Spend a great 2 nights at Vickie's studio. Well decorated, had everything we need and surprisingly spacious. It was my first time in Sydney, so the location was just perfect; many good cafes and restaurants near by. Vickie is an amazing host, she made sure we were comfortable and well adjusted. Great person to communicate with.

Jun 27, 2019What a fabulous Studio in the centre of Potts Point. I was lucky enough to be one of the first to stay here. Everything is lovely, fresh and new. It's quiet, but at the same time has everything on the doorstep. Vickie is a wonderful host and made sure I was comfortable.

Jun 27, 2019Great location! A very nice area with lots of bars, shops and restaurants close by and a nice stroll to the city. Clean, modern and comfortable apartment. Very friendly and helpful hosts who were great at communicating and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay there again!
Jun 27, 2019The studio was clean and nicely furnish. The sofa and bed are comfortable, and the apartment has a ledge by the window with chairs to people-watch in the day. It has everything necessary for a short term and long term stay. There is a big TV with chromecast that was so useful when my partner and I simply hung in the apartment after a day of exploring. Victoria was prompt in responses and prepare materials abt the area and the facilities that were very useful. Check-in process was very easy. Highly recommended, and will be very happy to be hosted by her again when I visit Sydney.

Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria's place. It was a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location; close to all shops and amenities. Kings cross is only a short walk away but most days we walked through the beautiful botanic gardens to Central Quays. We really appreciated being able to stay until after lunch on our leaving day. The apartment was beautifully clean and although cosy had everything we needed. Vickie was an excellent host and responded to any queries very promptly despite being away at the time. I would definitely stay at this apartment again if visiting Sydney.
Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Vickie's apartment for five nights and we enjoyed it a lot. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and it's well-equipped, beautiful and cozy (the bed is especially comfortable). Victoria was very friendly and easy to communicate with. When we had issues with the wifi, she immediately came over and sorted everything out, although it was already 8 or 8.30 in the evening. She also gave us a lot of information about restaurants, bars and sights in the area. All of her recommendations were really good too! We had an amazing time in Sydney, thanks to our great host Vickie and her lovely apartment. We can definitely recommend this place! :)

Jun 27, 2019Victoria's Chic City Pad was an an excellent stay!! She made my friend and I feel really welcomed from the start! She communicated clearly about the arrival time and gave us great advice about the city. She also checked in regularly to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The neighbourhood is very posh, a less than 30 minute walk from the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, as well as the Botanical Gardens. It was easy to find from Kings Cross train station and we loved the modern feel and look of the flat.

Jun 27, 2019Loved staying in this apartment! Perfect location to walk / jog down to Botanical gardens & Sydney Opera House & Sydney Harbour Bridge! Which we did Worthing 1hour of checking in! Lovely secure building with nice friendly reception staff. Check in was easy- Vickie's communication was so great- although she couldn't make it when we checked in- she sent her lovely son who showed us all we needed to know! The apartment itself has a nifty pull down (wall) bed which is super comfortable - more than initially expected! The apartment has perfect use of the space- lots of natural light and natural decor- nice and fresh! Perfect size for a short 3day break in Sydney! Beware of the shower- quite a puzzle to regulate the hot and cold when having a shower... Overall a great stay- highly recommend!

Great coffee across the road at Bottega Del Vino (and that's coming from a melbourner). Across the road from Woolworths, lovely bookshop down the road and great restaurants on your doorstep! The apartment is small but full of light! Perfect for two people. Will be staying back here if ever in Sydney again.

The apt was very clean, had all we needed and was easily accessible to the CBD, the Opera House and harbour. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops close by plus a food market right across the street. A very nice and secure building.

Also very centrally located, it was easy getting anywhere! Everything you need is available at the apartment and with Woolies just across the street, it was easy getting anything else you need too. Jun 27, 2019Cozy place to stay for a few days. We had a minor issue in the apartment and Victoria was quick to respond and provided a quick fix. The location is walking distance to the botanical garden with access to grocery store across the street and good restaurants along the street. Would stay again if we return for a visit in the future.

