Maria Es una persona muy amable y cordial, inmediatamente hice reservación estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada e indico algunas cosas importantes acerca de la habitación. El Lugar en realidad no hay como describirlo, dormir justo detrás de la popular Catedral de Barcelona y tener todo exactamente en la parte de abajo (puesto que es un departamento muy hermoso por cierto) recomendaria este alojamiento a familiares, amigos y conocidos sin lugar a dudas. Gracias Sra Maria Eulalia Un Abrazo!
Jun 27, 2019Maria jest bardzo miłą i sympatyczną osobą. Od samego początku wszelkie niezbędne informacje przekazywała na bieżąco i była bardzo pomocna. Oferta była zgodna z opisem oraz oczekiwaniami, więc jakość oceniam na bardzo dobrą. Lokalizacja wręcz rewelacyjna - w samym centrum miasta, w niedalekiej odległości od wielu wartych odwiedzenia miejsc. Polecam serdecznie wszystkim osobom, które szukają wygodnego i dobrze zlokalizowanego pokoju.

Jun 27, 2019La communication est très mal passée, Maria ne nous avait pas expliqué qu'elle n'était pas à l'appartement et que c'est sa mère qui nous recevait, les explications données ont été trop compliquées. Nous n'avons pas été bien accueillies et n'avons pas eu de code WIFI. En revanche, la maman de maria s'est montrée tout à fait correcte à notre égard.

The apartment can be a little tough to find as there are two buildings opposite each other that have virtually the same address in (Hidden by Airbnb) maps. However when I called the host she was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019We had a very good welcome @ Maria's, she is a nice and friendly lady. We felt home and welcome, had a private cosy room and everything we needed was there. The infrastructure was a bit older, but we did definitly not pay to much for our stay.

Maria's home in itself is beautiful and pleasant. the room has a balcony with a view of the street which was neat. the bathroom was very clean and the bedroom spacious. since the building is in the heart of the city, some might find the city noise bothering but I loved it. Maria is also very nice and accommodating. the location was central and convenient, I highly recommend this stay!

В пешей доступности супермаркет, бары, остановка экскурсионных автобусов. Если приехали в теплое время на несколько дней посмотреть город, очень рекомендую!)))) Зимой, пожалуй, будет прохладно.

Jun 27, 2019We had a lovely time staying with Maria in her big appartement in the centre of the city. She was very friendly and you could ask her anything. She even speaks good English, so communication wasn't a problem. At Maria's, you can feel like real locals in Barcalona. The location was amazing and you have a lovely view from the balcony. The bathroom was clean with towels you can use. Would recommend Maria's place if you like feeling a bit like a local.

Jun 27, 2019My brother and I stayed at Maria Eulalia's place for 3 days. The location of her flat is extremely convenient: right in the middle of the city centre, 2 min. from a subway station, 10 min from Plaza de Cataluña, several restaurants and stores nearby and at walking distance from the Barrio Gótico. The place was really clean and with the necessary space, although having to share just one bathroom between people on all of the 3 guest rooms could cause you to wait a bit at certain hours of the day. Maria Eulalia herself was a really lovely host, very helpful and with a lot of stories to tell. Overall, I highly recommend staying at her place.

Jun 27, 2019Maria offers a great twin room with a lovely balcony. It's facing the main road so can be quite loud at times. However it's a beautiful place to stay. The apartment is very clean, only a short walk to the metro station, 20 minute walk to the beach, it's a great location overall. Maria is very friendly and has helpful tips for tourists. As or flight was delayed we didn't arrive till after 1am and Maria still welcomed us with a smile. We stayed 5 nights and would highly recommend it :)
Jun 27, 2019The room was great value and Maria was a great host. She was helpful and very pleasant, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maria'a appartment. Being Scots we of course found it difficult to sleep in the heat and the busy street below was quite noisy at night but after a long day and night exploring Barcelona it did not take too long to fall asleep. Great central location which was fairly easy to find.

Jun 27, 2019Great location, close to everything. Good communication with Maria. Bedroom was a great size. No major issues; minor issue always having to wear your shoes or else the bottoms of you feet would be black, but a cleaning lady did come in after a couple days. Overall a great stay.
Jun 27, 2019Wonderful location in the city centre in the host's personal residence. Our Host, Maria, was pleasant, unobtrusive. but available to answer questions. We came and went as we pleased. Our room was small, but we had everything we needed, including permission to put a few food items into hosts refrigerator even thought there were technically no kitchen privileges. A small fan was a welcome relief due to the heat of summer and fact that there was no air conditioning. The lift to this fourth floor apt. was wonderful after traveling for a week and hauling our own luggage up and down flights of stairs.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay was wonderful at Maria's. We never got to meet Maria unfortunately but her son was very accommodating at checking us in and helping us with any questions we had. It was a beautiful building with an amazing balcony and view of the Main Street. Quite loud at times but we didn't mind because we came for the city experience and local culture. Very clean and we were told we could have use of the kitchen and appliances if needed. Thank you!

