Notes
All linen and towels are included in the apartment. After one week stay (stays up to 7 nights), changing of linen/towels and general cleaning of the apartment, free of charge.
Transit
If you come from the airport, you only need to take the metro from the airport to the city centre (Trindade). To explore the city centre, you don't need car or any public transport. You can always go everywhere by foot.

The flat is really lovely as seen in pictures. It's new, clean and well located, close to the centre, shops and restaurants. We had a great time staying there. Tomas was very nice and incredibly helpful introducing the main attractions in town. He made sure we had everything we needed, welcoming us with complementary tea and biscuits. He was a wonderful host and genuinely cares about the property and people renting it out. I recommend this place!

Jun 27, 2019Clean, attractive remodel, comfortable sleep accommodations for at least five people. Tastefully decorated, fun and funky. Great location, near top sites and restaurants, cafes. Tomas was very responsive and accommodating; he forwarded a helpful info guide, and in the flat had an even more helpful book full of suggestions and commentary on local restaurants and sites. The part of town can be noisy - especially the seagulls! - and lots of sound leakage from other flats, so earplugs may be helpful at night. Though that's true of most central city accommodations.

Jun 27, 2019Appartement très bien situé, propre, au dernier étage. Les mouettes sont bruyantes ! Nous n'avons pas vu Tomás à notre arrivée mais la clef était à disposition et tout était bien indiqué. Attention si vous venez en voiture : trouver une place en fin de journée et dans un endroit non payant.

Jun 27, 2019Tomas was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. He emailed instructions with the best way to get to the apartment well in advance, and there was a detailed guide book waiting for us when we arrived that included restaurants, attractions, and maps. The apartment itself was very clean and fairly well-appointed. A wine opener would have been nice to have, but we successfully cooked fajitas for dinner without any issues, and the location is very convenient to all the sites in the old city. The apartment can be noisy in the evenings depending on other residents/guests. Also, there is no A/C (which is not necessary in Porto), but the area can be loud overnight with the windows open.

A localização é perfeita, perto das principais atracções e ideal para ir com a família. Tem restaurantes muito bom mesmo por baixo do prédio. O Tomás mostrou-se sempre disponível e correu tudo na (Website hidden by Airbnb) certeza numa próxima ida ao Porto será o meu espaço de eleição.

Appartement très propre , bonne isolation phonique. Bien situé dans le quartier historique et proche du métro ce qui est très pratique lorsque l'on arrive de l'aéroport. On peut tout faire à pied. Très bon séjour.

Jun 27, 2019Tomas' apartment is quite cute. Equipped kitchen, fridge, big table for dinners, etc. Rooms are big as well and double beds are comfortable. Single bed is not so comfortable, probably it's expected to be used by a baby or little boys. Very well located, you can reach any point of interest in max 20 minutes walking (have a good breakfast, Porto' slopes are exhausting!)

Jun 27, 2019El apartamento de Tomás es un apartamento súper bonito, comodo y que cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estadia, destacamos la comodidad y la cercania a la mayoria de las atracciones de la ciudad, el piso est amuy centrico justo al lao de la Universidad de Oporto, de la Torre de los Clerigos. El apartamento se adecua de forma perfecta para personas que viajen con familia y sobre todo niños pequeños. Una vez más muchas gracias Tomás, fue un placer estar en tu apartamento.

Jun 27, 2019Deux adultes et un enfant de moins de 2 ans : Tomás avait ajouté un lit bébé dans une des chambres. Le logement est au troisième étage dans un quartier à la fois animé et tranquille. Sa situation permet de faire la majorité des visites à pied. Nous n'avons pris le métro que pour venir de l'aéroport ou aller au centre commercial (El Corte Ingles). La pièce de vie et la cuisine sont séparés de l'espace nuit par un long couloir ce qui permet de bien isoler les chambres du bruit (en gros de coucher les enfants plus tôt). L'accueil est juste parfait : ni trop ni trop peu, sympathique, serviable, efficace. Les équipements sont modernes (plaque vitro, micro ondes, tv samsung, enceinte bluetooth, douche). Le chauffage était appréciable en ce mois de mars. Les 4 jours passés dans cet appartement étaient une bonne expérience !
Jun 27, 2019Togheter with 4 friends I visited Porto and stayed at the apartment of Tomas. We had a lovely stay. The apartment is located in the centre of Porto, so everything is in walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and big enough for the 5 of us. We appreciated the welcome book with information about the nearby supermarkets and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place!

