Jun 27, 2019Pros: perfect location, very clean, extremely central. Cons: some construction noise on street, windows look directly into office building next door (you'll probably want to keep the blinds closed).
Jun 27, 2019L'appartement est très bien situé, ce qui permet de nombreuses visite à pied. L'immeuble est confortable et calme, par contre nous avons passé une nuit blanche car le tramway est en construction et le chantier fonctionne la nuit et peut être très bruyant. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage et la climatisation ne permet pas d'avoir réellement chaud. Nous avons loué une semaine pour 3 personnes et nous avons eu droit à 1 rouleau de papier toilette et un petit paquet prévu pour l'accueil de 2 personnes ( bouteille d'eau, thé ..) Le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement : poussière et objets oubliés sous le lit) Bref tout cela est un peu juste et demande à être améliore, mais la situation géographique racheté le tout.
Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was fantastic and made getting around in Sydney very easy. We have very young children who were waking very early due to the light in the bedrooms (thin blinds) but otherwise it was great.
Jun 27, 2019This apartment has the most fantastic location which absolutely makes up for the fact that it is so dark you have to have the lights on at all times and it is a little run down. If you are out all day - as we mainly were - this is simply not a problem. The living area has enough room for two adult and two small children to co-exist quite happily and the bedrooms were a good size. Something we particularly appreciated was that there were lots of towels - often you are left with the bare minimum so this was great.
Jun 27, 2019A really convenient place that close to Circular Quay. We can find everything on George Street like supermarkets, malls and restaurants. The place is well set with all equipments for cooking and cleaning like home. I do love staying there.
Jun 27, 2019Mixed bag on this stay but overall positive. Great location near Circular Quay and the apartment is comfortable. However, I was shocked to find out that I was required to supply my own toilet paper, trash bags, etc etc., so take note. A few single use items were supplied but having to go to the store and buy my own toilet paper was ridiculous and no forewarning was provided. There were no instructions on how to use the TV so weren't able to watch it. The hot water in the shower was hit and miss and there were no face cloths.
Jun 27, 2019This place was in an awesome location and looks just like the pictures! the kitchen was well equipped and it was great having a washer/dryer too. We felt very safe there and were within walking distance to everything! our host made us feel very welcome and we would recommend this to other travelers for sure!
Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful time in Sydney in every way, superb dining, still savouring the memories, excellent sightseeing, the apartment worked out brilliantly, quiet, clean, perfect for our needs, in a great location in it's proximity to Circular Quay with all it's forms of transport to anywhere in Sydney, plus cafe's, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. We were met on time on arrival at the apartment our host allowing us earlier entry than listed as well as a later departure time to suit our incoming and out going flights which we really did appreciate. Any issues were dealt with efficiently as per 11 light bulbs which were out and needed changing. Thanks so much for a lovely stay, we'd definitely book the apartment again. Warm regards Leonie

Jun 27, 2019The location of this apartment is excellent. It's a five minute walk to the ferry and rail terminals and waterfront, and a 15 minute walk to the opera house. It's a suitable size for a family of four, with two beds in the second bedroom. We loved having a washer and dryer. If you plan on using the kitchen, plan on supplying a sponge to wash the counters, salt and pepper, dish soap, paper towels.... There are no extras. This was ok, we just were surprised and ended up buying what we needed. Also, there is road construction going on and it's loud. It goes all night, and some nights were worse than others. Despite the noise, the apartment worked well for our family, and the location is really good.
Jun 27, 2019This appartment is in a fabulous location everything is so close and easy to get to, we had 2 teenage kids with us and all felt safe in the appartment and out on the street, there are fantastic restaurants and market food, bars everywhere it's a lovely short walk to the opera house area the botanical gardens and the city shopping. It was clean and bright with a nice pool on the roof, the only let down was the bathroom is very small and the little things that you expect would to be provided such as salt pepper a roll of toilet paper, sponges an extra tea towel etc are not However there are plenty of quality towels and spare linen provided The appartment has a very good air conditioning system and the beds are very comfortable
Jun 27, 2019This apartment is very central - 5 minutes walk to The Rocks and Circular Quay, and 10 minutes walk from Pitt Street Mall. There is also a convenience store a few steps away from the building entrance, which came in very handy. The apartment is beautifully equipped, and a welcome pack provides any small extras you might need. The air-conditioning is fabulous, especially during hot days! The beds are very comfortable and the linen is high quality. For people with young children it's great to have a bath tub as well. This apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The only I would say is to check on the progress and timing of the light rail construction on George Street, as it is very noisy. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment.
Jun 27, 2019A great Apartment in a great location. Everything you need is here, the common parts of the building look a little tired but the flat is comfortable and very well located. The only downside, which the host cannot influence, is the work taking place on George Street installing the new light rail system. This work is being done at night and can be a little noisy. I wouldn't let that put you off as everything else is great, but it may be an issue for young children or light sleepers

