Rosa/Ana foram extremamente receptivas. O apartamento é excepcionalmente bem localizado e confortável em um primeiro andar bem sobre um restaurante com ótimos sucos naturais, onde tomávamos nosso café da manhã. Fica a um minuto da Avenida dos Aliados, numa esquina com uma visão privilegiada. As noites são silenciosas. Mais que recomendado.
Jun 27, 2019Rosa's friend Phillip met me at the apartment and was super friendly and went out of his way to tell me where I should eat,sites to visit and even a little history on Porto. Very nice guy. The apartment was in a prime location and was very clean with all amenities. The apartment was so lovely as it had the classic windows with the large wooden doors that you can close to eliminate street noise. The old classic tram goes by the apartment. I loved seeing it. Basically everything is within walking distance and the apartment is located in an ideal location I loved staying here and would gladly come back
Jul 27, 2019Mimo późnej rezerwacji (na dzień przed przyjazdem), apartament był w pełni przygotowany i Rosie udało się załatwić łóżeczko turystyczne dla naszego dziecka. Kontakt z Aną, która przekazała nam klucze, był sprawny. Opis apartamentu w pełni zgadzał się z rzeczywistością. Położenie w samym centrum, wszędzie mogliśmy dotrzeć piechotą. Jedynym minusem jest to, że bardzo słychać kroki osób mieszkających na górze, ale jest to zrozumiałe biorąc pod uwagę stare budownictwo, w jakim znajduje się apartament. Bardzo dziękujemy za gościnę!
Jun 27, 2019Rosa's apartment is super-centrally located, and in close proximity to everything you could want from Porto, both eating, drinking, public transport (both buses and Metro), sights, tours etc. I have only good things to say about Rosa and the way she handled my stay, and her friend provided me with some good pointers when I arrived (quite late) on the first night. One thing -- if you like to keep some windows open at night and you are super-sensitive to noise, there is some traffic in the streets outside, but for me it was not a problem.
Jun 27, 2019El piso está estupendamente situado, en puro centro de Oporto, a 5 minutos andando de la catedral, a 5 minutos andando de la Torre dos Clérigos, a 15 minutos andando de la ribera del Duero, con locales para desayunar y comer justo abajo. Nos pilló en etapa de mucho calor y quizá le falte algo para luchar contra el calor dentro de la casa. También está tan céntrico que hay algo de ruido ambiental por la noche (sobre todo si hace calor y quieres abrir las ventanas). Pero en general muy bien todo
Jun 27, 2019Estuvimos alojados en el apartamento de Rosa en Agosto y la experiencia fue muy positiva. El apartamento se encuentra muy bien situado para disfrutar de Oporto, ya que todos los puntos de interés turístico están a 5-15 minutos a pie. Además, el apartamento está bien equipado. Philippe, la persona que nos recibió en nombre de Rosa, nos dio una agradable bienvenida, proporcionándonos diversas recomendaciones que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más interesante. Jun 27, 2019We had such a great stay at Rosa's place! Her friend was very welcoming and gave us nice tips for exploring beautiful Porto. The location was more than perfect- main attractions, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are just a few steps away. The apartment itself is situated in an old lovely building and nothing was missing inside. Street noise can be easily reduced with closing the wooden shutters :) We were very happy choosing this flat and we can truly recommend it!

Jun 27, 2019Rosa's apartment is lovely - really well located, well equipped and very comfortable. Easy to find and Flavia welcomed us well and showed us all the great places to visit. It's a bit noisy as on a main road but nothing some earplugs won't fix. Well recommended!

Jun 27, 2019The apartment itself is small but perfect for 2. It gets a little noisy because the road in front of the building is constantly busy. But we enjoyed staying here because it's so accessible to everywhere! Fairly easy to locate too. Warning though, the water of the toilet isn't strong so.... It's not easy trying to flush some things :/
Jun 27, 2019De verhuurder was flexibel met het inchecken. Doordat mijn verwachte aankomst tijd onzeker was, was dit al een fijn welkom. Het welkom was zeer hartelijk en voelde als thuis komen bij familie. Op de plattegrond van Porto had de verhuurder aangegeven wat de plekken zijn die het bezoeken waard zijn (ook de niet toeristische plekken). Hiermee heeft de verhuurder mij in korte tijd mij wegwijs gemaakt in Porto. Naast een geweldig gezellig appartement in het hart van Porto was de service helemaal super.
Jun 27, 2019La experiencia fue muy buena. El chico encargado de recibirnos nos espero incluso al retrasarnos. Nos doy unas ideas muy útiles para pasar allí unos días. El apartamento es exactamente igual que en las fotos y está localizado en un lugar privilegiado para el acceso a todos los puntos turísticos de la ciudad.
Jun 27, 2019Un joli appartement, bien situé, proche de la gare San Bento. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Silvia qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer ce qu'il y a à voir à Porto. Rosa a été très flexible pour que nous ayons accès à l'apartement dès 13h, très pratique! La rue peut être un peu bruyante, en tout cas les soirs de weekend.
Jun 27, 2019Nous avions 1/4 d heure de retard notre hôte nous a patiemment attendus et à pris le temps de nous indiquer les lieux à voir à Porto ,plan à l'appui c' était sup bien. L appartement est très central nous avons pu faire toutes les visites à pied. Appartement très propre bien équipé Et nous avons eu un temps magnifique

