Our apartment is completely updated, comfortable, functional, warm. You´re sure to spend a few unforgettable days in Barcelona. The apartment has everything necessary to make your stay perfect! The location is superb! Just two minutes from the Sagrada Familia, the extraordinary basilica by Antonio Gaudí! The location is fantastic. The apartment is comfortable. The apartment is in an area that where you can catch the bus and metro. We have free Wi-Fi for our guests. The apartment is comfortably equipped. There is an air conditioner, heather, washer, dryer, Nespresso, juicer, and a kettle. Everything you need to have the perfect stay in Barcelona! I like to receive my guests and give them recommendations for places to go in the city: restaurants, hangout places....Barcelona is a city full of charm with many places to discover. Neighborhood Overview
It´s a very touristy neighborhood since the Sagrada Familia is just a few meters away, but it´s also very safe and quiet. Right next to the apartment you have all kinds of stores, restaurants, bars, nightclubs... Very easy to catch the metro or buses.

Mostly all of our guests are happy with the apartment´s level of comfort and the location.

It´s very well located to catch public transport. The metro and buses are two blocks away and you can walk to the center because of how close it is.

Jun 27, 2019This is a great place to stay. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and well situated. Less than 5 mins walk to La Sagrada Família. 3 mins walk to metro station. Marisa is very nice as a host. She's friendly and warm. I'd love to recommend her place to anyone which is going to visit Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019Fue muy agradable lidiar con Marisa. Desde el principio fue muy atenta y la comunicación fluyó muy bien. El departamento es súper acogedor, limpio y accesible, exactamente como lo ha descrito. Nos dio varios consejos de lugares para comer y de la ciudad en general. Además, debido a emergencias de último minuto, tuvimos que pasar una noche más en Barcelona y Marisa otra vez tan preocupada nos ofreció ayuda inmediatamente. Un verdadero placer. Gracias por todo!

Jun 27, 2019Nous avons eu des contacts réguliers avec Marisa, pour finaliser l'organisation de notre séjour à Barcelone, par SMS avec traduction pour mieux se comprendre, donc aucune difficulté si on ne parle pas espagnol. Très réactive Marisa a tout fait pour faciliter notre accueil et pour répondre à nos questions. L'appartement est très agréable et magnifiquement bien placé pour visiter la Sagrada. Il présente tout le confort et on se sent vite chez soi. La propreté est parfaite et Marisa nous a fait confiance pour la remise des clés au moment du départ. Séjour très agréable.

Le quartier est calme et idéalement situé (environ 200m de la Sagrada Familia et de la station de métro). Merci Marisa pour son accueil et sa disponibilité !! A recommander sans aucune hésitation !!!

Si è subito prestata ad aiutarci nel momento del bisogno e a venirci incontro x accontentare le nostre richieste. La casa è bella e confortevole. Perfetta per 6 persone e ben accessoriata. Quartiere meraviglioso, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Sagrada Familiare. Quando torneremo a Barcellona torneremo sicuramente da lei.

Nos dio todas las explicaciones del uso del Departamento e indicaciones de comercios cerca del barrio para manejarnos. El departamento está muy bien equipado y coincide con todo lo que se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos dio facilidades para realizar el check out con nuestras valijas. Lo recomendamos!

Jun 27, 2019We had a lovely time at this apartment. It is very close to Sagrada Familia and also to the Metro station which is really handy for getting around the city. We were welcomed at the stated time and told where everything was etc. We didn't get a chance to meet Marisa, but her cleaner did a fantastic job of greeting us and making us feel very welcome. The apartment block is quiet - you rarely hear/see the neighbours - but you will hear traffic. But it didn't bother us.

Incluso con el retraso que tuvimos a nuestro arribo Marisa fue tan atenta de comprarnos algunos abarrotes para poder tener algo que cenar y desayunar pues íbamos a llegar muy tarde. Totalmente recomendable el lugar. Hola excelente ubicación. Mil gracias.

