcome and gave us some useful tips. Highly recommended!

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in a nice central location. It is clean, bright, and well-kept. Tomas was extremely helpful and professional. When we asked about parking he was nice enough to send us a full guide to the various parking options. So in general, highly recommended! Only minor issue we has was with noise. We had to keep the windows open a crack to let in some colder air at night, but this is a very central location, so there tended to be loud crowds outside at various times throughout the night.

Jun 27, 2019Pasamos una semana estupenda en Oporto. El apartamento es bastante céntrico y desde allí recorrimos toda la ciudad a pie. La única pega es que por la noche es una zona un poco ruidosa, pero para nosotros no supuso un problema "degustar" también el ambiente nocturno portense. La ciudad bien merece una buena caminata. Los anfitriones nos informaron desde el día de la llegada acerca de los principales lugares para visitar así como de restaurantes cercanos donde podíamos degustar comida tradicional .

L'appartement est de qualité, fidèle aux photographies du site Airbnb et très bien équipé. Nous avons reçu de nombreuses explications et conseils sur la ville à notre arrivée et Tomas est resté disponible pour toutes demandes (parking...). Le seul petit défaut de ce bien est que la rue devant l'appartement est un peu bruyante la nuit. Nous recommandons cette adresse !

Tomas and his friend did every thing to welcome us the best possible, giving us good places where we could eat... The major inconvenient of the place is that it is very noisy at night, with people partying until 4 in the morning. It may be quieter on week days (we were there on a Friday, a Saturday and a Sunday night)
Jun 27, 2019Tomas is a great host and the studio is a beautiful place to enjoy Porto. It is very centrally located and you can basically walk to any touristic attraction by feet. There are some nice (and not touristic) bars and restaurants just around the corner and (even it s a bit loud at night during the weekend) it is a great area. We love to come back and recommend the studio to other travellers who want to enjoy the city!

Jul 27, 2019The apartment is incredibly centrally located off a major pedestrian street. We loved that there was a grocery store within a 5-10 minute walk straight down that walkway, where we could grab snacks and drinks etc. one thing to note: we stayed on a weekend and found a lot(!) of very loud people passing by, right up till the early hours of morning. If you're a light sleeper, definitely bring noise-canceling earplugs or consider a weeknight stay. Otherwise the sofa bed was comfortable, the in-suite laundry handy, and the washrooms were clean with a good pressure shower. Nice spot for a great price!

Jun 27, 2019The Oporto Studio was just perfect. Ideal location, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed (washing machine, hair dryer, coffee maker, cork screw, wifi…). There's a choice of two supermarkets within 500 meters walking distance. The apartment is really surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars – it's just a five-minute walk to the Lello Bookstore and Clérigos. Being centrally located goes hand in hand with hearing the night life throughout the night, so maybe pack some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Tomás was great at communicating with us and sent us detailed information on how to reach the apartment well in advance. He wasn't there to check us in (we arrived late in the evening), but made sure that everything went smoothly and we felt very welcome. To sum it up: we loved the apartment, would recommend it to anyone and definitely plan on staying there for our next trip.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed 4 nights in Tomás Studio and really liked it. Communication was great and fast, the apartement clean, well equipped and perfectly located. Everything is within walking distance which was great. Due to the bar area really close it however got quite loud at night. You either have to bring some whine and earplugs or go outside and join the party crew.

Je n' ai pas vu Thomas mais j'ai été reçue par Andrea qui m'a bien renseigné sur l'appartement et l'environnement. Il y avait aussi un cahier de renseignements qui m'a été utile. Pour ce qui est du bruit, il y en a eu un soir seulement. Somme toute je retournerais volontiers au même appartement.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great time in Porto. Tomas´s apartment is small but very nice and perfectly located. You can reach almost everything by foot. Because of arriving in Porto very early we could leave our luggage at his office which is only a few minutes (by foot) away from the aparment before moving in. Just like everyone else in Porto Tomas is very friendly and helpful. He gave us some very useful infomation of how to explore the city. We can just recommend this apartment and we'll certainly come back some time.
Jun 27, 2019Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in einer Shoppingstraße und somit Fußgängerzone. Sehr schnell erreicht man Einkaufsläden, auch für Lebensmittel, und kann von dort aus perfekt die Stadt erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig geschnitten. Alles war sehr sauber und exakt wie auf den Fotos. Das Bett war bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Dusche war sehr angenehm. Insgesamt war alles echt top. Tomas selbst haben wir nicht kennengelernt, er war dennoch jederzeit erreichbar übers Handy und stand uns stets zur Hilfe bei Fragen. :-)

