My house is a perfect, new and beautiful flat for staying some days in Barcelona. It’s 10 minutes walking to the beach, and 15 minutes walking to two shopping centers (Diagonal Mar/Glories), Agbar tower, Forum or CCIB. It’s well communicated with the rest of the city by tram (Fluvià station) bus (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) (in front of my home) or Metro (Selva de Mar). There is a Touristic Bus Stop near: 300m. And It is 10 minutes walk to one of the most typical streets for eating and drinking: Rambla Poblenou
Space
The bedroom (double room or single) has a private bathroom only for guests. There is natural light in all flat and the bedroom has a window to the street. The floor is made of parket and it’s impeccable. In the room you have a closet for your belongings. There is an iron in the closet and towels for the beach. if you need any other item please let me know and I will try to bring it. I am always happy to help you make you feel comfortable. The private bathroom (will be only for you as I have my own) has a shower. There are fresh clean towels, shampoo, body gel as well as hairdryer. There is also a cabinet in the bathroom for you to store your toiletries.

Very well connected. In front of may home (1 minutes walking): TRAM line 4 (T4 tramway Station Fluvià), Bus (number 7, B25 or 40 that take you straight to city center in 15 minutes, V27 that takes to the beach and night clubs) and Metro is 5 minutes walking (Selva de Mar, 15 minutes to the port and center ). There are also plenty of taxis all day and night long as there are so many hotels too in this area. In your stay you can use my bicycles for visiting the city. I recommend visit the seaside promenade and Ciutadella Park with them. You can use them when you want. I will be happy for hosting you :)

There is a beautiful balcony where you can have your morning coffee, coffee with milk or tea that I do provide you on complimentary basis. We have available for you a parking spot in our garage in case you come by car or rent a car and its included in the room price already. In your room you will find the Wi-Fi password, Barcelona maps as well as The flat has air conditioner for be comfortable in summer or heating in winter. The house has 2 rooms and I use the other one.

Das Zimmer und das dazugehörige Badezimmer sind geräumig, sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und sehr schön. In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation lief sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist fantastisch, es sind nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Ein sehr schönes Einkaufszentrum "Diagonal Mar" ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es viele kleinen Läden und Cafés. Eine Metrostation sowie eine Tramhaltestelle sind auch vor der Tür. Froilán ist ein perfekter und sehr sympathischer Gastgeber! Ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank Froilán für die schöne Zeit in deiner Wohnung!
Jun 27, 2019Ich war mit meiner Freundin zum ersten Mal in Barcelona und das war meine erste Unterkunft, die ich über Airbnb gebucht habe. Ich muss sagen wir waren wirklich positiv überrascht. Er hat uns vom Flughafen zu unserer Unterkunft und wieder zurück zum Flughafen mit seinem Auto gebracht und zwar gratis. Er wollte einfach nichts von uns nehmen. Für die Stadteroberung haben wir ebenso gratis zwei Fahrräder bekommen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage, bis zum Strand braucht man weniger als 15 min. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem Balkon mit tollem Ausblick über die Stadt. Der Gastgeber war fast nie in der Wohnung und wenn er kurz da ist war er sehr hilfreich und hat uns insider Tipps gegeben. Zum Schlafen hat er ein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und WC, somit komplett getrennt von uns. Ganz ehrlich kann ich diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und ich hoffe wir werden wieder mal Froilans Gäste sein :)
Jun 27, 2019Frolian was a fantastic host and we thoroughly enjoyed out stay in his flat! The location is great, flat was stunning and spotless. Froilan was absolutely sweet and he made us feel at home. He was really helpful and advised us on how to get round in Barcelona and he even helped with our transfer to and from the airport. If i go back to Barcelona i would definitely want to stay at his flat again!

