Air conditioning is available upon request. Heat is free. All is provided by a mature, courteous and friendly owner. This room is on the far side of the apartment allowing visitors to enjoy their space personally and privately. My building is over the Hudson River, near Ft Tryon Park which is cliff-side, scenic and considered the most beautiful park in NYC. A few blocks away is Riverside Park that lends to a bike path over 20 miles long. The apartment is near all conveniences including many restaurants, gourmet shops, nearby subway (A Train) and so much more. Twenty five minutes to midtown, closer than Brooklyn.

I am very familiar with the neighborhood and the location was exactly as described. I loved it. Lee was a marvelous host and the room was very nice. Clean, comfortable and with a great bed! I look forward to staying with her again.

Jun 27, 2019The room was exactly as pictured. Very spacious. The bed was awesome. Lee was very welcoming and replied to any questions any had almost immediately. I really like the neighborhood- it's clean, quiet, and beautiful. I would definitely stay again!
Jun 27, 2019Lee is an absolutely great host and the space she offers is a very good find. Quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty to offer and just a five minute walk to the 'A' line that will get you almost anywhere in NYC. The view of the Hudson River and the GWB, especially a night are awesome. It was a pleasure staying here. I would say the only downside is parking, but I expect that could be said of anywhere in New York, although there are two parking garages within 200 yards of the front door. This was my first AirBnB experience and Lee set a high bar for anybody else to follow :-)