If you have a very light sleep this apartment may be a little bit too noisy for you since the windows are not well isolated. We had a great stay and enjoyed the central location of the apartment.

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung von Tomás ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht, um sich an einem Wochenende in Porto wohl zu fühlen. Plus ein paar Extras: Es gab eine Mappe, in der Tipps für Aktivitäten, kulinarische Genüsse etc. drin standen inklusive Wegbeschreibung, Bildern usw. Auf dem Tisch lag ein Flyer für ein breakfast delivery service, Tomás hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Super! Auch war er während unseres Aufenthaltes gut erreichbar, z.B. als wir Schwierigkeiten mit dem Fotoapparat hatten oder fragten, ob wir zwei Stunden später auschecken können. Klasse! Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone in einem wunderschönen Viertel, man hat alles vor der Tür, was man braucht. Sensible Schläfer könnten sich eventuell an nächtlichen Heimkehrern aus den umliegenden Kneipen stören. Wir hatten ein super Wochenende und würden immer wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung unterkommen! Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Tomàs. L'appartement était très propre et conforme aux photos. De plus, il est proche de toutes les commodités. Le guide laissé à l'appartement est pratique si on ne sait pas comment organiser son planning. Le soir c'est un peu bruyant (balcon donnant sur une rue piétonne ) mais ce n'est pas dérangeant. Si vous voulez passer quelques jours à Porto, arrêtez vous chez Tomàs, vous ne serez pas déçu !

The position alone is amazing - right in the centre and allows you to walk around without having to take bus/metro. And the studio itself is clean, nice and very comfortable! 100% recommend it
Jun 27, 2019숙소 정말정말 예쁘고 편안해요! 이 가격에 이런 숙소라니 너무 기분 좋았어요. 언덕에 있긴 하지만 포르투 도시 자체가 전체적으로 그런 편이에요. wifi 속도도 빨라서 정말 편리했구요. 침대도 크고 좋아요. 길가에 있긴 하지만 시끄럽지 않구요. 다만 휴지가 구비되어 있지 않다는게 유일한 아쉬운 점이었던 것 같아요. 강력추천하고 다시 포르투 온다면 여기 다시 묵고 싶어요ㅋㅋ

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, direkt in einer Einkaufsstraße und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat die kleinen süßen Balkone, die zur Einkaufsstraße zeigen (super toll für einen Wein am Abend). Preisleistungsverhältnis, super !
Jun 27, 2019La estancia en el apartamento de Tomás fue genial. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por la ciudad. Está en una zona peatonal bastante transitada. La casa está muy bien equipada, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Tomás fue muy amable desde el primer momento. Nos explicó todo al detalle y aunque no tuvimos la ocasión de conocerle, nos sentimos muy acogidos. Si volvemos a Oporto (espero que pronto) volveríamos a repetir sin duda.
Jun 27, 2019A great place to stay to discover Porto. The flat is lovely and bright, spacious, and very clean. Tomas wasn't there to meet us, but he had a plan in place for us to get in! He was extremely helpful throughout, going out of his way to help us get tickets for the football and solving a problem with the shower temperature straight away! One slight problem with the location is that you get quite a lot of street noise and one night in particular we were kept awake. All in all, though, a really great apartment and a really helpful host!

Jun 27, 2019Although we did not get to meet Tomas because of our late check-in time, he made sure our check-in went smoothly by sending us in advance detailed instructions. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Neighborhood seemed safe, but got loud at night, which was expected because people in Porto know how to party. One issue we had was with hot water in the shower. The hot water tank has limited capacity, so once it runs out you need to wait ~45min or so for it to refill. Other than that everything was great and would recommend others to stay here.

