As it is in the center of Barcelona it is very well conected. Close to the flat you have metro stations (L3,L5), also train station if you want to go out of the city, Bus and full of taxis. From Prat airport to the flat: 1.by taxi it will cost around 40 euros 2.by comfortable aerobus, 7 eur/person which will let you at Catalunya square, 10 min walking from the appartment. The appartment is situated near the public transport and the great shopping street "Passeig de Gràcia" with a lot of shops, cafés and restaurants. Due to the central proximity the appartement is perfect for a sightseeing trip in Barcelona (10 min to walk to Plaça Catalunya, 2 min walk to the taxis and the bus stops). The appartment is newly renovated, with modern furniture and a beautiful old tiled floor and stucco work in some of the rooms. The automatic air conditioning for manual temperatur setting is very comfortable. The conservatory (winter garden) is a additional room with a view in the courtyard (the view is not very spectacular but it is very comfortable there). Since the appartment is in the city center there is no fabulos view from none of the windows - but this does not matter at all. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine in the modern kitchen (bring the capsules by your one or there is a Nespresso shop 100m away). We can fully recomand this special appartment and Lluis as perfect host in this wunderful city. Muchos gracias Lluis!! Marcella and familiy * * Das Appartment ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vom öffentlichen Verkehr und der grossen Einkaufsstrasse "Passeig de Gràcia" mit unzähligen Läden, Cafes und Restaurants. Ideal für einen Sightseeing-Aufenthalt in Barcelona, da zentral gelegen (ca. 10 min zu Fuss zur Plaça Catalunya, 2 min zum Taxi-Stand und Bus-Haltestellen). Wir waren zu 5. für drei Tage in Lluis Wohnung und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lluis war bei der Schlüsselübergabe bereits vor Ort und hat uns gute Tipps für Barcelona gegeben. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, modern eingerichtet und hat wunderschöne alte Böden und Stuckaturen in manchen Zimmern. Es hat eine automatische Lüftung: Die Temperatur kann manuell eingestellt werden (sehr angenehm). Der verglaste Raum („Wintergarten“) ist ein zusätzlicher Raum mit Aussicht auf den Innenhof (die Aussicht ist jetzt nicht wirklich atemberaubend, aber es ist sehr gemütlich). Eine schöne Aussicht gibt es von keinem Fenster aus, da sich die Wohnung Mitten in der Stadt befindet - Stört aber nicht. Es hat eine Nespresso-Kaffee-Maschine (Kapseln selber mitbringen oder 100m von der Wohnung gibt’s einen Nespresso-Shop). Wir können die Wohnung und Lluis als Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen. Jun 27, 2019Apartment´s location is top, just off Passeig de Gràcia. The apartment has a good & simple restauration preserving the original modernist floors & ceilings yet with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Lluis was a great helpful host & proved to be very professional. Highly recommended.
Jun 27, 2019Lluis is the perfect host, with great communication beforehand and a very warm welcome, he was also really flexible and understanding at check out too. The apartment is really well located and as shown in the pictures very clean, tidy and stylish. The apartment has great facilities, the kitchen is fully stocked (not the we needed to use it with so many great restaurants) and the shower was fantastic. The beds are really comfortable, and the rooms very quiet (if you have the windows closed) and there is air con. I would definitely book this place again and look forward to returning. Huge thanks!

Great location, close to the metro station on ‘Passeig de Garcia’. 5-10 min. walking distance to many attractions such as Gaudi’s casa mila, Plaça Catalunya, Rambla st. and more. The apartment is very big with all the needed facilities. It’s just been renovated and it’s clean and comfortable. Lluis was a great host. Help us with all our needs, even with ticket to Barcelona FC game. He was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, and gave us tip for good restaurants in the area. Highly recommended. I’m sure you’ll enjoy its as we did.