Jun 27, 2019A lovely clean apartment, it comfortably sleeps 5, the bathroom only has a shower and the kitchen is sufficient, the only negative thing is the road outside, it can be very noisy but with the windows shut you can only just hear it.

Eravamo con dei ragazzi disabili e l'appartamento era perfetto per posizione e servizi. Che dire andare qui perfetto. Dotato di ascensore è vicinissimo a ristoranti sagrada e mezzi pubblici . Ich war mit meinen Eltern und meinem Bruder für 3 Tage dort und wir konnten die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos erreichen. Marisa und ihre Tochter sind sehr nett und waren immer erreichbar. Einmal hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, Marisa hat uns jedoch schnell helfen können und wusste sofort, was zu tun ist.

Though our stay was short, Marisa checked in on us and help us arrange a taxi to the airport before the taxi strike. My family of 5, including two kids (6 and 2 years) would have been in trouble without her help. She is a beautiful person and wonderful host.
Jun 27, 2019Wij zijn met ons gezin 8 dagen in het appartement van Marisa geweest. Een prima plek om van daaruit Barcelona te bekijken. Het is een appartement op de 4e verdieping van een appartementencomplex waarin niet in gewoond wordt, uitsluitend voor AirBnB gebruik. Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. openbaar vervoer. Met de metro en bus kan je alle kanten op en Barcelona makkelijk doorkruisen. In een half uur zijn alle highlights bereikbaar. Tip: koop 10 rittenkaarten bij de automaten. Die zijn goedkoop en in meerdere vormen van OV te gebruiken. Marisa is vriendelijk en snel in de communicatie. Ze zegt geen Engels te spreken, maar redt zich er goed mee. Het appartement deed wat kleiner aan dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Je kunt er met z'n zessen slapen. Maar met 5 vonden wij het al vol. Er is 1 tweepersoonsbed (prima), 2 afzonderlijke bedden (wat hard) en 1 slaapbank (ook prima) die de woonkamer aardig vult. Buiten was het tegen de 30 graden overdag, wat maximaal zakte naar 25 s'nachts. Dan is het appartement warm. Er is 1 airco aanwezig die dan het appartement niet als geheel weet te koelen. De woonkamer is dan wel koel. Een raam open zetten kan. Maar vanaf buiten komt dan wel geluid van verkeer. Carrer de Padilla is niet de drukste straat, maar er rijdt wel wat doorheen. De badkamer en keuken zijn prima. De wasmachine en droger een zegen. We hebben 1 tip meegegeven aan Marisa: voorzien in voorzorgsmaatregelen voor brand. In het appartement en in het complex is daarvan niets te bekennen. En dat zou wel verstandig zijn.

Jun 27, 2019Marisa's was a very friendly host and welcoming. It is in a great location right near Sagrada, clean and basic. Just be aware that the rooms get very hot in summer and there is no air-con in the bedrooms. We also had to pay additional tourist tax on arrival which I have not come across before in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Our family of four stayed at the apartment in August 2017. The apartment is very well situated, within a 5 minute walk from la Sagrada Familia and a metro station. There is everything in the neighbourhood you would need for your stay: marker, mini-market, drugstore, coffee shops and plenty of restaurants. The pictures are very realistic. The apartment is well equipped to enjoy your stay. The beds are comfortable which is very important when you travel. Marisa is a great host with a big heart. She went far and beyond to help us in a difficult situation when it was least expected. We are very grateful to her. The communication with Marisa was excellent, she responded to any of our questions in a fast and efficient way. We would recommend the apartment to any kind of travellers, including family with kids.

Jun 27, 2019Appartamento all'apparenza stretto per un gruppo di 5 persone, ma si è rilevato comodissimo, posizione centrale grazie all'estrema vicinanza dalla Sagrada e quindi dalla metro, massima disponibilità della padrona nel farci tenere le valige a casa sia prima del check in che dopo il check out, massima pulizia è dotata di tutti i comfort, TV, Wi-Fi , condizionatore , lavastoviglie, lavatrice , microonde... Passei 5 dias com minha esposa e filha de 5 anos e encontrei todos os utensilios domésticos no apartamento, o que é bem util quando se tem filhos pequenos. A localização é perfeita, proximos de mercados, padarias e farmacias. Marisa foi bastante atenciosa e explicou todos os detalhes do apartamento, muito disponivel e a comunicação via zap ajudou bastante. Recomendo a todos!