Jun 27, 2019My fiance and I absolutely loved this place! It's in a fantastic location, really in the heart of everything and definitely in walking distance to all of the main attractions. While it is a studio apartment, it is still quite spacious which meant we never felt cramped. And despite it being located in a very central area, it was lovely and quiet at night as soon as we shut the big shutters/blinds. The apartment was lovely and clean and had all the usual cooking equipment to cook meals. While we didn't meet Tomas, we met his friend who checked us in and was lovely. Communication with Tomas was great, he always replied immediately. He even had his friend drop around a bottle of champagne for New Year's Eve, which was incredibly sweet. This is one of my favourite airbnbs that I've stayed in and would most definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was stocked with plates and pots etc but no basic food items for cooking, you have to purchase everything. The drains were all slow to drain, but the water was warm and the clothes washer worked.

The apartment is bigger than I expected, with nice kitchen and big bed. I was there in cold period and was very happy to find a heater there. Thank you Tomas and Andreia for hosting us.

Jun 27, 2019Really enjoyed staying at Tomas' place for our trip to Porto. One thing that was a bit of a shame was that on Saturday night, there was a party in the city with all the university students so it was a bit loud and I struggled to sleep, but that's no way Tomas' fault at all. The walls are quite thin, but nothing that was too bothersome for myself and my friend. Extremely central and amazing if you want to walk around the streets; loads of amazing food/drink places nearby which was a bonus!
Jun 27, 2019We loved our stay at Tomas' apartment. It was beautiful and a perfect location to walk to everything! The restaurants down stairs are amazing. Tomas and Andrea are so nice they answered all my silly questions. The orientation at check in was so helpful, the book was filled with great tips of sights, restaurants, markets, etc. They had a crib set up with the cutest sheets and baby pillow, which the crib helped a lot. This apartment might not be good for light sleepers, luckily my baby and my family can sleep through a lot and at night the streets can get pretty loud with night life. The apartment itself is so adorable and has everything you could need, the laundry works perfectly. Thanks for a great stay.

Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana en él. A la llegada te da información práctica muy útil de todo lo que hay que ver, sitios para comer, etc... La única pega, como otros usuarios han comentado, es el ruido que hay por la noche que entre desde la calle. Como ya lo sabíamos, nos llevamos unos tapones para dormir y solucionado. El trato con Tomás fue excelente y siempre estuvo atento para que todo fuera bien. Recomendable!
Jun 27, 2019Cozy, cute apartment in Middle of the city. While the apartment is small, it packs everything that you might need -Washing machine, microwave, living area, dining table, you name it. Given the price we paid for the apartment, we found it great value for money. Also, for us as tourists, the location was a big plus. Overall, I recommend the apartment.

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung von Tomás ist wirklich super! Die Lage ist perfekt, da man ein bisschen weiter entfernt vom Tourismus-Viertel ist und schon eher in einer einheimischeren Gegend wohnt. Trotzdem ist man innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat alles, was man für ein paar Tage oder mehr benötigt. Nachts hört man immer wieder Studenten in den Straßen, bei einem festen Schlaf ist das allerdings kaum ein Problem. In der Nähe gibt es die beste Bäckerei Portos (Tomás empfiehlt sie auch) und ansonsten bekommt man auch in den umliegenden Supermärkten alles, was man braucht. Für mich und meine Freundin war also alles perfekt für 4 wunderschöne Tage im hübschen Porto! :)
Jul 27, 2019This flat was perfect for what we needed on our weekend escape. It was clean, very central, Tomas and his colleagues were super helpful and was a lovely looking flat. Top tip: bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. There seemed to be some celebrations the Friday night that went on until a very grumpy sounding neighbor shouted at them. Lots of close by bars that are open till the early hours, I highly recommend vising some. Had lots of fun in this neighborhood.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed in Tomás flat for 2 nights and everything was perfect. Tomás was a very nice host and gave us very usefull information regarding our arrival. Additionally there is a book in the appartment, where you can find all the information you need for your stay in Porto. The appartment is located optimally to explore Porto by foot. As well many bars and restaurants as a supermarket can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes. Furthermore the Apartment is equipped with everything you need for example for cooking or also with a hairdryer. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definetly recommend to stay at this appartment.

