Jun 27, 2019Hatten einen sehr netten Aufenthalt bei Kateryna. Das Zimmer ist sauber und groß genug für 2 Leute. Kateryna selber haben wir leider nicht kennengelernt, sondern nur ihre Mama Nadya. Sie war freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr kommunikativ. Das Zimmer ist sehr zentral und nur wenige Minuten vom Hafen und den Las Ramblas entfernt.

Jun 27, 2019Kateryna and Alex are truly the perfect hosts! They responded to our request immediately and greeted us with warm welcome, open house and a smile. Our room was beautiful and clean, also the entire house. Katya gave us clean towels to shower, gave us free access to use the kitchen and made us feel at home. The location is perfect, a minute walk from the boqueria market and la ramble. We definitely recommend this host!!!
Jun 27, 2019Kateryna and Alex are super hosts! we contacted Kateryna pretty late and she responded immediately. From the moment we got Katya and Alex made us feel at home, and we're very welcoming. Our room was beautiful and the entire home was clean and present. Katya gave clean towels to shower and let us use the kitchen freely. The house is in a perfect location, one minute from La Boquria market and La rambla.... we had great time staying at their place it was just perfect!

Jun 27, 2019L'accoglienza è stata eccellente. Katerina è molto gentile e disponibile. La zona era proprio ideale è ci siamo trovati bene . L'unica cosa era il rumore fastidiosissimo di un generatore elettrico di un vicino. Nel 2016... non ci dovrebbero essere sui balconi! Comunque, in casa tutto ok!

Jun 27, 2019Very nice place in the centre of Barcelona! You are just some steps from the main pedestrian street, public transport and all the bars and restaurants, and 30 min walking to the beach! Jun 27, 2019Kateryna est très gentille et très accueillante tout comme son chat Sherlock qui est très mignon. L'appartement est proche de la rambla et d'une station de métro. Restaurants, bars,... Au pied de l'immeuble. L'immeuble est assez insalubre et peu rassurant mais l'appartement de Kateryna est bien. Une super hôte ! Adorable ...

Jun 27, 2019Kateryna war eine unfassbar nette Gastgeberin, die mir gleich bei der Ankunft herzlich entgegen kam und hatte kein Problem damit, ihr Apartment zu teilen. Ihr Zuhause hat wirklich die perfekte Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Barcelona - zentral gelegen, konnte man wirklich alles zu Fuß erreichen und abends war man in Windeseile von La Rambla und den nächsten Bars im Zimmer. Alles war sauber und hatte seine Richtigkeit und auch wenn Kateryna tagsüber meist arbeiten war, hatte man immer ihre flauschige Katze zum kuscheln und betüdeln :) ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Kateryna wohnen, wenn ich es noch einmal nach Barcelona schaffe!
Jun 27, 2019Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat ein grosses Zimmer. Die Gastgeberin ist total nett und auch die Katze war sehr lieb. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden.
Jun 27, 2019Mi estadía en el piso de Kateryna fue excelente. Ella es muy amable y atenta a todo lo que puedas necesitar. La habitación y el baño son amplios y cómodos. La ubicación no podría ser mejor, muy cerca de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. El broche de oro fue su gato que es super cariñoso. Cuando vuelva a Barcelona, seguramente elegiré quedarme en lo de Kateryna.
Jun 27, 2019very friendly host, so kind and gladly helped us when needed :) the room was clean and it was a cosy appertment in a perfect location, and frankly a very good price when you compare with other places. also the cat sherlock was super cute and nice company ^-^ when i go back to Barcelona i would like to come back here! ;)

Jun 27, 2019L'entrée de l'immeuble est sordide et très dégradée, mais logement bien placé puisque proche de la Rambla et du métro. Chambre de taille agréable mais ne fermait pas à clés; le volet qui donne accès à un balcon commun ne se verrouille pas. Salle de bains de taille agréable. Logement très propre. Je n'ai vu qu'une seule fois Kateryna, sa maman était sur place et est très sympathique. Nombreux commerces dans la rue, c'est pratique. Peu de bruit car la chambre ne donne pas sur la rue.

Jun 27, 2019Meine Kinder haben bei Kateryna gewohnt, es hat Ihnen sehr gefallen, vor allem die gute Lage. Sie selber haben sie kaum gesehen, da sie viel unterwegs waren, aber das vorab schreiben war super unkompliziert. Haben bestens geschlafen.

Jun 27, 2019Idéalement située à 200 m de la Rambla, cette chambre et grande et confortable. L'accueil tout sourire de Kateryna est un plus. Si l'immeuble et la cage d'escalier peuvent paraître vetuste, il n'en n'est rien de l'appartement qui est charmant est très fonctionnel. La chambre est très calme. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié ce peid à terre dans cette belle ville.
Jun 27, 2019Die Position ist gut aber die Wohnung ist zu alt. Der Bett ist nicht bequemlich. Das Preis lohnt sich nicht so. Die Katze ist so komisch und kann man nicht streicheln. Aber insgesamt ist die Wohnung gut.
Jun 27, 2019Well situated near the main tourist area, but on a side street and the room and balcony face a quiet interior courtyard. Kitchen and bath are well equipped. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Kateryna's mom greeted us and showed us around, but stayed discreetly out of the way. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Barcelona!