Jun 27, 2019PLEASE READ. YOU'LL BE GLAD. I'm not usually one to write a review. However, I feel that strongly about my stay at this apartment that I feel I must so other travellers do not experience the problems I had. There is exstensive work happening on the corner of George Street & Bridge Street due to the construction of the light rail system(it was very disappointing that this was not mentioned anywhere in the description or throughout the booking process). On the second night 3 of the 4 guests were unable to sleep due to the excessive noise. When I rang the property manager(Arnold) to inform him of the noise and that we were unhappy about it he said that there haven't been any complaints from previous guests and that there was nothing he could do. I explained that I wasn't concerned about other guests, just my party. After much discussion his resolution was a refund for our unused nights in the apartment..............but we would have to find alternative accommodation ourselves! Not only were we wasting our vacation time trying to rectify the situation, but we then had to use more of our time trying to find alternative accommodation. With our vacation time in Sydney being only 5 nights, you can imagine how frustrating this was. Due to the short period we decided to stay on at the apartment. However, the following night there was noise outside the apartment on Bridge Street due to what looked like industrial electricians laying cables underground. Once again waking the party. The apartment itself was very disappointing, dark & outdated. You can not open the living room blinds as there is an office block a few metres directly adjacent. The bathroom is small & the overall cleanliness of the apartment was very poor. There were clumps of dust in the bathroom & when my partner moved the bed to plug in her phone charger, the dust & dirt was discusting! I found this very strange as a $243 "cleaning fee" is charged at the time of booking? This was relayed back to Arnold who said that he would get the cleaners back that day. Although the cleaners had returned back there, it was quite evident that they had just done the bare minimum & the large clumps of dust were still in the corner of the bathroom. By this stage of the vacation we had gone past caring and just wanted to enjoy our time in Sydney. Arnold did refund the $243 "cleaning fee", but only after a heated discussion. He also had to send in an electrician to fix a power point that was hanging off the wall and on a seperate occasion an electrician to change the light bulbs. Being a property management company you would think the apartment would be checked and this would of been done prior to guests entering the property? In all fairness to Arnold he was very prompt in resolving the issues, but unfortunately it was too little...

Jun 27, 2019Comfortable, nicely furnished apartment in secure building with an excellent location walkable to downtown Sydney attractions. Check-in on the weekends is a little difficult as the property manager is not available and you have arrange to have someone pick up the keys ahead of time or pick them up from a lockbox in a completely different location. During our stay, there was serious construction noise at night that started on the second night of our stay. This was unexpected and anticipated to last two weeks. Keris was kind enough to allow us to relocate to a hotel and refunded us for the unused nights which we greatly appreciated. We were sad to have to end our stay early. We would stay here again in the future if we have the opportunity.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is large enough for up to 4 people as it has a queen bed and two singles and it has 2 bedrooms, which are clean. The kitchen is of ample size and has some cooking essentials included. The location is central to the CBD which made it perfect for us, as we have a chronically ill/disabled son who can't walk very far or fast, therefore making it easier for us to get around. The apartment is also very secure, and the internet service was also very good; all in all a great place to stay.
