Dear future guests, Let me know your arrival time as soon as possible so that I may arrange a smooth check-in. Check-in time is from 17:00/5pm; in case of early arrival we will try to store your luggage (depending on availability of cleaning staff and prior groups). Check-out is at 11:00/11am. For your ease, I will meet you directly at the property. There is an additional fee of 20EUR for check-ins after 20:00/8pm; 30EUR for check-ins after 22:00/10pm and 50EUR fee for check-ins after 24:00/12pm (paid in cash). I ask you to treat this place the exact same way that you would want a guest to treat your own home! HOUSE RULES - I do not host groups who are all 25 years of age or younger. If your group is 25 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from me. Sophie was an amazing guest. We were her first guests ever and her apartment in Barcelona could not have been any better. It was very clean and in a great location. She was incredibly flexible with check in and check out times. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
Jun 27, 2019A generous and warm welcome from Sophie. The apartment is newly furnished and decorated, light and airy, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped (even a Nespresso machine!) and beds very comfortable. It has some great views of the old city and is perfectly situated for exploring Barcelona - if only we had stayed longer! Next time...
Jun 27, 2019Appartement fantastique en plein centre de Barcelone, à proximité de la Sagrada Família. L'appartement est vraiment conforme à la description et nous y étions vraiment à l'aise avec deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. Grâce à la réactivité de Sophie, nous avons pu organiser notre voyage en moins de 48 heures. Sophie à aussi été très prompte à régler un petit problème de chauffe eau en quelques heures. Communication vraiment facile. Séjour sans encombres. Les jouets, les livres pour enfants, ainsi que le mobilier pour bébé (chaise haute, baignoire, lit parapluie) ont vraiment été la bonne surprise qui nous a permis d'organiser notre séjour en toute simplicité. Nous recommandons chaudement cet appartement pour une famille. L'appartement était suffisamment grand pour deux enfants/personnes supplémentaires. Nous y retournerons sûrement!
Jun 27, 2019Sophie was very quick with responding and made us feel very welcome. The appartement was fantastic: bright and sunny, very clean and complete. Good beds, enough towels, nice kitchen. Very nice for us, a family with 3 children. The locating was also very good: close to a metro station and the Sagrada Familia. Nice neighbourhood with lots of shops and nice small parks.
Jun 27, 2019Sophie was an impeccable host, and her apartment is by far the nicest I've ever stayed in in Barcelona. It's large, light, well equipped, beautifully decorated and very well located. Sophie also went the extra mile, ensuring that the apartment had a cot and high chair for a our son, and even letting us take the travel cot with us for a couple of nights, as we still needed it. Such amazing hosting! Highly recommended.

Jun 27, 2019Notre séjour à Barcelone s'est très bien passé. L'appartement de Sophie est très bien situé et très agréable. Il ne manque rien. Sophie nous a beaucoup aidé à organiser notre arrivée (parking...). Je recommande vivement ce logement à d'autres voyageurs.

Jun 27, 2019The first thing to note about this apartment is just how impressive it is on first entry. The current photos really do not do it justice. It’s large, filled with sunlight in the day and extremely comfortable. Sophie has decorated it tastefully and with a lot of thought, providing a lovely selection of art and deign oriented coffee table books for you to peruse. Location wise it’s perfect, being a 5 min walk from the Sagrada Familia and there are a number of nice bars and restaurants in the direct vicinity of the apartment. It is also within easy reach of two central metro lines although we never once used public transport instead opting to rent bikes from a nearby rental shop (Barcelona is simply one of the best cities to ride in with you pretty much never having having to ride on the road ever!). In any case the main sites of the city are all within easy reach on foot. Its’s a 20 min walk to Place de Catalunya and Gothic Quarters and we very much enjoyed our gentle stroll’s home after a night of eating and drinking. Sophie herself could not have been more accommodating. She’s was great to communicate with on the lead up to our stay and welcoming on our arrival. We didn’t want for anything on the trip at all. If you book this apartment you will not be disappointed!