Everything went on very smoothly, we were met by Mariana, she showed us everything and gave all the instructions! On Friday night it was a little but noisy outside there probably was some Friday night party gathering:)))) but it's ok! We enjoyed our stay in Porto very much. Thanks to Tomas and Mariana
Jun 27, 2019L'appartement de Tomás est cosy et typique! Les photos reflètent bien la réalité. La salle de bain est mignonne avec une grande douche. De plus, il est vraiment bien situé, près des métros São Bento ou Aliados. Mais Porto est vraiment une petite ville pleine de charme où tout se fait à pied. Nous avons très peu utilisé le métro pour nos déplacements. Nous sommes tombés le week-end de la fête des étudiants : ils sont vêtus de l'uniforme traditionnel et font la fête avec la présence de leur famille pour célébrer la fin de leur cursus universitaire. C'est aussi la fête pour les étudiants de première année qui passent en 2ème année. Il y avait du monde partout et c'était très vivant. Ce fût une super expérience !
Jun 27, 2019Mon ami et moi avons passé 3 nuits dans l'appartement de Tomas qui a été très arrangeant pour notre arrivée et notre départ. La localisation est idéale, l'appartement est parfaitement équipé et le "Welcome book" très utile! Le seul point faible, comme beaucoup l'ont signalé, est le bruit de la rue à la nuit tombée et les nombreux noctambules qui y manifestent leur joie ;) Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour découvrir Porto!

Check in and check out were super easy and we were even allowed to leave suitcases at the office to continue exploring after check out. Tomás and his team were extremely helpful and gave recommendations to help get the best out of the city, would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and relatively central location. Thanks again!

Jun 27, 2019This place was fantastic - super clean and easy to get to. The location is awesome, it's walking distance to both the downtown area & the waterfront areas. We were traveling with a baby and were easily able to walk all over from the apartment. As a heads-up, because it is such a great location, it's right in the heart of things & can be noisy at night. Additionally, the hosts were fantastic - they were even thoughtful enough to furnish a small crib for our baby. They were also very responsive and left great advice for things to see & places to eat.
Jun 27, 2019Die Unterkunft von Tomas ist wie in der Beschreibung, gemütlich und sehr schön. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr zentral, dafür kann es in der Nacht schonmal etwas lauter werden. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!
Jun 27, 2019Very nice and big apartment. Andrea and Mariann were very helpful and caring trying to acomodate us with everything. The street is a very lively at all times and close has stores and restaurants on it. It is close to anything a perfect place for a tourist to choose.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is beautiful and the location is amazing. Our host gave us a really thorough and personalized list of suggestions for what to do/see. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable for both my husband and I, and it was really loud at night. We are both generally easy sleepers, but the beautiful balcony doors don't block out any sound at all. Overall our experience was great.

Only negative point: Wifi could be a bit better, doing research on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps was very slow. Otherwise: thank you very much for everything!
Jun 27, 2019Check in was easy and lots of information was given about the sights of Porto. The studio was in a very central location, which made it walkable to many places. However, due to the great location, you might expect some late night people noise from the street below as they walk home. It's not too bad if you close the terrace doors. The studio was very clean, bright and simple. It was a good value for the price and location.

Jun 27, 2019So happy I found this apartment on Airbnb, I recommend anyone visiting Porto to stay at this apartment. Fantastic location! The apartment is very clean. Best part of the apartment is the balcony, it was so nice to be able to open the doors and look out and see people walking around and the beautiful plaza right down the street. Mariana met us at the apartment and took the time to show us on map all there is to see in Porto, she also gave a fantastic restaurant recommendations. There's a very helpful guide book as well available in the apartment. Would love to visit Porto again stay at the apartment!

