Jun 27, 2019Location,Location, Location. This apt is in the best location near the heart of pretty Park Slope. Easy access to restaurants, stores, and the subway nicely furnished and well maintained we felt very comfortable and safe here and would highly recommend it.

Jun 27, 2019Great host, perfect and safe location. Easy access to public transportation. Within 25 minutes in Manhattan. Shops, groceries and restaurants around the corner, great to experience Brooklyn. Clean apartment, comfortable. We missed an airco but we had a great stay overall!

Comfortable bed and in the back of the building making it a very fantastic escape from busy Park Slope. Daniel made it very easy to check in and out and was very responsive - would definitely recommend the place!
Jun 27, 2019Daniel's apartment simply is outstanding. The location is perfect! close to 3 subway lines, Manhattan is a couple of minutes away! The neighbourhood is also great if you want to stay around for brunch or dinner. the bed is comfortable bed, the place is super clean and the building is lovely. Daniel made it very easy for us to check in and I would not only come back but definitely recommend it!

Jun 27, 2019Daniel was a fantastic host. He was easy to communicate with via emails and texts, accommodating with the timing of our arrival and the place was super clean and inviting. The flat was just as described - bright and cheery and in a perfect location for exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan. Love the Tea Lounge down the street.

L'intérieur est très confortable pour une famille de quatre et la décoration soignée. Il est très bien desservi par plusieurs lignes de métro. À recommander sans aucune hésitation!
Jun 27, 2019Nice, roomy apartment in a lovely section of Park Slope, close to both the 2, 3 and the Q, R, so just a breeze to get in and out of Manhattan, if you had a reason to leave Park Slope. Excellent selection of books, if he would let you stay for two months you could hunker down and read all of Proust.
Jun 27, 2019Daniel's listing was accurate. He was available if we needed help. The key pick up was easy, and allowed us to arrive late. The apartment was clean. The bed was comfortable. There were places to put our stuff- we were attending a wedding and had to hang up our clothes. The other bed was an air mattress which looked like a bed and was very firm and comfortable too. The neighborhood is convenient- right near Prospect Park. LOTS of places to have a good cup of coffee near bye. He has wonderful library of mostly fiction which he has alphabetized! Perfect for us.
Jun 27, 2019Daniels place is amazing, it is exactly as he states. Very easy to get to, Subways aren't that far at all and you have Atlantic Ave up the road, so it is very convenient. Subway to Manhattan doesn't take that long at all, very easy. Many food places around, movies are just down the road if you want a quiet night. We were there for 8 days and were out most of the time. Couch and bed are very very cosy, shower is awesome! Laudromat just down the road and the employees are very helpful as well, we went and it was jammed pack. I definately recommend this place, felt very safe walking around at night.

Jun 27, 2019A great apartment, very comfortable, and convenient to multiple subway lines. The place was clean and tidy, and arrangements with Daniel were easy and problem-free. Loved the giant bookcase, which had many of my favorite novels and works of literature--made the apartment feel like home for a former grad student like me. Highly recommended.

Easy access to City, but also great to explore what Park Slope has to offer - Prospect Park, amazing restaurants, Barclays Center, quaint streets, and..... As an added plus, the kitchen has everything you need and more - perfect for cooking all meals.

Jun 27, 2019This was my first experience with Airbnb, and it couldn't have been better. The apartment was just as described in the listing: clean, sunny, cheery, well-appointed. My husband and I stayed with our adult twin daughters - they said the inflatable mattress provided for them to sleep on was very comfy. The location is really great. We enjoyed running in Prospect Park in the morning; easy day trips to Manhattan during the day via subway; great bars and restaurants in Park Slope at night. Thanks for hosting us! We hope to return sometime!

Jun 27, 2019Daniel's place was just as described. Great location located very close to Grand Army Plaza and Prospect Park. Very charming neighborhood, close to good restaurants and markets- and of course the trains. Daniel was responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend his place- really large by NYC standards. Great weekend, great time!
Jun 27, 2019Daniel's apartment was just as advertised. We're a family of 3 with a 5 year old and it was perfectly comfortable. The size was bigger than most we've found in NYC for the same price range. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect for the end of a long day of walking. Park Slope is beautiful and Prospect Park is only a couple of blocks away. We would definitely recommend it.
Jun 27, 2019This is a fantastic spot -- great location, great apartment, very comfortable place to spend an hour, a day, or a week... or more! The apartment is *exactly* as the photos depict. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for mornings and beyond, though with all the cafes and cute restaurants in Park Slope, you might not use it much! Daniel was responsive and helpful in all my queries. I felt very at home here and wouldn't hesitate to return, or recommend to anyone else!
Jun 27, 2019Daniel's place in Park Slope is a great space and a great location. A big place by NY standards, very clean, very well stocked. A very comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. Perfect kitchen for preparing any meals if you decide not to go out, although there are so many great restaurants in the area. Very nice eating area, too. Daniel was very easy to communicate with he addressed any questions/issues immediately. Easy check-in and check-out. Very close to everything; subways to manhattan, Prospect Park right up the street, markets a block away, great bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants all close by. A great place to spend the week in Brooklyn.

