Jun 27, 2019This place is great! We especially enjoyed the balcony every day, with a beautiful view of the garden and the happy sounds of the birds. This location is private, peaceful, and serene. Everything was clean and beautiful. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019I had such a great stay at Mark's place. It was me and my boyfriend and the studio felt more spacious than the pictures. It had amenities that I hadn't even thought about, like a hairdryer, iron, washer and dryer. There was no stove top, but there was a hot plate in the cabinets and some pots and pans. The location was great! So close to the Wailea Shopping Center and other big resorts. I wouldn't hesitate to book Mark's place again when we come back to the area.

Jun 27, 2019It is a lock off studio unit on the ground floor at a reasonable price compared to other units in the complex. However expect possible unpleasant noise from the guest staying next door that is attached to your unit or from the people above you. It’s a bright corner studio with plenty of natural light but everything is in original condition and could be updated. The set up for the internet is located in the next door unit and you need to deal with the next door guests and cable company yourself if anything goes wrong. It shouldn’t be set up this way and the owner should deal with the problem when it occurs. Other than the above the owner was very responsive and tried to be helpful.