Jun 27, 2019Lluis is great. He was very responsive and accommodating. His apartment is even better than pictured. It is in a lovely area with many good restaurants near by (paco meralgo for example). Morning and evening coffees from his nespresso machine in the gallery were a treat. I would stay there again. Perfect for up to 6 people.
Jun 27, 2019Lluis is a perfect host in every respect. The apartment is lovely furnished with an eye on detail and good quality. You will find everything you could possibly need in there, starting from equipment (wlan, hairdryer, kitchen equipment etc.) to things like guides and books of Barcelona and Gaudi (in spanish) as well as brochures on tourist attractions. Lluis is very attentive and provides you with all kind of information. Thank you as well for the flexible check-in/out. The 6 of us were all happy to have chosen this apartment for our weekend-trip. We can highly recommend it!
Jun 27, 2019Me and my friends had a wonderful time at Lluis' apartment. The place was neat and clean, spacious and comfortable. A nice surprise was that the 'gallery' is really a balcony when you open the outside doors, so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. Lluis is a straightforward and very friendly host. The location is perfect for a weekend trip and I would definitely recommend this apartment to parties of 4-6.
Jun 27, 2019I traveled to Barcelona with 3 other adults and my 2 young girls. The house was fantastic (as was Lluis); I would gladly stay here again. Everything was great, the only thing I would warn you about is the Master Bedroom being loud at night as it faces the main street (noise of cars driving by etc.).
Jun 27, 2019We loved staying at this amazingly located, clean, spacious and hip apartment. We travel often and are very picky so trust this review. They thought of all the details and amenities and the kitchen was very well equipped (they even thought of paper towels, tin foil, plastic wrap) and all appliances were new. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms roomy for Europe. Our hosts were friendly and willing to help in any way to make our trip enjoyable. Two of our children got ill and the host even made an appointment for us with their pediatrician and emailed to check up on how the kids were feeling after. Now, that's service! Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer...
Jun 27, 2019We were warmly welcomed by our host on arrival even though it was quite late at night. The apartment was well set out, clean, tidy and large enough to accommodate 5 adults. Our host emailed us with suggestions for day trips. The maps provided about local restaurants and nearby supermarkets were appreciated. This apartment is in a great location in Barcelona, although a little noisy some nights. Barcelona is a wonderful city to visit and we can recommend taking the time to venture further out of the city.
Jun 27, 2019Lluis was a great host and very helpful! He met us as soon as we arrived, and showed us around the apartment, which was exactly as seen in the pictures. During our week's stay he e-mailed me info on local restaurants to visit, as well as was responsive to questions I had about the city. We traveled with our 6 month old, and he helped provide us with a crib on request. All in all, a great place to stay with a great host!

Für unsere kleinen Kinder hatte er kostenlos Babybetten und Hochstühle organisiert. Er hat sogar eine Spielecke mit für das Alter passendem Spielzeug eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Für Familien sehr gut geeignet! Es ist tatsächlich etwas laut. Es gibt nach ein paar Stufen einen kleinen nostalgischen Aufzug. Vielen Dank an Lluis für diese schöne Woche in Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great 3 night stay at Lluis's apartment. The communication was excellent throughout the process. Lluis gave us a tour of the apartment. He had a little map showing all the necessary information we needed in the area. The apartment was very comfortable clean, welcoming, beautifully decorated, lots of attention details and well appointed. Comfortable beds, rain shower and central heating was superb. Nice terrace with nice setting. Well equipped kitchen with welcoming fresh drink in the fridge and some coffee capsules! Location was perfect for us. Close to beautiful avenue Place Gracia and all the shops. The apartment truly made us feel home and we didn't want to go out! We highly recommend the apartment. Wish we stayed longer and hope to stay at your apartment again. Thanks a lot for making our stay very special.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Lluis and Lali's beautiful apartment was perfect. It is decorated really nicely in a clean modern vibe but with really nice furniture and objects, and the kitchen and bathrooms are brand new and beautifully done. The kitchen has all the plates and things you will need to really cook and there is an open market down the street, organic stores close by and beautiful produce available everywhere. The ceiling and floors were old style turn of the century so the contrast was really nice with the modern. I loved it!. The apartment is very well situated so all of our favorite restaurants and boutiques were within walking distance. Lluis was very easy to get in touch with and available for questions and he was accommodating for our departure. We really would love to stay there again. I highly recommend this perfect spot in Barcelona!
Jun 27, 2019Pro: Lluis is so nice and responsive. He even arranged our cab ride to the airport. Location can't be beat; the apt is literally in the Block of Discord, the best part of the Passeig de Gracia. Apt is well equipped with dishes and other home equipments. Con: In the master bedroom, the street noise can be little much on a saturday night, but I suppose that is part of city living. Second bathroom had a bit of sewage smell issue but it was mitigated by the air freshener.