The space is very accurately represented by the posted pictures with great natural light and decoration. The balconies were very pleasant to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The neighborhood is fantastic—centrally located in a lively area, walking distance from many great sights. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Would highly recommend staying here.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment of Tomás is in the heart of the city and very nice. It is a beautiful place to stay. It is close to good restaurants, amazing night life and tourist attractions. The flat is exactly like on the photos. At the check in we got helpful tips and recommendations. Only little negative point (to some people) is that there was a bit noisy at night, because of the people on the street. We enjoyed our holiday and had an unforgettable time in Porto.

Jun 27, 2019We were very happy with the location and apartment in general. Super cute. Loved having the balcony overlooking a great street. Perfect for our one night stay. I definitely recommend it. Regarding the noise once you close the shutters it's totally fine. Tomas was very communicative and even though he wasn't able to meet us he answered all questions quickly and Mariana who greeted us was lovely and super helpful and gave awesome suggestions. We were really happy with our stay.

Jun 27, 2019Fantastic studio for my boyfriend and I to base ourselves in Porto! Tomas and his team were fantastic - looked after our bags during the morning before check in and gave us some great recommendations. The studio was clean, well equipped for our 3 days in Porto and comfortable bed. The location was perfect - Candelabra is a GREAT wine bar just around the corner where we spent most nights. We stayed during orientation week for the university - a wonderful vibe and we partook in some festivities with the students at the popular bar 77 down the road. A bit loud at night due to the partying but it didn't bother us at all (if you're sensitive to noise I would bring earplugs). Easy walk down to the river and great location for all the sights (and Sao Bento station). We would definitely return to Tomas' studio on our next trip to Porto!

First night, Sunday, was calm and peaceful. Second night, Monday, was shockingly loud and we were unable to sleep between 1-4 am due to the nightlife out in the street. Overall, highly recommend this beautiful stay if you can handle the noise!

Jun 27, 2019El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos, incluso es más amplio de lo que esperaba. Bonita decoración y confortable. Con todos los utensilios necesarios. Ubicación muy buena, fácil acceso andando a todas partes. La única pega el ruido. Se oye todo el ruido de la calle y es una calle bastante bulliciosa. Estuvimos de jueves a domingo y los 3 días se oía a la gente de fiesta durante toda la noche. Ya lo habíamos leído en otras críticas, así que llevamos tapones y con esto no hubo mayor problema. La comunicación con Tomás y Andrea estupenda en todo momento. Son muy amables y contestan rápidamente. En relación calidad/precio me parece una opción recomendable.

Elas nos deram várias dicas, foram bastante atenciosas e simpáticas, e o apartamento superou nossas expectativas. Foi tudo ótimo, nota 10, recomendo!

The main street is a little bit loud, but for two nights it was absolutely ok. Communication with Tomas and his friend Mariana was perfect and we got really great advices. This is because of two restaurants down there. I recommend this place when u visit Porto, but don't forget to bring ear plugs with u for deep sleep!

We had less than 24 hours, but lucky for us, the tips we got for our host allowed us to venture to the best spots. Great experience all around!

The apartment was equipped with all the necessities and was true to the online descriptions and pictures. Check-in was seamless with good communication. It should be noted that with close proximity to everything comes a much higher noise lever at night - not a place for light sleepers. We would definitely recommend Tomas’s place.
Jun 27, 2019Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und alles war super organisiert. Es waren sogar Regenschirme vorhanden die wir zum Glück nicht gebraucht haben. Tomas hat uns einen Shuttleservice vermittelt, der uns am Flughafen abgeholt und direkt vor das Haus gefahren hat. Das hat super geklappt und wir können es nur empfehlen! Die Lage des Appartements fanden wir sehr gut. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und es liegen einige Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Auch der Weg an den Fluss ist nicht allzu weit und führt durch schöne Gassen und an vielen kleinen Geschäften vorbei. Samstag Nacht war es etwas laut weil es einige Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe gibt aber die restlichen Abende waren ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wer zur kühleren Jahreszeit kommt muss nicht frieren, die Heizung im Bad und der Elektro-Ofen haben tadellos funktioniert und es wurde schnell warm. Alles in allem hätten wir ein paar wunderschöne Tage und sind begeistert von Porto. Wir kommen wieder.