Jun 27, 2019L'appartement de Tomás est très bien situé. Proche du vieux centre et de toutes commodités, vous pourrez aisément vous déplacer à pied pour visiter Porto. Nous n'avons pris le métro qu'une seule fois pour nous déplacer vers la plage. Avec notre fille de 2 ans nous avions largement assez de place. L'appartement conviendra également très bien pour une famille de 2 voir 3 enfants ou 2 couples. Tomás n'était pas disponible à notre arrivée, mais nous avons pu récupérer les clés facilement et il s'est rendu disponible immédiatement lorsque nous avons claqué la porte avec les clés à l'intérieur de l'appartement... :) Seul bémol, l'appartement est mal isolé. Bien qu'il se trouve au 3ème étage, on entend légèrement le bruit de la rue et les voisins du 2ème étage.

Jun 27, 2019Tomás apartment is great. There's 3 comfortable beds with sheets, pillows and towels and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment was bigger than we thought seeing the pictures and the location is perfect, almost any place in Porto is in a walk distance. The only thing that could be better is the acoustic isolation with rest of the building.
Jun 27, 2019Lovely flat on the top floor of a building 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Tomás was very helpful with everything: including getting us to the flat and during our trip in the city. I recommend sleeping with the windows closed as we found the street to be very noisy and busy during the night. But apart from that the apartment was perfect.

Jun 27, 2019You couldn't get more central than this - on one of the main shopping streets and just off a couple of gorgeous historic squares lined with cafes - but somehow also very peaceful! The apartment was all set up for us with the baby cot made up in one of the bedrooms and was very clean. Andrea was really helpful too! It's perfectly equipped with everything we needed to cook, do laundry etc. The only thing to be aware of is that it's located on the fourth floor so if you've got lots of bags or baby gear (like us) it's a bit of a workout, but nothing too major. The guide in the apartment was really helpful with recommendations for finding places to eat, buy groceries etc. There are loads of independent cafes and quirky bars in the surrounding squares and lane ways, as well as being a short walk from the city's historic sites so couldn't have asked for a better base for a few days. Thanks guys!

The hot also made my stay amazing: draw a map for me with best sights (definitely go to bazaar!), kitchen was well equipped, washing machine worked perfectly, beds were really soft and whole apartment was clean. I enjoyed every minute at this apartment!

Jun 27, 2019This place was amazing. It was within a short walking distance of a whole heap of great bars and restaurants and was situated perfectly in the main part of the Old Town of Porto. The place was clean, comfy, and large, with plenty of room for the two of us, with space for a couple more people. Not only that, but we were given a quick rundown and some ideas of what to I do in Porto and things to do, something that sometimes can be a little hard to figure out at first so it was great that we got some guidance. I think it is safe to say that I will stay here again and enjoy this wonderful place to stay.

Il donne toutes les informations utiles pour visiter à pied la ville. le logement est parfait mais je constate vite que cela ressemble davantage à un city appart et meuble 100% IKEA. Tomas propose d'ailleurs d'autres logements dans l'immeuble et ailleurs. Ce n'est pas un logement privé. La situation est idéale pour visiter de jour comme de nuit la ville mais attention n'ayez pas un sommeil léger car retour festif matinal dans la rue et les mouettes bien piplettes auront raison de votre grasse mat !.
Jun 27, 2019Tomas arranaged a Taxi from the airport which was excellent she showed us to the door. we were met be a lady who went out of her way to be helpful showing us on the map where to go. The Flat was great very central to the city. everything we needed was there, plenty of space. We traveled with two children aged 10 and 14 we all had a great stay . Tomas was very good with contacting us. A very good start to our holiday.
Jun 27, 2019Our stay in Tomás' place was great. The apartment is really well located so you can go by walking to the main places to visit (from 5 to 20 minutes away). The lady who received us at our arrival was very helpful and gave us many tips and suggestions. The communication with Tomás was perfect as well and we loved the decoration of the house! The only negative point might be the bathroom, too small so not enough for a group of 6/7 people.

Es un tercer piso sin ascensor (la unica pega que tiene) pero es tal cual se ve en las fotos, limpio, perfectamente equipado con camas cómodas, incluso el sofá, agradable y bien decorado. Si vuelvo a Oporto no dudaría en repetir!

Da er uns leider nicht empfangen konnte, hat eine Freundin unser Check In übernommen. Sie hatte zahlreiche Tipps für uns und alles hat prima funktioniert.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is at the top floor, with a nice view on both sides. The apartment is spacious and nice. The street has a lot of shops and there's some noise there at night time, but only for some hours and more as a result of people passing than people hanging outside. If you want to go out and eat or drink, the area is superb, and you practically live in the center of everything. I would like to go back if I had the chance.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is very nice, greatly situated and furnished. Communication with Tomás and Andreia was great. We stayed there with two 4-year-olds and a toddler, so the only downside for us was the three floors up. We will come again, when all of them can walk the stairs more easily!

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is very modern with a lot of kitchen equipment. The location is perfect - close to the attractions, quiet and with a great view over Porto (3rd floor). The shopping street is right under the apartment. Tomas was a great host (Good communication, suggestions for the city, ...) We would definitely recommend going to the apartment!