Jun 27, 2019Wonderful apartment, fantastic located at the best part of Paseo de Gracia, just 1 min walking to la pedrera and 10 min walking to las ramblas. Its is really elegant, bright and very clean. We liked the contrast between clasic mosaic floors and high ceilins, with modern and styish furniture. The beds were very comfortable and we liked also very much bathrooms with relaxing rain showers. The kitchen was also modern and very nice and it has fully equipped with everything you may need. We also liked nice gallery with nice setting which we enjoyed. Lali is very friendly and was very flexible with our check in &out times, she also let some drinks in the fridge ans cofee capsules. I highly recommend to stay at this apartment, thank you very much Lali, I will definitly repeat when coming back to Barcelona
Jun 27, 2019I rented Lluis&Lali's apartment for my parents & my brother who came to BCN to visit us. They really enjoyed the flat: the location couldn’t be better just one block from Paseo de Gracia and very well connected to the city by bus or metro. No trick: The apartment is like the photos. A pleasant surprise: The building (There's no photo of it) is a very nice classic block with the facade recently restored. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice and brand new. My mother found that everything was very clean, and the kitchen very well equipped. My parents specially enjoyed the nespresso, toaster and tea maker for their breakfast. Special mention for beds!! My brother enjoyed sitting in the gallery in the evening (with a beer and windows opened) . Smart design: the modernist mosaic floors and high ceiling are mixed with modern objects. Lali was really nice and gave a very warm welcome to my family and she explained everything about the flat . I definitly recommend this wonderful spot at the heart of the city!! Jun 27, 2019I staying in Lluis and Lali's apartment for a week with 2 friends. It was perfect! Great location close to good restaurants, cool shops, Metro and easy walk to sights. The apartment was very comfortable for 3 adults. I loved the design in the apartment. Lluis was great host - he met us and showed us around and was available if we had any problems, but we had none. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone coming to Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful time at Luis' apartment. The location is phenomenal - really couldn't have been more central, safe and close to all the amenities and restaurants. The space itself is beautiful and well appointed. We were very comfortable with three adults and an 18 month old. Luis kindly set up the house with a travel cot and toys for our son which was much appreciated. I couldn't recommend this apartment more. We hope to come back!

He provided a map of the immediate neighborhood, so we could find coffee shops, restaurants, grocery, and transportation stops with no problem. The apartment was immaculate and just as described. A beautiful place with a perfect location! We loved our week in Barcelona.

Large kitchen/dining/living space was great for eating and conversation. Some building construction going on during the day which wasn't a big deal since we were gone most of the time. Host was readily available.

Jun 27, 2019My partner and family had a wonderful time at Lluis's apartment - it really is an incredible location - close to the heart of the city and Barcelonas fabulous public transport - the recommendations for local restaurants and markets were spot on - Lluis made us very welcome and responded with any queries en route immediately !!! After a hard day of touristing in the heat returning to the glorious showers was a delight - we could cook in the fabulous kitchen or head out to one of the many restaurants - great fun