We didn’t get to meet Tomas, but his colleague Marianna met us at the apartment and provided us with really thoughtful suggestions and tips to navigating the city. Just one thing to note, as some previous reviews have - it can tend to get noisy at night, which wasn’t an issue for us, but could be if you’re looking for total peace and quiet. Thanks to Tomas and Marianna for a great stay!
Jun 27, 2019L’appartement est beau et bien aménagé, d’une propreté impeccable et sa localisation centrale est parfaite! Nous avions des instructions pour récupérer les clefs ce qui est pratique pour une arrivée tardive. En revanche l’inconvénient est que le quartier est très bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit, en tous cas le week end, et l’appartement n’étant pas équipé en double vitrage donc les nuits ont été très entrecoupées et courtes puisque le matin ce sont les travaux dans l’immeuble voisin qui nous ont réveillé. Mais pour un court we nous avons vraiment apprécié sa localisation très proche du centre

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was spacious and light with everything as described in the ad. It is located walking distance from everything you’ll want to do in Porto and very close to Pinga Duce, a big supermarket. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and we used the kitchen daily to prepare breakfasts. One very minor issue is that the tap in the bathroom doesn’t have much pressure, it wasn’t too much of an problem but I think could be serviced quite easily. The balcony was a nice addition although it was a bit too cold for us to use it but I can imagine in the summer it would be a great asset. Our hosts were helpful and provided a good guide book to help our way around the city. All-in-all we had a terrific stay and would certainly recommend O'Porto Studio Historic Center.

Wir haben zusätzlich noch eine Stadtkarte und ausführliche Tipps bekommen, welche uns sehr geholfen haben. Wer hier bucht, macht alles richtig! Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

The hosts were very kind and they gave us precious informations to enjoy our journey. Check-in and checkout are flexible and easy. Jun 27, 2019We had a really nice and warm welcome at the clean, cozy and stylish apartment. The location could not have been better. EVERYTHING is in walking distance. You could have asked for more nice or flexible hosts. It was a bit noisy at times, but the apartment is in the middle of town, so that´s to be expected. All in all I can really recommend a stay here.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment was lovely, and Tomas was great about keeping in touch. It is in a good location, central to everything in Porto. Tomas provides a booklet with recommendations on where to go and what to see, and he had a cell phone loaded with information that we got to use free of charge! This was incredibly helpful as we didn't have cell phone service on our phones. It got a little loud at night as it's close to several bars and they apparently stayed open quite late. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in Porto and would stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019Everything is right downstairs, the apartment is spotless clean and very new. Shower is good and you have all the basics in the kitchen. The only thing is the tap water in the toilet is really weak, not a big issue though since you can always use the kitchen sink. It gets a bit noisy even at 2am but if you close all the windows it’s fine. Beware that you need to move your luggage up one stair. Would definitely stay here again!

Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und direkt vor der Tür liegen eine Menge Geschäfte und Bars. Wir fanden insbesondere die Flexibilität beim Check-In und Check-Out sehr angenehm. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Jun 27, 2019Das Appartement liegt super zentral in der Innenstadt, sodass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die Ausstattung ist top, man hat alles was man braucht! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und sogar ein früherer Check-In möglich. Tomás und seine Kollegen sind alle sehr offen und haben uns sehr viele Restaurants, Cafés und Aktivitäten in Porto empfohlen. Vieles davon haben wir tatsächlich gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden mit den Empfehlungen. Wir können wirklich nur Positives berichten! :)

Jun 27, 2019We stayed in the apartment for a long weekend. The location is central and we were able to to everything by foot. The apartment is cozy and very beautiful. We were provided with a map and a lot of very helpful advice on where to go and what to see. It is indeed a bit loud during the night on the weekend, but this is something we knew from the beginning so we didn‘t bother at all! In total we had a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend the place!

