With a privileged location, you can visit the old city on foot , without any means of transport .In Mouzinho da Silveira Street you can find diversified traditional stores and many handicraft products and plenty of restaurants. A few minutes walk , you will find : Aliados avenue, Ribeira, Arts district, Clérigos tower, the Porto Cathedral , Lello bookstore, Stock exchange palace, S. Francisco Church and others. The property is 300 meters from Rua Galerias de Paris , a lively spot for nightlife with numerous bars and restaurants. Ribeira is one of the most vibrant place in the city,It is located 200 meters from the apartement. Crossing the bridge you can visit the famous wine cellars of Porto where wine tasting and tours are available.

The building did not have an elevator , so it is not advised to reduced mobility persons. The apartment has large windows that let in plenty of light, but without visibility to the outside.

São Bento's Train Station and the Subway Station with a direct connection to the airport (São Bento – yellow line) are just a 2 minute walk away. Starting from the station of São Bento you can visit several bordering cities of Porto, very charming like as: Braga , Guimaraes, Aveiro , etc.

The building where the apartment is located , belongs to the 19th century but was completely rebuilt in July 2016. The building has a common laundry room with washing machines and dryers that can be used for a modest sum . Personal check-in is done till 8pm.
