This unique penthouse apartment hosts colourful flavours of Morocco, is situated across the road from Tamarama Beach and has a spacious living and dining area opening to a verandah with spectacular views. Relax in the 1930's Huon pine boat daybed in front of floor to ceiling windows or just BBQ on the verandah. The kitchen combines elegance, functionality and a touch of Spanish. It has a double oven, Ilve stove top, steamer oven, dishwasher and microwave. The main Moroccan style bathroom has a double sink and combined bath/shower. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and build in wardrobes, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite, the 3rd bedroom and study has bunk bed (double on bottom & single on top). There is one off street car park and the apartment is walking distance to local shops, Bondi and Bronte beaches.

Neighborhood Overview
Nestled between two rugged headlands, Tamarama is a small coastal neighbourhood that sits in the middle of the great coastal walk from Bondi to Coogee. Tamarama Park, which flows down to the much loved beach, is regarded by locals as their private reserve. Tamarama Beach has plenty of cosy barbeque spots, a playground and a café.

HOUSE RULES - JUST A FEW THINGS TO GET OUT OF THE ROAD & THEN PLEASE ENJOY YOURSELVES. Please treat this apartment as if it were your own home and treat it with respect. Please leave the apartment in the state you found it in. We will take care of washing, standard cleaning and vacuuming. If you would like to leave the last load of dishes washing in the dishwasher, that is fine. Please transfer all rubbish to the outside bins. *red/general rubbish, yellow/bottles, plastic & tin cans, blue/paper &cardboard). Please leave all dirty linen on each bed so we don’t get it mixed up. Dirty towels can be left in the bath. Please do not leave any acquired goods on the property (e.g. scooters, children’s toys, surf boards etc without consulting owner). Any excess cleaning or rubbish removal will be charged. If you have an animal travelling with you please ensure they do not sleep on the beds and do not leave them for long periods alone and let them bark. There is a small patch of grass just to

Lizzy's Tamarama pad is a truly outstanding property. It's amazingly well equipped, spacious, with stunning outlook (from an enormous terrace) and its beautifully maintained. Lizzy is an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is a unique property with a wonderful relaxed feel to it. Also a perfect place to get some serious work done - its quite inspiring.
Jun 27, 2019Lizzy was the best host, and we fell in love with her beautiful home in the best spot in Sydney. Her home is beautifully equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday, and Lizzy is just downstairs if you need anything. Tamarama beach is literally a 2 minute walk, and our kids spent a lot of time playing in the grassy patch if they weren't catching waves! We have had the best holiday and will definitely be back.

The place is huge and very close to amazing beaches and beautiful costal promenades... lizzie was a super host, very helpfull and carefull about us having a good time. The terrasse is superb This place is marvellous!! We had a fantastic family time there we wont forgett
Jun 27, 2019The big question for me is would I want to stay here again, and the answer is yes - in a heartbeat. To watch the sun rise over Tamarama beach from the comfort of all the cushions in the 'boat' in the sitting room was a delight. Not an early riser? Don't worry, the lorikeets will have you up in plenty of time....!

Jun 27, 2019This place is pure magic! I had the most wonderful time with family and we had everything we needed in the house. The location the quiet and friiendly neighbourhood and the spectacular view of the ocean day and night makes this place a MUST to experience. Add to that a gracious host to welcone you and who is always around to assist. Highly recommended for families!
Jun 27, 2019We had an fantastic stay in Lizzy's apartment. The location was excellent and Lizzy was so helpful and accommodating (making sure we had some breakfast provisions after we arrived late at night which was so very much appreciated). The apartment was more than spacious enough for our family of 5. The worst thing about this apartment was having to leave those amazing views behind when we left! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone else and would stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019Great place right on Tamara Beach. Very cosy and great host who kept in contact prior and through our visit making it very comfortable for us. Easy check in, nice walking areas & very close to cafe's Bondi and surrounding beaches, Bondi Junction for shopping and an easy drive to City. Big spacious apartment with beautiful views and good entertaining areas. And a nice day bed (boat) overlooking beach for the perfect afternoon nap.

Jun 27, 2019This is a fantastic apartment. The view is to die for. It’s very large. It has great facilities. And Lizzy is really helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We came with 2 very small kids looking for a chilled out holiday in a cool area - this was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

Jun 27, 2019If you’re looking for a truly magical stay in Tama this is the place. During our week long stay we never wanted to leave the apartment that was peaceful and zen like. We enjoyed our mornings checking the surf from the balcony and then walking barefoot to the beach for multiple swims. Truly it’s a slice of heaven.

She is always responding in a small time! The house is just perfect! We are looking forward to come back I really love this place and fully recomend it!!!!

Jun 27, 2019Lizzy's place is just perfect! It is beautifully decorated and has a lovely calm and airy atmosphere. Very well appointed with everything you would need and a lovely balcony and day bed boat over looking the beach to chill. We took our two small children and it is a very baby/child friendly space. We were very comfortable and I would definitely recommend Lizzy's place and should we be in Sydney again we would definitely stay there.

Jun 27, 2019Lizzy's place was perfect for our family - it's open, airy, with a balcony, some toys for the kids, plenty of entertainment options and so close to the parks and beaches. Lizzy was an awesome host with great communication, some really nice touches (amenities and some food items) and we're really grateful that she was able to accommodate an earlier-than-normal checkin time which we appreciated after 30 hours of planes and airports. We could rave on for ages, but quite simply... we'd never stay anywhere else on a trip to Sydney.
Jun 27, 2019We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Tamarama from the spectacular view to the furnishings of the apartment which made our stay so special. We were greeted by yummy bread, fruit and other essentials which was greatly appreciated. The location was ideal for exploring Sydney with many great walks and beaches close by. Lizzie was a delightful host and we are already thinking about our next visit .

Here apartment was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and more and the location was amazing, close to the beach and a quick walk or bus ride to Bondi Beach. Lizzy went above and beyond to accommodate us and made us feel so welcome, she was wonderful. We have 3 small children and the apartment was perfect for our family, safe, clean and had plenty of toys and other amenities for the kids. We can't say enough great things about our stay.

The park next door was perfect for the our pet dog, we walked lots as Bondi was very close, lots of eating and shopping options around. Thank you Lizzy, we hope to be back, you are a great host, communication was perfect which made our stay easy and memorable.

Jun 27, 2019Lovely apartment in a fabulous location. Best location in Sydney in our opinion! The photos don’t do it justice. The view to the beach is lovely from the spacious terrace. The kitchen was great, with everything you could need plus.... great for foodies. The bed was extremely comfortable, especially nice after a long trip from the UK. Also there are ceiling fans everywhere which kept us nice and cool in the heatwave temperatures. We didn’t need to use the air con. Ice machine was a real plus too. We felt instantly at home and much preferred it to the flashier looking apartments on offer on Airbnb. Would be great for families too. Thanks again Lizzy for being so helpful and accommodating.

On top, Lizzy is a very considerate, helpful and responsive host, who'll do whatever she can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you're looking for a luxurious 'base' that's close to all the southern beaches, and provides easy access to Sydney centre, look no further. You'll never wanna leave...