Jun 27, 2019We had an amazing time staying in Barcelona. Maria's place is gorgeous, and the location is amazing! You're located minutes away from the Cathedral, Gothic Quarter, and around a 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas and the Port! We couldn't have asked for a better location. Maria was a great host. We were able to check in hours before the allocated time, which was a great help! it meant we could freshen up and get out into the city without having to lug around our cases. Maria gave us a key and gave us the freedom of coming and going as we pleased, which was great! It was our first time using Air BnB but it was honestly a great experience of using it for the first time. Maria`s flat is itself quite clean with lots of space, communication with Maria is excellent, she is very kind and flexible. There is a huge balcony at your disposal. In my opinion value for money is excellent for this place and you will hardly find anything better in Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019We loved Maria's place! The location was absolutely perfect and view was great. Wet close to metro which took us to all the sights. The room was clean and basic. Two twin beds and two closets for hanging clothes. The bathroom was shared with Maria and other guests but it was not a problem. The bathroom was clean and a cleaning lady even came while we were there. Maria let us use cups, wine opener, cutting board, etc. The only thing to mention is that it smelled like cigarette smoke so if you are allergic i would not recommend this apartment. Overall, basic, but great value, and the location couldn't be better!

The location was fantastic and in the vicinity of restaurants, bars, shops and public transportation. Maria is very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Unfortunately did not speak English well so The communication was difficult. The room has a faint smell of cigarettes and there’s a cleaning crew that comes in unannounced that we weren’t aware of. But for he price and location it was worth it.

It's just a walking distance to La Rambla, Mercat de la Boqueria, La Catedral, Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar, Museu Picasso and many more. What's more it's only 10 min walk from Barceloneta beach. Maria Eulalia is a very nice and friendly lady. She is always ready to answer any questions and help with any issues. I had an amazing time in Barcelona and one of the reasons was that I had a great place to stay there. I highly recommend Maria Eulalia's place. She is a great host.
Jun 27, 2019Maria Eulalia's place is in the IDEAL location. It's on a main street, there's a cafe downstairs (so there's foot traffic which makes everything feel safer if you're traveling solo), there's a security guard for most of the day, there's a grocery store across the street, all the main sites are in walking distance (including Barceloneta) and the view from the balcony in the apartment is great. There is a slight smell of smoke in the apt, so if you're allergic be aware of that. There's also another long term resident of the apt, but I never even saw them until right before I left -- so no issues with sharing the bathroom. Maria Eulalia is so kind and offered great advice on sights and is a lovely person as well. She had another guest checking in the day I was leaving and was nice enough to offer luggage storage space since my flight was late in the afternoon.
Jul 27, 2019Die Lage ist perfekt und Maria ist ein "Juwel"! Es ist ein Zimmer mit Balkon auf dem 4.Stock. Zweckmässig eingerichtet und da gegen die Strassenseite bekommt man gezwungenerweise den Lärm mit. Trotzdem, Ausschlafen war kein Problem für uns. Maria ist seit 40 Jahren in Barcelona und hat uns diverse wertvolle Tipps und auch Hintergrund Infos gegeben. z.B. Gaudi. Kann es nur 100% empfehlen, da ich jederzeit wieder bei ihr buchen würde.
Jun 27, 2019Very nice apartement, perfectly located in the Barri Gotic next to the cathedral. And an even nicer Lady host with whom we enjoyed every little conversation! Maria is warm and welcoming and helped us with tips even long before we arrived. That was perfect! Thanks so much! The only thing we have to criticize is the noise from the street and the church. The bells ring every hour, even during nighttime! And the cars, especially busses and city cleaning vehicles made us wake up every night. If you can't sleep with earplugs (like me) you should consider this.

Jun 27, 2019My husband and I spent 3 nights in Barcelona. María Eulalia’s apartment was our first experience with Airbnb and I must say it was PERFECT! First, as a host she is just amazing, very lovely. Second and one of the most important things for us as tourists, her apartment is located in a super convenient area, extremely close to any line of the metro, very walkable, safe! It is close to a lot of stores and touristic points. I can’t wait to go back to Barcelona and stay again with her. Highly recommended !!!!

Cómoda y con un balcón muy lindo para disfrutar. Tener en cuenta que el departamento también se puede compartir con otros huéspedes. Maria Eulalia siempre fue atenta y nos dio buenas recomendaciones.

