If you are staying in just one or two of our rooms, you will have shared access to the public areas within the main house as well as over 5 acres of gardens, orchards and walking paths. We set out breakfast for our short term guests, we offer locally harvested coffee and teas and you are welcome to gather seasonal fruits and vegetables and herbs from our orchards or gardens for your own personal consumption. In the kitchen, there is designated shelves in the cupboards and refrigerator for each room and plenty of space/cookware/blenders/vitamix/juicers/cutting boards for up to 5 people to be cooking comfortably at the same time, so if there happens to be others staying in rooms when you are here, there is no shortage of space or tools for you to have a comfortable and convenient stay. The owners suite is independent of the main area of the house and at the farthest end from the guest rooms.

Stunning location full of warmth, space, time to 'be', and an experience of Hawai'i you would never otherwise find! This is a special place... Steven and Fabi are full of the aloha spirit, and it feels like a palace. The mustangs, and the land, will take you in. Waking up each morning to the 180 degree ocean view changes your heart. Having a sunset horse ride with my family, while whales are breeching, is something I will never forget. Fabi is a horse whisperess and there is much to learn from spending time here... A special gem.
Jun 27, 2019We could not have asked for better hosts. Steven & Fabi were so generous for welcoming us into their beautiful home for 3 months! A great location for anyone looking to heal and soak up all the beauty of the Big Island. Even better to interact with the locals & other house guests who made our experience extra special (especially the animals!). A perfect place for a travel nurse & full-time online student to relax and get work done! If you have ever dreamed of visiting Never Never Land--- this is it. Aloha & Mahalo! -Gaby, Justin & Izzy
Jun 27, 2019We stayed 2 days and the house is so beautiful. Fabi provided healthy breakfast every morning and we enjoyed to talk with host. We want to stay again later for longer time. Thanks.
Jun 27, 2019Fabulous location with beautiful views and peaceful area. Steven and Fabi were extremely hospitable and welcoming -made me feel st home immediately. Very well kept room, great breakfast, and perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
Jun 27, 2019Greatest hosts ever! The home is spectacular. The view is 180 degrees ocean and the view of 15 lush acres with 6 horses. Nice to wake up to everyday. Loved the country store. The walk there and back is good exercise. This place is especially good for people who like the country feel. You can drive to Hilo or Honokaa for the closest towns. Akaka Falls is near by. Would highly recommend this place. I stayed a month and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Jun 27, 2019Steve and Fabi have a beautiful home and are such great hosts. Their knowledge of the island and things to do was a great unexpected bonus. We also met wonderful guests staying there as well.
Jun 27, 2019Steven and Fabi have a beautiful home with an outstanding view of the ocean. We had a great time with our 6 month old. We would love to stay there again.
Jun 27, 2019Staying at Steven and Fabi's home was without a doubt one of my best experiences I have had while travelling! When you stay here, you will be spoiled with freshly picked fruits and homemade yogurt for breakfast and great tasting coffee. They will share with you their local knowledge of activities in the area, and what they are not familiar with, they will go out of their way to obtain enough information for you to feel comfortable about the adventure. At night, you will witness a magnificent display of stars and sleep peacefully throughout the night. In the morning, you can see the sun rise from the window, as well as see their horses running free on the property. Be prepared for great conversation and company while staying here.