Von daher kann es am We aber auch recht laut werden, aber das wussten wir vorab. Das Apartment liegt direkt in einer Einkaufsstraße & viele der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute Ausstattung! Für uns hat alles gepasst - gerne wieder!

Jun 27, 2019Tomás’s place in Porto was exactly as described! It’s central to the city center, yet not where all the tourists are. Tomás was excellent in communicating with me before and during my stay, and was quick to respond. When I first got to the apartment, his colleague Mariana was there to meet me and spent a good amount of time giving recommendations and showing me spots to go on a map. They also provided a free guest phone with unlimited data to use during my stay so that I could find my way around— it was such a great touch! There was one slight issue with the shower when I got there, but as soon as I told Tomás, he fixed it right away with no problems. The response was quick and he left some treats for me for the trouble (it was very thoughtful!). If I’m ever in Porto again, I would definitely stay here!

Jun 27, 2019Wir waren im März 2017 in Porto. Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hell, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte sehr gut und die Tipps und Informationen waren sehr hilfreich. Andreia war sehr nett. Die Lage war auch super. Wir wollten möglichst viel zu Fuß unternehmen und das war von dort aus auch sehr gut möglich. Ich würde das Apartment sofort wieder buchen, wenn es nicht die ganze Nacht bis 5 Uhr morgens auf der Straße sehr laut gewesen wäre. Andere Nachtschwärmer grölten, sangen und stritten sich lautstark. Schade! Wer also selbst bis morgens unterwegs ist, dem kann ich das Apartment zu 100% empfehlen.

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Vor allem die Lage ist super. Man erreicht zu Fuß alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und wir haben direkt nach der Ankunft viele Tipps erhalten.
Jun 27, 2019Dit appartement dicht bij het oude centrum was erg fijn. Alles is op loopafstand. Dichtbij restaurantjes en de bezienswaardigheden. Wij hebben er niet echt last van gehad, of tenminste, er geen probleem van gemaakt. Maar het appartement ligt aan een zeer levendige straat. Tot in de late uurtjes komt er luidruchtig publiek voorbij, zeker in de weekenden. Het geluid heeft ons zeker een aantal keren wakker gemaakt. Iets om rekening mee te houden als je denkt hier niet tegen te kunnen. Wij hebben iig een heel prettig verblijf gehad in porto.

The location is fantastic & within 10-20 mins walk from all main attractions. If you’re driving there’s an underground parking right near the house. Wonderful stay on the whole

Jun 27, 2019Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und Tomás war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt für Shopping und die "Partymeile" ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und für einen guten Kaffee steht eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment is beautiful and very easy to find. It can be a bit loud at night but Tomas’ shutters and fan certainly help. We highly recommend!

Jun 27, 2019As described. Tomás’s place was big, bright and centrally located. The attention to detail was a pleasant surprise: the place had wifi, TV and a portable cell phone that you can borrow if you don’t have a data plan and need to use internet or make calls while out and about. My only comment is that the neighbourhood, being as central as it is, is very noisy at night, with partiers out and about until 4am. If you want peace and quiet, it might be wise to stay in another neighbourhood. Thanks Tomás!

Located on a beautiful, commercial yet relatively quiet street, this apartment is a short walk away from the heart of this beautiful city. Tomás answered very quickly and very thoroughly to our questions (even though we didn't get to meet him). Otherwise, the apartment itself was nice and clean and contained everything necessary.
Jun 27, 2019This apartment is a great value and ideally located - close to tourist areas, but secluded enough that you can pretend you're a local. Tomás is an excellent communicator and host: when the internet wasn't working, he came within a few hours and replaced the router. Be aware that because of the ideal location (directly on a cool pedestrian street 1 floor above bars and restaurants) that it can be extraordinarily loud at night. Bring your earplugs and use the 2 provided fans for white noise. At one point, there was a crowd of people yelling, smoking, and smashing beer bottles under our windows at 2am. We turned the fans up to high and closed our windows, and it was fine. Would happily stay here again! Try Capela Incomum, a wine bar in an old chapel, which is just around the corner.

