Nous avons passé 3 nuits formidables chez Enrique. Il nous a bien accueillir avec une bouteille de cava et des super gâteaux l’appartement corresponds toute à faite aux photos et très propre. Avec 5min de marche jusqu'au centre-ville dans un résidence familiale et propre. Je le conseille fortement. Merci Enrique ;)

Jun 27, 2019My friends and I arrived at Enrique's place and although we did not meet Enrique in person he was easy to contact and his friend met us to let us in to the apartment and gave us some tips on where to go. The apartment is clean and large, exactly as it looks in the pictures and we had a lovely stay here while in Barcelona! Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Barcelona :)
Jun 27, 2019The host (Clementine) was very nice and spent time answering questions about the apt. and area. She had cheese, bread, cherries and champagne waiting for us which was very welcoming. We felt good in that we could call on her or Enrique anytime for questions and advice. The safe was not operable when we arrived but after a few days it was fixed. The listing pictures are exactly as they appear. The apt. was very clean and updated. Very comfortable! The neighborhood was nice, with a grocery store very near and a coffee shop in front. We felt safe there although my husband was pickpocketed close by in his front pocket first day we were there. My advice is to stay away from smaller roads in this area. I know this can happen anywhere, we travel a lot and are very vigilant in keeping our belongings safe. We were lucky this time, they only took his cell phone. I would stay in this apartment again when I return to Barcelona. Host was very responsive and helpful with all emails.
Jun 27, 2019the place was luvly..just like the pics. the apartment entrance was dingy and dated but we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the (Website hidden by Airbnb) was clean, well lit, modern and luvly. location was also central .....metro very close by. recommended!
Jun 27, 2019We loved the apartment! Very clean, fresh, modern, equipped with anything we needed, and comfortable for our family of 7 (5 adults & 2 babies). We were welcomed with big smiles of two girls that showed us around and offered us local tips, as well as wine, fresh water, muffins and fruits! They even arranged our airport transportation! The location is great, only 5 min walk from the Gothic Quarter and two minutes walk from the metro station. We would stay again and we highly recommend this place to other visitors.
Jun 27, 2019Apartment was exactly as in photos - Enrique very kindly left us a 'welcome gift' of a bottle of Cava in the fridge. He was very understanding and helpful, despite us having to re-arrange our arrival time at the last minute.
Jun 27, 2019Never having been to Barcelona before we didn't know what to expect from the area we were staying in. Using the hop on/off bus was a great way to get our bearings as well as see other areas of Barcelona. Our apartment was just as pictured in the photos. The beds were comfy, the showers were great and the all important washing machine (& dishwasher) were easy to use. We didn't get to meet Enrique but were met by Luanna, who was a bundle of energy, enthusiasm and information. She suggested different sights to see and things to do. She (& Enrique) even purchased tickets for the Sagrada Familia and the hop on/off bus for us. Fantastic! The Metro is close by & easy to use. There are also plenty of great restaurants close by. We visited for 4 days, two of which were the weekend. We had some people in the adjoining apartment who enjoyed their music until a late hour - luckily we were too tired from our day & nighttime sightseeing for it to bother us too much but if you are a light sleeper, maybe pack some earplugs. Would we stay here again? Definitely yes.
Jun 27, 2019Avec Enrique nous avons pu définir notre heure d'arrivée au logement, qui était plus tôt que celle prévue dans la page de présentation pour y déposer nos valises et visiter la ville dès l'après-midi. Le ménage était fait. Et sur la table, de l'eau, du bon vin, des biscuits, du fromage et du chorizo ! C'est très agréable. Vinnie et Charlotte nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et ont répondu à toutes nos questions. Vinnie s'est proposé d'acheter les billets d'entrée à la Sagrada Familia et nous les a apportés le lendemain matin. Merci encore. L'appartement s'appelle "Luminous", il porte bien son nom ! Métro à côté. Le logement n'est pas loin des Ramblas, du Musée de la Marine, du Port, du Marché Boqueria, du Palau Güell et d'une grande partie du centre historique d'une manière générale. Le soleil nous a accompagné pendant ces 5 jours. Température idéale. Pas trop d'attente pour prendre les billets. Pas trop de monde pendant les visites. Saison idéale sûrement. Plein de bons souvenirs à engranger. On pourra revenir, il y a tant de choses à voir.