Jun 27, 2019Was able to pick up key at a convenient time for us which was great. Location was wonderful and the apt. had great space! A lesson for me however.......check the details as I'm sure it's listed......but no cable and no a/c was tough!!! Really hot couple days outside and in! All in all, I'd find this apt again.....perhaps a different time of year though.
Jun 27, 2019We thought everything was just splendid with our Airbnb stay in Park Slope. The set up (get in/get out) was easy. The apartment was really nice with lots of space and sunshine. Daniel was helpful and responsive plus he had a great book collection. His neighborhood was great, too. It was very close to the beautiful and wild Prospect Park and restaurants where five minutes after setting out we were eating really delicious, interesting food. We would stay here again for sure, and hope to.

Everything is nearby, and open late. 24 hour convenience stores and diners on your doorstep, 15 minutes into Manhattan. Safe, quiet, fun 'hood. Daniel was great!! Super helpful when needed, chill.
Jun 27, 2019This was our best Park Slope airbandb experience yet! Daniel made us feel very welcome. His instructions were clear and it was very easy to get in touch with him. The apartment was exactly as presented by the photos, which means FANTASTIC! The neighborhood was great and he even went above and beyond by providing good weather! The kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was unusually comfortable. Daniel's book collection was amazing. We were surprised how many of the titles we'd read [which made us feel very educated!]. I would unequivocally recommend staying here for the true Park Slope experience.

Jul 27, 2019Daniel's apartment was clean and convenient. The check in and check out process was seamless. Lots of clean towels and he even let us borrow his air mattress. AC worked fine in the bedroom--fans kept the rest of the apartment cool. Thank you for a great place in one of my favorite neighborhoods.

Jun 27, 2019We absolutely loved it. It was comfortable, quiet, perfectly situated near food, coffee and other shopping, and frankly, if I were to move to NYC, it would be RIGHT HERE. We slept well, it was easy in and out, like I said it was quiet, and the home was decorated in such a cool, fun way with some vintage, some eclectic, and some modern. We are already anxious to stay again!

Jul 27, 2019The apartment was sunny, warm, comfortable & clean and in a perfect location in Brooklyn. It's also quiet. The area is extremely desirable - a family and health conscious neighbourhood with gorgeous Prospect Park just a few minutes walk away. But you can find everything you need there. Easy to get all over Brooklyn and to Manhattan. Daniel's communication was always extremely prompt and spot on. He was super flexible and happy to help at all times. Could not recommend this apartment and Daniel as a host enough. Thanks for a fabulous stay. Would definitely book again.
Jun 27, 2019Daniel's apt is impeccably decorated, spacious, and in a great location in Brooklyn. We loved that the subway and a great coffee shop were only a couple blocks away. We arrived on an unusually hot day, unfortunately before his AC was installed, so it was particularly warm and we found it difficult to sleep. The open windows provided a nice cross breeze, but it also meant dealing with the noise from outside.

Jun 27, 2019Daniel's place is clean, cozy and quiet. It's a quick walk to many of the subway lines so you can explore any part of the city easily. He has a fantastic collection of books, and I wanted nothing more than to stay for another week and keep reading. I made a quick stop at the book store around the corner before our flight instead!

Jun 27, 2019Our criteria for this trip; close to our daughter's place - an elevator as Dave would be six weeks out from receiving a new hip - room to move in. With all of the above met we were pleased to be in a home which was pristine, lots of light, decorated beautifully and personal mementos. Having a Britta water pitcher, a tea kettle and a clothes basket were welcomed additions. Daniel gave detailed instructions for letting ourselves into his home. We were familiar with the area spending most of our time with our daughter and family so did not need to ask any questions about activities. I did have two off the wall questions which were answered quickly.

Jun 27, 2019Daniel’s place is very cozy and welcoming. It is very well located and was perfect for my parents to stay near us over Christmas. The apartment is very well equipped and Daniel was always quick to respond to any question they may have. He was also very flexible around our check in and check out time. It’s a short walk to all stores and subway lines.
Jun 27, 2019Very charming apartment in an excellent location. Very close to Prospect Park and to a large variety of restaurants, gourmet markets, wine shops and trendy coffee shops. Easy access to 2 and 3 subway trains that can bring you to lower Manhattan in 15 minutes. Great to see the Botanical Garden, the Brooklyn Museum and BAM. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen and appliances are very functional. Daniel is very prompt in communicating. The apartment is quiet, although not extremely sunny, as it faces the courtyard. This was our fourth experience with Airbnb’s in Brooklyn and we would look forward to return to it, if available.
