Neighborhood Overview
There are wonderful restaurants nearby, including the well-known Cheesecake Factory; Hy's Steak House for a very special dinner; Tiki's Grill & Bar for great food, inexpensive drinks and Duke's Canoe House, oceanfront, food, drinks, with both places great spots for sunsets, people watching and nightly entertainment; and Cheeseburger in Paradise, always crowded, located at each end of Waikiki.

O hotel fica bem localizado em Waikiki, com acesso direto ao canal e a praia. Bastante opções de alimentação e compras no local. O apartamento está bastante conservado e conta com 1 cama de casal e 1 cama de solteiro, além de sofá, e bancada com equipamentos de cozinha.
Jun 27, 2019Mark's location at Aloha Surf is very convenient to a lot of great places in Waikiki. For one it is less than a block away to the hotel where I did my training, secondly it is close to a variety of stores (newly opened International Market Place) and restaurants and bus stops, and last but not least it is just a couple of blocks away from the famous Waikiki beach and Kalakaua Avenue. The room is as described in his post, and I personally liked the view of Manoa from the lanai and the birds chirping right before sunrise! We were met by Rob for the keys and he has been very responsive to our needs as well (allowing us to check out at mid afternoon). And the hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating as well despite knowing that we were staying at a private unit. Overall it was a great stay in Mark's place and certainly I wouldn't think twice of booking it again for my next trip to Honolulu.

Jun 27, 2019The pictures of the room were very accurate and representative. The room is smaller than we thought and the kitchen dosen't allow to cook full meals. The main great factor is The location. The apartment is located in vicinity of grocery store, restaurent, shops, beach and local market.The manager was always avalable to answer our questions.
Jun 27, 2019위치가 지도에서 보는 것 보다 좋습니다. 해변도 가깝고 버스타기도 좋아요. 숙소 내부도 깨끗합니다. 욕실이 좁고 네명이 쓰긴 무리가 있습니다. 숙소 앞에 푸드팬트리 하이스테이크 진짜 맛있어요! 여기서 지내게 된다면 꼭 드셔보시길!!
Jun 27, 2019Had a great experience. The guest host Rob was very accommodating and easy to communicate with for check in and check out. The location is convenient, just a 5-10min walk from Waikiki, right next to multiple convenience stores/small food shops, and has a small bar downstairs as well. The place itself was simple, but clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a great stay!

Jun 27, 2019Great location! Walkable to everything and everyone! We didn't have a rental car, but we used the bus and uber to get to a few places. The place is perfect if you just need a place to sleep and shower, when most of your day is spent enjoying outside. Amazed how the small portable stove can cook pretty much anything!

Jun 27, 2019Great little room! It was perfect for my mom, brother, and myself. It was a little smaller than expected but i was not disappointed! Close to nightlife, central to restaurants, and shops. The parking is a little expensive, but better than struggling to find a spot or pay for something more expensive. I would stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019The location is about a 5-min walk to the beach and central to many restaurants and shops in Waikiki. We were out most of the time but when I did use the wi-fi it was slow, practically useless, lol. The only inconvenience was finding parking, some nights we just paid the $25 for the hotel parking. The night before checking out though there was a cockroach on the coffee table (no food was left out), although not a big deal. The interior was cute and for four people the place didn't feel overcrowded. I liked that extra towels were provided as well as pillows and blankets. Everything else is as reflected in the photos. The place was clean and the view was perfect. My parents liked the included amenities but my sister said the bed after a night started to feel uncomfortable. The other beds were fine though. Communication with Mark was a breeze and checking in was easy. All in all it was a good place to stay. Thank you!
Jul 27, 2019The best thing about this place is the location, it was within a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room looked exactly like the pictures, however the bathroom could use some work. Some of the towels provided did have some stains, however we brought our own. Overall, it was a good stay for the value.

Jun 27, 2019The place is an actual hotel room. The pictures show a much cleaner and brighter “unit”. The place feels worn down and it didn’t smell incredible when i got there. The toilet paper holder is ripped off the wall and so was the swing lock that goes on the door (it closes and locks but the usual safety swing lock was ripped off the wall). The exercise area in the hotel is literally 2 worn down treadmills that out outside next to a lat pull down machine that didn’t look very clean or inviting. The host did allow me to check out an hour after my checkout time which made up for not being let in until 445 when air b&b said I could check in at 3. Other than that it was in a good location. I would just spend the extra money for something that feels cleaner and better kept.

Jun 27, 2019The condo was conform as describe, was clean and the location is very good. But the building was very noisy, our neighbors had a child that scream every night 12 am till 4am ! Was not possible the sleep ! Also check in early are not free and they don’t even help for one hour early, then you have to speak with 3 different personnes for finally check in. For the check out no one answer ! I recommend this condo with hopping that the neighbors won’t be there ;)

Jun 27, 2019We were there for 2 weeks on our Honeymoon. For the first 10 days we had 2 of our friends stay with us. Fit the 4 of us nicely. Everything was within walking distance that we need that was very helpful in keeping our total costs down. Car prices ranges from $95-$140 per day so it helps a lot. I do have to say that the front door and back door did stick a bit when you try to open them but this didn't cause any issues. (Other than laughing at our friends when they couldn't seem to open the door on the first try. hehe) For being on the 15th floor the water presser is great I wasn't expecting it to be as my husband called it "Niagara Falls". This was a great first time trip to Hawaii. If you are starting out or want to enjoy the best tourist spots this is a good place to visit for sure. Can't be this location.