Jun 27, 2019Todo excelente, Marisa muy atenta y amable. La sagrada familia y una gran cantidad de comercios (super mercado, frutería, recuerdos, panadería, etc.) a menos de 5 min andando. Departamento espacioso, bien equipado y limpio.
Jun 27, 2019El apartamento está en una excelente zona, cerca de Sagrada Familia, con estación de metra a dos calles, muchos servicios alrededor y restaurantes. Es un apartamento agradable y cómodo. Cocina y baños nuevos, amplios. La habitación con la cama grande es correcta, quizás la de dos camas es algo sencilla, camas pequeñas, aunque es suficiente. Es cierto que se agradece que haya alguna cosa en el apartamento (en nuestro caso no encontramos gel o jabón en el baño y al ir solo para una noche, bajamos a comprar algo rápido). Son pequeños detalles que hacen que pase de ser correcto a ser un lugar muy agradable. Marisa fue muy amable y la comunicación fue ágil y cómoda. Nos recibió y estuvo pendiente de nuestra comodidad.

The apartment was very clean and accessible. The beds were very comfortable and the views from the bedrooms were pretty! Marisa was a great host :)

Jun 27, 2019El apartamento está situado muy cerca de la Sagrada Familia y del metro. ES muy cómodo y funcional. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar o comer allí pero también está en una zona con mucho comercio y bares, lo que se agradece. Marisa es una gran anfitriona, que estuvo siempre pendiente de si teníamos algún problema.
Jun 27, 2019Un departamento que usamos 6 chicas, cómodo, muy limpio. Ubicación inmejorable a 2 calles de Sagrada Familia, muchos comercios en la zona de alimentos, frutas y ropa. El sofá-cama no es muy cómodo para dormir muchos días, el resto del departamento esta muy bien decorado y tienen todo lo necesario para pasar en familia o con amigos unas vacaciones. Marisa es una excelente anfitriona.

Jun 27, 2019Such a perfect location. We were a two minute walk to La Sagrada Familia. This was also a perfect location to walk to Park Guell and to the Gothic Quarter. The apartment itself was perfect. It was very clean and super spacious. I highly recommend staying here to visit Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Un appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel ( beaucoup de rangements dans les chambres et sdb, ce qui est confortable pour cinq). Quartier très vivant avec supermarché à côté, fruits et légumes, pharmacie. Tout est à dispo. Ainsi que des restos et le métro. Et super bien place dans Barcelone, les principaux quartiers sont très accessibles. Idéalement placé. Seul bémol, un peu de bruit, les chambres donnant sur la rue. Marisa est super et très réactive. elle nous a par exemple commande un taxi, permis de laisser nos bagages. Un très bon séjour !

Jun 27, 2019Amazing apartment just 2 blocks walk from the Sagrada Familia. Marisa was a great host, really easy to communicate with, she made us feel very welcome, even accommodated an early check-in!! The apartment is so clean and was perfect for the 4 of us. It’s close to local supermarkets, bakeries and shops, easy to get to the metro and the neighborhood is safe. It was a great base to explore Barcelona and crash at the end of the day! The check in process was easy and the building has a lift as well which was good so we didnt have to haul our bags upstairs.

Jun 27, 2019Great location which is very close to Sagrada Familia, metro station, bus stops, and many bakery and supermarkets. What I liked especially was that it was not too turisty; safe and quiet. The flat has nespresso machine and DVD player, too. The host was waiting on time and asked us if we need something on the second day.

