The location is very central in Waikiki. it's very easy to walk everywhere, and the ABC store across the street or the Starbucks down the block is very convenient for a morning coffee and a walk along the beach. You are in the center of stores, restaurants and night life, but because of that, it may get a little nosy in the evenings. Especially the weekends. This apartment is such a good value, and the tenants and staff are so friendly. Highly recommend!

Jun 27, 2019Good location if you're looking to be in Waikiki--somewhat older building but it includes a parking stall, which is essential if you'll have a vehicle as street parking in Waikiki is extremely difficult. Unit was fairly clean, and the AC worked well enough to keep the place comfortable. Large kitchen with a good supply of dishes and cookware. No problems with the wireless internet. Waikiki is not my favorite place on the island, for a variety of reasons, but if you're looking for a touristy experience this unit is a decent place to stay.

Jun 27, 2019Place was exactly as described in the comments. Can't speak highly enough about the location with short walk to beach and good quality food. Amenities and availability of a parking space were also great for the price. Just be sure to bring ear plugs for a good nights sleep

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is in a fantastic spot, incredibly close to everything. The room was a good size for the 2 of us and we found it very handy having the kitchen to utilise. The kitchen contained everything you could need. Very neat and clean, would stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019A perfect place to stay if you wanna live close to the tourist area of waiks but still have a parking spot to be able to rent a car and drive around the island. It's a good place to live. We stayed 3 girls in this apartment and it worked fine
Jun 27, 2019The Apartment and the Condo are very nice and located in the best position that you could find in waikiki (near waikiki beach and 50mt far from the main shopping/restaurant/hotel street) In the apartment there are two comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom and a small terrace. There is also a small but very full equipped kitchen. Restaurants in waikiki are wonderful but "a little bit" expensive (we are two people and we have never paid less than 100 $ for a dinner, eating only main courses and desserts and drinking water ). Fortunately we could cooked at home some food for our breakfasts and lunches saving in this way a lot of money!The reserved parking included is another added value. If you really want to enjoy the Island, you must have a car!daily parking rate in hotel or private garage goes from 15 to 30 $ in Waikiki!Having a free parking just near your house is really convenient. We didn't meet Lei personally but his instruction about how to get the apartment's key and to leave the house at the end of the vacation have been clear and exhaustive. I absolutely suggest this apartment to everyone who would like to spend some time in this heavenly island.

Jun 27, 2019Very great location, central to everything. Super convenient to elevator, laundry and trash access as it's right outside the unit. Parking is a Plus! Easy street access through either side due to the alley next to the building since the property is on a one way street.
Jun 27, 2019we loved the location of the apartment, it has everything required for staying for 3 people. a cute little balcony to sit on and relax as the sun goes down. The place has washing facilities which is good (washer and dryer) and a pool located on level 4 (though we did not use it). The wifi initially we had issues using but was quickly dealt with by the host and up and running by day 3 and refunded a portion for thr days we did not have access to it. overall a great location and property for exploring hawaii and coming back to after some great adventures out
Jun 27, 2019从入住到离开特别的顺利方便!房间非常干净整洁!像回到自己的家一样!位置特别的好!去海边五分钟路程,去商场､免税店也是五分钟路程,附近吃饭的地方很多!只是周五周六晚上十点后附近的bar很吵,警察都出动了来制止喧哗｡ It's very convenience from check in to check out, and I'm loving it. It's nice location that convenient to the beach and shops. Only noisy after 10 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Jun 27, 2019Location, location, location! This is right in the heart of waikiki and the condo is a nice short walk to everything. The few issues we had were the bathtub was clogged and would drain and when I tried to reach the host it went to voicemail. Otherwise it was great for the location, many towels, bedding, etc. Convenient laundry and trash chute right across the apartment as well as a parking spot that comes with the apartment.
Jun 27, 2019初めてのﾊﾜｲ旅行でした｡ 妻と幼児と3人で行きましたが､ﾍﾞﾋﾞｰﾍﾞｯﾄもあり非常に有り難かったです｡ 場所は本当にﾋﾟｶｲﾁで中心街なのでどこの行くのも不自由しませんでした｡ ﾎｽﾄさんにも色々案内して貰い充実した宿泊になりました｡ また是非使いたいと思います! It was my first trip to Hawaii. I went with my wife and an infant with three people, but there was also a baby bed and I was very thankful. The place was really central and it was not far from where I was going. It became a fulfilling accommodation that the host was also able to guide you a lot. I also want to use it by all means!