Resto , boutiques , épicerie à proximité....quoique un peu bruyant le samedi soir mais le petit inconvénient pour demeurer dans un endroit offrant tout cela. Appartement offrant un bon rapport qualité prix mais l'offre de ce type d'appartement pour 2 personnes dans la même gamme de prix est forte et il y a intérêt a bien comparer surtout si vous réserver longtemps à l'avance car il y a assurément des appartements offrant un meilleur rapport qualité-prix plus ...avec de la climatisation!

Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages à l’avance au bureau de Tomás afin de découvrir la ville en attendant que notre appartement soit prêt. Et nous avons été accompagnés jusqu’à l’appartement et très bien accueillis avec plusieurs excellentes recommandations pour profiter de notre séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

The historic center is filled with restaurants and cafés. Some of them are just right next to house. If you are looking for a nice place to stay you should stay at Tomas’s place. You will have a great time in Porto!!

Jun 27, 2019The flat is very nice and spacious, as it is in the pictures. The check in and check out was very smooth and Tomas was helpful. The only thing is that we didn’t sleep so well as the bed isn’t too comfortable and the street is very noisy. Anyways we had a great stay in Porto, thanks !

Tomás provided so much information to make sure exploring Porto was easy plus the little things, like coffee capsules and an ironing board, that make a difference! It's a part of Porto with popular bars so the noise level can be high late at night, but if you love the atmosphere then this apartment is a great option.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is awesome and right at the heart of the city! Tomás had excellent communication with us the entire time. It was our first time in Porto and we loved Porto and this apartment! We were greeted by Andreia. Upon arrival, she went above and beyond in giving us awesome tips for local attractions, good restaurants, wineries, supermarket, pharmacy and all! Tomás also had a booklet with all the information there so we could refer to it at any time! Sitting in the balcony has the perfect view of a gorgeous street with cafes and shops! The apartment was very well maintained, everything was sparkling clean (minus the bottom tiles of shower, but I think that is more due to the age of the shower and not because it wasn’t cleaned so no fault of the cleaning person). I think the cleaner cleaned it the best it can be). However, the rest of the apartment, and the bathroom are sparkling clean and awesome! I am a germaphobe and I would definitely stay here again because the rest of the house was so clean so don’t let my tile comment deter you, this is an awesome place and at the center is everything and very well maintained! It is walking distance to all the attractions. The hosts did an awesome job of putting nice touches throughout the apartment. It is bright with lots of nice light, which I love! Also, the managing company allowed us to keep our luggage in their office (which is walking distance from the apartment) after our checkout time while we went sight seeing some more around the city. Luis and other staff members also helped my parent with carrying the luggage down the stairs. The hospitality was above and beyond and we loved our stay here. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again! Also, lots of great restaurants right downstairs and a super market! Washing machine was awesome to have! Don’t hesitate to book it, it is worth it!

Jun 27, 2019El apartamento es muy bonito y la ubicacion muy buena pero no pudimos dormir bien ningún día por el exceso de ruido del exterior hasta la 4 de la madrugada , una faena cuando la intención es disfrutar de la ciudad de dia y poder descansar de noche , nstrs hija no lo llevo muy bien .Ciertas indicaciones de los responsables sobre el parking y donde desayunar están antiguas ya q el parking cuesta 33€ al día y no 20 como me indicaron y el local del desayuno lleva unos cuantos meses cerrado . Es lo que pasa cuando los apartamentos están gestionados por empresas y no por propietarios reales como pasaba antes .

Jun 27, 2019멋진 공간이라 너무 좋았어요 위치는 언덕이라 짐이 많아서 좀 힘들긴 했는데 관광지가 가까이 있고 밖에 보이는 풍경도 좋고 층수가 2층이라 좋았어요. 그리고 역도 걸어서 10분거리에 있어 위치도 나쁘지 않아요. 너무 번잡한곳도 아니고 시가지에서 너무 떨어진 느낌도 아닌 생활하기 딱 좋은공간 그리고 Tomas가 친절하고 응답 잘해줍니다.