Jun 27, 2019Luis was a super accommodating host, the apartment location was fantastic. We visited with our family (2, 4 and 6 years old). They loved it, and the central location made it really easy to visit local sites and attractions. Only minor point is that parking is only available for small or mode size cars, but there is very easy economic local parking for bigger cars. Again a great visit and accommodation and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to explore the heart of Barcelona! Jun 27, 2019Luis's apartment is lovely, and exactly as described. It's in a great location, and we (4 adults and a 15 month old) were very comfortable there. Luis was able to provide us with a crib, high chair, and lots of toys for the baby to play with. The water pressure in the showers is wonderful, and we never had an issue with hot water. The gallery turns into a balcony with the doors open, so we were able to enjoy our evenings out there with a glass of wine. Luis was very responsive both before and during our stay, answering any questions we had. A couple of potential issues: The interior of the apartment is very quiet, but there is quite a bit of street noise in the two main bedrooms. Luckily, none of us had an issue with sleeping through it. (The third bedroom is located along the interior atrium, so traffic noise wasn't an issue in there.) The elevator is quite small - we had to collapse the stroller to get it in, then only one person and the stroller could ride the elevator, while someone else would have to carry the baby up or down the stairs (or wait for the elevator to come back). Neither of those things bothered us, though, and we would still recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Barcelona! (One trick we learned towards the end of our stay - even though the Passage de Gracia Metro station is a bit closer, it's a mess to navigate. Try walking an extra block to the Diagonal station - so worth it!)
Jun 27, 2019This was possibly our best air BnB accommodation yet. The location was PERFECT! Just off the main road and walking distance to la rumbla. Bus stops and taxi ranks on the corner. Hotel Majestic 20 metres away for awesome rooftop drinks. A unique little bar across the road with a great vibe. The apartment itself is very funky! One of the owners is an architect with extremely good taste so we felt really special hanging out in the apartment. Super clean, all modern facilities, fantastic furnishings and features. And the wifi was really good! (we had experienced some really slow connections in other cities of Europe this trip). 5 of us slept very comfortably. The day before we arrived we were told they had just installed double glazed Windows in the bedrooms as some previous guests mentioned they could hear street noise. This has obviously worked perfectly, as we could not hear a thing at night. Lluis left us a detailed laminated map with all the recommended places for supermarkets, breakfast locations bars etc which really helped us find our way around. 35€ in a taxi from the airport which wasn't too bad either, with Lluis waiting out the front to greet us upon arrival. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has never been to Barcelona before as it made our stay so memorable.
Jun 27, 2019Its a simple and efficient experience. The apartment is really central, with a lot of amenities nearby. The three rooms are spacious, with a great living and kitchen area. I would actually stay at that place again if I were to return to Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Luis was a very communicative host and very helpful. He was very patient with us even though we had problems at the airport and was delayed. He was even thoughtful enough to leave some toys to entertain our two young children! The apartment was exactly as described. It was a huge apartment (will easily fit 6), very well appointed and very comfortable. The location was awesome as well and very safe. We were able to walk to all the main sites even though we had 2 young children. Definitely very happy with our choice and had a great time.

Jun 27, 2019Lali was very welcoming and helpful and the apartment was just like the photos. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped and quiet - especially given its proximity to the central location. I would definitely recommend this apartment and go back again. Lali helpfully let us have an early check-in upon arrival and I had access to the apartment where I could leave my bag on the day of departure as my return flight was no until the evening. An excellent find!

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is EXCELLENT! Best location, bright and airy, stylishly furnished to a very high standard, with kind and friendly hosts, what more can one ask for? Some background: I have stayed in perhaps a dozen Airbnb apartments before: 1 in New York, the rest all in Europe. This is possibly the best apartment of all the ones I stayed in. In doing research I see many guests say their apartments are well located -- well that's because they havent stayed at THIS apartment! Not only is it close to 2 metro stations and several bus lines, it is just half a block away from Passeig de Gracia and within 4 minutes walk of 3 modernist buildings (2 of which are Gaudi landmarks), and close to a throng of good restaurants. I didnt even take the metro on most days and just walked instead. Extremely safe neighbourhood and apartment. The apartment boasts high ceilings and original signature tiles and *beautiful* ceiling relief details (from like 90 years ago but all well maintained and kept very well and EXTREMELY CLEAN). Makes you feel like living in a historic building, renovted with latest modern comforts. Kitchen all fitted with BOSCH appliances. Master en-suite bathroom is 5-star hotel standard and large, with good water pressure and plentiful hot water. Entire apartment tastefully furnished and decorated (Luis works in construction and his wife is an architect, it is obvious they both brought their professional expertise in refurbishing this apartment). I stayed during December so the enclosed terrace was fantastic as it allows full benefit from the light but one can still enjoy the lofty space without being cold as it is enclosed by glass. In the summer the floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened to fully enjoy the weather. Well equipped, heating works well. Cleaned by a professional cleaning company and is Very Clean (explains the high cleaning fee!). This apartment can truly host 6 people and not feel crammed and still leave adequate social space (some apartments claim they can hold 6 people but actually cannot comfortably host more than 4!). Some older reviews talked about noise issue. About 3 months ago Luis put in triple glazing (yes, the third layer, hence TRIPLE glazing) so the bedrooms are totally quiet now. From talking to other travellers in Barcelona I understand many well located apartments suffer from noise issues (quite inevitably), but this apartment doesn't! The building has a lift but there are 9 steps before you get to the elevator. Not a problem unless someone in your party has mobility issues. I would definitely want to stay here again should I return to BCN. Highly recommend!
Jun 27, 2019We had a fantastic stay in Barcelona, our first trip to this magnificent city! The apartment was just as pictured and the location was amazing! We were there the week before Christmas and it was a lovely, relaxing trip, made so much better by Lluis and Lali's thoughtful restaurant recommendations and overall responsiveness. We tried numerous eateries suggested by them and we're thrilled every time. There are great places right around the corner, a fabulous flower market down the road, and excellent supermarkets a couple blocks away. We can't wait to go back!! Thank you Lluis and Lali!
Jun 27, 2019Lali was a great host and the apartment was great! Communication was always there if we needed anything. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. They even put two single beds together since we were 2 couples and initially only one bedroom came with a queen bed. I would recommend this place to anybody staying in Barcelona!