Jun 27, 2019Sophie was an amazing host. We was firstly met by Inna who invited us on behalf of Sophie. She was very helpful and welcoming. We received a customised booklet before our arrival which pretty much had everything we needed such as all the local restaurants and so on. All our needs and more was catered for. The location was also perfect and a 10 minute walk to Sagrada familia. I would highly recommend Sophie's spacious apartment. A very happy Airbnb'er :)

Jun 27, 2019Appartement impeccable, vraiment spacieux, au cœur d'un quartier hyper vivant. Légèrement bruyant à l'avant, mais les portes fermées avec la climatisation, c'était très bien. Pour les autres chambres, très tranquille. Et puis on reste au cœur de Barcelone, pas en banlieue dortoir... L'hôtesse a été d'une aide précieuse, et a même pensé à trouver des jeux pour notre bébé. Merci Sophie et Inna!
Jun 27, 2019Notre hôte nous a contactés plusieurs fois afin de préparer notre arrivée et s'est montrée disponible et bienveillante au bon déroulement de notre séjour. L'appartement est très agréable, lumineux et spacieux. il est très bien situé, en centre ville, près de la Sagrada Familia, de la casa Battlo, de la casa Mila et à proximité d'une station de métro. Adresse à recommander.

Muy iluminado, con mobiliario en excelente estado y una ubicación inmejorable, Sophie es una excelente anfitriona nos recibió con una canasta con aperitivos y una cava española deliciosa, además de una gran cantidad de información sobre la ciudad para hacer más fácil tus decisiones de a dónde ir. Estuvo al pendiente de todo lo que se nos ofreciera y cumple con todo detalle y más de lo que puedas esperar. Súper recomendable!

Sophie helped us with our luggage drop off early in the morning before check in and gave advance suggestions about what to do and see in the area. The flat was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. Lovely views out the front windows. This very short stay by far exceeded our expectations, thank you Sophie!! We wish we could have stayed much, much longer.

Sophie a tout prévu pour que l'on puisse passer un excellent séjour (serviettes de bain et de plages, livres, guides touristiques, panier de bienvenue...) L'appartement est dans un quartier animé, avec restaurants, parkings surveillés et metro à proximité. Nous avons été régulièrement en contact avec Sophie avant notre séjour, ce qui nous a permis de préparer notre arrivée au mieux.

Jun 27, 2019We visited Barcelona with three older kids and spent five wonderful nights in the apartment. The apartment is everything and more that is described on Airbnb: spacious, great location with easy access to public transportation, shops and sightseeing landmarks. Sophie and her assistant Inna were wonderful hosts providing an information guide to the flat and the city in advance and a welcome package upon arrival. Communication was seamless and they were helpful above and beyond the regular duties of a host providing help with information, arranging a large cab to the airport and many other things. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day. Highly recommended!

Jun 27, 2019I don't even have words to describe how great was to stay at Sophie's place. I went with my family and it was better than what we expected. Sophie is a very great host, helpful and kind-hearted and we felt home at her place. She helped us with our luggage until we got to her place. Well located, even better than what is shown it the pictures! There was a small problem in the bathroom where the drain was clogged but she immediatly went there to fix it. We asked if she had a spare fan for us because Barcelona was a bit hot, and right after she came with it. This place is absolutely worth staying. I recommend this place for everybody who is looking for a great place in Barcelona. I would easily stay there again and again! Thank you, Sophie!
Jun 27, 2019Sophie contacted us prior to our arrival with a very well made guide to Barcelona. Upon our early arrival, we met with Innes that stored our luggage till the apartment will be ready for us. When we came back in the afternoon we discovered a beautiful and spacious apartment, sparkling clean ready just for us. Innes made a huge effort and brought down all of our luggage so we won't need to do anything but rest, after a long day. The kids loved the games they found the books and the environment and so did we. Strong Wifi, Large LCD, endless cable channels, great location, well-equipped kitchen, great location, phenomenal communication.
Jun 27, 2019Overall flat is great. 5 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia but more importantly 15-20 min from Passeig de Gracia and Ramblas. Also metro close-by. The building is absolutely typical and you get to feel like a local.

