The neighborhood is where the locals live, surrounded by lush greens with a mountain view. Commuting into the city is very easy. 10 min drive to Waikiki, 15 min drive to downtown. Close to H1 highway entrance.

There are stairs to get to this unit, 37 steps to be exact. If you have a large family or family reunion, I have both upstairs unit (3bed/2bath) and downstairs unit (2bed/1bath) of this house available for rent. Because of how the house has two units, you may hear the noise, footsteps or feel the presence of the people in the other unit. If you need complete silence and privacy, this house may not be for you. A colony of wild chickens live in the neighborhood, and they can make noise in the morning. Please do not park across the street where "No Parking" signs are, or you may get parking tickets. Do not use or block the driveway going up on the left side of the house as this belongs to a different property owner. This property is in a tropical environment, any food you leave out will attract ants. We provide ant sprays and traps upon request. If this bothers you, this unit may not be right for you.

There are bus lines that runs on 10th ave in Palolo/Kaimuki, but having a car is recommended for this location.

You have your own assigned parking to park your car with private entrance to your unit. You have your own washer/dryer in this unit. There is another unit downstairs (2bed/1bath) which is similar to this unit, also available for rent.