Jun 27, 2019The location was amazing. In the heart of Waikiki near tons of shopping, food and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Parking was great and free and there's lots of public transportation as well. The room was perfect for my wife and I. We stayed 3 weeks and it worked for us. The beds were not the best. A little thin but we slept okay. The pool was nice. You can usually get in without anyone else there. The check in process was easy. This isn't the typical Airbnb experience. They stated in the enormous email that they may charge you for contacting them. A little weird for Airbnb. Decent cleaning fee but be sure to take out your trash and wash and dry the dishes before leaving or you'll be charged, as the enormous email says. We loved our stay here. The view is great. We would definitely recommend it for those wanting a budget friendly comfortable vacation.

However, there is a serious issue (no one's fault): the downtown area is very noisy in mid night (probably before 0 a.m.) and there is virtually no sound isolation. If you prefer early-to-bed, even earplugs would hardly save you. Pros: - Clean, full set of kitchenware. - Easy and free parking. Free fast WIFI. - Many shopping and dining choices nearby. - Close to the beach. Cons: - Very noisy before 0 a.m. . OK in the morning. - AC very noisy and ineffective, though you would rarely need it.
Jun 27, 2019This place is in the middle of all of the Wakiki shopping/food destinations and about a 5minute walk to the beach. The included parking made this AirBnB a great value as there is limited free parking in Wakiki and at least a 10minute walk from the nearest location or would need to pay $20-40 per lot/night.

Jun 27, 2019The place was in a great location and the price was so affordable and reasonable. Its a block away from nightlife and shopping district of Waikiki. Its on a high floor and has a great view from the balcony. Thanks for letting us stay here. Theres no negative review but only suggest that this place is more of just using the place to sleep, or more of a bachelor pad I guess. I say this because I was staying with my wife and son. The apartment definitely has awesome potential to make it feel more lively or inviting if they upgraded the apartment, example instead of putting a patio outdoor table set inside maybe have a nice dining table with chairs. Air condition needs an upgrade, a little too noisy. The apartment does look exactly like what the picture shows. But other than that the beds and sheets were clean and so was the bed. The wifi internet and cable tv was a plus.

Jun 27, 2019I hate the leave a negative review, but I also feel that being honest is important in this situation. My fiancé and I booked this condo for a week to celebrate our engagement. We saw that the reviews were great, however our experience was anything but. Unfortunately, we were in the room a total of 30 minutes before we called air bnb to cancel and get a refund. When we walked into the condo, you could immediately smell a strong odor of mold and the air was very thick. We were tired from traveling so we tried to take a little nap, but within 20 minutes of being in there we were both coughing, had sore throats and headaches. Even the sheets smelled like mildew. I checked around the room and bathroom to see if there was any visible mold, and found spores around the A/C unit and a large area of black mold on the wall right outside of the window. It also looked like the corner of the wall, close to the ceiling by the window had been wiped clean and mold residue was sort of smeared around. I have respiratory issues, so once I realized that there was mold in the unit, I became very concerned. We referred back to the host's listing and messages they sent, and they stated "* If you call us, we may be a charge fee." That in itself is ridiculous. They sent us a couple of messages that were very long and full of all the charges we could potentially expect, which made us feel unwelcome and almost like we had done something wrong before we even got there. So rather than contacting the host, we called air bnb, sent them photos of the mold and ended up getting a credit to find another place to stay. The process took all afternoon so we had to cancel our plans and basically lost a day of our trip trying to get it sorted out. Two days later, I finally stopped coughing. I really hate to leave such a negative review, but mold is a serious issue which could lead to people getting sick. Unfortunately, I don't recommend staying here. The price is decent, but what does it matter if you end up spending your trip sick?
Jun 27, 2019Location and free parking are the advantages of this house. I saw the most cockroaches in my life and my husband actually caught ten. The air conditioner is very noisy and the windows can not shut down the outside. The sound of the concert, the sound of the construction, the sound of the car, and the street sounds perfect inside the room. For three days, I felt very tired and uncomfortable. It is remembered as the worst room.
Jun 27, 2019Lei Hawaiiさん本当にありがとうございました｡困ってお電話差し上げてしまっても､親切で丁寧な対応をしていただき助かりました｡ 又ｺﾝﾄﾞﾐﾆｱﾑの管理ｽﾀｯﾌの方々もとても優しく､色々と教えて頂きました｡ お部屋には必要とする全てのものが揃っており､食料さえ買えば後は本当に何も要らない位です! ただ1つだけ星を下げたのは窓の一部が木製格子の様なものなので､中心街故に夜中も大騒ぎの声､ｻｲﾚﾝ等の騒音が半端ないです｡これは唯一の難点なので耳栓でｶﾊﾞｰするのがﾍﾞｽﾄですね笑 その他はｺｽﾊﾟ含めてﾊﾟｰﾌｪｸﾄ! またぜひLei Hawaiiさんに頼みたいと思います｡本当にありがとうございました!Mahalo!!

