Apartment was very nice and it's situated right next to the landmark Ponte Luis. It has refreshing terrace which was perfect during the warm nights. Communication with the host was swift and without a problem. Only downside was a staircase inside the apartment which everybody bumped into, and the only set of keys (keypads were supposed to work in the middle of our stay but they didn't) for four people.

Jun 27, 2019Hugo is a very professional and attentive host. We initially estimated our arrival at 4PM, but ended up arriving around 3PM and only gave Hugo 30 minutes notice. Regardless he was there waiting for us and gave us a thorough explanation of the apartment, location and sites for us to visit. We are a family of two adults and two children. The apartment is not really optimal for small children, because of the rickety staircase. But we made due with the sleeping arrangements on the first floor and had a great time. The apartment is small but very nicely decorated and was exactly as described. The location is great. Just next to the Ponte Luís I bridge and the riverside restaurants. The apartment faces away from the water but this allows for a small terrace facing toward the cliff side, which was very nice for a spot of air. Hugo also has a deal with a breakfast delivery service, whom left a beautiful basket outside our door. The service also catered to Hugos high service standard and replaced the coffee in our basket with chocolate milk, which was immensely more popular with our children. I can only give my best recommendation to both Hugo and the apartment. It is a beautiful space in a prime location at a semi affordable rate. We only gave slightly more than we would have paid for a cheap hotel and half of what we would have paid at a nice one.

Jun 27, 2019Highly recommend location which is close to the hot spots, attractions and everything you could need. It's literally 2 mins walk from the main river restaurants and the view is breathtaking. Place was well maintained and very comfortable. 5 Stars!

Jun 27, 2019Das Apartement ist sehr gut gelegen und ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist an den grünen Hang mit Gärten ausgerichtet. Das Beste war aber der Service des Vermieters und seine schnellen Reaktionen auf Anfragen.
Jun 27, 2019El alojamiento está muy bien situado. A pocos minutos caminando del centro, y sin el ruido de alojarte en pleno centro. Además se puede aparcar en la calle. El apartamento tal como aparece en las fotos, muy bien cuidado y con mucha luz. El sofá tenía una pata rota, pero se lo dijimos e iban a arreglarlo. Sin duda repetiríamos mismo sitio el día que volvamos a Oporto!
Jun 27, 2019This was a great apartment in a wonderful location right by the water. Everything was walkable including great restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment also was clean and spacious. Hugo also was a excellent host who was accommodating, friendly and knew a lot about the city. Overall excellent place and experience in a beautiful city.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was in a great location (nice walking/running paths by river) and easily walkable to good restaurants and sights in Porto. The apartment was clean and perfect for a family of four with older children. Communication with Oporto was very good and they stayed in touch with us even after our flights were cancelled, then delayed rearranging our airport transfer (highly recommend). Other plus, a key pad to enter building and apartment. No concern over losing keys or tricky entry!

Jun 27, 2019도우루 강변에 위치하고 있어서 매우 경치가 좋았습니다. 단지 창문으로 보이는 뷰는 강가 반대쪽인 절벽 뷰라서 집 밖에 나가야 도우루 강을 볼 수 있어서 그건 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 엘레베이터가 있어서 짐을 들고 다니기에 무척 편했고 침대도 푹신푹신하고 화장실도 두개라서 편하게 사용했습니다. 하지만 집에서 두번이나 왕거미가 나와서 너무 깜짝 놀랐네요... 그리고 마지막날 공항가는 택시서비스를 요청했는데 비행편이 늦춰지는 바람에 택시 픽업시간도 늦추려고 연락했는데 호스트와 연락이 되지 않아서 결국 원래 예약했던 시간에 그대로 출발해야했습니다. 호스트가 집이 많아서 그런지 연락이 잘 되는 편은 아닌 것 같아요. 그리고 세탁기가 있다고 써져있는데 세탁기 없습니다~~ 참고하세요!
Jun 27, 2019The location was great, a sweet little outside terrace outside from the top floor. Everything was very clean and new. Guests need to know about the little spiral staircase...not for the aged, nor for younger children. The spindles could be taken out with a big suitcase and a bad misstep. Everything was very accommodating. However, one issue we had was our morning when we were leaving. We were not told that the code to get into the front door and to our apartment would be voided exactly at noon. We had to make a quick run to a shop just next door and got back to the apartment and could not get in. We were 5 minutes late. We finally got in and the cleaning crew was waiting for us with some very impatient faces. We were all packed, we just had to toss a couple of things in a bag and leave. We always tip cleaning crews, and this time we were able to hand the tip to them in person, which seemed to ameliorate the situation. Otherwise, all went smoothly. I broke a wine glass, but left money in it for a replacement.

The apartment can easily hold two adults and two children, however the loft space is completely open so privacy is a bit limited. The entire apartment is updated, new and clean. Checkin was also very easy.
Jun 27, 2019The host, Hugo, was really helpful and informative. The flat was very well equipped - the two separated sleeping areas (enclosed room, and mezzanine) and double toilets were perfect for our requirements, and the keyless entries were perfect for autonomous comings and goings.

Jun 27, 2019The location is reasonably close to the attractions, though we were expecting it to be up the hill. Not much of an issue, except for the climb up via stairs or the Funicular. There's no laundry facilities within the apartment.
Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed staying here during our visit to Porto. The host Bruno was very welcoming and explained the city to us for 45 minutes, giving us local tips and places to visit. A bit strange that we had to pay 24€ per guest for “tourist tax”. But The location was perfect and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely book again.
Jun 27, 2019For future travelers: Clean and private space on quiet end of river, close to funicular and great restaurants; appears recently remodeled; two levels with small terrace accessed from top level only; very small baths, kitchen and living/dining space; no screens on windows which is common; AC froze lower level but only way to cool upper level was to open windows which was not recommended due to mosquitoes, etc. Good for four people. Manager very accommodating and communicative.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was in a super location, right on the river! It was easy to walk to historic Porto and across the river to Gaia. The apartment was clean and very comfortable - the outside space was a nice bonus. The host was very hospitable and helped us upon arrival and with a dinner reservation. It was also really nice to have an elevator which is unusual in historic Europe apartments. We highly recommend!
