Neighborhood Overview
This flat is a aditional flat located in Barrio Gracia. The good thing about Gracia is that it feels like a bustling little village within a city. There are lots of cool plazas, bars, cafes and restaurants to hang out in, as well as as plenty of fresh fruit, veg and bread to buy. There are a lot less tourists compared to the centre, which gives the Barrio a more authentic feel. Around there there re a lots of fresh fruit and veg, bread, cafes, bars, plazas and restaurants in the area! A perfect hub from which you can explore an amazing city!
Notes
Well connected by public transport like bus and metro (15 minutes to the centre) but walking anywhere in the city is easy. You can walk to the centre in about 20 minutes and 10 min to La Sagrada Familia. Nearest Metro station are Joanic, Verdaguer.

From the airport the Best way to the aparment is the tube Line 9 to collblanc, change to Line 5 untill Verdaguer, afther that 5 minutes wolk to the aparment

This is a quite neighbourhood and building, people is really respectfull, just collaborate to maintain it and not to create noisy or disrespectful situations. The apartment is clean and tidy. Feel free to use the space to stay comfortable but leave the things as you found them taking care of them and cleaning all you use.

Jun 27, 2019Nous avons été très bien reçus par Txus. Il vit dans un appartement qui est typiquement espagnol et c'est vraiment plaisant pour nous qui sommes touristes de voir ce type de logement. Il était très gentil et nous étions bien dans la chambre. Merci Txus!!

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was better then expected! It is really cute and I love the tiled floor. It was easy to find and a walk from town. Everyone was really friendly in the house and the kitchen had everything we needed :) Relatively straightforward to get to from the airport, although luggage in the underground is a nightmare as there are often no escalators! Would highly recommend this place!
Jun 27, 2019Very nice and helpful. He waited for us until 2am, because we our airplane had a delayed. In the morning he cooked coffee and gave us all the neccesary information that we asked. Really nice staying.

Txus's apartment is located in a quiet area that is close to some of the major tourist attractions (15min walk to Sagrada Familia, 15 min to Casa Milà, 20min to Park Güell) and has several metro stations nearby if one is feeling lazy. It is basically a shared flat where you can use the room appointed, living room (with a balcony), kitchen and bathroom. Everything was very clean and nice (way better that in the pictures). The room we stayed in was not very big, but it had everything we needed. Txus is very nice and helpful and made us feel really welcomed. Would totally recommend!

And my friend says he is sooooo handsome hahaha.The house is in the center of Barcelona. It's convenient to go Park Guell and beach also. We enjoyed live in Txus ' place.

Jul 27, 2019Txus was an incredible host. He offered any help we needed, gave us a city map, provided suggestions, and gave us a very clean and welcoming home to stay in. The location was perfect for seeing Gaudi's works and catching the metro to the city center by the beach. We loved it.

The room is convenient and the flat is in the center of the city, next to the sagrada familia and parc güell, bus and subway station. I recommend this accomodation without hesitation.

Jun 27, 2019Wszystko tak jak chcieliśmy. Pokój nieduży, z piętrowym łóżkiem ale czysty i całkowicie nam wystarczał do naszych potrzeb. Lokalizacja świetna blisko centrum, wszędzie mieliśmy w miarę blisko. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Czekał na nas przed blokiem mimo że wiedział tylko mniej więcej o której będziemy. Odpowiedział nam na wszystkie pytania jakie mieliśmy i polecił gdzie można coś zjeść albo zrobić zakupy. Kiedy wrócimy do Barcelony, duża szansa że wpadniemy do Txusa.

During our trip I fell sick on the last day and Txus let us stay longer than the check out deadline, recommended some medicine and was really helpful! I would recommend to.anybody!

Jun 27, 2019I had a great stay in Txus's apartment! It was clean and had everything I needed. I love the Gràcia neighbourhood - it's so lovely and quiet, yet with lots of tapas bars within short walking distance. Txus was really friendly and accessible. He showed me an amazing tapas restaurant with some of the nicest food I've ever had. I would definitely stay here again!