The apartment itself was great, however the area were it is situated is not very safe at night (especially if you are by yourself) in my opinion. We celebrated New Year in Barcellona, and the position of an apartment was good to go by foot to the main square, where fireworks were, near Montjuic.

Adapté aux petits, merci pour avoir installé le lit bébé, nous n'avons pas rencontré Enrique mais il est resté en contact avec nous jusqu'à notre arrivée, très proche du bus et métro.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in an apartment block in a moden residential area right on the border with El Raval. La Rambla is close by (less than 10 minutes walk), about the same to Mercado de La Boqueria. Also very convenient if you're coming to Barcelona by train -- it's 3 or 4 stops on Metro. It's a bit of hike to restaurants and attractions in El Born and Latin Quarters but it's a pleasant walk. The apartment is in great condition and has all amenities, even a washer/dryer -- good for families. While not super spacious, it fit a family of 5.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay in Enrique's apartment was great. The apartment is in a strategic zone, near metro and bus stops that can bring you anywhere in the city. The neighbourd is not so tranquil and could be little scary if you are girls alone walking at night like me and my friends...but it can be easly avoide just not do late at night. The comunication with Enrique and his staff was great and the apartment very cosy and confortable with all you need. The only problem was that during the first and second nigths at the apartment there was so much noise from the upstair apartment...but of course it was not Enrique's fault... I really recomand this apartment and Enrique who is so friendly and helpful!

Enrique was easy to reach if we had any questions, and someone was there for us to check in when we were ready and was very helpful in recommendations for food and activities. Jun 27, 2019The apartment was as in pictures, clean, bright and spacious. We were 3 adults, 3 kids and a baby but didn't feel cramped. Having 2 separate showers were very handy when at the end of a long and hot day, everyone just wanted to quickly shower and relax. Metro and bus stops were within a few minutes walk. Supermarket, bakeries and restaurants were also nearby. We didn't feel the area was unsafe as what was described on the internet about El Raval. Would def stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019Enrique's apartment was lovely, had everything we needed for the 5 of us. Neil and Seema who checked us in were very welcoming. Enrique had even pre purchased our bus tour tickets for us which was helpful! Good location, supermarkets close by and walking distance to most places but can also get taxi's into centre which are around €6-€9.
Jun 27, 2019Enrique's apartment is as you can see in the pictures: modern, clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped. it isn't too big, but it has all you can need during your holiday, including washing machine and dishwasher. Near to a metro station and in front of a market, it also has a beautiful view through the big windows in the living room. I'll suggest it!

Jun 27, 2019Great apartment that was really close to the Paral-lel metro station making it very convenient to access all the sights in Barcelona. The check-in process was really noteworthy, with someone there to check us in, explain key things to know and offering information about Barcelona and leaving a welcome basket with crackers, olive & wine. We were in Barcelona on the day the terror incident happened on Las Ramblas and it was really comforting to get an email from both AirBnB and Enrique to check on us, offering information about the incident as well as how to get more information as the event developed through Emergency numbers, (Hidden by Airbnb) feeds etc. Overall, had a really great stay at Enrique's apartment and would recommend to other travelers.
Jun 27, 2019Enrique was a great host and put a lot of effort into making my stay with four other friends as pleasant as possible. He reached out to me a couple times before we moved in to ensure our check-in went as smoothly as possible. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome basket of snacks and wine. His local contact also provided a lot of useful tourism information. The room's location was great for us. It was only a couple minutes walk away from the L3 line, which was pretty much the only metro line we needed to get around the city. It was also within walking distance for late night drinks and tapas. Though the room was on the 5th floor, getting there was not a problem because of the convenient elevator nearby. As for the room itself, it was clean and well stocked with towels when we arrived. The beds were soft and comfortable and the washer in the room was very helpful for cleaning all our dirty laundry. Our group of five were very pleased with the room and hope we can stay in it again when we return to Barcelona in the near future.

Jun 27, 2019Basic apartament without balcony,well furnished,all utilities,wasching maschine,Wi-Fi perfect,good location near Metro,Bar,Restaurants,Supermarket.Family friendly.Communication with the host and his employees was good. Unfortunately the apartament was dirty,the sheets,the bathrooms,the floors and the showers were not cleaned at all.The next day someone came to clean but still all the hair on the floors and in (Website hidden by Airbnb) had to do a good cleaning.This aspect must be very well cured,the most important thing is how the apartament looks and how clean is it.We were looking forward to this trip and to stay in this place cause in pictures looks great,unfortunatelly we were dissapointed. Next time we will stay in another place.