The house and flat has a great charme and the view of the balcony is magnificient. Also there are a lot of nice small cafés and bars just around the corner. We had a perfect time! Thank you.

Jun 27, 2019Apartement ancien mais dans un très bel immeuble avec une très belle vue. Super bien placé pour les visites des monuments et de la mer. Métro Jaume à 2 mins. Maria Euralia est une dame très gentille qui est très serviable et hospitalière. C’est une adresse que je garde pour une prochaine visite à Barcelone. Petit bémol pour une panne d électricité et de l ascenseur mais qui apparement reste occasionnel et l avenue devant est très bruyante mais bon ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir....
Jun 27, 2019This Airbnb was incredible! We could not believe how amazing the location is and how beautiful and old the house is that we lived in. It is quite noisy because the house is on a main street but the view from the balcony is mesmerizing. And you live just next to a 1000 year old Roman wall! It only takes 15-20 minutes to go to the beach and just next to the house is a metro station. Maria is a wonderful, kind woman that was helpful with anything we needed. It was an extraordinary Airbnb where you could feel history.

Even with my limited Spanish, we were able to communicate well. Maria’s Airbnb is centrally located near great restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Highly recommend!
Jun 27, 2019Estuvimos casi una semana y todo resultó muy bien. La ubicación en pleno barrio gótico es inmejorable!! Cuarto sencillo que cumple, balconcito y todos los servicios básicos con baño compartido, bastante práctico y cómodo en general, fue una estancia muy tranquila, si lo recomendamos! :)

Окна комнаты выходят на большой симпатичный балкон, единственное - со стороны оживленной улицы, поэтому с открытым окном шумно, и ещё в начале октября сквозь щели тянуло холодным воздухом (думаю летом это не проблема). В квартире есть всё необходимое.

Jun 27, 2019Maria Eulalia ist eine nette, unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Altstadt ist perfekt. Von dort aus sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bars und Märkte gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Metro ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer zur Straße ist nichts für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf, da der Verkehr deutlich hörbar ist. Allerdings ist die Lage der Wohnung kaum zu toppen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke!
Jun 27, 2019테라스 뷰와 위치만 보고 정한 숙소 였는데 예상했던것 보다 좋았습니다. 침구에서는 향기가 나고 매트리스는 푹신했어요. 테라스에서 보는 경치도 훌륭했습니다. 욕조도 있고 주방도 이용 가능하고 없는게 거의 없으며, 없는 것도 부탁하면 가져다 주십니다. (저는 치약이 없어서 부탁했는데 주셨어요) 호스트 두분 모두 너무 친절하셨어요. 어디서 담배냄새가 나는 지 모르겠는데 자주 담배냄새가 나긴 했어요. 유럽건물은 오래 돼서 녹물이 좀 나오긴합니다. 저희는 정수샤워기헤드 들고갔는데 필터가 많이 노래졌어요. 그래도 저는 추천하고 싶네요. 현지인처럼 살아보고 싶다면 주저하지 말고 이 곳으로 정하세요. It was the terrace view and the location, which was better than expected. The mouth was fragrant and the mattress was soft. The view from the terrace was wonderful. There's a bathtub, there's a kitchen, there's very little that's available, and if you ask for something you don't, you can bring it. (I didn't have toothpaste, but I asked for it.) Both hosts were so kind. I don't know where I smell cigarettes, but I often smell cigarettes. But I'd like to recommend it. If you want to live like a native, don't hesitate to choose this place.

Jun 27, 2019Location location location! Maria’s place is located in the absolute best location! Additionally, the views from the balcony are spectacular! Not to mention the fact that her place is located right next to an old Roman wall AND only a few minutes away from the Barcelona Cathedral and Las Ramblas. Maria is also a very kind and helpful host who will chat if you’d like or leave you to do your own thing. She was also available to give us recommendations on things to do and places to eat. There is also a bus stop and a metro stop right by her place, so it’s very easy to get around to other places in the city. The room itself was clean and worked perfectly for my friend and I. The beds were comfortable and the direct access to the balcony was by far our favorite thing about the room. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the room only locks from the inside, so while we were out and about we couldn’t lock our room. So that’s something to keep in mind if that’s a feature that’s important to you. All in all though it was the perfect place for our few days spent in Barcelona, and we would absolutely stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019This wonderful apartment is exactly as advertised on Air B n B site. Maria is just wonderful, as is the location, and you are in fact 6 floors up with an amazing view. Maria smokes, and the lift may break down , leaving you 24 flights of marble stairs to climb. I would love to go back there again.