Jul 27, 2019We could not have been happier with the apartment and our entire experience. It was our first time renting an Airbnb so were a little nervous but Llui's put us at ease from the start. We were a diverse group, divorced parents traveling with our 17 year old daughter to visit our son who is studying in Barcelona this semester. As you can imagine the 3 bedrooms and living space was key. The apartment is exactly as pictured and the location everything Llui's said it was. Llui's could not be there when we arrived but he arranged for the very nice and helpful Jose to fill in. He was great and guided us from the airport and showed us around and made us feel very welcome. He was a great source of restaurant info and we used his top two recommdations and they were great. Our whole visit was beyond what I imagined and the apartment was such a key. I can not recommend it high enough

We felt as if we lived in Barcelone. the area is great and very central. A little noisy saturady night. After a long day visiting the city we were happy to come back to the flat in the evenning to cool out.

Jun 27, 2019Lluis was easy to contact and met us at the apartment after we took a taxi from the airport. He explained the details of the apartment(washer/dryer/TV remotes/thermostat/stove etc). The apartment was nice and clean with plenty of space for our family of four. The neighborhood was upscale, quiet at night (usual city noises) and has plenty of places to eat within walking distance (try Emmas a block away for dinner and the epicerie across the street for breakfast) . The apartment is very conveniently located and nearby to most of the major sites or tour buses that will take you there. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Lluis and Lali were great hosts, and it made it effortless to get the keys. Great neighborhood. We walked everywhere. Will definitely rent this place again the next time we're in Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019We kept in touch with Lali from the booking of the appartement to our leaving through pleasant messages very useful to organise our trip. We loved the apartement which mixes character (very nice high molding ceiling and floor tiles...) and trendy decoration. It is in the center of the elegant modernist historic area, very close (5 min) to main Gaudi buildings (Pedrera, Casa Batllo...) and near to a central station (train to the airport and underground). It is also quiet, perfectly clean and well-equipped.

Jun 27, 2019Luís apartment is very well located, close to passeig de gracia. It is near metros, coffe shops and bakeries. It is also well equipped, clean and new inside. Luis is also very attentive host. Always available when we need. I have just a few comments on the stay. The pillows could be better or have more options. For us, it was a little hard. The other observation is regarding the shower. We were in 4 adults and 2 children. About the third bath, water becomes warm, almost cold. Besides it, we loved to stay there.

When my mother required medical attention, Lluis was very helpful by directing us to options of care. Very much appreciated. The apartment was amazing. Beautifully appointed comfortable, clean and so central to everything. It was an excellent haven to return to at the end of a busy day. It was perfect for our family group of 6. I would highly recommend Lluis-Lali's apartment to stay.

Jun 27, 2019Great location & apartment. The pictures were the same in reality as those posted online. Decent sized bedrooms and 2 good modern bathrooms. Apartment's location was close to many restaurants and the main road through the city centre which includes many of the international and Spanish designer brands. Unfortunately we didn't meet the owners during our week's stay. But they did provide easy collection of the keys and gave us loads of information about the area via a printed letter.

