Although a short stay, it was an unforgettable memory to our family. Good location, beautiful house, clean status, and all the convenient things. It was better than the photos. We enjoyed Maui so much. I wish I could come again. Thank you.
Jun 27, 2019Jim was so welcoming and easy to work with! All instructions for check in and check out were provided early. He even sent me a welcome packet that gave lots of useful information for me to plan my trip. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Our group of 8 had no issues fitting here. While you are required to post parking permits, I didn't have any difficulties having guests over for dinner after our long days. Our guests were all very impressed by how nice the condo was, especially considering the price we paid for it! All in all, I would love to be back and will recommend this condo to any of my friends looking to rent in Maui.
Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful stay in Wailea courtesy of Jim. His condo is one of the most tastefully decorated and well-appointed that we have stayed in anywhere. Huge master bedroom and good sized 2nd and 3rd bedrooms (one with Queen, one with two twin beds). Great living space with a large lanai. Well supplied kitchen with everything that you could need if you want to cook in. Parking right outside the door, walking distance to Ulea beach and a short drive to other beaches, great shopping and superb restaurants. Jim couldn’t have been more friendly and easier to talk with, and was very accommodating of our travel schedule being a little out of sync with his standard check-in/out times. Jim’s was one of the best places we have had the privilege of staying at and we highly recommend it
Jun 27, 2019We had an awesome time at the condo! The location was really great and peaceful. Jim was very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in since we landed early. The condo slept 8 people easily and we had a great time lazing on the balcony enjoying the views. Would definitely recommend the place!

It is is a fantastic location, close to beach and shops with nice pools and security on site. I would recommend this as a great base to explore Maui.

Jun 27, 2019We had an excellent time at Jim's condo. It was exactly as described! The master bed and bath were amazing! We had a larger group of people and were perfectly accommodated. Jim answered all of questions before & during the stay. Would definitely stay again.
Jun 27, 2019Had an amazing time in Maui while staying at Jim's Condo. He was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. Great location and within walking distance to a nearby shopping mall with good eats. We borrowed the house's Road to Hana cd for our trip up the coast for an easy guided tour. There's a tennis club next door so if you enjoy tennis, this is an ideal place. Two pools very close to the condo with BBQ grills for use as well. All in all, we had an excellent time during our stay, with the help of Jim. Thanks for everything!!

Jun 27, 2019Jim's place was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Wailea. Our family of 8 stayed comfortably in this condo, with the use of the fold out lounge, which was very comfortable. It was great to have access to beach umbrella's, chairs, boogie boards, snorkelling equipment, beach towels etc. when visiting from overseas. We were able to make the most of the beautiful beach in Wailea. We were able to park both of our hire cars right at the front door of the condo, which made getting around Maui so much easier. The condo is in a great location, only a 3 minute drive to the beach and a stroll to some great restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket 10 minutes up the road which was good to be able to make use of the fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus. Jim was extremely efficient with all communications prior to and during our stay and made the entire trip a breeze. I would recommend this place for families wanting a relaxing holiday.

Jun 27, 2019We loved the condo and am so grateful Jim hosted us. We loved having all the space to ourselves and the condo provided a great view! The space was huge and perfect for large families and I appreciated the extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for our 4 year old. Communication was easy and the check in process was also easy. Overall we would definitely love to stay there again and recommend this place to family and friends! Mahalo Jim!
Jun 27, 2019As you know, 3 br condos that are affordable are hard to come by in Maui. Jim's place was clean, easily accessible and offered many extra amenities (pool access, toys, washer/dryer, AC in each room, large lanai) that you don't realize are awesome until you actually have them! We would absolutely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019This condo is very spacious, decorated in good taste. The view is spectacular! A cup of coffee in the morning sitting out on the lanai was priceless! They also have all the amenities needed for the beach! It is very clean and located in a close proximity to shops, market and beaches!
Jun 27, 2019Jim's place is as great as all the reviews I read before I booked. The location is so convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The condo itself is decorated beautifully with Hawaiian themes. It's cozy and very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids. The pool and hot tub are a treat after several hours at the beach. Parking is right in front of the condo. There are plenty of towels and beach equipment. The whole process from booking online to finding the condo was very easy. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Maui I highly recommend Jim's place.

We had 5 adults, 1 child in our party and it was the perfect size for a week's stay in beautiful Maui. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family.

Jun 27, 2019The condo is great for families. It is spacious, clean and close to beaches. The complex it is part of has great amenities. Seeing great sunsets is a 2 minute driver or 10 minute walk. My family and I have stayed at maybe a dozen Airbnb locations our favorite.......Jim's place in Wailea.