Quem fez o check in foi a Mariana que foi muito atenciosa e prestável, com uma série de indicações de lugares a visitar e cafés a experimentar. Contamos voltar.

Propre et agréable, Étant dans une rue commerçante on entend le bruit extérieur certaines nuits mais nous étions fatigués et cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé. Manque un miroir pour se recoiffer car la salle de bain est petite Très bon séjour chez Thomas Merci
Jun 27, 2019La ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento acogedor y coqueto. La zona es ruidosa por las noches, pero con buen ambiente. Nos ha gustado mucho y repetiremos a buen seguro. Para personas con movilidad reducida el acceso no es bueno.
Jun 27, 2019We got to the place around 11am due to our flight, tomas arranged the shuttle for us and let us drop the bag off early. Upon arrival, he explained the area for us, and things to do. It was bit challenging for us to go all the way to the third floor with 2kids but stairs are wide enough. He arranged everything for us so our stay couldve gone smoothly.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was nicely furnished and the kitchen/lounge was a particularly pleasant place to sit and relax. Although Tomás was away the weekend we visited, two of his friends were there to welcome us and answer all our questions. Their suggestions about where to eat and where to visit made our trip significantly more enjoyable than it would otherwise have been. The apartment is very central. There are dozens of bars, restaurants and bakeries within a few minutes walk, a large supermarket five minutes walk up the road, and most of the city's places of interest within an easy twenty minute stroll. You may have to put up with some noise at night. Porto is a lively city and there were a lot of student activities taking place the weekend we were there. If you're planning to be out late this won't be a problem, but if you have kids and want an early night, and especially if you sleep with the windows open, you might not get the good night's sleep you were hoping for. But then, the bakeries are really close in the morning!

Jun 27, 2019Ubicación perfecta. Nos gusto mucho. Tenia todo lo que necesitamos. Es un 3º sin ascensor pero se sube sin problemas. Los colchones son buenos y cómodos para un buen descanso. Todo el piso reformado sencillo pero con gusto. Si he de poner una pega es la falta de colgadores en el baño para las toallas y estantes para las cosas de aseo. Algo sin importancia teniendo en cuenta que el piso estaba impecable. La comunicación con Tomás muy buena y sus recomendaciones muy acertadas. Si vuelvo a Oporto, repetiría sin dudarlo.
Jun 27, 2019The place is very nicely located within walking distance of everything. The unit was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms and an extra bed just outside the one bedroom as well as a pullout sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was nice and well stocked with cooking items. There was wifi included. It's up a few flights of stairs, on the 3rd (top floor) I believe. For the colder months there were a few electric heaters which warmed up the unit nicely. The rooms are decent size and the bed was firm but quite comfortable. The bathroom is quite small with just a small stand up shower. Since the bathroom was so small it would have been very helpful if there were some shelving or some vanity space since there was really nowhere to put any toiletries. I would highly recommend installing some inexpensive shelving as there was ample room to install these and that would solve the issue of lack of toiletry space. We brought in a chair to set our toiletries on but then it crammed the space even more. Overall it was great value for a great location and I would not hesitate to consider this property when in Porto.
Jun 27, 2019Buon appartamento. Ottima posizione (anche se un po' rumoroso di notte, ma non intollerabile) e ottima comunicazione con l'host, sempre disponibile e cordiale. Uniche "pecche": il riscaldamento (c'erano alcuni fornellini elettrici, ma non è stato facile riscaldare l'appartamento) e la mancanza di mensole/appendini in bagno. Nel complesso una buona soluzione per visitare la città.

The space has a lot of usable space, and the bedrooms are nicely isolate from the living room and kitchen. Jun 27, 2019Apartamento no 3.º andar de um prédio antigo sem elevador, no centro do Porto, em rua pedonal. É acolhedor, o soalho de madeira range bastante e ouve-se algum barulho na rua à noite, mas que não é insuportável. Colocaram berço para o bebé e havia bastantes aquecedores. Gostámos!

Jun 27, 2019We were 2 adults and a baby. This place was perfect for a few reasons. There are two separate bedrooms which allowed our baby to have his own room so he can sleep peacefully. The windows can be closed so that it's pitch black which also helps. Tomas also prepared for us a baby cot and baby high chair which was very helpful. In the kitchen, there is also a blender which also helps for making baby food. The place itself is very big and spacious. It is also very clean and simple without a lot of "stuff" which is good for babies exploring. The place was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked such that we can cook all our meals. The location was great. It is within 15 minute walk to all major touristic sites Tomas was very hospitable. He was able to respond to all our requests before/during our stay. He gave us great tips and maps during check in. He also helped us store our luggage after our check out as our plane was later in the evening. My only note is that there are some noise from the nearby streets. However, we were all still able to sleep. Also the place is on the 3rd floor without elevator. So be prepared for stairs with children.
Jun 27, 2019The location of the apartment was excellent, very central and very clean and fairly well kitted out. Didn't have a microwave which would be useful. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, so 50+ stairs up to it, some people with health issues, or not very fit may have a problem. Nice restaurants and bars in the local. Closest metro at Trindade was only 10mins walk. Would return to this apartment.