As for the apartment, it was clean, spacious, and had many excellent amenities that we used daily such as the hairdryer and espresso machine. Luis welcomed us to the apartment and even let us drop off our luggage before check in time so we would not have to store it elsewhere until the afternoon. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Barcelona.

We had a larger car (minivan) that could not fit in the apartment garage so we parked in a nearby garage. Lluis came to the garage with me to purchase a multi-day pass at a reduced parking fee.

Location was ideal for us, and logistics made so much simpler by our hosts' careful instructions and thoughtful recommendations. Central A/C was a great gift after day of urban sightseeing in the August sun. Appreciated the well-equipped kitchen complete with Nespresso machine. We would definitely stay there again!
Jun 27, 2019Great location near to Gaudi sites, main shopping strip and a short walk (20min) to the gothic quarters. Clean, well designed and spacious. Loved the original tiles and elaborate ceilings. There is a very cool old lift, but very small (ie 2-3 people or 3 suitcases only).
Jul 27, 2019I would highly recommend Lluis's place - you simply cannot beat the location. You are one-half block off Passeig de Gracia right between Casa Batllo and Casa Mila (the two must see local Gaudi designs). Even with this proximity, it is relatively quiet due to double windows. The apartment is very well appointed with lots of space, high ceilings, and casual elegance. Very comfortable and would highly recommend staying here.

Jun 27, 2019From the very beginning of the booking Lluis made me feel very comfortable from the other side of the world in Australia , your biggest fear is no communication being far away , however Lluis was brilliant in every way . He even helped with our sight seeing options. The apartment is perfectly located and fantastic for a family of 5 - very quiet whilst very clue to all the action ! I would highly recommend it to any one .

The apartment was very spacious and exactly as described in the listing. It is located in a very lively area with easy access to endless restaurants and access to the top Gaudi sights. The apartment is located near a large transportation hub, providing access to the entire city in minutes.

Jun 27, 2019Communicating with Lluís and Lali was easy. Lluís met us during check-in and show us the use and features of the apartment. The apartment was comfortable for 4 adults. It had a well equipped kitchen, we only used it for breakfast, spacious and clean bathrooms and a nice terrace of the living space. In terms of location it cannot be beat, just around the corner from The Majestic Hotel, between both Casa Milà and Casa Batlló and a couple of blocks from one of my favorite tapas bar (Tapas 24) in the city and two blocks south of Praktik, one of my favorite bakeries. Lluís was diligent and helpful in terms of coordinating transportation back to the airport and giving us suggestions around the neighbourhood. I'd recommend this apartment to future guests.

We had our breakfasts at home and kitchen was very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops and major attractions. Metro station is 3 min from the apartment. It was perfect for our family of three.
Jun 27, 2019The two families had a great stay at this nice apartment. The location is superb! Two minutes to the subway, 50 meters to the Gracia street, four minutes to Casa building, we even walked back from Nou Camp stadium after the game. The room is clean and has a well equipped kitchen, we did breakfast every morning, and late night snack for the kids after a long touring day. The two families sitting together to have a meal in a foreign apartment was really nice experience. And there are three bedrooms and there is a window in each and every room, we all had good sleep in the 6 days of our stay. I will definitely recommend this apartment to all. The host is very responsive and considerate, very easy to communicate. The rest is for my Chinese folks. :) 这个公寓很赞!在巴萨最繁华的地段,从机场转一趟地铁就可以到,大约40分钟,下地铁走几百米就到了｡走一条街就有一家中餐馆,味道还是可以的,我们连吃了两晚｡从这里去米拉之家和巴特罗公寓只要5分钟,走到圣家堂和毕加索博物馆只要25分钟,走到波盖利亚集市可以坐地铁,两站路,走路也只要25分钟｡看完巴萨的球赛,我们走回来花了50分钟,边走边逛也不累,打车过去也只要10欧不到吧｡出门到格拉西亚大街的Armani店门口就可以坐outlets的大巴车,很方便｡ 公寓有三间房,一件大床代独立的卫生间,两间小房间,有两张单人床,如果是两个家庭,有点小尴尬,因为有一家两口子要分开睡单人床｡:)厨房里啥都有,佐料和油都提供,电磁炉其实还是比较好用的,习惯就好｡我带了方便面,早餐都是鸡蛋,面包,方便面｡ 祝你们入住愉快｡

Jun 27, 2019This is a very nice apartment in an excellent location and is exactly as described. It was a nice mix of modern and traditional elements. The elevator is small but useful. Shopping is convenient and we cooked several meals ourselves The host/owner communicated with us throughout the process and met us for check-in to explain everything. I would highly recommend this place for a family traveling with children.

