I stayed in this House during the last week. Marc's house is really amazing.I really like the space. It was really clean and it was all brand new. For a week, I didn't feel at all uncomfortable. Marc was very kind and I was able to get in touch with him quickly. I strongly recommend this House.
Jun 27, 2019Marc proved to be the perfect host! Before arriving and during our stay he responded quickly to all requests. Waiting for us in front of the apartment when we arrived, giving us "the grand tour" of his place. Even managed to get a technician to fix the wireless internet within a few hours (not his connection but something wrong on the providers side) The fully equipped apartment was newly renovated. Everything being brand new made the stay even more comfortable. The pictures in the add are very true to how the place is. We can safely recommend Marc's place to all types of travelers it be business or pleasure.

Jun 27, 2019Marc was extremely responsive as we were on our way to the apt. He was waiting for us upon arrival. He provided a thorough walk thru of the apt, showing us where everything was and how things worked. He kindly answered all of our questions about areas to visit, places to eat and options for getting there including highlighting items on a city map provided. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured. It was recently renovated and every aspect was redone beautifully with quality finishes throughout. The location was perfect as it was on a quieter street that offered a real neighborhood feel. We took advantage of the multiple restaurants right outside the front door as well as a supermarket 3 minutes around the corner. Would love the opportunity to stay here again when in Barcelona!
Jun 27, 2019Marc was a wonderful host who was very helpful with orientation of the apartment and the city. We emailed a few times with requests or questions and he always responded quickly and gave great advice- much appreciated. The apartment was spacious and very adequate for a 5 day stay. Everything you need was provided and worked well. The location was good for all the central activities with just a few block's walk to Place de Catalunya. Supplies were easy as there's a supermarket on the corner and a few bars and restaurants closeby. The restaurant next to the apartment was excellent. Light sleepers might hear early traffic but this won't detract from a wonderful stay. Would return and recommend. Thank you Marc!
Jun 27, 2019Terrific flat in a great location. Nicely decorated, updated and clean. We enjoyed walking to most of the sites that we wanted to visit. The shop next door, Pirineu en Boca, is a good place to shop for food items and there are several other good shops and cafes at the end of the street. Marc was a wonderful host and met us upon our arrival, which was delayed due to our flight. Upon check in he shared information about the neighborhood, restaurants, and instructions for washer/dryer, etc. He was also very prompt in responding to our questions via text. Would definitely stay again.

Jun 27, 2019I will definitely recommend Marc's apartment on Girona street. The location is superb for either Passieg de Gracier and the Gothic area (around 10 mins walking). There are some local pubs and a supermarket just on the corner which make us feel convenient for the daily life. The apartment itself is decorated in a modern and comfortable manner. The furnitures are all brand new, my friend and I have had a wonderful vacation in Barcelona! We also thank Marc for his flexibility on the check - in time.

Jun 27, 2019A beautifully appointed, immaculate and comfortable apartment. Conveniently located to everything. We would recommend it to anyone we know coming to Barcelona, without hesitation. Everything was perfect, with excellent communications by Marc prior to our stay, and Marc is a charming and considerate host. We would absolutely stay again. Hopefully one day soon!

Jun 27, 2019사진에서 보이는 것보다는 조금 좁지만 거실을 제외하고 사진과 거의 같아요. 겨울에 난방도 잘 되었고 온수도 잘 나왔습니다. 주방이 잘 구비되어 있어 요리를 해먹기에도 좋았지만 식기는 한 번 정도 헹궈 썼습니다. 웬만한 것들은 다 구비되어 있어요. 헤어 드라이어, 세탁기, 식기 세척기 그리고 엘리베이터까지 있어 무거운 짐 옮기기에도 편했습니다. 위치는 카탈루냐 광장에서부터는 조금 거리가 있어 아쉬웠지만 주변에 이용할만한 메트로 역이 3개 정도 있고 바르셀로나 시내의 웬만한 곳까지 걸어다닐 정도는 됩니다. 주변이 주택가라 밤에 너무 조용하다는 것이 장점이자 단점입니다. 그리고 인테리어가 참 예뻐요! This is the beautiful apartment (I really liked the interior decoration!) in Barcelona centre and Marc was so kind host. He was very well contacted and gave information of Barcelona and near the apartment. There was no trouble to stay in the apartment of Marc. It had all we needed! Location was good, you can take the metro (Urquinaona, Pl.Catalunya, Tetuan) near the apartment and buy the things in supermarkets.

Jun 27, 2019An EXCELLENT airbnb. Felt like a HOME. Great location next to shops, bars, and restaurants and a quick 10min walk to the great El Born neighborhood and the old town. Modern and cozy interior, with great stylistic touches. Huge bathroom. High ceilings make you feel like a baller. Great amenities available like an umbrella that came in handy, washing machine, full kitchen, fridge, coffee maker. A great set if balconies where you could eat breakfast or lunch. Great communication from Marc on check in and check out. The ONLY downside I saw was the firmness of the bed. Pretty firm bed. Overall one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed in.