Jun 27, 2019Sophie is a great host, always responded immediately and gave all the instructions needed before traveling. She kindly asked me if I would like to have a cot for my 2 years old boy, I didn't wanted to make too much trouble, so I said no. But when we arrived, the cot is in the large bed room, make our stay more convenient. The welcome basket and card is more than a nice gesture. The apartment is spacious for 6 travelers even only three of us stayed during our travel. Every room is exactly like they are in the picture and also very clear and tidy. My husband and I likes the Sophie's decoration, make you feeling calm and artist. the apartment equipped everything you needed. Sophie also prepared the animal toys and wooden track and car for my boy to play, he loved it and spent hours on them. The location is convenient to walk or take a bus or metro everywhere. We walked to lots of attractions and also walked to Le Remble street in 30 minutes ( we walked very slow with baby boy together). All in all, it is a nice stay and nice holiday for us and will stay again when we come back. Thank you Sophie.
Jun 27, 2019Sophie's apartment is exactly as pictured. Bright, spotlessly clean and in a great location. We arrived prior to check in and were allowed to leave our bags at Sophie's for s few hours to explore the city. Our checking was easy and much to our surprise Sophie had provided a welcome basket for us. Sophie was always available if we needed anything and when I sent s message re a venue for a televised sporting event from Australia I received a text with all the info . What's more after we left the apartment and were very disappointed with next accomodation I again messaged Sophie hoping to return to her. Unfortunately she was booked. I cannot recommend Sophie and her apartment highly enough. Will be telling everyone .

Sophie was extremely helpful even before we got to Barcelona. I would highly recommend Sophie as a host and would love to stay at her apartment next time we are in Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019We had such a wonderful time at Sophie's apartment!! The day of our arrival she allowed us to have early check in and we were met at the apartment with keys, a beautiful welcome basket and guide book to help us navigate the area. Since we were traveling with our 2 yr old son, she even provided a crib, high chair, books and plenty of toys which he loved! This was such a special touch for us and for our son. Half way through our stay Sophie arranged a cleaning service to come at a time that was convenient for our family. The apartment was exactly as it looks in the photos, clean, spacious and bright! The location was perfect!! We were centrally located and found it easy to get around by walking, taxi and metro. Sophie and Inna answered all of our texts and emails very quickly before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend staying here! We absolutely loved our time in Barcelona! The city itself is so beautiful and interesting, but the added touch of a comfortable place to stay made it an exceptional vacation for us!
Jun 27, 2019We had a fantastic 9 days in Barcelona due in large part to the fact that we had such an awesome apartment. The whole experience could not have been better, from the helpful planning guide we received from Sophie before the trip to the early-morning taxi she arranged when we departed. In between we received early check-in, a personal tour of the apartment, a gift basket, maps and tour books to use during our stay, a mid-stay cleaning and regular text messages asking if we had everything we need. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. The central location is ideal, making it possible to walk (our transportation method of choice) to every major area of the city. Buying coffee every morning at the cafe downstairs, discovering the best nearby places to buy wine, cheese, ham and bread, and being the only tourists in the apartment building helped us to feel like true Barcelonians. We ate dinner at several of the restaurants that Sophie recommended and were never disappointed. I can not recommend Sophie's apartment more highly!
Jun 27, 2019A lovely, spacious, clean, comfortable and well located apartment. We loved it! Perfect for toddlers and young children too, with thoughtful additions of toys and books, along with large cot and high chair. It's up several flights so the lift is useful for little legs and cases. The building is quiet and is walking distance from some great sights and shopping. The Creyon Cafe next door is great for breakfast and lunches. Sophie was incredibly helpful from start to finish and communication was prompt and comprehensive. She also left a lovely welcome hamper and provided many household essentials which was very much appreciated. We had a fabulous experience and would give the host and apartment 10/10.