I can totally recommend Vickies Apartment for a trip to Sydney and would definitely stay there again, if I get a chance to. The apartment looks just like on the pictures, you will find everything nice and clean. The kitchen is perfect for having breakfast and little snacks at the apartment, but you can cook there as well. The train station is within walking distance. However we mostly walked into the city as you can walk by the water and see the main attractions (opera house, Harbour Bridge). It's a nice walk of about 20min. Vickie was very helpful with every question we had and replied within shortest time. THANK YOU for everything, Vickie!

Jun 27, 2019Amazing experience with Vickie, even though she was unable to be there when we arrived she made the process a breeze and phoned us to make sure we had everything we needed. Vickie was quick to respond to messages and any problems we had. She also provided chocolates, milk and coffee for us until we were able to get to the shops (which is only across the road). The appartment is super close to everything! takes about 25 minute walk to the cbd, and 10 mins to kings cross station which was perfect for us. I would 100% recommend Vickie to anyone who needs a place to stay in Sydney. Thank you again!!

Jun 27, 2019Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 20min zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Der Check- in verlief unkompliziert, Viktoria war vor Ort und hat uns viele gute Tipps für Sydney gegeben. Es gibt sehr viele gute Restaurants und Cafe's in der Nähe. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, ausreichend groß und das ausklappbare Bett war sehr bequem. Eine kleine Küchennische war ebenfalls vorhanden, wo man alles für ein kleines Frühstück finden konnte. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft noch einmal wählen!

The location is just outstanding; cafes, restaurants, cinema, public transport....everything is so close and nevertheless the flat is quiet at night and with air conditioning perfectly temperature wise at night during summer. We loved our time in the flat and thanks to Victoria it was a perfect start.

She kindly offered the use of the apartment from early in the morning after travelling the midnight horror, and met us on arrival. Thank you! We truly lived like locals during our 5 day stay. The apartment, which had everything we needed, is perfectly positioned within 25min walk from the city, in a gorgeous art deco neighborhood. Whilst exploring potts point we uncovered many fantastic local eateries and fabulous coffee spots. So many good memories and too many positives to mention, just do yourself a favour....

It is walkable if you can handle a walk in the heat. The bed was super comfy. Nice small clean kitchen. Free wifi with good signal strength could stream Netflix to the TV. Iron, hairdryer towels were all supplied. Even toiletries and some food items were provided. Helpful instructions on the local area and tips on where to go. First time air bnb and was very impressed.

The apartment was spotless & the location was easy enough to get into the centre by foot or bus ... we preferred walking via the amazing Botanical Gardens.. absolutely stunning!!! Jun 27, 2019Victoria's place is a hidden gem. Immaculately clean, cosy, affordable, and in a fantastic location it is highly recommended. Cafes, top restaurants at your doorstep, it is a foodies dream! Very handy transport links with buses outside door and train station only 7 min walk away. We also loved access to the outdoor pool to cool off in after a day out and about. Victoria was great to deal with- prompt and reliable with communication and very welcoming. I have high expectations for accomodation and this ticked all the boxes. Certainly would like to return if ever back in Sydney. Thanks Vickie.

Jun 27, 2019We had a very nice time in this flat last week. In regards to the communication. Vicky was very easy to reach and we always received a swift response. She was very helpful and also had a few nice tips which obviously is the benefit of talking to a local. The flat is located in a very nice area of Sydney with great restaurants and bars right in walking distance. In walking distance is also the Botanical Garden as well as the Opera House. Just to highlight a couple of things. The flat was very clean and we would definitely stay there again.

I was travelling with my husband, arriving from a 20 hour flight from Brazil and she let us check in earlier. We really appreciated it. The neighbourhood is charming and full of nice cafes and restaurants. We had breakfast at Zinc cafe everyday. I highly recommend the property and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Vickie!

Also has a supermarket exactly opposite so extremely convenient. Vickie kept in touch with us and arranged to have the internet fixed very quickly when it failed even though she was not in Sydney at the time.

The apartment was beautifully well kept and the location was perfect - quaint locale with convenient shops, cafes and restaurants a stone's throw away without having that crowded or city-like feel. Zinc, across the street, was our favorite breakfast spot during the visit. Would definitely choose to stay again on any future visits!

Easy walking distance to many sights such as museums, St. Mary's Cathedral as well as a nearby harbor with restaurants to enjoy breakfast or lunch. The room is near a very lively part of Sydney but not so close as to be inconveniencing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return again in the future.

