Rules

- We require guests to call us 30 minutes prior to arrival to the apartment for check-in. - On arrival we require guests to sign an agreement form and provide a AU$500 fully refundable security deposit to insure against damage or loss to the apartment - On departure, the apartment must be left in tidy condition with rubbish removed and dishes washed. To check-out, please leave the apartment keys inside the apartment on the table and close the apartment door.

    I was thoroughly disappointed in this apartment, on arrival we were told we had been moved to a different room. The Room we received had no view, no oven, no dryer, the bathroom was disgusting and had to be cleaned by us on arrival. The walls were covered in marks, we paid for a queen bed, sofa bed and a single bed, however we recieved a double and two singles. The Room key didn't even have the correct room number on it, the fridge had milk stains and none of the cutlery matched.. The wine in the room was a nice touch and it was in a great location..

    Do not stay here. EVER. The "host" is rude and invades on your privacy as and when she pleases. The "home" is an ex-hotel room and is one of 40 apartments she owns that have never been lived in. Its dirty, almost everything is broken, the air-conditioning unit leaks, its loud as hell, it cuts out and it looks like it could fall off the ceiling at any point in time. This place is a cheap and nasty room used to circumnavigate the standards set by normal accommodations. Still waiting for Airbnb to fix this problem, have been waiting for them to respond for a month! STEER CLEAR
