This apartment it is where I live. It is right in the centre, near the pedestrian part of the main street of the centre-Rua de Santa Catarina. However it is a very quiet building and you don't listen any noise... It is near metro station where guests can arrive directly from Porto Airport ( Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport ). The neigborhood have cafés, cheap and typical restaurants, groceries, and supermarkets. If you need the garage, please mention it when you make the reservation.

This is a great apartment slightly outside the main part of Porto but incredibly easy to walk to in under ten minutes from all the main tourist spots. Our host was great meeting us and taking the time to show us where things were located and making some great recommendations. We chose to drive through Portugal and this place has very secure parking in the building which was a great find. The apartment also has a great look and feel while being in a very quiet building. Highly recommend if you want something close by and quiet.
Jun 27, 2019Alcino was a great host. He was very helpful with planning our days out. We had a map with a couple of different routes specified depending on what we were interested in. Beautiful apartment, the shutters on the windows were magical. Great super secure parking as well and Porto was just amazing to explore. Such a good looking city. Highly recommended.
Jun 27, 2019Alcino was a very welcome host. He descirbed all details regarding public transport in Porto and how to get from airport to the apartment. As our fly was delayed he wait for us more then 1 hour at night. The location of the apartment is near city center. It's very easy to go everywhere by foot. Apartment is very big, comfortable with a nice view. We spent a great week in Porto and strongly recommend Alcino as a host.
Jun 27, 2019Très bon séjour dans un appartement au calme, avec volets (nuit noire!!!) très proche des transports en commun, restaurants, mini super marchés, à 10 mn à pied du marché de Bolhao. Facile d'accès à partir de l'aéroport en métro. Décoration soignée et originale.
Jun 27, 2019Le calme et le confort de l'appartement compensent la distance (toute relative-10 mns à pied) du centre ville. L'existence d'un parking est un atout précieux. Un excellent endroit pour se détendre et se reposer entre deux promenades.
Jun 27, 2019El apartamento está bastante bien situado. Limpio, y tal y como aparece en las fotos . Todo correcto, excepto la entrega de llaves cuando llegamos. Envie varios emails diciendo que llegaria sobre las 16 h. Al final llegamos 1 hora antes, y la persona encargada de llevarnos las llaves( no era el propietario, ya que estaba fuera de la ciudad), nos puso problemas con la hora. Llego a las 16:45 , despues de intercambiar washap queriendo alargar la hora de darnos las llaves ( nos llegó a decir que a las 18:45.. que fueramos a dar una vuelta foz.. ,mientras esperabamos su llegada, aparccamos, y la zona era de pago (no lo sabiamos, pues las rayas de la carretera eran blancas ) y nos pusieron una multa de 12 €. con el consiguiente gran enfado por mi parte, ya que si hubiera estado a la hora indicada esto no hubiera sucedido. Por lo demas, el apartamento, es tal y como muestran las fotos.

Jun 27, 2019Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Pedro hat uns auf einem Stadtplan viel gezeigt und ausführliche sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Am besten war Matosinho!!! Leute, geht da unbedingt hin - es ist ein Genuß, dort Fisch zu essen.
Jun 27, 2019El piso de Alcino está muy bien situado a apenas 5 minutos andando del centro . La vivienda es confortable y tiene una decoración muy cuidada. Pedro, un amigo de Alcino, fue muy simpático y atento cuando nos entregó las llaves y nos hizo recomendaciones muy útiles para disfrutar de Oporto.
Jun 27, 2019Très bonne surprise en arrivant a Porto. Nous pensions être un peu excentré, mais au contraire l'emplacement était parfait calme et dans le centre. A deux pas de la rue piétonne Catarina. Excellent accueil avec pleins de conseils sur les centres d'intérêt de la ville et ses transports. Appartement impeccable même pour une famille.
Jun 27, 2019Tout s'est très bien passé avec Alcino (malgré que nous nous sommes pas rencontrés). Appartement très bien situé à 5min à pied de la rue Santa Catharina. Le parking privé est un gros plus. Appartement conforme.
Jun 27, 2019El apartamento es una casa, amplia y con todas las comodidades. Está céntrica y acogedora. Cuida mucho el detalle. Nos recibió un amigo de Alcino, muy agradable, Pedro y nos ayudo a orientarnos con mucha amabilidad.
Jun 27, 2019La casa esta en una ubicacion perfecta centrica y dispone de un muy buen parking privado dentro del precio. Pedro nos atendio muy educadamente incluso espero un retraso por nuestra parte de 40 min a la llegada. Un apartamento limpio y ordenado.

Jun 27, 2019Appartement agréable et sécurisé. Excellente literie. Parking privé en sous-sol. Rue commerçante sainte catherine à 6 ou 7 mn à pied. Centre et monuments accessibles à pied. Le Douro également mais plus loin. Une adresse correcte, un logement spacieux.

Jun 27, 2019Nos atendió Pedro, un chico muy amable amigo de Alcino, nos explicó muy bien el piso y qué hacer y visitar en oporto y sus alrededores. El apartamento está en una buena zona, junto a muchos servicios y relativamente cerca de las zonas a visitar.
Jun 27, 2019Bien situado. La plaza de garaje genial. Mejoraria varias cosas por la seguridad de la estancia en el apartamento. Hay cosas importantes que deben ser corregidas lo antes posible. Si se arreglan el piso es un 10, pero deben corregirse.
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Pedro, un ami d’Alcino. Le logement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pieds de la rue Santa Catarina (rue commerçante), 10 mn de la gare centrale, au calme et bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables. Pedro a pris le temps de nous montrer quels étaient les points à visiter aux alentours et nous a renseigné sur les transports en commun de Porto. Le seul point négatif est que, malgré des draps et du linge de toilette propres, le logement n’avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée. Nous avons lavé les sols, les sanitaires, le frigo et le coin cuisine. La femme de ménage est venue le 6eme jour et a laissé le logement très propre, elle a changé les draps et les serviettes. La chasse d’eau des toilettes a besoin d’être réparé. Malgré cela, nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour dans ce logement.