Jun 27, 2019I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a group of 4. The apartment is as advertised in the pictures. It's clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are in great condition, and the AC seems to work well. However, it wasn't too hot during our stay so I'm not sure how it is during the summer months. One thing to keep in mind is the apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator can hold 2-3 people. My group only had backpacks so it wasn't a big deal for us but if you have a lot of luggage, it could be annoying. The location is great. It's very close to a lot of late night bars and tapas restaurants. Public transportation is close by and it's easily within waking distance to La Rambla, the Gothic Quarter, and even Barceloneta. Enrique was an excellent host. He reached out to us well before our stay to make sure check-in would be smooth and easy. While he wasn't able to meet with us upon arrival, a local colleague met with us in person to hand us the keys and show us the apartment. There was also a basket of snacks, water, and wine ready for our arrival. Enqrique responded very quickly to our messages and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place for groups of 4 to 6!

Su localización es perfecta para poder explorar el centro de Barcelona sin necesidad de transporte público, aunque está a 3 minutos de la parada de metro Paralelo desde donde puedes ir a cualquier sitio. Jun 27, 2019It was nice and cosy very clean, about 10 min walk from the las Rambla street from the port is only 7 min by car, from the beach is about 20 min. Overall it was really nice flat and very clean. Host is communicating quick.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is very nice, clean and complete with whatever is needed. The furnitures are modern and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The position is in my opinion the best possible in Barcelona, close to very nice restaurants (go to Carrer De Blai) and to the city center (Raval and Barrio Gotico). We took the public transports just to get to Gracia and Segrada Familia.

This home is surrounded by tons of restaurants, grocery stores, coffe shops and small shopping stores which was convenient for us. We highly recommend this place.

Hier hätten wir auch länger bleiben können, da die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt. 40 Meter weiter ist ein Supermarkt was für uns sehr gut war. Die Lage insgesamt fanden wir super. Man war in kürzester Zeit auf den ramblas. Eine Metro in direkter Nähe und zum Flughafen sehr günstig gelegen. Die Kommunikation hat perfekt funktioniert. Vor Ort der Check In war einwandfrei. Selbst während des Aufenthalts war das Team erreichbar. Dickes Lob. Daumen hoch!!

Evelyn welcomed us and gave us some great tips about where to visit and how to get there. Well stocked with toiletries and they even provided a bottle of wine and some snacks on arrival!

Jun 27, 2019Great location and lovely apartment. They go out of there way to make check in easy and are really helpful in getting any tourism related things you may want to do in Barcelona organised. UNFORTUNATELY We had a terrible experience with the neighbours with them being so noisy that on the 3rd night of noise we had to get the Airbnb hosts to call the police. The hosts did everything they could to help but as this happened 3 of the 4 nights of our stay we felt it was important for other future guests to be aware that this had happened to us. Hopefully the horrible noisy neighbours can be dealt with quickly as outside this the place was perfect.