Public transportation was easy accessible or you can simply walk your way to the Circular Quay area. There's a supermarket directly across the street for your convenience. The studio is exactly as shown in pictures…very clean and tidy and EXTREMELY safe. Victoria was readily available for any questions or concerns….Such a lovely, vibrant and interesting person. I absolutely loved staying here!…My only regret was not being able to stay longer!

Very clear and what, when, where in terms of booking this place and where to meet here. The place itself was extremely clean, restocked, and ready to go. One of the nicest airbnbs I have stayed at.

Jun 27, 2019Victoria's apartment was a short walk to King's Cross station, and well located to travel to the main attractions. The apartment is located in an upscale local neighbourhood with plenty of eateries in the area and a supermarket and deli right opposite. The apartment itself was spotless and very clean. It had everything we needed - toiletries, towels, a small kitchen and coffee. Victoria was lovely and we had a wonderful stay here.

Not suitable for cooking since the smell will stay in the studio, so we ate mostly around the neighbourhood which was perfectly fine with us since there are so many food options.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the things we needed e.g extra towels, blanket, kitchen amenities, hair drier, as well as some extras we weren't expecting e.g. plunger coffee, tea & milk, chocolates. The location is in a lovely area with several nice cafes and restaurants only a short walk away. There's also a supermarket across the road which is so handy. The outlook from the window was delightful - warm sun, beautiful trees and great to just watch people strolling by! Victoria is very friendly and helpful (thank you!) and provided us with tips on where to eat and visit - including the market near the El Alamein Fountain on Saturday morning. You won't be disappointed.

The place has everything we needed including decent Wifi. It was close to lots of the best restaurants and bars in Sydney, with Kings cross station only a 5-10 walk away. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019We had 4 wonderful nights at Vickie's apartment. She met us there, showed us around the apartment and recommended several restaurants you can see on the street below. The view and location is terrific. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the train station. The towels and bedding were top notch. We made use of the chromecast for streaming tv shows. The indoor plants are a great touch, very impressed to see a healthy fiddle leaf fig, I should have asked Vickie for tips. There is nowhere to hang clothes up but when I travel I usually just live out of the suitcase anyway. Definitely recommend staying here!
Jun 27, 2019Small studio in nice building in one of the best parts of Sydney, close to many good restaurants and bars, not to mention several shops, walking distance (20/30 mins) to the CBD and very good connections with public transportation. Laundry options available on each floor of the building. Victoria was a great host, very friendly and gave us lots of informations. Definitely recommended for anyone spending a weekend in Sydney, or as part of a longer trip as in our case.

Location was ideal for all travelers needs; all types and price ranges of restaurants, transportation, grocery stores and bottle shops. Safe area of town for walking either during daytime or in the evening. Victoria was wonderful to work with and a great hostess. Studio was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. This was our first time staying in an airbnb. It was a great experience.

Jun 27, 2019My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights. This is a lovely small apartment, that had everything we needed. It was very clean and modern. In the perfect location if you are looking to explore the city, kings cross station is just a 10 minute walk away. The streets surrounding he apartment are full of small business shops and there is a convenience store right across the road. We would definitely rebook if we were travelling here again. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to meet Victoria, due to our arrival time. However she responded fast to messages and was very helpful.

It is a small studio apartment which looked exactly like on the website and is perfect for two people. Location was perfect for exploring the city and walkable to restaurants and Kings Cross station. There was a small kitchen with a hotplate, toaster, kettle and fridge - was perfect for our stay. Great area, great location and would definitely book again and highly recommend!

All of Sydney’s attractions are within walking distance but public transport is good, we got buses into town and got the train and bus to Bondi Beach. We loved having breakfast looking out of the window at the passers by in the street. Great place!

I knew it would be perfect for them as they aren’t well travelled and didn’t know Sydney at all. Victoria was the perfect and host and checked them in early and helped with anything they needed. Jun 27, 2019Die Lage fand ich gut, man ist innert 10 minuten beim Bahnhof Kings Cross und es hat viele kleine Imbisse etc. in der nähe. Direkt vis-a-vis befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt was ich cool finde. Die Unterkunft was sehr sauber und sah aus wie beschrieben. Das einzige das ich bemängeln kann ist die klimaanlage welche anfangs auf unser Bett getropft hat, und auf den Bildern sah die Unterkunft um einiges grösser aus als sie tatsächlich war. Gut fotografiert ;-)

Smart building and v clean, quiet. Vickie was very accommodating and a lovely host. Visit the farmers market just up the road on Saturday mornings. Great supermarket directly opposite.

