The Host was cheerful and helpful on arrival and the room was clean and ready upon arrival. The Flats were quiet during the stay which was great as I really needed the rest after a long day of Business meeting. Highly recommended.

Jun 27, 2019虽然房间系比较细,但好在够干净,而且员工的服务好好,态度够热情｡两晚住得好开心(●°u°●) ｣房间里面有一个插座转换器,方便充电,梳洗用具全部都准备有,要热水同冻水可以出去装,随时都有噶,好方便的(✪▽✪)性价比算系比较高的!
Jun 27, 2019Natalie's guest house was a really small room in the tourist-center of Hong Kong. The room and the guest house provided everything one needs for a short visit in Hong Kong: WiFi, Shower, bed, and a safe place to stow your stuff away. The air-con is quite loud during the night, but turning it of will lead to quite a hot room! Although I haven't seen Natalie, her "ladies" were extremely friendly and helpful, even there was a language-barrier. BUT the airbnb experience - talking to locals - was missing. The only thing, which is offended me, were the watch/stuff-salesmen right out of the guest house.
Jun 27, 2019Natalie is a welcoming host, friendly and helpful. Her place is located at a convenient location just a couple of minute's walk to the MTR station. The room is as it describes, clean and everything is handy to get. Would recommend travellers to have a short stay at Natalie's place.
Jun 27, 2019I had a very pleasant stay at Natalies guesthouse. It's in a great location from where you can reach everything easily (the MTR station is right next to the building). One part of the guesthouse was under renovation but Natalie gave me a bigger better room without charging me extra. The room itself was super clean, comfortable and perfect for a short holiday in Hong Kong. It had everything I needed - AC, little bathroom with shower, fresh towel everyday, shampoo and a big comfortable bed. You also feel really safe as you can only get into the guesthouse and room with a special keycard. The staff was super helpful too and so was Natalie. I only met her in person once, but she is incredibly friendly and really makes sure you have a pleasant stay. I can recommend the guesthouse for those who travel by themselves and need a quiet room to come back to in the midst of bustling Hong Kong. Thanks a lot, Natalie! All the best, Juliana

Jun 27, 2019처음 숙소를 찾을 때 힘들었지만 wellyet식구들과 위쳇으로 연락하며 숙소를 찾을 수 있었다. 처음 체크인을 할 때 키 보증금을 내는 줄 몰랐으나, 보증금을 내는게 당연하다고 생각했다. 처음 방을 보았을때 작다고 생각했었으나, 지내다보니 혼자 지내기에는 충분한 숙소였다! 다들 너무 친절하고 웃음이 많아서 행복한 여행을 보냈다!! 다음에 홍콩에 또 온다면 또 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소다!! 감사했어요~
Jun 27, 2019The room is just as specified. Comfortable, clean and on a building located in the perfect spot if you want somewhere easily accessible to the main areas of HK. Victoria harbor is just 8 minutes away walking.
Jun 27, 2019This place is great for short stays when visiting the city, it's more of a place to settle down after long days out. Check-in was smooth and helpful. Looks exactly like the pictures and it's clean, the hosts are mostly there to accommodate your requests.

Jun 27, 2019Expect a lot of people. Sometimes elevator crowded but mostly its fine. Money exchange rates are good beside the elevator( the one that says best rates) convenient store near, train station near. Good shops near also. expect the room to be very small tho, you relay get what you pay for. Natalie is a very lovely host. I would stay again.
Jun 27, 2019This is a well priced, conveniently located room. They were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are small compared with a typical western hotel. So, if I want a larger space I'll go elsewhere, otherwise I'll be here again. Thanks Natalie, Winnie and staff!

Jun 27, 2019Natalie’s place is a super close walk from the subway station and is located in a very lively and active area. Although the building itself may appear sketchy on the outside, we felt very safe once we arrived at Natalie’s place. There is always someone guarding the place so safety was never really a concern for me. The staff are all really friendly and always greeted us when we came in or left for the day. I highly recommend this place to those who are traveling on a budget and want to be stay in a central area!
Jun 27, 2019This is a small, clean, very well located place in Hong-Kong. There is no luxury, nor great space, but it's a very good place to rest, sleep and take a shower if you will spend your days around Hong-Kong. You have all you need in the neighborhood, and the metro station is just downstairs. The group of bedrooms are placed inside a big building where some other hotels take place in the big apartments. The attendants are very nice and do the best efforts to communicate with you, despite of not speaking good English. If you want to work in the bedroom is not a good place, as you do not have a table. But Hong-Kong Polytechnic University is a few minutes far, so you can use a library there if you need. It's what you get in a good neighborhood for a good price in a city where real estate market is very expensive. In my experience Natalie answered me fast by (Hidden by Airbnb) when I needed her, and the attendants were nice, gave me some fruits and also an umbrella for the rain as presents. The only problem I had was, for my fault, I lost the bedroom key card on a beach. As the place has a reception and you have to do a 100 HK dollars deposit to have the key, I was expecting them to immediately have an extra one, even if I would lose my money. A lady who worked in the hotel but was in her bedroom (not in the reception) could open my bedroom with a master key when I arrived but I had to wait until the next morning to have another key. As the lady went back to her room to sleep and I had no more key I could not go out that night and the other day I got my new key only after leaving and arriving again. It was not that bed, but it's just an alert to be attent with your key and an improvement the place can do. For the rest, I was so glad to be hosted there that I came back to the same place the following week to take another night in HK. I think this is the best indicative I found it really worthwhile. Hope to help you all with these comments.
Jun 27, 2019You'll literally get what you pay for. It's located in an old building in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It may seem unsafe and sketchy at first, but you will be fine. Natalie checked us in smoothly and smiled whenever we saw her :)
Jun 27, 2019It's a very small room (not much more than a bed and a shower), but that was perfect for our needs. The location was absolutely phenomenal - you couldn't have a better one anywhere in Hong Kong!
Jun 27, 2019very accessible and convenient to most tourist spots, restaurants, shopping in tsim sha tsui. natalie is very responsive and nice. the space may be too cosy for two persons, but just nice for a solo traveller like myself.
Jun 27, 2019尖沙咀の駅からすぐにｱｸｾｽでき､重慶大厦より入りやすく､部屋は狭いですが清潔です｡ｼｬﾜｰを浴びるとﾄｲﾚがﾋﾞｼｮﾋﾞｼｮに濡れますが､そこさえ割り切れば問題ありませんでした｡ ﾋﾞﾙの2階にはｼﾞｪﾆｰｸｯｷｰのお店があり､ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄ後に寄ったら､さほど混んでおらずすぐに買えました｡ ちょっとした地元民感も味わえるし､尖沙咀を拠点にするならﾍﾞｽﾄな宿です｡
