The building is located in a privileged pedestrian block of the city, which is safe and quiet. At the same time, it is close to all the major points of interest of the city, as it is located right in the city center. This is the ideal place to rest, recover and enjoy the city at its fullest. Only a few steps away, there are multiple interesting locations, from modern art galleries and antiques restoration workshops to acknowledged restaurants. A 15 minutes walk will take you to several locations of interest such as the City Hall, Casa da Música (House of Music), Douro river banks and the romantic gardens of Palácio de Cristal (Cristal Palace). All the while going through medieval streets and buildings, churches (old and new), synagogues, museums, art galleries and faculties.

The apartment is cosy and homing, decorated in such a way that a harmony between the past and the indispensable functionality of modern live may coexist. The apartment is fully equipped. There was special care to providing a comfortable stay, which led to the use of good mattresses, quality bed lining, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, large screen HD LED TV, cable TV, kitchen appliances and safe, among others. In short, everything that is a must in well living. On the exterior there is a pleasant private garden to which the guests have free access. There is also a laundry room, that guests may use.

In terms of transportation, at less than 100 meters, there are multiple bus stops that can take you all around town, as well as taxis. At a 10 minute walk, the metro system is also available. If you have a car available, it is only a 5 minute drive to the high way that can take you to the north, south and east (Spain).