Jun 27, 2019Kateryna's place is perfectly clean and comfortable and a great location- around 3 mins walk to la rambla. We were dissapointed however by the fact that we did not really get a double bed but rather 2 single beds pushed together. I think its also important to note that when we stayed there Kateryna was not living in the flat herself but her mother was. There was also a distinctive smell of cigarette smoke throughout the flat however we managed to keep this out of our room by having the door shut at all times. Overall our stay in Barcelona was fantastic however I feel that for the price we paid the above issues were not really acceptable. If these could be fixed I would be happy to stay here again as the flat was in a good location and kept clean.

Jun 27, 2019Very central location, but was quiet overall and felt safe walking around. Kateryna's mom stays in one bedroom and is very quiet and pleasant. The second and third room is rented out. There were times when the apartment smelled like cigarettes but was likely because the patio doors were open, and neighbours smoke on their patio. We closed the doors when we left the apartment and did not have that issue again. Would recommend!
Jun 27, 2019Great Location to explore Barca, the appartment is a 1-2 min walk off the Rambla and the next Metro Station. Late check-in went very smooth, Kateryna even got out of bed to let us in shortly before midnight. Otherwise we did not feel too comfortable, most of time there were other people in the appartment rooms, not really knowing if they were family members or other guests?

Jun 27, 2019Kateryna's place was really wonderful. Such great hospitality; she provided us with everything we needed as well as offered coffee and muffins. The apartment was very warm (during the winter) which was nice, and the place was very clean as well. When you first get to the building, it looks a bit sketchy, but don't be worried, her apartment is really well kept up. And of course the location is super central, steps from La Ramblas. Would recommend.

Jun 27, 2019Passez outre l'aspect de l'entrée et de la cage d'escalier délabrés : l'appartement est très bien, parfaitement situé. On y dort super au calme alors qu'il est si proche de l'animation. Kateryna accueille avec le sourire et laisse à disposition tout ce qu'il faut pour être comme chez soi au cœur de Barcelone.

Jun 27, 2019Катя прекрасная хозяйка и человек. Приняла нас раньше времени из-за ситуации, в которой мы оказались с предыдущим жильем, всегда была на связи. В квартире идеальная чистота, все есть для комфортного пребывания. На случай жары в комнате был вентилятор, но вообще, благодаря тому, что окна выходят в патио, комната не прогревается слишком сильно. Хорошее расположение для туристов, все центральные достопримечательности и порт в пешей доступности, есть миллион супермаркетов в округе, работающих до поздна.
Jun 27, 2019Super Lage, die Zimmer sind okay, Kommunikation etwas schwierig(außer man spricht russisch) und die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas sperrlich. Will man jedoch nur einen sauberen Platz, in super Lage zum schlafen, ist diese Unterkunft nur zu empfehlen.
Jun 27, 2019We selected this apartment as it is close to the metro and Rambla, the popular tourist street. However, we were surprised that the description did not say that there are 50 steps in a poorly lighted staircase to the apartment. Kateryna’s mother Nadia, greeted us and lives in the apartment. They rent out another bedroom and had several guest during our 8 night stay. Our bedroom had a comfortable bed but was not air conditioned and quite hot even in September. It had a small hanger for clothes which was inadequate. There was a strong smell of cooking from other apartments. Nadia is also a smoker which was bothersome as we don’t smoke. It was very difficult to adjust the temperature of the water, especially in the shower. Even taking a short 1 minute shower, the water went from boiling hot to freezing cold since the water heater is too small or malfunctioning. The listing included use of the kitchen, but Nadia appeared not too happy that we cooked some meals there. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and after the 3rd night, we asked Nadia if we could use it. She agreed to it. The other guest also used the washing machine. After the 6th night, we needed to wash another load. When the washing machine was in the spin cycle, Nadia came into the kitchen with very angry words and stopped it. There is no excuse for this behavior and it left us with a very bad impression.

Jun 27, 2019I would not recommend this apartment. It is cheap, but the quality is poor. Small room, horrible bed (when you want to sleep don't use the bed). The pictures in the ad are nicer than then reality. Don't go.
Jun 27, 2019Buena ubicación, no hay ascensor y hay mucha grada. A uno lo confunde que dice Primero! Y no cree que es el primer piso pero esta mas de cincuenta gradas arriba. Si no eres muy exigente, si no llevas mucho equipaje y gozas de buena salud, aprovecha la excelente ubicación

Habitaciones para alquilar, piso tranquilo, no ruido de la calle. Con todo que necesitamos (supermercados, transportes, bars...) Yo recomando! Gracias Nadya y Alex.
Jun 27, 2019Despite the entrance of the building which looks very old and the 50 steps of stairs, the appart is good, clean and calm. It is also very well located. Nadiya and Alex were kind and good welcoming. During my stay, the two other rooms were occupied by other tourists, they were kind as well, there had been no problem. One thing to enhance, it is regarding a problem of warm water in the shower, I hope that this will be fixed asap so visitors in winter will not be obliged to finish their shower with cold water.