Jun 27, 2019Very good location for this appartment, right in the center of Porto. Many cafés/restaurants few meters away. All mains attractions at walking distance. Appartment is spacious, confy and well decorated. A bit noisy at night because of the area, however. Good check-in and great advices from Flavia, thanks. Jun 27, 2019Lugar maravilhoso, ficamos na casa da Rosa do dia 14 a 17 de outubro, o apartamento é excelente... cama muito Boa, chuveiro e banheiro ótimos, sala bem aconchegante... recomendo este lugar para todos, fica numa região bem central e próximo de tudo. Fizemos todos os pontos turísticos caminhando pela proximidade da casa. Se voltarmos a PORTO com certeza ficarei no apartamento da Rosa, super atenciosa e mostrou muitas dicas interessante!!!! Muito obrigado Rosa!!!!!!!
Jun 27, 2019Excellent acceuil, chaleureux et avec de nombreux conseils fiables et utiles. Logement conforme à l'annonce, sans surprises, lumineux et agréablement aménagé. Très bonne situation, à proximité des transports et centres d'intérêt. Un peut bruyant bien sûr, mais rien de méchant. D'ailleurs être proche de tout et n'entendre que le chant des oiseaux est chose rare et chère. Si nous devions retourner à Porto c'est sans hésiter que nous prendrions à nouveau ce logement.
Jun 27, 2019El apartamento es igual que en las fotos. Está muy bien equipado, limpio y muy bien situado. Lo único negativo fue el ruido de la calle (sobretodo las motos). Nos recibieron a la hora convenida muy amablemente y nos sugirieron lugares que visitar.

Jun 27, 2019Apartamento situado en un primer piso del centro histórico de Oporto, a 50 metros de la Plaza de la Libertad. Justo al lado, hay un churresqueria donde se come barato y muy bien. También hay a 20 metros un parking para el coche donde nos cobraron 15 € diarios . Para visitar Oporto no necesitais ni metro ni autobuses. la zona mas alejada está a 20 minutos andando.

Jun 27, 2019Logement bien situé, à proximité des principaux sites touristiques, bars et restaurants. L'accueil a été chaleureux avec l'ami de Rosa, qui a pris le temps de nous conseiller pour notre séjour à Porto. Bien apprécié. Cela dit, le logement étant situé à deux rues des bars les plus fréquentés du centre historique, les fêtards sont parfois bruyants (cris, rires...). Nous nous sommes faits réveiller 2 nuits sur 3. Les planchers du voisin au-dessus craquent également beaucoup, ce qui peut-être particulièrement dérangeant tard en soirée.

Jun 27, 2019Conveniently located, within walking distance from all Porto's attraction. It was easy to stop at the house to rest whenever I felt like to. It is an historic building recently renovated and equipped with everything for longer stays (including a washer, a microwave, a full size electrical oven, electrical stove). Upon check-in I was given a map and suggestions on where to dine and where to go. Bonus: the coffee machine! I'd book it again in a heartbeat! Thanks Rosa! My time in Porto was amazing!

Um grande ponto negativo ao nosso ponto de vista é o barulho, por estar localizado em uma esquina movimentada, conter varias janelas e estas nao terem vidro duplo, entra muito ruido ao apartamento, tanto durante o dia quanto a noite.
Jun 27, 2019Rosas Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Herzen Portos, sodass man die Stadt bestens erkunden kann. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Restaurants, Bars und Cafés sind zahlreich in der Umgebung zu finden und auch bis zur Metro ist es nicht weit. Das Apartment ist wohnlich eingerichtet und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Man fühlt sich direkt Zuhause. Da wir über São João in Porto waren, war es in den Nächten natürlich auch etwas lauter auf der Straße, aber wenn man so zentral unterkommen will, muss man sich dem bewusst sein. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es in Ordnung. Der Mailkontakt mit Rosa war freundlich. Persönlich haben wir sie leider nicht kennengelernt. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns ihr Freund Ricardo erwartet und uns alles erklärt. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