Jun 27, 2019We loved the location of Vickie’s apartment. The area was so quaint with many great cafes in short walking distance and the supermarket just across the street. The bus and train provided us easy access around and the walk to the Opera House and Harbor Bridge through the Royal Botanical Gardens was beautiful, though a bit long. It was relaxing to sit at the bar top and look out at the tree-lined street below or further out to the CBD skyline. We did find the apartment a bit tight when walking from the main living area to the entry hall where the mini fridge is with the bed lowered, so we probably should’ve raised it when not in use. When I slept I could sometimes feel the the bed frame through the mattress, so I think maybe a memory foam mattress might work a bit better, I’m not sure. There is a step up/down getting in and out of the shower with somewhat reduced headroom which won’t affect most people but could if someone had limited mobility or was very tall. The walls were thin but the neighbors were all quiet in the evenings. Vickie was so sweet to provide coffee, tea, water, muesli, and milk, and she provided us great tips and recommendations on places to go and how to get there! Vickie is truly a superstar host and you’ll be in great hands with her!!!

Dinner downstairs at Billy Kwong was delicious. Victoria is quick to respond to questions and provides helpful suggestions for exploring the neighborhood.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay with Vickie. Check in was easy and she was very contactable and helpful throughout. Tea and coffee making facilities appreciated. Fold down bed was very comfy and made the most of the space within the room. Also very stylishly decorates and (Hidden by Airbnb) TV was a great addition for watching Netflix. Location was great, only a short walk to Kings cross station and loads of cool cafes close by. Also worth noting is a shuttle to airport run by the hotel for only 14 dollars !! We would happily stay there again.

Jun 27, 2019This was our first AirBNB experience, so have nothing to compare it to, however, Vickie was very accommodating and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches in the apartment. The apartment was small (as stated it is a studio - one room and a bathroom), but perfectly suitable for a couple as a base to explore the immediate area. The Kings Cross underground is within a 5 minute walk for locations further afield. There were a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed for future guests (towel rail and shower head in bathroom), but Vickie said she would get these arranged after we left. They did not affect our experience in any way, which was very pleasurable.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay at Victoria’s apartment! We were in Sydney for almost a month as our daughter had just had her first baby and the apartment was perfect for a number of reasons. It was in the perfect location being only a 5 min walk to her place as well as the best street in Potts Point! Just one block away were our favorite places to eat on Challis Street.... Fratell’s, The Fish Shop and Fejays. Across the street is a great grocery store ... Woolworths. Every Saturday is a wonderful open Market up the street with the best corn fritters I’ve ever had and more. The Kings Cross train station is only 5 min away as well, which made getting around super easy. Her apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. For being a studio we were a little concerned it may feel cramped for a month stay, but it never felt that way and a lot of that had to do with the the wall of windows that had a great view overlooking the trees and the city. The shower was a little tricky as it was small and you had to step up to get into it, so we bought a small shower mat and that did the trick so there was no more fear of slipping! Victoria has really thought everything thru as far as utilizing her space for the best efficiency and added great touches with all the amenities. We will look forward to staying there again on our next visit to see our daughter and family!

Although public transport is close by, if you’re prepared to walk a bit, you can easily reach the Gallery of NSW, walk through the Botanical Gardens and on to the Opera House and Circular Quay in about 40 minutes, enjoying the scenery!

Jun 27, 2019The studio apartment was what we expected and exactly enough for two people, the bathroom though was kinda small. The television was connected to Chrome Cast so I enjoyed that. The location was near the bus stop and a 10-15 minute walk from the train station which is King's Cross. If you're a tourist, you'll probably want to walk around the city center, which is Town Hall (two stops from King's Cross Station). It is very convenient.

Victoria is great at maintaining communication and is very accommodating. We had a super stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Be sure to check out the local market at the square with the fountain if you are there on a Saturday.

We we're able to make breakfast each morning with the provided amenities. The apartment was perfect for our 3 day stay.

