It is next door (about 50m) to Casa da Música of architect Rem Koolhaas authorship where you can see building uniqueness as well as benefit from quality, diverse and constant programming . It is very close to public transport, shopping and access to and from the city. Despite being very well located and central it is extremely quiet and peaceful, ideal for vacation for two or for a some family days.

The apartment is extremely well located, close to the Casa da Musica Metro Station and bus stops. It is also 50 meters from the Casa da Musica, 200 meters from restaurants and shops and 500m shopping areas. It is approximately 1 km of access to and from the city!

É proibido fumar e ter animais. Entre as 22h00m e as 09h00m é proibido fazer barulho e incomodar os vizinhos já que é a sua hora de descanço. It is a non-smoking house and it's not allowed to have animals. Between 22:00 and 09h00m is forbidden to make noise and disturb the neighbours since it is their time to rest.

It was great to stay at this place, it looks like the pictures show, works well for one or 2 people, very comfortable and in a good location. I was able to easily get to where I needed to go, and was also easy to just walk around. The apartment itself was clean and cozy, Rita was very friendly upon arrival and always responsive when I had any questions, before, during and after my stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Jun 27, 2019Rita no pudo recibirnos en casa, pero envío a una compañera muy amable que nos ayudó en todo lo posible. La casa es muy acogedora y llena de detalles que la hacen especial (como la fruta o el café) El barrio es tranquilo y queda a una media hora andando de las zonas más turísticas. La recomiendo!
Jun 27, 2019Rita fue muy amable y comprensiva ante nuestras necesidades en todo momento ! El apartamento es muy acogedor, está todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado. Se sitúa en una zona muy buena con todos los servicios necesarios próximos.Totalmente recomendable.

Jun 27, 2019Nos alojamos mi familia y yo, en total tres personas, en el apartamento de Rita durante tres noches. Rita no pudo recibirnos, pero vino Cristina, que fue muy amable y nos explicó todo con claridad. El apartamento estaba limpio y provisto de todo lo necesario para el día a día teniendo de todo para cocinar:vajilla, aceite, sal... A su vez tenía productos de limpieza y de higiene personal. Está ubicado a menos de cinco minutos andando de la parada de metro de Casa de Música. Si volviéramos a Porto, repetiremos.

Jun 27, 2019Appartement propre et très bien situé pour visiter Porto en quelques jours ! Communication excellente de la part de l'hôte (réactivité). Le logement est conforme au descriptif, vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance. L'appartement est proche de tout : commerces, station de métro, bus, casa de musica (je vous y recommande un concert !), aéroport. Très pratique pour pouvoir rayonner dans les différents endroits à visiter sur Porto .
Jun 27, 2019I enjoyed my stay at Rita's apartment. It was clean, cosy and the location was great, just 50 or so metres from the nearest metro station. Rita was a good host, easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone who comes to beautiful Porto.