On our arrival we were a bit late as the bus we arrived with was late, and Rosa's frined was so kind and waited for us. Even he kindly asked guests in another apartment to wait a bit. Thank you Ricardo for that and thanks to other guests for their patience. :) We liked the spirit of the apartment and its location very much. Definitely recommended for a nice and pleasant stay in Porto. :) Thank you Rosa one more time. Martina
Jun 27, 2019Rosa's place was amazing. Check in was smooth and Pedro (a friend of Rosa's) gave us lots of helpful information and even came back when we got a bit stuck with the keys. Then location is excellent. Next to lots of good bars and restaurants and within walking distance of all major attractions. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple. Good facilities in the kitchen and a great shower. The bed is also VERY comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Jun 27, 2019Fantastic host and location! Close to everything. A great home for our time in Porto. Communication was excellent. The apartment was as advertised - plenty of space and very "homey". Only small complaints: the area is very lively, so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs (small price to pay for the great location). Because of noise, we could not sleep with windows open, and there is no AC, so it was very hot. A fan would solve this issue. Also, only one roll of toilet paper was provided, which seemed strange. Otherwise, we highly recommend this apartment!

La única pega es que se encuentra en una zona muy transitada por los coches y no se puede dormir con la ventana abierta. La limpieza del apartamento es perfecta y el trato con los anfitriones tambien muy bueno.
Jun 27, 2019La casa di Rosa è centrale e comoda per raggiungere praticamente ogni zona della città a piedi. Essendo affacciata sulla strada è un po' rumorosa ma per noi non ci sono stati problemi. La casa è come nelle foto dell'annuncio, molto pulita e con tutto il necessario. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare nella casa di Rosa.

Jun 27, 2019Muchas gracias por el recibimiento, el piso está muy bien ubicado, limpio e iluminado. La persona que nos recibió fue muy atenta y nos dio mucha informacion sobre la ciudad. Además de ser puntual para el check-in. Ubicación muy próxima a los bares lo que es genial para aquellos que piensen ir de fiesta en porto.
Jun 27, 2019Séjour mitigé. Voilà les points positifs : appartement très propre et bien équipé, lumineux, bien placé pour visiter Porto. Les points negatifs : entrée dans les lieux très compliqué et l'appartement n'était pas prêt à l'heure. Il est aussi bruyant même les fenêtres fermées (bruit strident quasiment en continue du signal du feu de passage pour les aveugles, beaucoup de bruit de pas du voisin du dessus qui avait apparemment un chien). Déçus des difficultés rencontrées à l'arrivée, et surpris parle bruit, à part ça l'appartement est très bien.

Jun 27, 2019A localização não poderia ser melhor: próximo aos principais pontos turísticos e com farta oferta de restaurantes e vida noturna. O principal problema do apartamento vem também de sua principal vantagem: exatamente por estar numa área bem central, o barulho é intenso. Às sextas e sábados a impressão é que se dorme no meio de uma pista de dança animadíssima. Além do barulho externo, o prédio é bem antigo e qualquer movimentação nas escadas ou em outros apartamentos é facilmente percebida. Eu, que tenho sono pesado, tive bastante dificuldade de descansar.
Jun 27, 2019Rosa's Unterkunft entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung. Sie organisierte sogar extra eiben Transfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung für uns. Check in nach 23 uhr kostet zusätzlich 30,00€. Die Lage ist absolut top,dafür allerdings auch sehr laut. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen war nicht möglich,das weiß man aber bei der zentralen Lage. Ab 19.00uhr ist kostenfreies parken auf der Straße aber auch in der Nähe; wir fanden immer einen Parkplatz. Kurz und knapp:zu empfehlen:-)

Jun 27, 2019What can I say that has not already been said? The location is good, downtown, near a metro stop, easy walk around major tourist areas. However, it is noisy (above restaurant, at busy intersection, and neighbor playing music at night/early am), and Rosa was poor at communicating after I checked in.

Jun 27, 2019Encantadora casa, muy bien decorada y con todos los utensilios que necesitarás para tu estancia. Una ubicación perfecta, en todo el centro de la ciudad, a 1 minutos de Aliados. Rosa es muy amable, todo facilidades tanto a la hora de llegada como de salida. Perfecto para una pareja que quiera visitar Oporto a pie. Posibilidad de Parking por 17.5 euros al día al lado de la casa. Recomendable 100%

Jun 27, 2019We spent two weeks in Porto. The flat is great for tourists. It is really central in the city. The flat is as described and on the pictures. If you want to cook yourself, that‘s great too. It is, as other pointed out as well, really very loud. If you are not used to it, it might be a problem. When opening the window it is very loud in the flat during the day and at night due to traffic and people walking by. Another minor thing: The bed in the sleeping room is very small. It is ok for two people, when you are used to sleeping close to each other. We felt it was a bit to small for us though. Besides that we can totally recommend this place. Really lovely. Thanks.