Jun 27, 2019Jim's place was great for our 5 adult visitors. Beautiful area and great tips in the manual that Jim provides. Smooth transaction. It was everything we expected and more. Try Oneuli Beach (black sand 10 min away) if you enjoy an uncrowded beach (not sure about the swimming there).

Jun 27, 2019Jim is super responsive and makes every attempt to accommodate your every need. He is a true example of the aloha spirit. His condo is spacious, clean and has a well appointed kitchen. The master bedroom and bath is fit for royalty or for a pack and play (in our case). You will find the Jim's condo has plenty of beach gear for the kids and adults to enjoy the amazing beach of Maui. Y We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving in Maui and having an opportunity to celebrate the holiday with our family.

Jun 27, 2019Love the location and condo was very comfortable and overall a great place to stay for my family of 7. There are great restaurants nearby, can walk to the beach (not short but manageable) and great to be able to prepare breakfast and pupus. There was a wifi connection problem and it was frustrating as it was not fixed during our stay.
Jun 27, 2019We stayed for 5 days at Jim’s condo and it was just as described and pictured . We had 6 adults and 1 toddler and it was perfect. It felt very secluded due to the layout and all of the trees, but we were very close to shopping and the beaches. The beach towels, lawn chairs, and other beach toys were very much appreciated. Very nice to have the grills available at the pool, as well. I feel the value was outstanding. We will definitely go back!

The title of the listing doesn’t appear accurate in that it appears to have been remodeled quite some time ago. However, condo is still nice and again, location was great. Owners were responsive. Pillows were very uncomfortable and the owners quickly responded that they would replace.
Jul 27, 2019We have been to Maui many many times.. This was our first using Airbnb. What a hassle free pleasant experience. Jim and his family have gone above and beyond. This unit has everything you need to have a FANTASTIC VACATION! The very private views from the lanai are stunning. Looking out onto a rainforest as well as the ocean and sunsets. All the beach accessories you will need are also already included to use. ( boogie boards, chairs, umbrella etc..) Jim was quick to respond to questions before we arrived as well. Thanks, it was a great experience for us and we would recommend staying here to anyone. We will be staying here again next visit!

Jun 27, 2019Comfortably fits 7 adults. Great home and location was close to everything. Nice secluded beach (walking distance) great for snorkeling. We always found parking in the lot. Lots of extra stuff like towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and everything we needed, appliance wise was in the kitchen.

Jun 27, 2019The townhouse was just as advertised. This is a great location in Wialea, shops are close and within walking distance or a 2-3 minutes drive. The Wialea Emerald course nearby is top notch. The Monkeypod restaurant is a popular spot within a very short drive. The resorts are close by as well. The room were very comfortable, the master bed was very comfortable and shades kept the room dark (very good for getting used to time change). All amenities worked great. We were able to do some laundry to help us pack light. We had a great great stay!

Jun 27, 2019Overall the condo is very spacious and clean. It was in a great location in Wailea with many restaurants within walking distance. AC Units in each room and common area. The view from the patio is amazing. The beach was short 15 minute walk away. The pool areas were great. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend Jim's place for any family visiting Maui.

Jun 27, 2019Jim’s place was a beautiful, spacious place for our family of six! The location of the unit close to the two pools of the complex was perfect, the location of the complex was good for walking down to the beach/shops. We loved sitting on the huge balcony in the mornings with coffee gazing at the view before starting our days. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with beach gear, and the kitchen was well stocked with added items like coffee filters! We left the ones we brought expecting none! We had one question for Jim to which he responded to in good time. Would recommend and return to this place!
Jun 27, 2019Perfect place for a quiet trip! The place was great for our 4 kids, plenty of beaches, whales and sea turtles within walking distance. Make sure to check out the Black Sand beach in Makena. The condo is exactly as described and was very clean. Lots of beach towels and good local tips on what to do and where to eat. Would gladly use Jim’s place again if we make it back to Maui.
Jun 27, 2019Jim’s place at Grand Champions is in an ideal location to access the best beaches in Maui, a refreshing pool and great restaurants (we walked to Monkeypod kitchen from the unit). You can see the awesome sunsets from the deck too (if you don’t make it back to the beach)!! Jim is easy to deal with and extremely helpful. We found the unit to be a great place to call home for our family of 7 (grandparents to teenagers) and easy communication made for a relaxing vacation. Thanks Jim!
Jun 27, 2019Great home. Views were wonderful from the lanai. Location and access were so easy. The neighborhood was quiet and the birds and flowers so fun. The pool and hot tub are right across the street and beautiful, too. Everything was clean and well maintained.