Jun 27, 2019En week end entre collègues, nous avons séjourné 2 jours chez Sophie. L appartement est parfait: très spacieux, parfaitement entretenu , très agréable à vivre. Tout le nécessaire est à votre disposition. Cerise sur le gâteau: un panier d accueil rempli de pleins de bonnes choses nous a été offert à notre arrivé. Sophie s est montrée très attentive à nos demandes et à notre confort. C est un hébergement que nous recommandons vivement.
Jun 27, 2019Notre séjour dans l'appartement de Sophie était parfait, petit panier de bienvenue, Inna (une amie?) était là pour nous accueillir. L'appartement est très agréable même si nous avons regretté qu'il y ait une seule salle de bain, mais cette remarque est à relativiser car en fait nous étions 6 filles (coquettes) ... L'appartement est très bien situé et nous avons pu découvrir de bonnes adresses recommandés par Sophie à moins 1/4 d'heure à pied. Alors vraiment n'hésitez pas!
Jun 27, 2019Our Experience at Sophie's place was wonderful. We spent a long weekend in Barcelona and we found the perfect place. Location is just perfect. We went walking from the flat to the Sagrada Familia (about 10 minutes), and to the Passeig the Gracia (in about 10 minutes too). Metro is quite close. The neigbourhood is very quiet but has several very nice restaurants and shops in the sourrounding blocks. The flat is amazing, very comfortable, and fully equiped. We were there with our two kids and the house was great for them. Sophie left some toys for them and the living room and the rooms are very spacious so they had plenty of space to play around. The flat was clean and the beds are comfortable. It is ideal for a family or for a small group of people traveling together. Sophie was a great host, she even left a basket with some wine and tipical products to eat. She is easily reacheable. I would definitively recommend Sophie's flat . Rafael
Jun 27, 2019Sophie has an absolutely gorgeous apartment in a fabulous location. Inna was so gracious and kind when we came much later than expected. We even extended a day. Everything was in the apartment that we could have needed. There is a wonderful cafe just next door where we enjoyed breakfast and lunch. We loved staying here and would love to come back again some day!

Jun 27, 2019We were greeted by Inna the apartment. Communication was fast and easy. We arrived late but Inna was very nice to wait for us. The apartment is exactly like the pictures. Very clean apartment :) The view from the apartment is spectacular. The location is great! By walking, 5 mins to sagrada familia and 10 mins to passeig de gracia. 15 mins to arc de triomf. Plenty of supermarket and restaurants nearby for convenience. Safe neighborhood. Facilities in the apartment is great. Our family of 5 lived very comfortably. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay! :)) highly recommended.

Jun 27, 2019My family and I (6 adults) stayed at Sophie's place for 4 nights and it was one for the best airbnb's we have ever booked. Right from booking, Sophie was easy to communicate with and provided us all useful information about Barcelona. When we entered the apartment a large welcome basket was waiting for us on the table. The place was very clean, spacious and gorgeous just like you see in the pictures. The apartment is very centrally located close to supermarkets and all public transports. The bus stop is just below the apartment which makes it easy to travel around Barcelona. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona. Jun 27, 2019This spacious apartment is in a brilliant location near to Sagrada Familia, restaurants and shopping. Super clean and nicely decorated, the apartment has everything you would need and more. Although it's above a busy junction we were not bothered by noise - just close the shutters at night. Three sunny balconies for people watching and the fab Cafe Creyon for breakfast right downstairs. There's a good market just a couple of minutes stroll along the street. Sophie was in touch from the beginning and though we didn't meet her she messaged us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We liked the apartment so much that we really didn't want to leave. Thank you Sophie and Inna.

Jun 27, 2019Sophie's appartment is really perfect!!!! The location is ideal, and the appartment is amazing. I came with our 9 months old little baby and Sophie organized everything with a lot of care: she left toys, a bath tub a baby cot so we did not have to transport all these. Everything is well furnished, and thought for the guests weel-being. I did not have the chance to meet Sophie in person but we met Inna who is kind, available and adorable. I can not recommand it more!!!
Jun 27, 2019We recently stayed at Sophie's apartment for 10 days while our son attended a soccer camp at Camp Nou. We were thrilled with the apartment - particularly the location. Walking distance to many interesting sites and very close to the subway. The neighbourhood is bustling and offers a variety of good restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops, but also has a safe, residential feel. There is a market, grocery store and pharmacy within a 10 minute walk. The apartment is quite big with high ceilings, tons of character, and lovely light. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. There are interesting books, music and movies available for guests. The building was quiet and we rarely saw any other residents. There is a lovely cafe next door that is open early in the morning and late at night - it was a favourite for our kids because the menu includes pizza and hamburgers. Our host was easily accessible throughout our stay for advice and suggestions. We loved our stay and are so glad we chose this location.