Jun 27, 2019This is a great flat in a perfect location. Our group of four adults and a toddler had plenty of space. It was easy to walk from the flat to lots of historic sites and delicious restaurants. Tomás’ detailed guidebook for Porto was much appreciated, as were his thoughtful touches like writing our name on a chalkboard on the front door and leaving toys for our toddler. Thank you Tomás!

Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed our stay in Porto. Tomas' flat is wery well localised, and we walked without difficulty to major monuments. Firstly, Tomas and us had a misunderstanding about the number of rooms we needed, but he promptly solved the problem and was very sorry.
Jun 27, 2019Het verblijf was heel schoon en netjes. De verhuurders waren erg gastvrij (we mochten onze koffers bij hun achter laten totdat het tijd was om in te checken). Daarnaast gaven ze ons ook nog nuttige informatie en tips. De locatie was ook erg fijn, het was namelijk op loopafstand van het centrum vandaan. Bovendien waren er ook nog een apotheek, een supermarkt en nog een paar andere winkeltjes in de buurt.
Jun 27, 2019Beautiful, spacious and stylish, very well equipped. The welcome from the host was both warm and informative. We had only planned to stay before a long drive, but actually would like to visit Porto again. It has lots to offer, beautiful Moroccan inspired architecture , warm people and plenty of attractions. Great hosts, lots of unique touches. Highly recommended.

Jun 27, 2019El apartamento de Tomas es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Cuenta con dos habitaciones amplias y un baño. Lo mejor del apartamento es sin duda su ubicación. Está en una zona perfecta! Como único punto negativo señalaría la falta de aire acondicionado que con la ola de calor que nos pilló los días que estuvimos en Oporto hizo que durante el día el calor en el piso fuera insoportable. El resto todo muy bien. La comunicación con Tomas fue muy fluida y rápida. Tomas y su equipo siempre estuvieron atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Sin duda lo recomendaría para cualquiera que quiera visitar Oporto y estar en una zona privilegiada.
Jun 27, 2019all in all we were very pleased with our stay at the apartment, it is really great. however we got told that we could stay in the apartment till the evening on our checkout date, in the morning we got a message that we have to check out at 12:00 which was very stressful for us considering that we just got the message 1 hour before checkout. Still the location apartment and appliances were outstanding, I would not mind staying there again.

Jun 27, 2019Très agréable séjour dans l’appartement de Tomas ! Le quartier est idéal, pas surpeuplés de touristes , proche de plusieurs attraits à visiter , cafés , restaurants , bars . L’appartement était très propre et charmant . Tomas et son équipe sont très présents , la communication est facile et rapide et ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer quoi visiter et où aller manger ! Très agréable ! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is really better, than on pictures, very stylish, big, absolutely clean and have everything for feeling comfortable, like at home! Location is perfect, right in the city centre, you dont need car or public transport to visit all popular places. Around apartment few supermarkets, hop on/hop off bus station and a lot of bars and restaraunts for every tasty. I definitely can recommend this apartment and would love to stay there in next trips! Jun 27, 2019Excellent flat for a visit to Porto. Right near the City Centre, walkable to most any location. There was some noise from late night partiers (4-5am), but that's expected when you're staying near bars/restaurants/plazas in Portugal! ;)

Jun 27, 2019Very nice flat in the city center on a pedestrian road. We arrived early and left our bags in the office within walking distance from the flat, this was very helpfull. Also, the host was very friendly and gave us quite a lot of tips for sightseeing.
Jun 27, 2019This is a relatively bare bones place, but for folks who aren't looking for bells and whistles, totally doable. My cousin and I stayed here for 5 nights. The walls are super thin, which can be rough if you're a light sleeper. And it gets cold at night (in Nov), though the space heaters are quite functional (the bathroom doesn't have one, though). But the location is superb, and Tomás was great to interact with beforehand.
Jun 27, 2019Excelente localização! O Tomás é um excelente anfitrião, comunicação excelente e super prestável. O apartamento fica perto de todos os principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes, etc. Super limpo, bem decorado e com todas as comunidades necessárias.

Jun 27, 2019This place is really well located. The place is nice and clean. sadly the place is heated by electrical heaters but this is not unsual in Porto. Also the single bed frame makes a lot of noice so we removed it. Definetly would recommend though!