Marisa è una persona disponibile e gentile che ti aiuta a trovare tutto ciò che ti serve, ristoranti, locali e informazioni. Jun 27, 2019La casa es genial. Nos alojamos 6 amigas y cogimos sin problema. El sofá cama que era lo que más nos preocupaba es muy cómodo y dormimos muy bien. Al llegar nos recibió Marisa que es un sol, y está siempre a nuestra disposición para cualquier duda. Si vais a pasar unos días en Barcelona os recomiendo que os alojeis aquí ya que no tengo nada negativo que decir ni de ella ni del piso
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is very close to Sagrada Familia and with the Metro you can get everywhere easily. The apartment itself was clean and everything you need for your stay was there. Marisa is very helpful and responds extremly fast. I can only recommend it.

She was there the first day to greet us, we available to check in early, and gave us great recommendations regarding local things. We were a party of 6 and stayed there comfortably. I think the sofa bed was better than most. Her place is clean and had all the amenities needed for a proper stay. Definitely recommend.
Jun 27, 2019This apartment was perfect. We were in a great location, it was sparkling clean and my communication with Marisa before the stay was perfect. We were very comfortable here and slept like babies. We can't wait to go back, and when we do, hopefully Marisa's place will be available because her hospitality exceeds others.

Jun 27, 2019Marisa is very nice and accommodating. She helped us find things in the area. She suggested InterTapas restaurant which was so good we ended up visiting twice ! The apartment is nice and clean and around the corner from Sagrada Familia.

Jun 27, 2019A great place to stay when visiting Barcelona! A quiet area to stay and not far from Sagrada Familia and the metro to travel. The maid was very kind when letting us check in early after our flight and offered suggestions for our stay in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019It would be expected to have sugar and salt and coffee and muffins or bread for a first breakfast. We really appreciated that we were allowed to drop off our bags early. Over all a good stay in Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019Excelente ubicación a pasos de la Sagrada Familia y restaurantes. El apartamento es cómodo para 6 personas, el aire acondicionado es muy bueno. El apartamento muy limpio y organizado. Nos sentimos seguros y tranquilos. Marissa fue extraordinaria y responsable.

Stores close by to purchase groceries and walking distance to Sagrada Família, The hop on hop off busses and lots of cafes and restaurant. Marisa is very quick in responding to your questions and needs. We will go back again to stay there next time we visit. Thanks Marisa
Jun 27, 2019Très bel appartement, confortable, propre convenant parfaitement à une famille de 4 personnes voire un peu plus. La communication avec Marisa etait très facile. L appartement est bien situé, mais côté Sagrada Familia, donc compter 20/30mn de trajet pour rejoindre les quartiers typiques ou la plage. des metros et des bus a 2 pas, un dab, boulangerie, fruits et epicerie, superette à 2mn chrono a pied. Un ptit bar sympa juste en bas... quoi d autre??? Barcelonaaaaa!!!

Jun 27, 2019Marisa's place was amazing. It was near the Sagrada Familia, and the apartment was lovely. There is a coffee shop across the street that opens early (even at around 7 AM). Marisa was easy to communicate with, and even suggested a place to buy an umbrella when I asked her.

Jun 27, 2019Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. We were warmly welcomed by the housekeeper, Susan, and she was very helpful with neighborhood tips, the workings of the apartment, and comic relief!! I would definitely stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019El piso es como lo esperábamos, es bonito, limpio, luminoso y tiene muy buena ubicación. Estuvimos 5 personas y tuvimos suficiente espacio, el sofá es muy cómodo para dormir. Marisa es muy amable, tuvimos un problemilla con la calefacción y vino a solucionarlo cuando se lo dijimos. Volvería a quedarme si surje la ocasión!

Jun 27, 2019Muy buena ubicación, a cuadras de la sagrada familia y del metro. Marissa la anfitriona muy atenta y super preocupada en todo momento por nosotros. El piso muy ordenado, limpio y comodo para 4 personas. Definitivamente muy recomendable y si volvemos a bcn no dudariamos en volver aquí.

Jun 27, 2019excellent location about a 2 minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and the Metro. From the apartment you can be at La Rambla (if that's your thing) in about 15 min. Check in was excellent and easy with heaps of information about Barcelona provided. The apartment is spacious and was easily big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. highly recommend:)
