Really nice room with good location. Both the host and roommate are friendly and eager to help. I love the dim sum restaurant Felip recommended which is near by the apt. I love the food in HK so much that I plan to visit again. :) Btw, be careful of the mosquitos in HK when U visits in the summer time.

Jun 27, 2019Hola a todos! Hemos pasado una semana en casa de luis y su compañero de piso, Camilo. Ambos muy simpáticos, receptivos y nos han ayudado con todo siempre. La casa está cerca del metro Kenedy Town, del tranvía y de numerosos autobuses que pasan por allí. La zona tiene muchos sitios para comer y supermercados. La habitación es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, pequeña pero con un colchón cómodo y aire acondicionado. El baño, completo y hemos utilizado incluso la lavadora y la cocina, nos hemos sentido en casa. Gracias chicos! Pilar
Jun 27, 2019因为是去探访朋友和欣赏风景所以交通便利对我来说很重要 罗湖口岸出关之后地铁和巴士都很便利,从地铁站出来大概需要步行三分钟就可以到达,期间需要经过长长的台阶,拿着行李可能会劳累一些,房子很好找位于三楼,房东会很详细的安排与介绍,并留下钥匙,浴室很清洁,屋内虽小但五脏俱全,房东还贴心地准备了两个转换插头｡居住的五天确实温馨舒适,如果下次来香港的话我觉得我还是会选择住在这里｡要注意的是房间内两个屋子一个给旅客使用另一个是房东住,有时可能会带gf回来,介意的谨慎选择｡
Jun 27, 2019Great location. Right next to the backside of Victoria Peak so if you're looking for nature you've found it. Very quiet and serene surroundings. Luis is very detailed in how to get here, just follow the instructions he sends you. Also right next to the Kennedy-Town MTR stop. Luis is a great guy, very friendly and outgoing and we very much appreciated his hospitality. Hope to stay with him again soon! Thanks!

Jun 27, 2019Simply the best for its price among the dozen Airbnb offers in HK I have tried so far. The location: very close to MTR station; 7/11 store just down the street (free wifi), a couple of great local restaurants (one offers an awesome 2-person dinner for only 120 HKD, with free wifi), easy access to banks and supermarkets, all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The room: very quiet, clean bedroom and air conditioner (I'm amazed there is no smell at all), comfy living room with kitchen, washing machine (you need that during summer time), and a refrigerator. And you could even find a copy of Animal Farm on the shelf, LOL. This really is what airbnb should offer in the first place, not some small and smelly hostel rooms without a window. The host: quick response, easy communication, friendly permanent roommate. Thanks a lot! 看到中文评价很少,所以我用中文详细介绍一下哈*^_^*这里离坚尼地城地铁站和机场巴士站都很近,步行五分钟左右｡周围社区很安静,晚上可以休息得很好｡屋主细心的准备了液体蚊香,不用担心被蚊子咬｡关键是周围很多好吃的!攻略上有的太兴茶餐厅､新兴食家､源记甜品､德记潮州菜等等都在附近啊,吃得特别开心!推荐大家来啊,屋主很贴心很热情很友善,特别特别温暖!再次感谢!

Jun 27, 2019This Airbnb is what this site all about. You get a proper feel for living amongst the locals. The flat was well laid out with everything you need and the instructions from the host were super clear. The neighborhood is really friendly, on a rainy day we even got to borrow an umbrella from the downstairs neighbors (using sign language as we don't speak Cantonese) and the food in the area is sublime. Definitely go to the dim sum place they recommend!!! Our best meal while in HK.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed 10 days, 9 nights and had a comfortable stay. The bedroom is small and we left our 2 backpacks outside of the room. We took advantage of the facilities provided and had breakfast in the kitchen and did our laundry. The neighbourhood is lovely and gave a real local feel with cheap restaurants and a large supermarket across the street. Transport connections are excellent. We took the tram, bus, ferry and train after purchasing an octopus card all around HK. The hosts provide detailed instructions when checking in yourself and are always available to answer questions. This worked for us perfectly as we arrived very late in the evening. If you want to get a local feel of HK with good hosts, this is the place.