Jun 27, 2019This is a very nice unit and despite being on or near two main roads is very quiet. When we were there, there was some construction noise that stated relatively late so not an issue and host had told us about it in advance and offered a change to a different location which we declined and were glad we did. The location is perfect and the unit is quite large. There is everything supplied that you might need for a few days stay. The host is very responsive to questions and the people that help with check in are very flexible. I would recommend this unit highly and would stay again when in Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed staying at this flat for our Barcelona vacation. It was large enough for our group and well laid out. The bathrooms were nice and I was glad to have the soaking tub in the master bedroom after days of 15+ miles of walking (soaking the feet were the only thing that helped!). We barely used the kitchen as we ate out at all of the fantastic restaurants so close by, but we appreciated that it was stocked. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was amazing. We hadn't planned on washing anything but after an accidental spill of coffee down my jacket while walking one day, it was nice to have. The beds and pillows were comfy -- which is incredibly nice when you are traveling and exhausted each day. Location can't be beat -- walk out your front door and you are at Passeig de Gracias and 2 blocks from Casa Batllo. You can also walk a mile to the Gothic District which was pretty quick. Area is super safe and felt fine walking home very late at night. Highly recommend. PS. We had a snafu with the key to the apartment and the battery died for the door. Called Lluis and he promptly came to the apartment around 8pm. Had to get a locksmith out and everything. We were tired and exhausted but we went downstairs and got a few beers and within an hour and a half, it was fixed. Lluis picked up our tab and got us into the apartment so we could shower and go to bed. I was pleased with how he handled it and was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend him as a host.

The apartment had the old world charm with high ceilings , large windows and fabulous Spanish tiles , but still had the amenities of a very modern apartment . Located in the prime area of Barcelona but still it was so quiet . The metro is a 3 minutes walk , but it was just easy to hail a cab as everything is really very close by . It was convenient to have a grocery shop just round the corner . The check in process was very quick and simple . Easy to communicate and he was waiting for us with the keys . Luis and Lali have really thought of everything . It was almost like staying in an hotel . They had even put a cold water bottle for us in the fridge . Every time we come to Barcelona we would like to stay here

It is within walking distance to several attractions and the owners are friendly and very quick to reply enjoying your stay is comfortable. The washer and dryer is an added bonus. Perfect!

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is beautiful, well appointed, and in a perfect central location. It is close to everything but on a quiet street. You can walk everywhere, but there is also a taxi stand and a metro stop just a few steps from the apartment. We loved sitting in the sunroom and having our coffee in the morning or a cava in the evening. The tile floors and plaster ceilings were spectacular. Rooms were very comfortable. This was our first time using an airbnb. Louis and Lali were gracious hosts in both the planning and during our vacation. Thank you so much!

Jun 27, 2019Check in and check out were easy. The hosts also communicate well and respond quickly. Check in is through a third party. The apartment is located in an excellent spot just a minutes walk away from Passeig de Gràcia where you can find plenty of high street and also designer shops. Plaça Catalunya is about a brisk 10-15 minute walk away - this is the meeting and drop off point for most group tours. There are lots of food options around as well as several convenience stores. Overall, the place was comfortable although it is definitely shows some wear in real life compared to the photos. The master bedroom was comfortable but the other 2 bedrooms would be a little tight if two people with large luggages each stayed in either. The kitchen had sufficient equipment for making simple meals. The coffee machine with some capsules provided was a nice touch.
Jun 27, 2019We were given a warm greeting on our arrival at the very beautiful and spacious apartment that had all the requirements for our stay in the great city of Barcelona. The proximity to the very heart of Barcelona made everything so accessible and easy for us and we would not hesitate to take up another booking at Lluis and Lali’s place. Absolutely no complaints and just wish we could have made use of the excellent kitchen facilities but we were on a “Boy’s weekend” and took advantage of some excellent nearby restaurants in particular The Boca Grande which shouldn’t be missed.