The only less positive point is that when we came the living room and balcony were not accessible and that it was not mentioned that a second room is also rented in the same apartment. An opportunity to come with friends or family:-)
Jun 27, 2019It was a nice accommodation close to the metro stations and Sagrada Familia (approx. 15min walking). Communication with Txus was really great and he gave me advice how to get from the airport to this flat and recommended me a good restaurant in the neighbourhood. The accommodation is pretty similar to the photos. There was no possibility to lock the room but I felt OK to leave my luggage there. I did not spend a lot of time in the room (just for sleeping) but I was satisfied. Thank you Txus :)

Jun 27, 2019We had a great time in Barcelona. We stayed at Txus place for 3 days. The room is just right for 2 people. The room and the bathroom are clean. You can find all basics you need in the small kitchen. The location is perfect. You can get to all Gaudi places by foot in 10-20 minutes. Txus is a very kind and attentive host. We had a flight delay and arrived in the middle of the night. He was up to meet us and everything was ready for us. He also recommended a nice place for dinner. We definitely recommend it to travelers who seek a quiet and well located place to stay in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Tout s'est très bien passé, Txus est une Personne très gentille, s'adaptant aux personnes logées ainsi qu'aux contraintes de chacun. Le quartier est plutôt calme avec des bars autour pour sortir et les commodités sont à côté. Je recommande ce logement. Merci Txus !

He allowed us to leave our bags with him early and when one of our group became ill one night, he was extremely helpful and understanding. I can definitely recommend staying with Txus.

Jun 27, 2019Хорошее жилье в центре Барселоны. До пляжа чуть больше 3км, но рядом есть автобусная остановка, от которой на 45 автобусе можно доехать до пляжной зоны за 20 минут. Рядом несколько продуктовых магазинов и хороших кафе. Недалеко Саграда Фамилия, минут может 20 пешком. Есть несколько минусов: - на кухне нет стола - окна в комнате выходят во внутренний колодец, из-за чего есть недостаток солнечного света (да и освещения вообще) и шум (когда открываешь окно) Возможно, произошло некое недопонимание, но как я понял, гостиная не для общего пользования, а как место отдыха хозяина. Надеюсь, я ошибаюсь.

Jun 27, 2019I enjoyed staying at Txus's place however it was very busy. There were other people coming in and out often . When I stayed there was also a horrible heat wave so we were sweating nonstop during our stay. It was way too hot in our room and it was hard to sleep or be in. Other than the unfortunate heat wave and people in the apartment, Txus's was great. He wants to maintain cleanliness and replies quickly.
Jun 27, 2019Great and clean place. It is definitely recommended. This place is at the perfect location because the most important and famous places are very close to it. Only bad thing is that bedroom doors don't have lock and there is no air-conditioning therefore it's so hard to sleep in the summer time - it's so hot. Txus is friendly and a great host.
Jun 27, 2019Txus’s place is in a nice neighbourhood of Gracia. It is close to the metro/bus station and has various options to eat out. Txus was quick in replying and suggested various options (including a great flamenco show). Would definitely recommend staying at his place.
Jun 27, 2019Très bon accueil. Tout est propre et les matelas sont très confortables. La chambre est petite, ainsi que les espaces à partager. Mais tout est très bien aménagé. La situation de l'appartement est idéale, à l'écart des lieux touristiques mais dans le centre. Très calme.

Txus himself is incredibly friendly and helpful, with plenty of tips to take full advantage of the city. I would absolutely recommend staying with Txus during a visit to Barcelona!

The neighborhood is nice, centrally located and well connected to the metro. Highly recommend this place, will probably try to book it again if I’m ever back in the area!

La habitación era muy amplia y con todo lo necesario. Para destacar el trato con el anfitrión, muy atento y simpático, y la ubicación del piso, cerca de todas partes de Barcelona y con varias línias de metro cerca. 100% recomendable.

Jun 27, 2019Txus ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der seine Gäste mit umfangreichen touristischen Informationen versorgt. Die Stadteile Gràcia und Eixample kann man zu Fuß erkunden. Die U-Bahn ist in 5 min erreichbar. Das Zimmer hat ruhige Hinterhofatmosphäre in einem originalen Modernisme-Haus. Da das Einzelbett mit 1,90m Länge für mich zu kurz war, konnte ich im Doppelbett darüber schlafen. Eine super Unterkunft für diesen Preis!
Jun 27, 2019Txus is a wonderful host, showed us true hospitality that made us feel like home. We were in Barcelona for 5 days and had a bit of rain but he made sure we had all the conforts and information we needed to make the best of our stay. The house was clean and tidy. It was a bit further from the city centre than expected, maybe because I had little idea of the distances in the city itself. It allows for a 15 min walk to Sagrada Família through the wonderful neighboorhood's flat terrain. Do not try to walk to Parq Guell, looks closer than it is, it's straight uphill (we kinda did eheheh). The buses are 5-10min walk away, and the metro is 10min away. Would definitely recommend Txus's place :)