The apartment and my room were super clean and also decorated very tastefully. The kitchen has a full equipment, and I was allowed to use everything. During my trip Froilán told me great tips to see some beautiful places in Barcelona. I felt very comfortable and would definitely come again. Thank you very much Froilán!!!
Jun 27, 2019Froilán is a very kind and helpful person, he was really interested in us, helped us out with all problems (he reserved a parking spot with his car for us), gave us a lot of insider tips for Barcelona and much more. The flat is really nice and clean, we had our own room and own bathroom. We used the modern kitchen a lot and enjoyed nearly every meal on the beautiful balkony. All in all, 5 stars and a big Thank you to Froilán!

L'appartement était super propre et la chambre parfaite. on a passé un très agréable séjour, et cest certains que nous retournerons lors d'un mon futur trip à Barca!

His appartment is very clean and good value. With tram or bus you will get quickly to any place in Barcelona. Great value for money.

The house is absolutely amazing, the location is perfect and very close to the best beaches, you basically have everything you'll ever need in his beautiful modern flat. He is extremely helpful and answered our messages during our stay within seconds and advised us with all the tips to make the best of our stay. Jun 27, 2019Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Froilàn qui nous a d'abord trouvé un emplacement pour la voiture. Après la visite de l'appartement et les explications sur les commodités des lieux, notre hôte nous a même offert une bouteille de vin local que nous avons fortement appréciée. La chambre est agréable et la salle de bain indépendante est un plus. Froilàn a toujours été à l'écoute de nos besoins par message parfois et qu'il a su même anticiper parfois. Froilàn est gentil, serviable, discret et de bonne compagnie.
Jun 27, 2019Friolan was amazing!! You could not ask for a better host!! His house was the only place we stayed where we had access to a/c and we're able to make the house cooler. INCREDIBLE!! Out of 8 stays in Spain his house was the ONLY one that matched the amenities listed on his page!! Very clean and he went above and beyond for us. You will not regret staying with him. And he was extremely helpful and willing to give suggestions. 10 STARS!!
Jun 27, 2019Froilán is a fantastic host, communicates quickly, and has an excellent, clean, and comfortable home. The bed is also support comfortable. What more can I say that hasn't been said? I would recommend this place and I would consider staying here again in the future. Froilán was also gracious enough to give me a ride to the airport as well.

Son appartement est à proximité du tram et métro pour un accès facile en ville. La chambre est propre, pas bruyante et une salle de bain privative, un vrai confort. Nous recommandons fortement :)

Jun 27, 2019Froilán was our favorite host during our two-week trip to Spain. He is super nice, friendly and professional. He really made us feel at home. More than at home, actually! His home is beautiful, modern and very clean. He went out of his way to help orient us at the beginning of the visit, telling us how to best use public transportation and pointing out all of the key attractions in the city. Some of his suggestions were highlights of our vacation. When we were getting ready to leave and drive to our next destination, he packed us the most delicious oranges which we snacked on for the next several days. We cannot recommend Froilán enough. We are now back home, a week and a half later and we we are still talking about what a great person and wonderful host he was!
Jun 27, 2019La estancia en casa de Froilán fue mejor de lo esperada, en parte porque la casa es tal cuál aparece en las fotos y en parte, porque es un anfitrión muy amable que se preocupa constantemente por la comodidad de sus huéspedes. El primer día nos recomendó sitios para ver y para comer y solucionó todas nuestras dudas con respecto al transporte y funcionalidad de la casa. Pese a que por motivos laborales no hemos estado mucho con él, el contacto vía (Hidden by Airbnb) ha sido continúo y ha sabido responder perfectamente a todas nuestras dudas. Es un gran anfitrión muy cercano y amable, que ha hecho que nuestra estancia en Barcelona sea perfecta. Un anfitrión de 10. Si queréis una buena estancia en Barcelona, no lo dudéis.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay with Froilán was a pure delight. You couldn't ask for a better host. He is a very friendly guy and always had some great tips for us, as well as advice. The flat and the room are both very nice and clean. The location is not the most central but it's very easy to get to the center and back (even later at night). It's safe to say that our already amazing trip to Barcelona was made even more enjoyable by our stay with Froilán :)