Jun 27, 2019Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per il capodanno con un gruppo di cinque amici. Non siamo rimasti delusi dall'appartamento, molto carino e bene arredato e in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro storico sia a piedi sia con la metro; inoltre la presenza di doppi servizi si è rivelata estremamente utile. Tuttavia il nostro soggiorno ha preso una brutta piega quando la notte del 31 dicembre per un problema tecnico all'intero stabile è andata via la corrente, lasciandoci per due giorni senza luce in casa. Naturalmente il problema e la sua risoluzione non sono dipesi dallo staff di Stay-unique, tuttavia non siamo rimasti soddisfatti di come tutta la questione è stata affrontata. Innanzitutto al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo italiano, Andrea, che ci ha assicurato che avremmo potuto contattarlo in qualsiasi momento per qualsiasi problema, ma (non a caso) non ci ha lasciato il suo numero dicendoci che avremmo potuto contattarlo chiamando il numero per i clienti di Stay unique. Peccato che la sera del 31, quando si è verificato il problema, non è stato possibile parlare con lui perché ci è stato detto che non lavorava quella sera. Ad ogni modo abbiamo parlato con una ragazza molto gentile che ci ha proposto di mandare un tecnico la sera stessa (stiamo parlando del 31 dicembre alle 23.00), ma noi data la serata particolare, in cui dubitavamo che sarebbe arrivato realmente qualcuno, abbiamo chiesto di mandare il tecnico la mattina successiva. Il primo gennaio ci siamo svegliati prima del previsto per aspettare il tecnico e siamo rimasti a casa tutta la mattina ( sottraendo tempo alla visita della città) per poi sentirci dire che il problema dipendeva dalla società elettrica che gestiva il condominio e che quindi bisognava aspettare che fosse la società e riparare il guasto. Dato che la sera dell'1 gennaio il problema persisteva, ci hanno offerto un altro appartamento per passare la notte nel quale ci siamo trasferiti all'una di notte, pagando un taxi, perché quella sera avevamo un concerto prenotato al Palau della Musica. Da notare che l'appartamento datoci in alternativa non aveva le stesse caratteristiche di quello che avevamo prenotato (niente doppi servizi e secondo letto da una piazza e mezza, quindi neanche matrimoniale e per di più in uno spazio comune). La mattina successiva abbiamo chiesto di poter restare nel nuovo appartamento anche per l'ultima notte (il giorno successivo saremmo ripartiti) ma ci hanno detto che non era possibile, quindi siamo tornati nuovamente nell'altra casa, dove il problema si è risolto verso le due del pomeriggio. Nel frattempo abbiamo dovuto pulire tutto il frigo che si era sbrinato e buttare la spesa al suo interno perché andata a male). Come risarcimento per la vacanza rovinata, i disagi e il tempo perso Stay unique ci ha proposto un risarcimento del 20% sul totale del soggiorno. Quando abbiamo fatto notare che non era adeguato al danno subito facendo notare anche la spesa che abbiamo dovuto buttare, ci hanno proposto solo un risarcimento del costo della spesa e del taxi per lo spostamento nell'altro appartamento e anzi, hanno pure avuto il coraggio di dire che noi abbiamo rifiutato alcune soluzioni che ci avevamo proposto, cioè mandare un tecnico il 31 dicembre alle 23 (che, come no, sarebbe di sicuro venuto!) o trasferirci le valigie nel nuovo appartamento (non sarebbe servito a niente dato che avremmo comunque dovuto lasciarlo la mattina successiva); inoltre hanno pure avuto la faccia tosta di dire che il frigo era in ordine (ci credo, abbiamo passato noi la mattina a pulirlo!). A conclusione di tutto questo, non hanno nemmeno aspettato che accettassimo la loro proposta e hanno provveduto a fare il bonifico del rimborso, per mettersi le spalle al coperto. Non è questo il modo di fare. Capisco che questo problema non sia dipeso da loro, ma non ci è piaciuto il modo in cui siamo stati trattati, siamo stati presi in giro.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great experience with this apartment. The location is great, the apartment is nice and modern, and the communication with the host was good. They responded quickly and fixed any issue we had as soon as possible. At first we were a bit worried that this apartment is run by a private company which presumably owns and rents out many apartments around Barcelona, but in the end this did not play a factor at all and we had a great experience.

Jun 27, 2019Świetne miejsce dla rodziny z dziećmi. Blisko La Rambli i parku na wzgórzu MontJuic. Blisko również plac zabaw i dobrze zaopatrzone sklepy. W mieszkaniu były wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty do przygotowywania posiłków na miejscu. Jedyna uwaga to, że w jednym z pokojów może być słychać sąsiadów poprzez cienkie ściany ale akurat nam to mocno nie przeszkadzało.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was bright and clean and perfectly sized for our family of four. I was able to arrange for someone to be on site when we got there and the check in was easy. It's in a great location, just a short walk to the metro and Las Ramblas. Though we had our own agenda, I felt that if we needed anything the Stay U-Nique staff was ready for tips and other advice. The one thing that I would complain about, of which the host has no control over, is that the wall between the back bedroom and the adjacent apartment seems to be pretty thin and when we were the neighbors liked to stay up late and talk. Overall though, a great choice for a place to stay in Barcelona. Recommended.
Jun 27, 2019Alojamiento impecable, moderno y limpio. El problema que tiene es que desde la habitación principal se oye al vecino perfectamente incluso utilizando un tono de voz normal. Nosotros dormimos con auriculares. A pesar de eso, repetiriamos.