We were very comfortable here and it has made our stay in Barcelona more wonderful than we could have imagined! It is perfectly located within walking distance to most of the famous landmarks and museums in Barcelona. Sophie and Inna were very helpful providing a packet full of information for a great stay in Barcelona. It is a beautiful sun filled place to stay with a very gracious host!

Jun 27, 2019This apartment was perfect for us, a family of 5 adults. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is the perfect size to rustle up a meal with the bonus of a dishwasher so no arguing over who washes up! It's located within easy walking distance of all tourist attractions. Across the road is a small supermarket which is perfect for essentials. A 5 minute walk down the road is Mercat de la Concepcio which has fresh meat/fish/bakery etc it's worth a visit if you're cooking and want fresh ingredients. I would highly recommend this apartment for a group like ours looking for a spacious base.

Jun 27, 2019This was our first visit to Barcelona and our first Airbnb rental. We arrived very early in Barcelona and Inna helped us store our bags until check in. When we returned for check in the bags were in the apartment and the transition was seemless. The apartment is on the top floor and you can take the stairs or the elevator. Our group of six was very comfortable. The apartment is sunny with a great breeze in every room. Nice view of the neighborhood from the living room. The location is in the Eixample area with anything you need and very walkable. Cabs are readily available to take you anywhere in the city. You can hit most places within a 25 minute walk or a few minute cab ride. We enjoyed the walks as Barcelona is a very easy city to move around. Thanks to Sophie and Inna for their help. Again, highly recommended.

We were travelling with 3 generations (grandparents, teen, parents) and all of us had space to relax and regroup after our stimulating days in the city. We love to walk and could walk downtown (20 min along very interesting streets), Saga Familia (5 min), Come In English book store (15 min), etc, so the location was excellent for us. Multiple cafes, grocery stores etc on the ground level steps away. You can tell that this is an area where families actually live. Loved that. The apartment was very well equipped, quiet, airy, bright and clean. Thank you Sophie!

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is in a great convenient location. There is plenty of space and amenities and comfortable. Sophie's recommendations are great. The view is lovely and an easy neighborhood to walk around. Creyon cafe is delicious! The outdoor bar just around the corner is hip with young kids enjoying the evening outdoors but never bothered us and never noisy past 11:00-12:00. Sophie and her assistant are just a text away and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment!

She left a lovely welcome basket and her recommendation for a tapas bar nearby was fantastic. We hired bikes and came home hot and sticky and were really thankful for a shower and a late check out. Also we parked out rental car in the street as it was a weekend which was really convenient. Thanks Sophie for all your help and we really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. Sophie was a wonderful host, and the welcome basket was such a lovely surprise! We, a group of 5 friends, stayed for 4 nights and it suited us perfectly. Absolutely no complaints about the apartment. There are metro and bus stops in close proximity to the apartment, and a few handy small supermarkets nearby too. We walked to Gracia and the Gothic Quarter and El Born from the apartment. We would like to point out that there is aircon but it is in the living room and hallway, not in the bedrooms. This was fine, we just slept with the doors slightly open.