His apartment is just perfect: nicely decorated, clean, situated close to the public transport and within walking distance of the beaches and Barcelona's downtown. We could also enjoy private bathroom and free parking place. We highly recommend this accommodation!
Jun 27, 2019It's difficult to know where to start to express the pleasure and the joy of my stay at Froilán's place))) To say it short, it was just perfect!!! To say it with more details, I would like to mention that starting with the booking, communication, providing of arrival information and welcoming me at 22 pm at the door, my stay in Barcelona started very relaxed and comfortable. Froilán's flat is located near all different kind of public transport such as bus, tram, metro. His place is very very clean, spacial and comfortable. The room has a comfortable bed, a table & a chair, a huge closet, a mirror and an iron & an ironing board. Additionally, I had a spacial bathroom with a shower for myself. In the kitchen, coffee, tee & cookies were offered. I felt welcomed from the first second of my arrival! Additionally, Froilán provided tones of useful information about public transport, sightseeing & restaurants. This place and Froilán as your host, is just totally recommended! Barcelona is sunny, tasty and welcoming! Just enjoy;-)

The apartment was spacious, very tidy and clean and it has a nice balcony with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast and dinner outside. Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to nearest metro station to get in to the city! Overall 10/10, this was mine and my girlfriend first bnb experience and what an experience it was. Thank you again Froilan

Jun 27, 2019Hemos pasado 4 noches en casa de Froilán y todo estuvo perfecto! El piso muy bonito en un edificio moderno, la habitación y baño tal como descrito en las fotos, todo muy limpio. La ubicación muy bien conectada con distintos medios de transporte. Lo mejor la hospitalidad de Froilán, siempre muy amable y con una excelente comunicación antes y durante el viaje, nos ayudó bastante! 100% recomendable hospedarse ahí.

The flat was modern ,clean and tidy and the bed was very very comfortable. The room was great size, lots of storage spaces and a built in wardrobe. Good location, easy to get to the beach. I definitely recommend him.
Jun 27, 2019L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel et relativement calme. L'immeuble est récent est d'un standing haut de gamme. La décoration moderne et raffinée est inhabituelle pour cette gamme de prix. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit king size très bon. De plus il y a une salle de bain indépendante et l'on a un accès libre à la cuisine et au séjour. Wifi disponible Concernant notre hôte Froilan, il s'agit d'une personne vraiment joviale, aimable et au petit soin pour ses invités mais en toute discrétion et sans être envahissant le moins du monde... Pour les transports il y a le tramway à 100m et celui-ci permet de rejoindre rapidement le métro avec le même ticket. Cerise sur le gâteau, le propriétaire met sa place de parking privé à disposition ce qui est sécurisant dans une ville qui fait la chasse aux voitures étrangères !! A recommander sans réserve !
Jun 27, 2019Our stay with Froilan exceeded our expectations. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He got in touch with us before we arrived to let us know the best transport options from the airport, to make sure we knew exactly where the flat was, and to tell us about some great free events that were happening while we were in Barcelona. He also sent us a message to let us know that he had beach towels we could use so we didn't need to bring any. When we arrived at 1 am, he was there to greet us and was very friendly. He showed us around the whole apartment, explained how everything worked and he had bought us some things for breakfast. The flat was very clean and spacious and had a lovely balcony. The bathroom and bedroom were both great and matched the description. He provided us with everything we needed and more - towels, beach towels, aftersun, breakfast and coffee, we could use the kitchen, we could borrow his two bikes to go to the beach. He even brought us fresh cherries from his parents' house. He was extremely polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our only regret is that we did not stay for longer! We highly recommend Froilan and his flat. The location is also great - quiet, safe area near the seafront and the CCIB conference centre and with excellent transport links to the nearby city centre (metro/bus/tram). During our stay in Barcelona we had a few bumps in the road, and Froilán was there for us and helped like we were family. He was the most understanding person ever, and so accommodating through it all! Truly one of the kindest people you will ever meet! Thank you again my friend, we hope to come back soon! :)