The apartment itself is simple, in a great location and included everything that was needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The addition of the chocolates, Sydney travel tips as well as local eateries etc was great. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will be back to stay when we next go to Sydney.

The bed was comfortable and I liked that the showers had really hot water! There is a woolsworth just opposite the apartment! Will not hesitate staying at this place again when I’m in Sydney!

Jun 27, 2019멋진 뷰를 가진 곳입니다. 호스트도 굉장히 친절하셔서, 다음번에 시드니가게더면 또 머물고싶어요. 시드니 시내에서 조금 멀까봐 걱정했는데 city hall역에서 지하철 두 정거장에, 중심가 가는 버스도 정말로 숙소코앞에 있어서 불편함을 전혀 느끼지 못했어요. metro라는 큰 마트도 30초 거리에 있어서 아주아주 편했답니다. (Hidden by Airbnb) cast도 있어서 휴대폰이랑 TV연결해서 넷플리스, 유투브 등등 볼 수 있어요. 정말 좋은 숙소였습니당!

You can walk into the city through the gardens. Having a supermarket across the road is great too. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment is beautifully and functionally decorated, with everything present you could need. The internet is fast and reliable, the kitchen well-equipped. I slept very well in the bed, with a choice of pillow hardness. The place is perfectly located, not far from restaurants, and a very lovely 30' stroll through the impressive botanical gardens to the Opera House. Highly recommended place to stay!
Jun 27, 2019Great location with choices for everything you might need (cafes, restaurants, supermarket, transport (bus, rail to CBD), within easy reach. For walkers, wending your way down to Woolloomooloo, Mrs Macquarie's Chair & Botanical Gardens is a treat. Vickie's city pad is a comfortable, tidy, pleasant retreat with a lovely view. The immediate surroundings are excellent, as is the building in which the apartment is situated.
Jun 27, 2019Our stay in Sydney in Victoria's apartment was great. It is nicely and conveniently located in the beautiful Elizabeth Bay area. Public transport can be reached easily and even a walk to the Opera House is easily possible. The apartment is small but equipped with everything that two people need. Even breakfast and coffee was there. We would stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019The actual unit is in a great location and we enjoyed the walk to the Royal Botanical gardens and Sydney Opera House. There is also a nice coffee spot down the street. Unfortunately, in the listing, it says there is free street parking and we could not find any free street parking. Upon arrival I called the host about the free street parking and she said there was not any. We would have to park in the paid garage next to the premises, which would be $30-40 per night. Or drive into another neighborhood (not close) to maybe find street parking. We were staying 3 nights so that could be up to $90. I would have figured out a different place or other parking arrangements if I knew ahead of time. Later she messaged and said that the free street parking is limited by time. I feel that is quite unfair to say free street parking if it is only for 1 hour or so. So if you are traveling with a car, this is something to consider.
Jun 27, 2019Victoria's studio apartment is a compact space that is thoughtfully outfitted. The location is great with plenty of amenities within easy walking distance and an easy bus connection to the CBD. Simple meals can be cooked in the kitchen on the hot plate and microwave, however even that can be tricky as there is no extra counter space to do prep or hold hot items other than on the hot plate. Victoria was very accommodating and attentive in her communications.

Jun 27, 2019A fab apartment in a great location. The view from the big window is lovely and great for people watching. The cafe at Elizabeth Bay Marina is a must for breakfast. Victoria was a great host.

At arrival Vickie welcomed us with som good info about the area and Sydney, and some sweets. Apartments location was really good, and a lot of great restaurants. We can't wait to revisit and stay at this great place again. Love Max and Daniella.
Jun 27, 2019Saubere Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage um Sydney zu erkunden. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment ist klein aber völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden uns wieder für dieses Apartment entscheiden.

Jun 27, 2019Fabulous location with wonderful restaurants in walking distance. It was also an easy walk into the city taking only about 20 minutes. In addition, the hop on hop off bus picks up just down the street. Victoria provided excellent communication throughout our booking process as well as the check in process.

Jun 27, 2019Victoria’s place was spacious enough for two people and very clean studio. Its location was pretty good. She helped me and responded very quickly whenever I needed her. There is public coin washing machine and dryer on the same floor ($3 each) Everything was quite pleasant and safe.