It has everything you need and the location is just perfect (a short walk to Sagrada Familia, the city centre and has a metro stop very close to the flat). I went there with my family and the flat was perfect for the six of us. Sophie's welcome basket was a great surprise :) I would definitely recommend Sophie's flat and we have decided with my family that we will definitely stay there next time we are in Barcelona. Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay in Barcelona, and a big reason for that was Nina’s apartment. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The location is ideal, in a great neighborhood, close to two Metro stations, and a short walk to La Sagrada Familia. The views out the large walk-out balcony windows in the front are great. The three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and very functional kitchen made us very comfortable. Nina’s friend David also helped us by booking our taxi when it was time to leave. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019Nina was so helpful! It was perfect for our family! We stayed for 5 days. It was so nice to come back to after a long day of visiting the city. It is located where you can either walk or take the metro. or bus Everybody was so nice and helpful in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the view from our balcony looking out towards the church. Loved being able to open the windows in the morning to feel the cool breeze. Everything was super clean and perfect. We used the washer and dryer. We went to many of the sites and took a tour of Costa Brava, which takes you to several Mediterranean towns along the coast. There are so many things to do, we will have to come back.

The kitchen is gorgeous and big and the entire apt. was sparkling, sparkling clean. It is so close to Sagrada Familia - 3 or 4 blocks only and the views from the balcony were beautiful! The neighborhood was so safe and clean and close to metro stops. The bed linens were so crisp and clean, modern bathroom and kitchen and laundry room. The living room had to be decorated by a designer. It is spacious, clean and in a great location. Do not hesitate to book this apartment!

The kitchen was well equipped to help keep hungry teens happy. The neighbor was perfect and offered a express mart and close eateries . Great choice!

Nina and David were MORE than helpful and accommodating during the check-in, even when we arrived at a different time than planned due to delayed travel schedule. Definitely recommend! Also the view is truly amazing. Between 4-6 minute walk to two different metro lines. So great!!! If I’m back in barcelona I’m staying in one of their properties for sure.
Jun 27, 2019I highly recommend Nina’s apartment. It is just as the pictures show, and even better. We were greeted within 5 minutes of our arrival. The apartment is very large, airy, and clean. There were 5 of us and we fit very comfortably. The views are beautiful. There is a full kitchen along with washer and dryer, large lining room, one full bath (great water pressure!) and 1/2 bath. Location is great, within walking distance to La Sagrada Familia, Arc de Triumph, and a beautiful park. About a 30 minute walk to La Rambla and Gothic Quarter. Taxis are available right outside the apartment (a little difficult for parties 5 or more, you have to get lucky to find a large one). Perfect location and great apartment!!

The flat location is good and very close to Sagrada church and other popular tourist sites. Inside the flat, you pretty much got everything you need and it is clean and spacious. The apartment was very large and specious however it was lacking some amenities and personal touch like toilet paper blackout curtains no Air conditions in the bedrooms etc... we expected more for what we paid and being a “plus” property that has been verified by Airbnb was disappointing having that said The apartment was very clean comfortable and big so if that’s what your looking for this apartment will do.

The area has an upscale feel with some hip coffee shops and restaurants nearby, we where recommended a fantastic tapas restaurant called El Viti Taberna.

It was perfectly clean at arrival, very spacious, well equipped and above all, perfectly located to visit different parts of Barcelona, by metro and even on foot (f. ex. Sagrada Familia at only 10 min walking distance ;). In the surrounding streets, you have several shops where you can buy some food and drinks. After a long and warm day outside, it was a real pleasure to come home in the air conditioned apartment! We would certainly recommend this place for a comfortable and unforgettable stay in Barcelona city!

Coffee, biscuits, jam etc. was not provided, but always welcome after a long travel day. Host was late to greet us and the introduction was brief & rushed. Lacking in personal amenities such as toilet paper, extra comforters & pillows. Guide provided was outdated as some suggestions were permanently closed. A map would be nice as well. Overall seemed more like a corporate business then a friendly Airbnb.

Jun 27, 2019Nina’s apartment was exactly what we were looking for! It’s in a very central location and easy to get to any busses or metro station. There’s a 24 hour supermarket just across the road for any needs. Some lovely bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Nina was away at our time of check in, however she organised for a friend to check us in who was equally as friendly and accommodating. Both Nina and her friend were speedy at replying to any messages or queries we had. 5 stars, would definitely recommend!!