Jun 27, 2019Froilan was a terrific host. Organized, clean and super friendly. We had our own spacious room and our own bathroom with the ability to use the kitchen, bikes, laundry machines, etc. And by far one the best beds we had during our trip. He provided us a map and information about the city and was so quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The apartment is near a Main Street that can take you anywhere! We also used the bikes offered several times to get around. Loved our time here in Barcelona and the time we actually spent with Froilan getting to know him :) 100% recommend!
Jun 27, 2019Froilán's flat is exactly as described, it is lovely and near by shops, beach and restaurants. He is an amazing host who made our stay in Barcelona so easy, we had an amazing time. He was very accommodating even when we were very late arriving and he had to work the next day. He was so helpful always making sure we got the most out of our time. We really enjoyed having the bikes to explore and all the great advice he gave us

Jun 27, 2019This airbnb is exactly what it describes! One of the best places you will ever stay. It's close to the beach and transit! The host, Froilan, is super friendly, attentive and provides great communication. He is very accommodating! He let us check in very early after a music festival and let us check out later than the usual time! :). He explained all the transit routes to us, and answered all our questions. His apartment is very clean, quiet, and in a beautiful neighbourhood! Froilan provided us with coffee, tea , water and beer :) and of course some delicious croissants for the morning! I love Barcelona and I hope to stay here again when I come back!! Love love love this place!

Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed our stay! The location is awesome. Really close to the sea or public transportations to take you to the city. We used Froilans bikes to discover the city which was great! He helped us alot, told us where to go and eat etc. it was great! Especially when you travel by car since he has a great parking space! Totally recommend staying there.

Jul 27, 2019Ik was samen met mijn dochter van 8 jaar bij Froilan voor 4 dagen. Slaapkamer en eigen badkamer erg netjes. Froilan is heel relaxed, behulpzaam, gastvrij, attent. Top! We voelden ons heel erg welkom. Tram en bus om de hoek. Strand 10 minuten lopen. Sagrada Familia 35 minuten lopen. Vlakbij gezellige restaurantjes. In de ochtend gezellig ontbijtje en koffie op balkon. Froilan had drankjes in de koelkast voor ons, heel lief. In de avond nagenieten van de dag op balkon met mooi uitzicht op Torre Agbar. Kortom, we hebben genoten!!!
Jun 27, 2019Froilán is echt een fantastische zorgzame gastheer. Na duidelijke instructies hoe naar het appartement te komen, werden we warm onthaald. Alles was super netjes en schoon. We kregen onze kamer (erg netjes, fijn bed en airco!) te zien en de badkamer die alleen voor ons gebruik was. Daarna liet Froilán ons zijn fietsen zien die we mochten meenemen voor een tour door de stad. Hij bleef contact houden om te checken of alles naar wens was en stond altijd klaar met tips om de stad te ontdekken. Fantastisch verblijf gehad!
Jun 27, 2019Ne passez pas à côté de ce bijou ! Froilán est un hôte exemplaire : drôle, attentionné et de bons conseils. L'appartement, moderne, se situe face au parc, à proximité de la plage (10 minutes à pied), et des stations de tram/métro. La chambre est confortable, la salle de bain privée est spacieuse et le balcon attenant à la cuisine offre une vue sur la Tour Agbar. Des vélos aux serviettes de plage (et j'en passe), tout est mis à disposition pour y passer un agréable séjour. Sans aucun doute, nous reviendrons !
Jun 27, 2019There is a reason that Froilán is rated a super host- he is utterly amazing! We could not have asked for more - wine on arrival, bikes (which we put to very good use), maps, beach towels and a beach bag - wow! His communication is excellent - you have every detail you need to get to his flat, find places to eat, he beach - and he is kind enough to check in you by text during your stay, just to make sure everything is going well. We visited at a sad time for his city, but joined him in celebrating the spirit of Barcelona - the terrorists did not win! The people of Barcelona will not let violence diminish their spirit - we had a great visit in a flat that was perfect for us!! Thanks again, Froilán!!!
Jun 27, 2019Very good and safe district, new building, superclean apartment with everything you may need. Close to the beach, and if you need to get to the center - it take just 20 minutes by bike. The district has a good transport connection. Highly recommended! Froilán is a very good host, ready to give you a good advice about the city. Froilán, thank you for a perfect stay.
Jun 27, 2019Great location- close to the Barcelona conference centre. Public transport almost outside the front door. Clean spacious room and bathroom and lovely kitchen. Hospitality was great with coffee,tea and croissants available for breakfast. My host was friendly and kind and available to give directions and tourist advice.

