Neighborhood Overview
Paddington is one of the oldest and dearest suburbs in Sydney! Most comparable to London's, Notting Hill or New Yorks, East Village it really is a top cosmopolitan location with some of Australia’s BEST restaurants & fashion boutiques right next door! We also have a great local market across the road every Saturday & 5 minute walk from Sydney Vegan market on a Sunday. Not to mention only a minute walk away from Centenial park, and a 24hr Gym across the road too

It was lovely to meet Jessica, she was an amazing host! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was great, with Paddington's amazing restaurants and shops just on our doorstep. Jessica was very friendly and helpful and we're definitely planning on staying here again next time we're in Sydney!
Jun 27, 2019Jessica is a genuinely kind hearted person. She made me and my boyfriend feel welcome and helped us in the ways that she could. She also collects art and has excellent taste, so her flat is absolutely adorable! We stayed 5 nights, and everything was comfortable. There's even an electric blanket in the bed. Paddington is a very nice neighborhood mainly of boutique shopping on the main road. Centennial Park is also a 10 minute walk away, so we took advantage of that. I've been in many a Airbnb, and I definitely recommend Jessica and her flat!

Jun 27, 20191.房間無對外窗有點悶熱,跟房東借電風扇有所改善,但夏季可能會非常熱 2.有天窗可以引進自然光,因此白天光線很好,當然也不可能睡太晚｡ 3.因為直接睡在房東原本的房間,因此房東會睡在客廳的沙發,所謂會提供的洗衣機等配備都不方便使用,連晚上上廁所都要擔心吵到房東｡ 4.wifi連線很順暢 5.住宿的幾天附近都有人在施工,因此有點吵｡ 6.餐廳有貓飼料等,因此有蠻明顯的貓味道｡ 7.距離paddington Saturday market很近 8.房間衣櫃不能使用,且空間小,行李箱一打開就沒有空間可行走 9.有蟑螂

Jun 27, 2019It was my first experience with airbnb and I am glad that my host was Jessica, who is a great host! And it is true - it is 5 star location place - it is walk away from Hide Park, Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Royal Botanic Garden. I would definitely recommend Jessica´s place.

Jun 27, 2019Jessica's place was lovely! She was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and had such nice sheets! She provided us with towels and had some lovely complimentary tea and cookies. Jessica was able to recommend many great local spots and made us feel very welcome. I totally recommend if you're looking for a nice spot to stay!

Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Jess' place over the Easter break and it was a great spot in Paddington with lots of nice bars, shops and restaurants near by. It's just around the corner from the bus stop which has buses running to the city centre and also to Bondi. Jess was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome during our stay.

Jun 27, 2019Jessica was a lovely host! Despite her being unwell while I stayed there I could always rely on her to help me out with anything around the flat, awesome restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and just generally pleasant company :) The cats were lovely and very affectionate. I definitely felt at home at Jessica's flat. Extremely well located for buses to take you to either Bondi or central Sydney, as it's basically halfway in between. I walked to Mrs McQuarries point one day and it took just over an hour to do so, buses take 10-15 minutes to central. Paddington itself is a cute neighbourhood with some nice places to eat/drink/shop nearby. Quite a few steps to take up to the flat just for anyone who might have issues with that, I didn't. Really enjoyed my stay at Jessica's flat highly recommend it!

La porte ouverte toute la nuit pourrait peut être être remplacée par une chatière en hiver ? Wifi un peu inconstant. On recommande ce logement.

Jul 27, 2019Jessica very kindly accepted our last minute booking - she was very welcoming and her flat is a lovely little place tucked away in Paddington, which has some greats shops and bars and a market and is very well-connected with the CBD. However, we did have some trouble sleeping due to construction noise and paint smells coming through the floorboards, as there was a shop being fitted on the floor below. Jessica had said there might be mess downstairs at the entrance to the flat, but didn't mention that the work had been continuing late into the night. We raised the issue with Jessica during our stay, and hoped she would be understanding when we requested a partial refund after our departure. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case and we had to work with airbnb to resolve the issue.
Jun 27, 2019This trip was very special because I used to live in Paddington. Jessica's place is in heart of Paddington. It was bit hard to find at first but she was guiding us specifically through messages. Bedroom was neat , tidy and stylish. Had such a great time and thanks to Jessica for suggesting nice places. :)
Jun 27, 2019My stay was very enjoyable - everything was clean and the room I stayed in was comfortable - everything worked in the kitchen and bathroom and wi-fi was dependable. Jessica was quick to answer any questions I had, both before my stay and during, and she has a nice welcoming personality! The area is a big plus, with a trendy feel, lots of eateries, shops and points of interest. It was easy to get around from there. My high expectations from previous reviews were met.
Jun 27, 2019A cozy little place with artsy decorations. Location is perfect being right above the Paddington shoplots, and easy access to the CBD by the bus stop nearby. The room is clean and comfortable, but may get rather hot during summer. Wi-Fi is a plus, and overall very much great for value!

Jun 27, 2019Stayed here for a week during NYE and really enjoyed it! The place is in a really good location, walking distance from lots of shops and cafes. The room was great, very comfortable and clean, and we ended up using the kitchen which was quite helpful. Overall, we had a lovely time here and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Jun 27, 2019Quirky place in nice location. Noisy - particularly if you're not from a big city. Standoffish host. Incident where I was shouted at and accused of trying to watch her do her feet. W hen actually as I was walking to the bathroom, the host was holding her foot up - very much like patients, in my profession - do to show me their injury/ailment/complaint. Therefore, I paused momentarily - about to ask if everything was alright. Got shouted at - totally uncalled for.
Jun 27, 2019The location is perfect, close to everything (between Bondi beach and the Opera house). There is a bus stop very close to have easily access to everything. It’s a lovely place, comfy and Jessica was always there if we had any question. It’s a good place to stay during your holiday.