Un poco de ruido en la sala principal por estar en frente de la avenida pero nada grave, el apartamento es muy recomendable. Tuve un poco de problemas en comunicarme al inicio, hablé con 4 personas para organizar la llegada pero parece ser que nunca les había pasado antes y al final Danny quien nos recibió con mi familia fue una persona muy atenta y adorable y contestando cuando la necesitábamos. Pasaran una buena estancia en este apartamento. Confíen, los trataran muy bien. Gracias Nina y Danny!
Jun 27, 2019For anyone looking to visit Barcelona this location is central to all the sights! We were able to walk everywhere. Also anything you need is right in the immediate neighborhood.. The neighborhood is residential and very safe. The apartment is large, clean and nicely decorated without being cluttered. Having 1 1/2 bathrooms also made it convenient for four adults. We were met as soon as we got out of the cab and Nina was nice to allow us to leave our luggage in the apartment until check in. That enabled us to go find a local spot for lunch. To be honest we only had two small concerns. We were told prior to check in the washing machine was broken. That was inconvenient, especially having only one towel per person for six nights. Otherwise this is a fabulous apartment!

Jun 27, 2019We loved our stay at Nina's flat! Everything was extremely comfortable ! It's a very spacious flat with large bedrooms. Beds very comfortable and all appliances worked extremely well! ( especially washer and dryer). It was so nice going home with all clean clothes! Stove and microwave / oven cooked very well. Refrigerator/freezer were awesome. The location was ideal! The local market was only a block or two away! We never walked more than a block before we were able to get a cab. We woke every morning to beautiful views of the cathedral- Francesco de Sales- lots of windows and natural light. The air conditioning worked so well that we had to turn off and just open windows sometimes. There was a fan for back bedroom too since it was back and away from the direct air conditioning unit. Decor was sparse but had all you needed to make the flat feel like your own personality and home. Very comfortable! Check in went smoothly-Dani was waiting there for us with keys as we exited our car from airport. We were able to check in right away since they had no tenants the night before. The elevator to flat on third floor worked perfectly! We were able to get settled and start our adventures right away. Lots of good restaurants and cafes around Nina's place. It was located in a very residential area ( we felt like locals) - all neighbors very friendly and kind- even in stores we went to. We felt like a local but we were about 3-4 blocks from sagrada familia and the other direction was about 6-7 blocks from the most expensive street in Barcelona - passeig de gracia. We walked about 20-30 minutes to placa de catalunya square everyday- I could write forever but think you get ideal! I would love to stay here again on our next stay. Thanks again Nina for your wonderful hospitality!!! We loved our choice of using your apartment!

Jun 27, 2019Our family of four enjoyed this apartment immensely. With three bedrooms, everyone had their own space and the shared spaces were perfectly adequate as well. The location has a beautiful view of a church and the main floor-to-ceiling windows are situated to take in this view. The apartment is close to metro and bus lines plus taxis pass by regularly so getting around town is a breeze.

Jun 27, 2019We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, quiet, clean apartment in a very central area (Exiample). The pictures represent it perfectly, and the host made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was clear and consistent, and they checked in on us via email within 24 hours of check in to make sure we had everything we needed. When we found one item missing (a hair dryer), they brought us one immediately. The kitchen allowed us to have snacks and light meals available and there was space for our family of 4 to relax. The neighborhood was lovely and the metro stop was very nearby (two short blocks away) and a bus stop was steps away. I would definitely recommend it to friends or family visiting Barcelona in the future.

We liked to walk but others may want to get taxis which were also easy to get from outside the door. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby, our favorite was Kook which was about 50 m away!!

There are supermarkets, fruit shops, flower markets and many nice Mediterranean restaurants nearby. The interior of the house is well lit and the infrastructure is perfect. I will definitely choose this house next time.

Jun 27, 2019We loved our stay in this amazing place! This apartment is very beautiful and cozy, well equipped and in a perfect location. We enjoyed staying at the heart of Barcelona while having a great sleep at night as it was not loud inside the apartment at all. Nina gave us many great tips where to go and what to see in the city, we really appreciate it! Feel free to ask Nina anything, she is a true host who cares about each guest! Check in and check out was very smooth, we were able to leave our luggage after the check out. Amazing place with amazing host!