Jun 27, 2019It was great staying at Froilan’s place. It had everything we needed for a comfy stay and Froilan’s hospitality was outstanding. The room is not huge, but you have your own bathroom right outside of the room providing enough private space. The kitchen is fully equipped and from there you have an access to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The location of the apartment is well accessible and the area is pretty neat. It takes one 20 - 25 min bus / tram ride to get to the city center and the bus stops are just right outside of the apartment (btw public transportation is pretty cheap in Barcelona). On the opposite side of the street to the apartment there’s a nice park and the beach is also not far away. I’d be happy to come back to this place!

He also has the apartment prepared to feel like home, with amazing details such as snacks, umbrella, maps, etc... The apartment itself is modern, clean, with own bathroom, access to kitchen and balcony.

Froilán desde el primer día muestra la mejor predisposición, te ayuda y aconseja en todo (que vías públicas tomar, donde ir a almorzar/cenar e ir a recorrer). Realmente una experiencia muy buena. Recomiendo y volveré!

Jun 27, 2019We loved staying in Froilán’s place. It is very nice decorated, clean, has all the amenities. Conveniently located near restaurants and the beach. It is quiet at night. We really enjoyed the balcony in the mornings for coffee and in the evening for a glass of wine (provided by the host). On top of all that, Froilán is a kind, gracious host who goes out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable. We felt like we were at home.
Jun 27, 2019Der Aufenthalt war sehr sehr gut! Nach einem Streik unserer Fluggesellschaft half Froilán uns bei Telefonaten, Bustickets und wir durften sogar spontan noch eine Nacht länger bleiben! Es war sauber, schön eingerichtet und eine nette Gegend! Froilán war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hatte immer gute Tipps. Unsere Zeit in Barcelona war wundervoll! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Jun 27, 2019L'appartamento è pulito e ben organizzato. Froilan è disponibile e discreto. La camera da letto è ampia e comoda, con armadio grande. Il bagno ha tutto il necessario, salviette e asciugamani per la doccia. La cucina può essere utilizzata e sono messi a disposizione i fornelli e anche il microonde, c'è pure uno spazio riservato agli ospiti nel frigo. Il terrazzino è comodo per la colazione all'aperto. L'appartamento non si trova in un quartiere centrale ma è ben collegato da più mezzi pubblici al centro di Barcellona e Froilan ha sempre un consiglio per indicare come spostarsi al meglio.
Jun 27, 2019We stayed in Froilán's apartment for the second time, the location is excellent if you use a bike or public transport. The room, bathroom and other parts of the apartment are in perfect condition. Froilán is always ready to help. Highly recommended!
Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Froiláns place was absolutely perfect! It is in a very friendly and stylish area and is only a 15 minuet walk from the beach and about a 40 minuet walk to the center which we didn't even do because Froilán was kind enough to lend us his bikes for the duration of the stay meaning we were able to get into the city center in less than 15 minuets. We felt very welcome and Froilán was exreamly accommodating even despite the fact we had a late ferry the evening we were leaving! A massive plus was the free and exreamly secure parking in a garage underneath the flat where we were able to leave our car safely for the duration of our stay without any extra cost which was a huge bonus! We can't recommend this place highly enough as it is such good value for money and we would definatly stay here again if we returned to Barcelona. Thankyou!

Jun 27, 2019Perfect space. Very clean, close to amenities and transportation. Lots of little touches that made it feel like home. Froilán was a very good host. We rarely saw him but he was quick to communicate.

He is really hospitable and nice man. The place was in perfect distance to center and to the beach. As Froilán let us use his bikes, we can discovered a lot of from Barcelona within few days.