Jun 27, 2019The location is good, public transportation is close. But, it is really noisy in the night and the room is not really soundproof. It would be little difficult to get to the parking lot if you drive. The price is cheap, but the cleaning fee is quite expensive.
Jun 27, 2019The place was pretty much as described. It offered the basic needs and a comfortable place to rest your head. It was clean and a decent size for myself and two friends. We got up and out for the day in the morning and would come home in the evenings to sleep. Overall, good price, good location, basic amenities, easy interactions with host.

Jun 27, 2019ﾜｲｷｷ中心部でどこに行くにもとても便利でした｡ﾊﾞｽ停も近い｡ 1つ難点はうるさいこと｡窓の一部が木のﾌﾞﾗｲﾝﾄﾞだけになっていて､そこから外の騒音が聞こえます｡ほとんど疲れて寝てしまったのでよかったですが､うるさくて眠れない日もありました｡神経質な方は辞めたほうがいいですが､それ以外は本当にとても良かったです!また機会があればお願いしたいです｡

Jun 27, 2019Place had a lots of plumbing issues since the day we checked in. Unable to use the bathroom. But had us use another bathroom in another unit that was on a different floor. They did fix it but there was also water leak issue that happened. And after that bathroom had issues again. Hopefully they fix the issues for the next tenants. Overall location and the unit is nice.

Jun 27, 2019great place to stay that's centrally located in Waikiki. Lots of places to eat nearby, close to shopping and a short walk to the beach. The studio is comfortable and ac works well, not to many channels on cable but with the wifi I was able to use my Netflix account by connecting my laptop to the tv with a hdmi cord. It's a great place in a great location at a very reasonable price. I'd definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019Super clean and cute room!! Was a Super Good Deal for us!! The room was good size for 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 kid. They got 1 bed for kid between the beds. The host was super nice. The communication was always on time. Since we had a nice communication before we have stayed, we visited their office nearby the condo. They treated us like a family! We did not need to stop by host's office to check in. Just go to the condo before the front gate closed around 8 pm since the keys were in the mailbox inside the front gate. And just dropped the keys inside the mailbox. Super easy check in and out. I saw some complain in the review, but I guess they all forget how much they paid for the place, i guess. For the noise from the street from the past review, we thought nothing. I guess since the noisy pubs and clubs in front of this Marine Surf Condo were closed due to the renovation, the place gets more quiet than before. For this price, they should thank the hosts and never complain about anything. It was one third of the normal Hawaii low class hotel rate. But the unit was much better than the hotel we stayed before. They even include the parking space! I think this parking lot was the easiest parking space in Waikiki. Overall no complain at all. Truly we have stayed many hotel and condos so far, but this vacation rental offered by Lei Hawaii was way better than others. And please Do not trust any bad reviews. People complain even a small thing especially for those who forget how much they paid for this condo. This is way cheaper than the hotel, so do not complain!! Will be best deal for you.

Jun 27, 2019The unit was as expected. Parking and location are the major benefits. The unit was clean with good hot water and pressure. The internet had a strong signal. The outside noise level was quite high due to the gaps by the AC. Also the TV didn’t work but we spent little time in the room. The are many rules to follow after you’ve committed to stay there. I would recommend.

Jun 27, 2019One thing my whole family liked about the place is the great location, just minutes walk from Waikiki beach, and plenty of food choices close by. We stayed for a week and was provided with plenty of towels, the place was nice and clean with a cozy and comfortable feel. Would definitely recommend to a friend and/ stay again!
Jun 27, 2019It's the perfect place to live in and explore Waikiki, just a quick walk to the beach and in the center of delicious food and great malls. You will really enjoy your stay here, the only thing is the sound of the city goes on pretty late, other than that, a superb spot. Especially if you have a car rental, there is a designated spot for you!
